The property itself was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It had a mini fridge that worked perfect with our stay. It had also had close access to a-lot of restaurants nearby and right of highway.

Managaers Stephanie and Daisy do not reflect the Marriott standard I have come to expect across a lifetime of global travel. I strongly urge Marriott leadership to review this incident and ensure both managers receive remedial training in customer service, de-escalation, and brand representation. Guests who spend generously at your properties — and who handle mistakes with grace — deserve far better. As a frequent Marriott guest with hundreds of stays across properties worldwide and platinum Elite status I have never encountered management conduct as unprofessional or disturbing as what I witnessed at this location. A member of our delegation — part of a large group spending thousands of dollars at this hotel — accidentally parked in a restricted space that was poorly marked. He immediately acknowledged his mistake and apologized. What followed was entirely unacceptable. Two managers, Stephanie and Daisy, handled the situation with hostility rather than hospitality. When two other guests from our group calmly attempted to provide context and help resolve the matter, both managers dismissed us and called us liars, alleging that our colleague had moved a parking cone — something that simply did not happen. Despite our repeated, calm attempts to de-escalate and explain the situation, the managers placed a sticker on the vehicle and called for it to be towed while we were actively trying to assist. The situation reached a new low when Manager Daisy raised her voice, declared she was "done with us," accused us of being vulgar, and ordered him to leave — all of this in full view of other hotel guests. At no point did either manager demonstrate patience, professionalism, or the basic conflict-resolution skills expected of Marriott brand representatives. We were a cooperative, respectful group. We acknowledged the parking error. We asked only to be heard and treated with dignity. Instead, we were met with escalating hostility that reflected poorly not just on these individuals, but on this property as a whole.

I did not get a view, I had a wall blocking the outside. That was the only missing piece for me

The staff were really nice, relatively quiet, and the mattress was comfy.

There was NO MICROWAVE in our room, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, the soundproofing at the front door was non-existent so we could hear everyone walking and opening doors.

I have never stayed at a hotel where the bathroom toilet look like a toilet seat of a gas station bathroom. I also was unable to close my door from the outside without using my room key. I asked to be moved to another room and was told that they would not be able to move me. A kind maintenance worker overheard my conversation and came and replaced my toilet seat. This did not change the fact that I was not comfortable taking a shower or sitting on the toilet during my stay. I asked to be compensated or discounted for this stay and was told by the front desk person they were unable to do anything and they would have a manager look into it. I never heard from anybody regarding this.

The had dinner at the Great room, the service was great. We had the 5 course meal and it was amazing, they had a Jaz musician that made the atmosphere really nice.

My husband and I have been married for over 10, and have celebrated Valentine’s every year. This year was much more than a special event! We loved the experience, and enjoyment at the El Paso Marriott quality services, entertainment with jazz musically magic, with a local artist Billy Towns! We could not ask for anything better! Highly recommend!

Marriott El Paso has been a very pleasurable place to stay. It has been my home for about 30 days and I would not stay anywhere else when visiting El Paso. Stephany the service manager is awesome, she will make sure that all of your needs are accommodated. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed by far.

Please avoid this hotel! When we checked in after traveling across country all day, I wanted to take a nap. I was very surprised to find that the bed sheets were wet. This was concerning but fixable. Unfortunately, an extremely unprofessional woman named Stephanie was rude and unhelpful and made the situation far worse by making excuses and gaslighting rather than simply helping to make the situation better. I stay almost exclusively at Marriotts and usually have great experiences. However, Stephanie is a poor representative of the brand. Don’t risk staying here. Unless you’re into wet sheets and poor service. Oh, and the heat and TV in our room didn’t work.

Great location. Room dated but very clean. Staff very friendly. Beds comfy and pool nice and clean. My family and I will be back.

it’s extremely convenient from the airport

Its been almost 30 days since my stay and i STILL have not been refunded the $50 deposit the hotel charged at check in. My bank wont refund it because its still pending for them and the hotel still needs to release the funds, ive made several calls to the hotel and their billing department and i only get a voicemail. Shady work from this place.

I concierge suite experience which was extra than a king size. I got there. She said they didn’t have concierge service at this hotel and be in my room so when I ask them to rectify it, I have stayed for 761 days at Marriott in the last eight years. I asked for the manager and she was busy in a meeting. I asked to have her call me and she did not. I would never stay in this hotel if it was the last hotel on earth.

Rooms are small but nice. Ordered room service and it was terrible. The chicken breast they gave me looked to have been cooked in the microwave. My daughters pizza was 70% sauce and not a good sauce. It was awful.

There was no soap in the shower, the bed was okay, and I hate that there’s carpet flooring everywhere it grosses me out. The pool was cool though.

Comfortable rooms and great location. My ONLY complaint is they charge for WiFi if you are not a Marriott member. I am a member but it seems silly to me in this day and age that if you don’t want to join their program you have to pay $13 for standard internet.

The property was wonderful quiet and convenient to all locations I wanted to explore on my short trip. I will be recommended this location in the future to my clients as a travel agent.

I usually stop by El Paso once a year and this hotel never disappoints. It looks like the lobby has been remodeled since my last visit. The staff is so warm, inviting and friendly. I really like this hotel and often recommend it to my friends and family. If you’re looking for a quick, quiet and comfortable place, this is the hotel for you. Not to mention El Paso’s food is the best.

I stayed at this property 4 years ago and it was nice and clean, I stayed this week end again while visiting family and they have done a room renovation WOW what a difference usb ports, mini fridge, bathroom is amazing! Great job! Staff is still friendly rooms clean, you can tel the lobby is still going through change I look forward to seeing the final product. Great stay!

Shouldn't even be called a Marriott. This hotel has no makings of the Marriott brand. I checked in to my room on the "concierge" floor. They don't have a concierge lounge. I inquired about breakfast as I have titanium status with Marriott Bonvoy. They don't provide breakfast to platinum, titanium or ambassador elites who are loyal to MARRIOTT. I asked to speak to a manager. They don't have a manager in the evenings or on weekend! I'm sorry. Most people aren't checking in 9 to 5! As I stay in a lot of Marriott hotels, this is the worst. Do not stay here!
