Umivalnik v kopalnici ni bil najbolj čist, kar je za tak hotel kar malo nenavadno. Ob prihodu sem povedal, da sem zamudil let in receptor je tudi videl, da nimam kovčka s sabo, a mi ni ponudil nobene rezervne toalete, kar bi sicer za tak nivo hotela pričakoval.

Poor cleaning service. We had to stay for days in the room, like three days before the had to come clean our room. After so many phone calls were made. And after when the cleaner came, we ask her to change our bedsheet,she told us that is not her place to do so. (Wow)what a way to reply a customer with an angry face. I really don’t know if is because we were black skin or what.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu erreichen.

Die Zimmerreinigung war leider nicht regelmäßig. Ich musste zweimal darum bitten, dass das Zimmer gereinigt wird.

호텔 아침식사에 크로아상을 따듯하게 하고있었는데 크로아상을 넣지 말라는 경고 표지판을 못봤습니다. 한 늙은 남자직원이 갑자기 화를 내며 소리를 질렀습니다. 나는 그것을 못봤다고 미안하다고 했는데 더 신경질을 내며 시끄럽게 만들었습니다. 직원 교육이 필요한것 같습니다. 너무 기분이 안좋았고 사과를 했는데도 오히려 더 신경질을 냈습니다.

El personal super amable, buen restaurante en el hotel. Esta relativamente cerca del centro de Amsterdam, aunque está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y justo delante tiene un parque enorme. Tiene cafetera Nespresso dentro de la habitación lo que también nos ha ido bien para poder tomar un café antes de salir por la mañana.

Creo que la tasa de mascotas es demasiado elevada, 25€ por noche por un perro..

Abbiano scelto l'hotel per la sua posizione in rapporto al prezzo offerto rispetto ad altre strutture in centro ad Amsterdam, di livello inferiore. La posizione è eccellente: a due minuti a piedi sono raggiungibili sia la fermata del tram e della metropolitana che portano in centro in 20-25 minuti. La fermata della metro è inoltre funzionale a raggiungere sia l'aeroporto di Schirpool che di Eindhoven (per chi si muove Rynair). Lo staff dell'albergo molto gentile e disponibile. Nel caso specifico una nota di merito, in particolare, a Martina: abbiamo un figlio piccolo e quando siamo arrivati al check-in gli ha detto che fra qualche giorno avrebbe compiuto gli anni...la sera, di rientro in hotel, abbiamo trovato in camere dei palloncini, un biglietto di auguri e delle caramelle...decisamente non scontato. Camera spaziosa e pulita e con delle accortezze che hanno fatto piacere: all'arrivo abbiamo trovato delle bottigliette di acqua e la macchina nespresso con cialde annesse...ogni mattina sia l'acqua che il caffè venivano re-integrare se consumate. Colazione ricca ed abbondante: come spesso accade in hotel fuori dall'Italia è prevalente il salato ma anche la parte dolce si faceva rispettare. L'unico appunto che mi permetto di fare sulla colazione riguarda le torte proposte: ogni giorno sempre le stesse...magari potrebbe essere semplice variare la tipologia..ma giusto un appunto In sintesi una soluzione senz'altro da consigliare.

Not central which is what we wanted but in walking distance of transport hubs. The local area & park was lovely. A 24hour cafe was a welcome bonus !

Otelde 3 gün boyunca konakladık. Bu süreçte odamız hiç temizlenmedi ve çöpler alınmadı. Havlular 3 gün boyunca değiştirilmedi. Avrupa ve türkiye içerisinde olmak üzere bir çok nokta da başka novootel şubelerinde de kaldım. Böyle birşeyle ilk defa karşılaştım. Bunun novootel standartları için uygun ve geçerli bir durum olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Çünkü oda temizliğinin hiç yapılmaması kabul edilebilir bir durum değildir.

La ubicación: era una zona muy tranquila y bien comunicado, pero bastante lejos del centro. No probamos el desayuno, ya que, considero el precio un poco elevado.

Had a good stay here. Friendly staff, modern, quiet and comfortable room, free upgrade and metro and tram stops right around the corner. Only minus where the excessive prices in the hotel restaurant.

Le strutture che mette a disposizione l'hotel, la posizione, lo staff sempre cordiale, la colazione. Inoltre il dispenser di acqua sempre disponibile, i letti comodi.

La struttura della stanza, troppo piccola, senza cassetti, il lavandino inutilizzabile troppo poco spazio tra il rubinetto e il piano del lavabo. Il WC incastrato con la porta, troppo poco per un 4 stelle al prezzo corrente!

In het algemeen een prima hotel op een goede locatie met veel faciliteiten en voorzieningen.

Op zondag €25,00 betaald voor parkeren terwijl het voor de slagboom gratis was. Hadden ze wel mogen vertellen. Airco op de kamer uitgezet want deze maakte veel geluid.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located. The metro and the airport are both within easy reach. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned on one of the days, although the towels were changed.

Ich möchte mich nochmals ausdrücklich bei der Reinigungskraft Julisa bedanken. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Am 1.8.26 , 6Stock. Wir möchten uns auch beim Check- In Rezeption bedanken. Schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und die Mitarbeiter, sehr freundlich und schnell.

Kühlschrank hat nicht gekùhlt.

We asked for an extra towel as we only had one large one and never received it, also on out check out morning we took our bags down to the breakfast area and the staff were a little short with us, felt like an inconvenience to them which was an unfortunate end to the stay.

Moderno, habitaciones muy silenciosas y camas super cómodas. Dormimos mejor que en casa. El aire acondicionado no lo tocamos está perfecto. Nos hicieron las camas todos los días y nos repusieron el agua y el café . La estación de tren/ metro estaba a 5 min andando . Tren al centro 15 min. Nos gustó estar un poco a las afueras del centro

Nada, si acaso le faltaba un toque de detalle con la limpieza , ya que encontramos algún que otro pelo en la ducha y la cama.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro ( consiglio tram linea 4 con abbonamento 24 ore). Ottimo per gli standard di Amsterdam. Plausi particolare per Martina alla reception per la disponibilità e la professionalità. Grazie a Lerma capo staff pulizie per la flessibilità dimostrata.

Camera un pò piccola e moquette che penalizza un pò la pulizia. Colazione dolce un pò scarna.

The property and its location were fantastic, but the rooms were just average; however, the breakfast was exceptional.

We had booked three rooms with a scheduled check-in time of 3:00 PM. Upon our arrival at 2:30 PM, we requested that all three rooms be located on the same floor. The front desk agent kindly assured us that three rooms were secured for us on the 8th floor and instructed us to return at 3:00 PM to collect our key cards. However, when we returned at 3:00 PM, that agent’s shift had ended. We were then assisted by a supervisor named Martina. Contrary to what we were previously promised, Martina informed us that those rooms were no longer available, that our rooms were not ready, and that we would have to be split across entirely different floors. What followed was an unacceptable four-and-a-half-hour delay. We were left waiting in the lobby from 3:00 PM until 7:30 PM without being provided our rooms, despite the official check-in time being 3:00 PM. Being made to wait so long after a journey—only to have our room assignments completely disrupted—was extremely unprofessional and exhausting. The only saving grace of our evening was a staff member named Nana, who stepped in at 7:30 PM. Seeing how visibly exhausted and distressed we were, Nana immediately took charge of the situation with utmost professionalism. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue swiftly and finally handed us our keys. Nana represents the very definition of true hospitality; his outstanding customer care and kindness completely turned a terrible experience around. While Nana deserves the highest praise and recognition for his extraordinary service, I expect management to address the severe lapse in communication and handling by Martina. I look forward to hearing how this matter will be addressed.

Ons verblijf was geen vakantie maar vanwege een operatie van partner. We mochten langer op de kamer blijven in afwachting van telefoontje van ZH. Personeel was heel begaan en behulpzaam. Veel dank daarvoor!

De badkamer van kamer 518 vond ik niet hygiënisch. In het natte gedeelte zat op diverse plekken schimmel en het douchewater liep niet goed weg.

Personale ed accoglienza al top, ottima posizione, 4.6 km da piazza dam a piedi in zona tranquillissima a qualsiasi ora. Stanze come sempre pulite, una bottiglietta di acqua a persona ogni giorno, macchina del caffè e cialde sempre disponibili ogni giorno in stanza. Lo consiglierei per qualità e posizione.

Unfortunately, I would have loved to give this hotel a good review, as I have stayed here several times before and always had a positive impression. However, this time our experience was extremely disappointing. My daughter left her beloved stuffed rabbit in the room. She has had this rabbit since she was born, so it is extremely special to her. We only realized it was missing a few hours after checking out, and we immediately contacted the hotel because we knew exactly where we had left it — on the bed. We even wanted to return to the hotel that same day to collect it, but nobody seemed willing to properly help us. We contacted several people, sent emails, and kept following up, but we were simply passed from one person to another. The person responsible for lost and found apparently only became involved more than a week later. We were eventually told that the rabbit had not been found. Honestly, I find this extremely difficult to believe, considering we reported it only a few hours after leaving and knew exactly where it had been left. What is even more disappointing than losing the item is the complete lack of urgency, responsibility and willingness to help. When something so sentimental is lost, you expect a hotel to at least make a genuine effort to investigate and communicate properly with the guest. It is a real shame, because I have stayed at this hotel several times and would have happily recommended it. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion. Very disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable.

The location is fantastic, as it is very close to the tram and RAI station, with a nice park nearby. The room was spotless and clean. On top of that, the receptionist was incredibly kind and let us check in early! Highly recommend this place.

People were smoking right in front of the hotel, which made walking through the entrance quite uncomfortable.

Que nos cobrarán por un agua en el restaurante 8€ sin dejarnos la botella en la mesa. Nos llenaron medio vaso y se llevaron la botella. La segunda botella nos la dejaron en la mesa. Si la dejan entiendo que me cobren 8e. Aunque sea carísimo (creo que se pasan, siendo agua del grifo)

Great location, quite area, lots of parking space and very safe and secure when travelling in and out in the evening. 5 to 10 minutes walk to RAI stations and 15 minutes walk to a shopping mall.

The hotel location is great, easy ride on tram to centre of the city with all its charm

The reception staff. Apart from.one particular lady who apologised for the chaos and done her best to help us, the rest were not clear, and making mistakes. I booked a twin room, when my daughter and I checked in we got a double room with no pre explanation or information from the receptionist. We were very tired from travelling and had to go down to ask for the twin room.i upgraded and was confirmed. We then be told by another receptionist that there was no twin room available that's why we didnt get assigned one (which would have been nice again to be told in the first place) and that we needed to come back again in the morning to get a twin room, which we did and a nice young lady did the booking, took the luggage and assured us we will have one when we came back from the day outings. We did and had another receptionist who did not look at the comments the young lady did put for us and booked us in another room! We only found this out when we went to breakfast the morning after and we had an unpleasant conversation with breakfast staff saying to us breakfast was not included in our room ! Yet again here we are having to go to reception to get the problem fixed! Lots of vreceptionists but no coordination and long queues at the desk. Shame! Management needs to train them much better as front desk is always first impression, and first impression counts!

La présence des témoins de jeovah à l’accueil était plutôt surprenante (jw.org)… je ne pense que cela soit le lieu adapté. Il peut être assez compliqué de demander un renseignement à l’accueil car peu de comptoir sont ouvert et souvent monopolisé pour le checking. Le lavabo et robinet sont un peu petit et se vide difficilement.
