Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport

Everything

Nothing

This location reminded me more of the grand hotels of the past rather than the cookie-cutter boxes of most modern day hotels. A hotel that takes awhile to figure out with a lot of luxiurious open spaces. Also, great location with some good restaurants nearby. Plenty of onsite parking.

I did miss having a quick breakfast option.

housekeeping

no breakfast and overcharged

Nice hotel conveniently located by airport

Unfortunelty I dont remeber if there was breakfast and if there was we were never up early enough. The room was so beautuful and we had a view right infront of the pool which was even more worth it. Right down the street, everything was there uncluding gas, personal care, food, esc. Overall I would totally book again. If your visiting for the downtown area it is a bit of a drive, but after a long night out, the room was the perfect amount of cozyness.

The pool was a little dirty, but I very much still swam.

Spacious and the pool was nice and the staff were very polite and accommodating.

The first room we got the ac wasn't working, the bed was broken and the phone wasn't hooked up but the staff were wonderful and fixed it quickly and got us moved to a new room.

Very comfortable and clean

Bien

Staff was phenomenal!

The food was not great whatsoever. Had to take back a plate and price was ridiculous.

ubicacion

Felt like a king.

No free breakfast

The room was great !

Hot tub was broken , staff seemed nonchalant.

The desk clerk was very helpful on showing me where my room was.

Clean.

The room a/c would not kick on regularly, even after lowering the setting. It would get hot, then wake me up and have to get it cooling again. So, I hardly slept. Also when sitting on the side of bed closest to the door, mattress springs collapsed and almost pinched my legs more than once. Needs mattress replaced. Thanks.

It was easy to find and close to the highways. The room was spacious.

Nothing.

Nada

The location, good.

I make resevation one month ahad I choose a room in line.wrnd I arrive they gave a different one.not the one I reserved. I was desapiment.

habitacion excelente al igual que la piscina

The room was great. The pool was refreshing and we had the best cocktails in the restaurant.

We had no coffee to make in our room. Did not care for the $100 damage deposit and having to wait 14 days to get it back. That's just ridiculous.

Its location near the airport was great. The hotel was well presented, neat and clean. Rooms, while basic, were very comfortable.

How close it was to the airport

The parking is horrible , the mattress in the sleeper sofa was all torn, and the AC kept turning off

The car staff was extremely helpful and courteous

The check in staff was extremely RUDE and disrespectful

Checking out.

The room was dirty. Literally had feces on the back of the bathroom door. Overall, the condition was shabby. The parking lot was being paved and had no handicapped parking spaces or access. Ridiculous. People were running up and down the halls at 230 in the morning, making all kinds of noise.

Front desk kindness, attention and professionalism

Missed ordering breakfast

Room was big, very quiet which we loved, since we were there to just sleep for the night. Young lady at the front desk was very friendly.

Their complimentary toiletries were tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Which is not enough when you have a lot of hair. Did not like the at they don’t offer complimentary breakfast. This is usually a deal breaker for us.

no tengo quejas estuve satisfecho

I had to go outside by the pool to get to my room.

the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful at all.

I liked the bathroom, especially the tub.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Property was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was nice and even being located close by the airport there was minimal noise.

The staff is very nice, from front desk to housekeeping. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Our room is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the pools are well kept. We decided to extend our stay and it was a very easy process. Close to Fort Bliss so visiting our soldier was easy to get to.

Really nothing was bad, but I do wish the WiFi was a little better in our room since I had to work. Multiple times I lost connection during team meetings and phone calls but it’s a big hotel so I didn’t expect it to be amazing WiFi. I was not able to use a common area that might have had better signal as it would be a HIPAA violation for my job. I wouldn’t classify this as bad, just stating it for someone else who might have to work while they stay.

Todo

Está todo bien

Las instalaciones

En general me gusto

Cleanliness.

Nice rooms , comfortable beds , tub and shower , swimming pools .

The room was clean & comfortable

They are replacing the entire front parking lot. Not only can you not unload luggage in front (I’m recovering from knee injury) but you have to park way toward the back and drag bags all the way to front. It was almost dark & the front desk said to walk back & put parking slip in windshield. I said, “I’m not doing that.” I asked for closest room to the front & he couldn’t get housekeeping to answer to verify room was clean. I got a cheeseburger in the restaurant (waiter was great!) burger was terrible. Afterward the front desk said 40 more minutes to have room cleaned (this was at 8pm!). Nice guy at desk but experience terrible.

Clean nice

Nothing

Everything about this stay was comfortable

It was a great place.

La habitacion y las instalaciones

No me querian respetar la reservacipn porbque llegue a la 1 am y me querian cobrar nuevamente

Hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport, it’s a great place to stay between flights!

Location

There is one shuttle driver that literally throws your bags into the back of the van and slams the doors on them trying to close the back. The property itself is nice I suppose. Reminds me of a nicer motel 8.

Location

Clean rooms

Initial room was maloderus. Changed to another room with minor difficulty

Cleanliness, comfort, hotel appearance

Clean, affordable, prompt, and comfortable.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were awesome

You have to buy breakfast in their cafe or order room service through a delivery service

Nothing special

Old

Between the location and the wonderful staff that alone makes the hotel worth it.
