部屋設備、トイレの流れが悪く2回位流さないと流れない状況。冷蔵庫は電気接触が悪く冷えてなく新品と交換したが冷えすぎて食品が凍ってしまった。以前はあったが部屋にもお風呂場にもヘアブラシが置いて無かった。チェックアウト時も挨拶が無く、外人スタッフの日本語も辿々しく教育ができていない。何度も利用しているが、以前から比べるとかなり質が悪くなった

The reception staff (2 young girls) were extremeley rude and incompetent in giving the information, which made our check very unpleasant. But the hotel itself and the rest of the staff were really good.

Cependant, un malentendu lors de la réservation : nous avions demandé un onsen puis le restaurant, mais on nous a réservé deux onsen à la suite. Résultat : pas de repas, ce qui était frustrant. À améliorer au niveau de la communication en anglais.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our honeymoon. We chose the Japanese breakfast and dinner package, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was beautifully prepared and made our stay even more special. The Japanese-style room was beautiful, traditional, and very comfortable. We especially loved the private onsen, which was such a relaxing and memorable experience. Everything about our stay was excellent — the room, the food, the onsen, and the overall atmosphere. It was a beautiful and peaceful experience, and we would definitely love to come back!

The only thing we felt could be improved was the 10:00 AM check-out time. A later check-out, such as 11:00 AM, would be much better and would give guests more time to relax and enjoy the hotel.

die Zimmer waren gross und schön. Ich hatte das Tradionellen Einzelzimmer. Man hat eine gute Aussicht. Der Onsen war schön und auch sauber. Das Essen war qualitativ gut und hat geschmeckt. Man probiert Sachen, die man als Europäer gar nicht kennt.

Fast alle Angestellten hatten einen Lustlosen Eindruck gemacht, wenn man mit ihnen geredet hat. Als hätten sie gar keine Lust auf den Kunden. Nur der alte Mann, der für Onsen zu ständig war, hat einen sehr hilfsbereiten und herzliche Eindruck gemacht, obwohl er kein Englisch konnte. Kartezahlung sind erst ab 5000 yen erlaubt.

Breakfast was very good and beautifuuly served. Both public and private onsen were nice. Baggage transfer to the train station. Staff spoke enough English so that there was no problem.

Large rooms and traditional feel to it

The bathroom felt like it was on the balcony but was technically inside so it had a weird feel to it. The floor flooded when you drained the bath

Zeer fijne ontvangst, alles werd in detail uitgelegd en we voelden ons helemaal verzorgd. Publieke (open) en private onsen (te boeken) waren allebei heel ontspannend. Kamer was stil en omgeving mooi, net bij de bushalte. Voelde als een authentieke Japanse ervaring!

The staff were so accomodating and kind. The hotel was amazing to stay at for a night of relaxation. We booked a massage and onsen here along with also adding dinner on for the evening after a bit of rejuvenation we didn’t want to leave the hotel. Everything from check in to check out was amazing.

개인 욕탕 시설이 좀 오래되서 아쉬웠어요. 분위기는 정말 좋았어요~대나무 숲이 욕탕에서 보이는 데 매미 소리도 들리고 운치 있었어요.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Mount View Hakone rundum zufrieden und haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die traditionelle japanische Atmosphäre, die schönen Tatami-Zimmer und die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den schönen Onsen mit dem besonderen milchig-weißen Thermalwasser. Das Baden war nach unseren Ausflügen in Hakone eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, sich zu entspannen und die japanische Badekultur ganz authentisch zu erleben. Auch das traditionelle japanische Abendessen und Frühstück, zu denen wir uns mit den bereitgelegten Yukata kleideten, waren hervorragend und liebevoll zubereitet. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat ebenfalls dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Sehr praktisch ist außerdem die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Unterkunft, von der aus man die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Hakone bequem erreichen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das POLA-Museum in der Nähe. Für uns war der Aufenthalt eine rundum schöne Erfahrung und eine perfekte Gelegenheit, traditionelle japanische Gastfreundschaft kennenzulernen. Wir hatten absolut nichts zu bemängeln und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

The room was traditional, and the kaiseki dinner + breakfast were great. Staff were attentive and helpful, and were able to help us in English. They also have Mandarin-speaking staff available. The onsen was clean and decently sized.

The futon themselves were not quite traditional futons. The onsen didn't have much of a view out.

The dinner was wild. The room was quaint and spacious, and the bath was amazing.

Le personnel de la réception nous a fait très bonne impression. L’onsen est vraiment top et particulièrement appréciable, d’autant plus que les chambres ne disposent pas de salle de bains. Nous avions réservé un repas sur place et avons été très satisfaits : le service était impeccable, tout comme la qualité du repas. Seul point négatif : l’hôtel est assez éloigné de nombreux lieux d’intérêt et il est souvent nécessaire de prendre le bus pour se déplacer. Heureusement, selon la ligne empruntée, un arrêt se trouve juste devant l’hôtel ou à quelques minutes de marche. Une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble!

The room was spacious and clean, the yukatas were beautiful, and the public onsen was very nice. Location is easy to reach by bus and there is a Lawson nearby the property which is very convenient.

Despite the beautiful presentation, I was expecting something more from the food in terms of quality, and the service could be improved as well.

地點在仙台文化中心公車站牌旁邊，下車就直接到門口非常方便，室內空間很大，一泊二食的食物也不錯。

入住時沒有說明出門要把鑰匙交回去，一早出門時櫃檯人員還跑出來要鑰匙，回住宿領鑰匙也只報房號不用看任何文件或證明不免讓人有點擔心。並且早班有一位男性櫃檯人員索取鑰匙時態度不是很好，希望可以改善。

有历史的酒店，虽维护得好，但设施仍难以避免有些老旧，不知道有什么措施可以平衡一下

Das Abendessen ist absolut fantastisch! Die Tatamiböden in den Zimmern und die Betten sehr angenehm.

Es ist etwas unangenehm, keine private Dusche im Zimmer zu haben. Lange Haare in einem Onsen vor allen anderen Besucherinnen sitzend in einer Waschkoje zu waschen, ist ein Erlebnis, dass ab einem gewissen Alter unangenehm ist.

Heel aangenaam hotel! Ideaal als je een 'Japanervaring' wil doen inzake overnachting: sfeer, futonbedden, kimono... en een zalige onsen! Je kan er heerlijk genieten van de rust.

食事が美しい盛り合わせで、お料理だけでなくお米もツヤツヤしていて、とても美味しかったです。量も丁度いいくらい。 お醤油皿のデザインが素敵! 朝食の小皿盛り合わせも見た目に美しいものでした。 スタッフが外国の方々ばかりでしたが、言葉も笑顔も素敵でした。立派なお布団も敷いたままで、スタッフが部屋に入ることはなかった。お客さんも外国の方が多く、それ使用の説明が丁寧になされていました。 お風呂は夜中も入れて、露天風呂も趣がありました。駐車場も目の前。

Boendet är väldigt riktat mot utländska turister vilket får en att tvivla på autentiteten, men det är både på gott och ont. Var också en del japanska turister och kändes autentiskt. Rekommenderar att boka en privat tub, var billigt.

Dinner and breakfast were awesome - ryokan experience for entire family. The onsen was great but we had to attend really late at night, so this wasn't the best time for us, although the facility was amazing. Room was perfect with tatami mats and tea set up with robes - so lux.

Wish we could have used the onsen earlier and/or more often during our stay. Although the dinner/breakfast were amazing, perhaps have some Western options for those not so adventurous, although I realize this is the intention to seek a stay here. Overall fantastic and highly recommended.

We hadden veel verwacht van het eten, maar vooral het ontbijt was toch heel wat anders als ons westerse ontbijt. Diner ging jammer genoeg in erg hoog tempo

El entorno es maravilloso aunque cuesta un poco llegar hasta el hotel, lo bueno es que está a 10 min en bus de la estación de la que parten los barcos x el lago y el teleférico. El onsen muy bueno, los privados mixtos muy bonitos con vistas a un bosque de bambú.La habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda y el personal muy amable, además te pueden enviar el equipaje a la estación de tren para no cargar con él durante las visitas de la ruta de los transportes

これまで日帰り温泉を利用させて頂いたことはありましたが、今回初めて宿泊いたしました。温泉の良さは勿論ですが、何と言っても食事が素晴らしい！夕食・朝食とも大変美味しくて大満足でした。予約時に追加をお願いしていたステーキも大変美味でした。地酒も頂きました。スタッフの皆さんのおもてなしの心遣いがまた素晴らしい。本当にありがとうございました。外国人客も多かったですが、マウントビュー箱根さんのお陰で彼らもきっと日本に良い思い出が出来たことでしょう。

We stayed at Mount View for one night and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a traditional Japanese ryokan. Our whole stay - the food, the room and the onsen - was such a memorable experience.

Very traditional. Room had no shower - the only ones in the hotel are in the onsen with no privacy!! WiFi was rubbish and no curtains or blind in the room wasn’t ideal as got woken up with light coming in! Wasn’t the best location either in a very rundown town with not much in - better off staying in Hakone! Breakfast not great and staff weren’t the most accommodating. For a room with three people there was not enough plug sockets!!

This 2-night stay with my wife and daughter was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The traditional breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the onsen experience was truly amazing — relaxing, authentic, and unforgettable. A perfect way to experience traditional Japanese hospitality.

Nice Ryokan in a good location (the bus stop to the Hakone loop and Odawara station is in front of the hotel). We loved the option for a private Onsen and wearing the provided Yukata. Dinner at the hotel was very good, and there are also other food options in walking distance.

The breakfast has only Japanese options, not even toast was available.

食事で煮物と天ぷらがずいぶん後から出てきて冷めていた。

Trevligt hotell med en publik onsen och möjlighet att köpa till privat onsen. Vi valde att inkludera mat i vistelsen. Maten var en speciell upplevelse med massor av olika rätter i traditionell japansk stil, spännande att uppleva! Smidigt att man kunde hoppa på bussen precis utanför entrén och åka hela vägen till Shinjuku station. Det var även lätt att ta sig runt med lokalbussar i området, även om avstånden var lite längre än vad vi trodde innan.

朝晩共にお食事のボリュームがありました。 温かいものは温かく冷たいものは冷たく、一品ずつ丁寧にお料理されているのだろうなと感じました。 露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。

貸し切り露天風呂にお香が炊かれていたと思うのですが、かなりにおいが強く長く居られなかったです。 お部屋は綺麗に清掃されていましたが古さを感じました。 部屋の灯りも読書灯の様なものがなく、就寝時にどこを消して寝ようか考えました。 またコンセントが少なく、1人ひとつはスマホを持っている今には不便を感じました。

貸し切り露天風呂よかったです お布団もマットレス厚めで良し お部屋も綺麗だったし、ごはんもおいしかったです 外国人スタッフのみなさんがとても頑張っていました

The staff was very nice and helpful. They all spoke English.

The setting is a bit rundown. The food was OK. There was no Bath/shower in the room. Maybe I misunderstood it when I booked. The onsen is nice but it doesn't feel "in nature" as it seemed from the photos.
