There's no TV, I understand that you go to rest but the quietness is more than I can take, also is to dry, we liked the walkways but you need a little color there, may some bougambilias the grow very well in your area and maybe some turf (artificial grass) to give some life, that is my personal opinion, my husband loved it, so peace and quiet and maybe we will be back sometime

We stayed in a two bedroom cottage surrounded by a citrus trees, singing birds, and bunny rabbits. It was perfect for our family and our kitty loved it, too. The hosts are so friendly! Perfect getaway!

It's a very tranquil place and the rooms are very well designed. We loved that you can see so many stars at night.

The property was absolutely beautiful. And very inviting.

Loved the open concept of the room with the curtains. It was such an experience seeing the sun rise from bed.

I wish the gate was automated instead of needing a key entry. Or if there was a way to open it remotely so that we could have drivers come straight to our cabin instead of having to walk the rest of the way especially late at night with no lighting.

Cozy vibe place. Not much amenities but place and the ambiance is amazing. Owner was very warm and friendly.

Property has orange and lemon orchards and they provide fresh squeezed juice during breakfast. Location is wonderfully with many trees and trails which allows guests to explore nature.

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Mayoral! The hosts were absolutely the best — so welcoming, kind, and helpful with anything we needed. Great breakfasts, loving donkeys to feed, fresh oranges from the trees... The property itself was incredibly quiet, safe, and peaceful. We can't wait to come back!

The accommodations were fantastic. We really appreciated being able to walk around the property, feed the burros with my kids, and the breakfast.

My stay at Casa Mayoral was amazing. I felt like I was at home. They treated me like family. Owner was super hospitable and tended to any request within her power. I would go back to this place over and over again if I could. 10/10 place to get away

This place is beyond beautiful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I don’t think pictures do justice and neither would my words. Took my parents for labor weekend and it was truly a beautiful getaways. You get to escape from reality for a few days. The cabin was so cozy and magazine looking. Plenty of space to share and equipped with all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious and the property owners Adriana and her partner truly make you feel at home. Aurora in the kitchen cooks delicious too. Truly dog friendly my dog was so welcomed and just can’t wait to come back and see the animals. Thank you for making our stay truly so memorable.

The location is peaceful and serene. The hosts provided detailed instructions for access and directions to finding the B&B. I love that the property is pet friendly. The breakfast was tasty and much appreciated. We stayed in a "habitacion" that had a beautiful and clever architectural design with a mix of brick, cement, glass, and wood. The design seemed to allow for plenty of light without letting the sun increase room temperature which could be an issue when visiting in July. The light fixtures in the room seemed to all be handcrafted and allowed a pleasant amount of indirect light to promote sleeping. We enjoyed walking around the property for exercise and viewing all the trees. The in-room binder of information and "ruta de vino" maps were much appreciated. I loved the Mexican-made toiletries provided in the room.

I really don't have anything negative to write, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was beautiful and had a lot of outside areas to relax and just enjoy the outdoors.

We loved our stay at Casa Mayoral and we hope to be back soon! It was a very relaxing place with lots of space to walk around. We took our dog and he loved it; they are VERY dog friendly. The hosts are one of the nicest people I’ve met and made our stay extra special. They had no problem answering questions/requests or recommending places to go eat. They do offer breakfast on site, which was cheap and delicious! We liked that it was very clean and relaxing. We are definitely coming back!

The road to get there was not the best due to the rain, but no fault to the owner. We were able to get there in a Sedan, but would’ve been more comfortable if we would’ve taken our truck. But in reality nothing wrong about the property. We liked everything.

it’s isolated and beautiful cabins

Cabins 1-4 are very unique cabins and lovely on the inside with a lovely small terrace to take wine at sunset and star gaze during the night. The other newer rooms look a bit whatever from the outside. The staff is extremely welcoming. I highly recommend staying at Casa Mayoral.

This is a lovely property in a beautiful location at the edge of the valley. The cottages (1-4) are actually stand along small villas/casitas with great design and charm (lots of wood/brick and great lighting). The photos of the rooms are accurate but the views are better than they appear online. This is a place to unwind and explore at peace listening to the birds. (So don't expect a big screen TV). There is AC, good WiFi, and a small breakfast served in a lovely outdoor setting with delicious unlimited coffee The location allows for easy exploration of the entire Valle and is close to many good wineries/restaurants. The property is lovingly cared for and the family running it is very responsive.

There are helpful instructions sent by the hotel, which would have been great to get a few days earlier (especially if you want to make reservations at some of the suggested places.).

The location is beautiful and the people at the property are excellent hosts. We felt comfortable and safe from beginning to end.

The breakfast was delicious. We had an authentic Mexican breakfast along with coffee and fresh papaya juice. The breakfast hours are decent, and the welcome message and in the room.

The only thing I didn't like is the main road to get there. The roads around the valley are not that great in some spots, and the exit you must take is a little weird. However, the staff sends you very good instructions on how to get there.

The accommodations we're separate, private cottage type units with a deck looking out across a countryside view of the valley and a nearby pasture. The interior was well decorated with a wood slat ceiling and decorative brick walls. The bathroom and shower were a good size with modern tile and stone work.

We loved walking around the property & seeing the burros. One of the kind employees also gave us carrots to give them, which was so sweet. Breakfast & morning coffee were both great. They also have some wine for sale from local vineyards, which was convenient. Happy that they were pet-friendly without any additional fee.

The road to get there is a bit rough but doable in pretty much any vehicle. A mini-fridge or microwave in the room would be helpful. While pet-friendly, they have a very strict policy about dogs not being allowed on the bed with a $100 penalty.

I loved the farm dogs and animals on the property. The breakfast was a nice touch and we were in a central part of wine country. We felt safe and well taken care of. The propert is beautiful and somewhat hard to access.

We loved our stay at Casa Mayoral! Our cabin was beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. We loved taking morning walks, watching the birds, stargazing on our private patio, and petting the pups and donkeys. Plus, the staff was so kind and hospitable, and the breakfasts were delicious! I highly recommend.

Felt like I was in the natural environment. Not just the location of the property but also my cabin. LOVED the window walls. At all times of my stay, I was in the wine country, I could see it and enjoy the vast greenery. The food was DAMN good. Coffee great!! Shower amenities excellent! Things to note: 1.) no TV(which I LOVED), there’s honestly no need for it. 2.) the shower water pressure nearly non-existent. Difficult to shower. I’ll definitely be back, SOON!! Wonderful stay - about 6 minutes off hwy 3 with plenty of signs leading the way. Must pass through a locked gate where a key will be left for you - then once you’ve entered you must close and lock the gate behind you. The property is huge with row after row of citrus trees. The accommodations were perfect, well kept and beautiful. When you book you must pay for the first night and you can only use PayPal. Would stay there again.

First time staying at Casa Mayoral. We had a great stay. The location is super convenient for visiting the Valle wineries and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was perfect for us in both quality and portions. Highly recommend it. Adrianna is a great source of info wineries and restaurants options.

Attractive, comfortable, lodging on a beautiful property. Communicative and attentive staff made us feel welcomed. Elevated so we were looking into the valle filled with coastal fog on a beautiful morning.

Spacious, super clean, easy self check in and super friendly staff. It is hard to find at night but staff is helpful and responsive. We come 4-5 times at year and definitely this is our new fav place.
