施設が全て清潔 畳があるのが良い

Nulla in particolare, è difficile trovare in questo posto qualcosa di positivo da segnalare per un commento benevolo. Forse l'essere assolutamente silenzioso. Purtroppo però anche il cattivo tempo non ha aiutato a mitigare l'impressione di silenziosa depressione. Come pubblicato, la camera è effettivamente dotata di piccolo frigo bar (purtroppo rumoroso), bollitore, TV e wifi. All'ingresso sono disponibili un fornetto tostapane, un microonde, un lavandino e qualche stoviglia, nel corridoio si trovano bustine di tè e Nescafè e un distributore automatico di snack e bevande. Dato che non è disponibile la colazione, è possibile procurarsi un po' di cibo a un Seven-Eleven non troppo lontano, raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 minuti. Non è troppo costoso, prezzo modesto adeguato alle modeste caratteristiche dell'alloggio e della struttura.

la stanza non era piccola, ma i 2 letti erano molto vicini e si passava a fatica tra uno appoggiato al muro e l'altro, distanti 20/25 cm., Camera abbastanza pulita, ma un po' squallida e priva di qualunque comodità, nemmeno una mensola per appoggiare una borsa o qualunque altro arredo utile. Disponibili solo un piccolo tavolinetto basso e due seggioline minuscole: ok lo stile tatami giapponese, ma eravamo in 3, alloggiati in 2 camere diverse, e per condividere una tazza di te insieme nella nostra camera, il terzo ha dovuto sedersi per terra. Il bagno in camera è una piccola cabina monoblocco di plastica, come quelle dei camping. La reception chiude tassativamente alle 19, se per qualunque motivo (traffico o altro) si arrivasse dopo, ti avvertono chiaramente che resterai fuori e dovrai tornare il giorno dopo! Anche con la camera già pagata in anticipo... La posizione del resort è "nel nulla" più assoluto, lontano da tutto, anche da raggiungere con l'auto.

매우 친절하고, 시설도 쾌적하고, 사장님도 친절하셨어요! 위치가 안쪽이지만 버스도 도보 5분거리에 있고, 주요 관광지들과 전부 가까워서 이동하기도 편했습니다! 다음에 하코네 오면 무조건 또 묵고 싶을 정도로 좋았습니다!

위치가 하코네 안쪽인데 체크인이 7시까지인 점이 살짝 아쉬웠어요ㅜㅜ

部屋着の浴衣があるものだと思っていましたが、寝る直前に無いことに気づき少し焦りました。 予約時にお願いしないといけなかったのか、自分で準備して行かないといけなかったのか……

엄청 깨끗해요. 방도 넓고 환기도 잘 되고 좋아요. 사장님이 너무 친절하시고 갈 때 태극기가 있는 종이학과 기념품을 주셨는데 너무 감동했어요. 주변 교통도 편하고 추천합니다

주변식당 운영 시간이 구글하고 안 맞는 게 많아요. 6시에 가도 풀부킹이니까 일찍가세요.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und recht groß mit zwei großen bequemen Betten. Restaurants, Cafés und Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ontzettend lief personeel, kregen uitgebreide uitleg over de omgeving, advies wat en hoe we dingen het beste konden bezoeken en bereizen. Inchecken kon onverwachts veel eerder omdat de kamer al was schoongemaakt. Thee en koffie was fijn om te kunnen halen, er is servies wat je zelf mag pakken.

Het enige wat we tot nu toe niet gewend waren was dat de wasmachine zo duur waren. Voor enkel wassen betaal je 1000 yen. Verder niets te klagen, heel fijn verblijf!

Staffs are well friendly and nice. Place is very clean. Able to do laundry. Facility is new and provides some very considerable stuffs. It’s was a great stay.

No really. The walking distance from bus stop to hotel is not too far but for people not used to walk and with big/ many luggages can be little frustrating.

Friendly hosts, exceptionally clean and modern. Spacious well appointed rooms. Private and quiet. Close to bus stops for Hakone Tozan bus. 5 mins walk to convenience stores and good restaurants.

Loved everything!

The owner was extremely nice and friendly, offering great information on things to do and how to do them. Additionally, he allowed us to store our luggage at the property before check in, which was very kind. The room was exceptional and very spacious, with every amenity you could need. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Super clean rooms, and big. One of the best accomodations I've stayed in Japan. Will definitely come back

Locatie was erg dichtbij een busstop waar enorm veel buslijnen kwamen. Dat maakte het een goede locatie voor het standaard Hakone rondje met de kabelbanen en piratenboot. Verder lag het aan de voet van Mount Kintoki. De hike van ongeveer 3u (totaal, omhoog en omlaag) naar de top van deze berg heeft een prachtig uitzicht op Mount Fuji. Verder waren de kamers ruim en schoon en was het personeel erg vriendelijk.

Nog een redelijk stuk reizen vanaf het hakone of odawara treinstation.

Friendly staff to greet us with lots of helpful information. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. The location was a few minutes walk from the bus which was not a problem and it was a 5 minute walk from most restaurants and close to a supermarket. Tea and coffee making facilities, no breakfast or meals on site. The town location was also good for walking up Mt Kintoki to see a great view of Mt Fuji. Also close to several museums and the lake.

There was some noise from neighbouring guests as the walls were pretty thin but they quietened off after a while, so no big deal in the end.

Being in a quieter spot while still not being too far from shops or public transport was amazing, it really helped to slow down after big days around Hakone!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They had paper maps to all of the local restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops and onsens ready to go for my stay.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and a very convenient location. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel.

The location was not that far off as we had expected. We came by car and could find and reach it easily. The location was good!

My wife and I had a great experience here. The accommodations were very clean, modern with nice equipment, and very cozy with cute decor. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. They provided valuable recommendations and were responsive to messages. The location is very charming and is our favorite in Hakone. We will stay here again in the future.

Really nice hotel, very clean, reasonably priced.

The staff really don’t like people checking in after 7PM. Given that it isn’t easy to get to the place, as it’s an hour long bus ride from Odawara, they should be willing to be available a bit later. It was stressful to have to plan to get to Odawara by 5:30PM or earlier to catch the bus in time to get to the place before 7. It’s a hotel, it doesn’t matter if it’s remote, you have to be a bit more flexible about check-ins.

Super comfortable beds! We appreciated this so much because this was our first night in Japan after a long flight. The hosts of the guesthouse were also very helpful and friendly. They recommended a wonderful and reasonably priced restaurant that was an easy walk up the street. We rented a little car, but I don’t think it would be too far to walk from the main road. There is also a 711 close by. The area of town is quiet and pleasant. Nice driving from there to less crowded areas around Mt. Fuji. It was a good base for us to explore.

We didn’t mind them, but the house slippers were not very comfortable to walk in :)

El lugar es perfecto, los anfitriones son excelentes. Es un lugar 100% recomendable. Las habitaciones son grandes y perfectamente equipadas. Camas cómodas. El baño muy completo y de calidad. La limpieza del alojamiento es excelente. Agradecer a nuestros anfitriones lo bien que nos han atendido.

Friendly helpful staff, large rooms, well appointed, comfy beds and warm quilts. The common microwaves and utensils was also a great addition.

Located further away from some attractions- we hired a car which made navigating the area very manageable.

Very cozy spot! We were happy to have Japanese countryside experience. Hosts are extremely lovely and caring. One morning, she gave us hand warmers to keep us warm. They provided us with all the information we needed around Hakone.

Windows are not very well insulated, we felt a bit of cold at night, but that was not a major issue honestly.

The facility exceeded my expectations and the staff was so sweet. I highly recommend if you are staying in Hakone.

This was our favourite room of the entire trip. It was spacious, clean and super comfortable. It even had a closet with room for clothes. Loved the little table dining area with a view of the mountains. The host were very welcoming, kind and so helpful. I was wondering which would be the best route to start the Hakone loop and the host advice saved us time queuing on a busy long weekend. Take the S line bus to lake Ashi worked! Bonus, hosts speak English. Close to the Venetian glass museum which was terrific. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The long bus trip on the T line bus - 2 hrs from Odawara station but that's because it was a super busy long weekend. It's normally a 45 min journey along a scenic meandering road.

מלון שממוקם על ההר בהאקונה. חדר גדול מאוד ביחס ליפן עם כל מה שצריך. נעים לשהות במיקום טוב לאטרקציות של האקונה המדהימה (שבשום אופן אסור לפספס). יש במרחק לא גדול אונסן נהדר שמאוד מומלץ.

הבעיה המרכזית היא הצוות שלא דובר אנגלית כמו שצריך. הבעלים שלח לנו מעל חמש הודעות בדרישה להגיע לפני חמש אחרת לא יקבל אותנו. וזה חייב אותנו למהר ולהגיע למקום (הגענו ברכב ויום ראשון של נהיגה ביפן). חושב שצריך להיות קצת יותר קשובים לאורחים ולצרכים שלהם. אבל המלון באמת מאוד יפה, נעים באזור ירוק ושקט ועדין מומלץ

Great stay, large room, good location.

Perfect spot to stay in Hakone. Easy walk to bus stop and so easy to get to sights. Close to convenience store and restaurants.It was wonderful as not as busy as other areas! Loved it! Comfy bed and lovely lady running it. Would stay again.

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer für japanische Verhältnisse, ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr nette und aufmerksame Hosts (wir bekamen sogar Abschiedsgeschenke). Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Weather was a bit ordinary,but managed to enjoy the majority of the sites and attractions we were hoping to see knowing we had comfortable place to return to daily.

Nice big rooms and everything was very comfortable. Free parking was available too. Probably one of the best places to stay in Hakone if you have a car

매우 친절하고 필요한 정보를 잘 제시해 주어서 편안한 여헹이 되는데 팍 도움이 되었습니다. 숙소는 중심지에서는 떨어져 있는 지역이지만, 조용하고 깨끗한 지역에 위치해 있어 편안했습니다. 걸어서 갈만한 거리에 식당들도 여럿 있고, 주인이 제안해 주는 식당도 가격이나 분위기가 편안하고 지역 특색도 있어 좋았어요. 방은 2명이 묵기에 충분히 넓고 편안했어요.

A lovely escape from the hustle & bustle on our first trip navigating around Japan, google maps & a short walk from the bus stop (inclined walk) we easily found the resort, the location was in a quiet residential area with a few restaurants in walking distance ( as were convenience stores) Our welcome was the most personal & welcoming during our holiday, the owner was extremely warm & informative in helping us plan & make the best use of our time in Hakone. The resort I believe hosted approx 5 rooms, our room was modern, extremely clean, supplied with toiletries, refreshments which were replenished & were accessible in the corridor leading to our room. A welcome pack of information was in our room, referencing the local area, restaurants, history & things to do. On our early departure we were greeting by the owner again, checking all was ok & gifting us a Union Jack Sadako Bird & Mt Fuji souvenir which was so thoughtful & a small reminder of our wonderful stay in Hakone. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend to anyone visiting Hakone

There was nothing I did not like, the only point I would state is that there is a little walk & incline to the resort that needs to be considered if walking/ pulling cases.

The host was very hospitable and nice, he helped us plan our trip in the Hakone area and gave us food recommendations. The place was very clean and spacious and everything was comfortable. There are few bus stops at the village for various lines which made transportation via the bus very easy.

Nori, the host, was so kind and helpful. The location is a short 5 minute walk from bus stop 247 on T line, also close to A Coop food shop anf several good places to eat, especially Monte Cafe. Lovely little streets. The room I had very spacious. Plenty of room for more than 1 person. Bathroom had a very deep bath, good to soak in ! Hot water and water pressure great! View out window to mountain. Very comfortable beds. The area is peaceful. A good place to stay to explore Hakone. Get a Hakone Pass ( $75AUD for 3 days ) which covers bus, pirate sightseeing ship, ropeway, cable car . Go to Hakone open air museum.

Fabulous hosts, providing everything you could need. Great room setup, lots of space, and a lovely sitting area. Microwave with plates, cutlery, and generous supply of tea and coffee are easy access in the hallway. Rooms are very well presented and exceptionally clean. Your hosts are very helpful and available for any questions. They offer great advice for the many sights of Hakone. There are a number of dining options and a COOP supermarket within walking distance from the hotel, as well as several bus stops for the many Hakone bus services. We loved our stay.

מלון קטן, שקט וחמוד בלב שכונת מגורים בכפר שמרוחק כ50 דקות נסיעה באוטובוס ממרכז העיר האקונה. יש לא רחוק מהמלון מספר מסעדות ו- 7/11. החדרים היו מאוד מרווחים ומאוד נקיים ובעל המקום היה נחמד והסביר לנו על האיזור ומה יש לעשות שם.

We loved our couple of nights stay here. The owners were so lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. There are restaurants close by within an easy walk and also a 711. However, you feel like you are miles from anywhere. We would highly recommend if you are wanting a more peaceful experience. FYI bus stop 247 is where you need to get off then a short walk from there.

Everything is just perfect

Fantastic stay with great hosts that really looked after us and made sure we had all the information about the area so we could see everything. The room was really big, with a lovely seating area with a table and had everything needed for a really comfortable stay. Whole area was great but have to recommend the beautiful open air sculpture museum and the pampas grass near the lake.
