We have to request cleaning services, normally they clean your room everyday but here you have to request this service 24 hours in advance. I stayed for 5 days and the breakfast was the same, really basic, bacon one day and sausages 4 days, potato’s and eggs every day, the buffet is only up to 9:30 am, employees are there at 9:25 am ready to shut down services at exactly 9:30 am, no grace period 🙃

The cleanliness of the hotel, very friendly staff. Breakwast was grreat. i love how evrything is close, disneyland , downtown disney . Overall it was the best suites weve stayed, definitely will recommend, and will come back again.

The only thing I did not like is that they dont have the shuttle or the bus ride going disneyland anymore, although its only 10 mins drive , it could’ve been nice if they have the route again

Throughout the night the fire alarms went off keeping us up. We were not provided with any information on what was going on and were not compensated in any way with having being constantly woken up by extremely loud alarms.

Breakfast was good, it met expectations. The room was great, it felt like an apartment more than a hotel room. The property was overall very nice and clean.

Our suit was very nice and spacious for me and my family.

The hot tub was not warm at all. And the tv quality was terrible, the video was pixelated and glitched often, the sound quality was also bad.

It was not clear that the pool was undergoing renovation and the construction noise woke us up very early one morning- staff refused to do anything about it. They did send me a small basket of snacks, but it did not address the issue. I asked for a small discount but I was not granted it

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool is big and clean. Bbq area and tables is great.

Little pricy but worth the cost.

The couch smelled HORRIBLE like feet and had the room smelling that way. Toilet was clogged when checked in. Old mildew caked on rimming if shower

The staff was friendly

The couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room didnt have a coffee maker. For the shower it had a small shower curtain that made all the water come out while u were showering. My mom is handicapped an almost fell cause of all the water on the floor.

This was a little apartment. It was exactly what I needed for my family of 6. The room set up: Kitchenette(sink, dishes and utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove-tried to heat up water for a soup, i had better results in the microwave), living room w/ pull out couch, Rm 1 - 2 queen bed, Rm2 - 1 king bed. Both rooms had a full size bathroom, closets, drawers, and tvs. Room service was great, the rooms always stayed cleaned. We did use the laundry room - 3 washers and 3 dryers, $4 per wash/dry. Definitely would recommend to wash in the early morning or late at night is gets busy. They had free ice bags at the front desk and a mini store with snacks and microwaveable food. The breakfast lounge area was huge, plenty of space and tables. The food however could have been better.

Parking was $32 a night !!! I stayed for 10 days, I should have at least got a discount or 5 days free. lol. Constructions/Renovations to the pool. They worked on the pool my whole stay. They began early in the morning and would wake me up, it was annoying not being able to sleep in. The breakfast options was disappointing. They had space to fill in!! For example, they had "breakfast tacos" and with a whole bar, that held ice for three toppings. No fruit what so ever, not an apple, orange, nothing. The first 3 times they served steamed sweet potatoes, scrambled eggs, steamed deli ham. Other options were, pancakes, cereal, or oatmeal.

Staff was friendly, gym and laundry room are nice.

The pool was out of service the entire time we were there. This was not mentioned on the website. Also, the website mentions a shuttle to Disneyland. However, upon arrival we were informed that since the end of March there is no longer a shuttle. These two amenities were very important to our family when choosing a hotel and we were very disappointed.

Location was perfect for visiting Disney parks, rooms were clean, well maintained. All the appliances worked.

The pool was closed for renovation. Also, there is a weird smell in the parking lot from the trees. It was a little challenging to get cleaning service . They are understaffed.

Fruit at breakfast would have made it better and old fashioned oats instead of instant.

We stayed there for tonight and the carpet was full of hair pet hair and also they never pick up our trash room service was horrible. One of my least favorite places I ever stayed at.

It was relatively clean and spacious.

Breakfast was terrible, staff seemed rushed and only gave us a sheet and a light blanket for the food out bed. When we asked for a full setting they gave us the same thing again. No pillows, so we had to share pillows from the main bed. I call r ahead of time to make sure the pool would be available since that is important to our family. They said it would absolutely be done by the time of our stay. When we got there we were informed that the pool was down and we could commute to another hotel to use their pool. This wasn’t a huge problem and I figured it would be a 5 minute walk or so since there were hotels all around. It was an 8 minute drive to the hotel that was providing the pool. If I had known this prior to checking in I would have cancelled and booked somewhere else.

The breakfast was good. The timing was also good and I like the location. Your staff are exceptional, especially the receptionist. All the way from Nigeria, they made myself and my wife very comfortable and they were all supportive.

Property should have a dedicated taxi for assisting guests other than the use of Uber or lyft. I had some initial difficulties in getting started because I do not have a US line.

The location, the room was decent. The quick response of staff, when we needed more towels.

There was a bad smell in the lobby; coming from the grounds outside. Possibly the wood chips. Breakfast: no fresh fruits or hot tea…a lack of pastries and the oatmeal was watery. The staff did not keep everything stocked.

Price was reasonable, I called ahead to figure out security deposits and extra fees. Deposit was 100 but failed to mention have to pay for parking daily bc no where in Cali is ever free even staying on property. Breakfast was decent. Always had hot hot water which was lovely for someone who likes blazing hot showers. Liked that it wasn’t too far of a drive to Disney about 10 mins drive.

Pool was under construction whole week we were there which will continue til I believe July it will be back up. Wasn’t expecting parking fees daily charge Card to room deactivated and we had to walk all the through the front coming home late from Disney from parking in way back bc key wouldn’t work on any side door we tried then they told us it’s cause we went through the metal detector and their system is old so it messed up the card. (Didn’t figure that out til we had made it back to the room from carrying things) we just thought originally just key wouldn’t work on side doors due to how late it was. Only one trash can in the room which the one in the bathroom just had to use a bag for in the room. And also no ice makers on any floors so have to go to first floor and get a back of ice for your freezer. Nice having a full size fridge though.

Very upset to find out the pool was not in order, completely drained. Kids were sad. Hotel didn't Mention this at all, no discount for the inconvenience either. AND we had to pay to park, crazy.

We decided to stay here for the convenience of our stay and amenities such as the kitchen. Upon arrival our first room was slightly dirty and we were in a bit of a rush to make it to our concert. The two individuals at the front Karen and unsure of the other employees name was exceptional in making the moment right. They sympathized with my girlfriend and made us feel comfortable to ask for help and it was a genuine experience. Typically since I myself work in customer service I could tell they were not bothered to help us at all. Throughout our stay they continued to make connections asking how we were doing and how our stay was. Pam was also an exceptional employee never seeming bothered by our questions and providing a helping hand. Overall wonderful stay. 10/10 would stay again simply because of the service.

The location was good and the front desk staff were very friendly. We liked the kid play area by the breakfast area.

The rooms were very dirty. Stains everywhere, the floors were not cleaned and had stuff all over, the furniture and carpets were stained and had stuff spilled on them. They didn’t tell us their pool is closed, so we had to drive to another location.. that hotel was beautiful and clean and had SO much more for the price.

They don’t give complementary water I paid $10 for 2 water bottles. Wall was vibrating for like 20 minutes making a big buzz sound and maintenance didn’t know were it was coming from.

The room had a little bit of a funky smell, I couldn't really pin point where it was coming from but as soon as you get in you can definitely smell it although it wasn't that bad after awhile we just got used to it.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Everything was great — the rooms were very clean, and the beds were clean and comfortable as well. We stayed here for Disney, breakfast was amazing as well and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the parks. I personally didn’t walk, but my dad did and said it wasn’t bad at all. We stayed in a suite, and having a restroom in each room was really convenient. The only issue we had was that our fridge was not working. The pool at this hotel was out of service during our stay, but another pool was available at a nearby hotel, which I appreciated as an option. I personally didn’t go because of the drive, but it was nice that accommodations were offered. I do think it would have been helpful if the pool closure had been updated on the listing beforehand.

The fridge working all milk and cheese went bad.

They charged us for parking i have never heard of that and the pool was out of service and no transportation to disneyland no longer i feel like they should have discounted since its hot weather and people would like to swim in pool

The power outage we wasn’t warned about while traveling with a medically complex baby on a ventilator and oxygen continuous. Not receiving the parking fees back as promised.

Things were clean and comfortable.

The shuttle was cancelled, there was no dish soap to wash dishes, there was only 1 glass cup and 1 small plate available. It was very strange. Breakfast was sad at best!

I stayed here a few years ago and it wasn’t too far from Disneyland.

I am VERY disappointed in the fact that I was NEVER told that the pool & jacuzzi were under construction. The bathroom didn’t have a vinyl shower curtain so the water kept getting in the floor. When we called to request extra pillows & sheets so my son could sleep in the sofa bed, no one ever came. I also wasn’t told that there was a parking fee per day. The last time I stayed there, parking was FREE.

Breakfast was great and the location and staff was wonderful.

We had issues with our plumbing during our stay. The toilets were having trouble flushing often requiring multiple flushes after a bowel movement. The shower also took 5-10 minutes for the water to warm up. We were also really disappointed that the pool wasn't open. I was also really really disappointed in the fact that I had a period emergency and my partner went downstairs to get me some sanitary pads and they were $7 EACH for basic panty liners. I was absolutely FLOORED at that price for INDIVIDUAL sanitary napkins. Overall it was fine for the location and the rooms were decent sized with the kitchenette and basic necessities but nothing stood out as exceptional and I don't know if I would choose this hotel again based off this experience.

The two male Breakfast area staff are not friendly and do not smile. I feel that they are just spying or policing.

The room was great and clean!

The pool was under construction so we were referred to a different hotel. We were told by the Sonesta we would get refunded parking for the hotel they sent us to when using the pool, but we paid parking on both hotels. It added up since we were staying several nights. We did exactly what Sonesta suggested and showed receipts of the hotel they sent us to but they refused to refund us. They took my receipt, they said they would refund us but they never did.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for over night parking. On the booking site (booking.com) you really had to search for it. Your desk attendant had to tell me there was a parking fee. Went back to booking.com and found it. Had I known I had to pay for overnight parking I would have found a different hotel to stay at. Construction was taking place could not use any outside facilities.
