we had to go to front desk to check in for our airline, i couldnt get english on my phone, only german. Nicolette was the person who helped us check in. She was absolutely fantastic, she checked us in and even printed our boarding passes. A lovely person and seemed to care for us and our needs

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter; die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, obwohl die Gläser etwas eingestaubt waren.

Das Gäste halb nackt in das Hotel gelassen werden (zwei Männer in Lederriemenanzügen mit nackten Ärschen etc.) dann das in der Dusche die Amaturen wackeln und es nicht korrekt verfugt wurde. Im Saunabereich ist bei den drei warmen Duschen die mittlere Dusche nicht sicher! Dort hängen Stromkabel der Beleuchtung von der Decke und es droht ein Stromschlag, was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Dann sind zu viele Kinder im Wellnessbereich, sodass an Erholung nicht zu denken ist. Die Umgebung des InterContinental hat sich stark verändert, Obdachlose suchen nach Zigarettenstummeln in den Aschenbechern vor dem Haupteingang und man sitzt im Restaurant daneben und versucht sein 48€ Rumpsteak zu genießen. Es werden Gäste in Sportkleidung mit Schlappen reingelassen, ohne Stil und ohne Niveau. Das Personal des Interconti sieht manchmal nicht stilvoll aus, von offenen Hosenställen, bis zu Frisuren die an den Zirkus erinnern gibt es da alles. Ein gewisser Standard sollte gewahrt bleiben.

My and my family stay was a great experience. Very clean facilities and very friendly staff all with a reasonable price.

Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis des Frühstücks war nicht in Ordnung. Auf die Eierspeisen musste man viel zu lange wartend in einer Schlange stehen, Pancakes gab es ab 10 Uhr nicht mehr. (Wie waren am Samstagvormittag da.) Für über 40 € pro Person hatte ich mehr erwartet.....

Die Lage und der Preis sind gut

Haben Zimmer um 9:00 Uhr verlassen und um Zimmerreinigung gebeten. Um 15:00 Uhr war das Zimmer noch immer nicht sauber! Um 17:00 Uhr kam Timmersee ice und wollte Reinigung am nächsten Tag machen- bei 2 Nächten sinnlos. Für dieses Hotel nicht akzeptabel da 4-5 Sterne Hotal!!!

Die Club Etage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr moderne Zimmer und toller Service mit Frühstück, Snacks und Getränken sowieso kostenlosen Spa und Pool Zugang.

Pool und Spa Bereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und rechtfertigt nicht den Aufpreis von €20 pro Person. Auch der Gym ist sehr überschaubar und beschränkt sich auf Cardio Geräte.

Breakfast was exceptional. Parking was free for hotel guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in the city centre. Dinner in the hotel was affordable which was a pleasant surprise.

The room was small for a family of four. The shower and bath were not separate and were a bit dated.

La struttura in sé è molto bella ed elegante, ottima la colazione anche se prevalentemente salata, ovunque pulito ed ordinato. Complimenti allo staff della colazione, sono attenti sia ai tavoli che al buffet, davvero professionali! Bella anche la possibilità di fare spa e piscina.

Pokoj určitě nebyl rodinný spíše velký pokoj a rozkládací pohovka. Vybavení pokoje a celkově hotel by již potřeboval rekonstrukci přeci jen hotel má stále 5* a za mě tomu již úplně neodpovídá. Netýká se personálu, který je na vysoké úrovni.

It was the best stay in our holiday in Germany. Staff is super helpful and friendly, location is perfect, breakfast and facilities great.

There was a small noise from the railways the we could hear until like 11pm on weekdays. Our room was facing east side, I believe the rooms facing west side dont have this issue.

Mini bar contents take up the whole fridge space meaning you can’t chill your complimentary water bottles and have to drink luke warm water or buy some. Tap water is hard so you can’t wash your hair properly without leaving a residue, poor sleep quality on our final night could hear scraping and banging in the room above. Charging for use of the pool €10 euros per day is unacceptable especially since the water is cold and it’s busy with families. Charging €43 pp for a breakfast put us off as we only drink tea and eat cereal options so it’s really not worth the money. We ate out at cheaper hotel breakfasts on all 3 days of our stay. Just money making to the point where a normal family trip with my sons became unpleasant.

The InterContinental Berlin lives up to the expectation of being a four-star hotel, and it gives a bit of the superior hotel service of the 1970s. Everything from employees to the incredible breakfast was outstanding. Two caveats: Parking was very costly, and the use of the pool was also only possible via surcharge. For a hotel of this caliber, those two items appear cheap and should be remedied.

Alles was man so von einem InterContinental Hotel erwartet bietet dieses Hotel an.

1) Unser Zimmer auf dem 12 Stock (tolle Aussicht zwar auf Ostberlin, kostet demnach auch entsprechend mehr), Zimmer 1212, befand sich sehr Nahe am Schacht des Aufzuges (3 Aufzüge), sodass man das Getriebe andauernd aus dem Bett, durch die Wand hören konnte. Auch mit etwas eingeschaltetem Fernseher, war das nicht komplett aus zu blenden. Erst ab 01.00 wenn weniger Gäste die 3 Aufzüge benutzten wurde es ruhiger. Schade, für so einen Preis, aber das wird auch in ferner Zukunft nicht zu ändern sein. 2) Der Pool. 10 Euro pro Tag pro Person extra zu bezahlen für den Pool, bei den Preisen die man zur Übernachtung bezahlt ist traurig für so ein Unternehmen. Die "19.00 Politik" die Kinder unter 18 aus dem Pool zu bitten ist übertrieben. Wen stören denn 14 jährige ruhige Kinder wenn sie bis 20.00 im Pool bleiben? Außerdem war das Wasser des "beheizten" Pools sehr kalt (angeblich 27°, gefühlt aber 20-23°), sodass alle anwesenden Badegäste sich im Whirlpool versammelt hatten. Fast keiner war tatsächlich im Pool drinnen.

Sve je odlicno. Lokacija, udobnost, higijena, osoblje. Dovoljno je reci Interkontinetal i sve sto je manje od ovoga sto se nudi nije u skladu sa lancem hotela. Objekat je renoviran. Lokacija je odlicna, usluga takodje. Mozda bi trebao sadrzaj spa centra, dorucka i parkinga biti ukljucen u cenu, a ne dodatno da se naplacuje.

Limited selection for dinner but understandable as the rooftop restaurant was closed for renovations. So this should improve after August when repairs are done.

체크인할 때 처음부터 예약자의 여권을 제시했음에도 불구하고 예약자 이름을 수차례 물었습니다. 외국인의 이름이 어려워 읽고 발음하기가 어렵다면 정중하게 물으면 되고, 무엇보다 여권을 확인하면 될 것인데 몹시 무례하다고 느꼈습니다. 조식이 포함되어 있는 숙박이었는데 제대로 예약사항을 제대로 확인하지 않고 조식 불포함이라 답변했고 저는 심각한 불쾌함을 느껴 그 때부터는 그 사람의 말을 더 이상 듣고싶지도 않았습니다. 이름은 인터콘티넨탈베를린인데 인종차별하는 호텔입니다.

The location was perfect. Within 5 minutes walking on the Kurfürstendamm

We needed to pay extra on the spot for the use of swimming pool facilities. Even more when to use the sauna too. I can expect these for people who are not staying at the hotel. But I simply would not choose this hotel anymore due to the fact that guest need to pay extra for swimming. The car parking (one floor lower) is extremely tight when you have a bigger car. I know how to drive, but these was too much.

die Qualität der Speisen das Frühstück sowie auch in der Marlene Bar waren ausgezeichnet die Zimmer Ausstattung war angemessen das Badezimmer geräumig und das Personal sehr freundlich

bei einem Hotel in dieser Qualität und Preisspanne halte ich es für völlig unnötig, eine Extragebühr für Schwimmbad und Sauna zu verlangen. Auf ein lautes Geräusch im Zimmer, was von einer Klimapumpe ausgelöst wurde. Alle 30 Minuten wurde zwar sehr freundlich reagiert, aber es wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Ich bekam ein Entschuldigungsschreiben am Tag meiner Abreise.

The staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient, and overall the breakfast was good with a decent selection. The room was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the general atmosphere and the service at reception.

The biggest issue was the elevator noise. Our room was right next to the elevators, and the noise was so noticeable that at first I thought it was a tram outside. I only realized later that it was actually the elevators. This was very disappointing for a hotel of this level. The water temperature in the shower was also unstable, constantly changing between hot and cold. Breakfast was good overall, but I expected more from an InterContinental. There is a sign saying smoked salmon is available on request, but I had to ask three different members of staff before finally getting it, as each person directed me to someone else. Overall, the experience did not really match the InterContinental brand or the price we paid.

Hyvällä sijainnilla lapsiystävällinen hotelli. Erinomainen aamupala ja ei lainkaan ruuhkautunut. Erinomainen ruoka myös hotellin iltaravintolassa ja ruoka tulee nopeasti. Lapsilla myös isot annokset. Kaikki toimi siis hyvin!

Uimala oli ruuhkainen (kesäaikana ymmärtää kun paljon perheitä reissussa).

Die angeschlossene Bar Marlene ist ausgezeichnet , toller Wein und super Cocktails .Snack auch klasse.

Erstens das Parkhaus ist sehr teuer 36 ,- . Zweitens genauso das Frühstück 43 ,- . Soviel habe ich weltweit noch nicht bezahlt , sorry .Und das Essen , Restaurant hatte Sommerpause , es gab nur Schnitzel etc. , leider nichts für unseren Gaumen.

At der ikke blev taget hånd om lort på gulvet i spa/pool området på herre toilettet, lignede et barn der havde haft et uheld, lidt ærgerligt at det ikke blev håndteret med det samme. Udover det en god oplevelse

我定的有大床和沙发床的房间，但是沙发床实在是太小了，不能称之为床。不过接到我的需求后马上换了一张单人床，非常感谢。
