Het ontbijt was geweldig!! Zelfs meerdere vegan opties, zoals brownie met amandelmelk en vega matcha yoghurt. Dit werd enorm geapprecieerd!

We absolutely loved everything about this place! Location is convenient right next to the station, close yet away enough from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Staff are super helpful and the facilities are well provided for especially the gym with complementary fruit and water there. The room itself features a quirky design which brings life to the place. It’s really clean and spacious with essential amenities provided. Can’t fault anything about it!

Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Es gab eine unheimlich grosse Auswahl an Brotsorten als auch Wurst und Käseauswahl. Auch die Auswahl an Gebäck war mehr als genug. Würde in jedem Fall immer wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Leider steht das Preisleistungsverhältnis für die grosse Auswahl vom Frühstücksbuffet in keinem Verhältnis. Dieser Preis ist wirklich total überzogen. Habe schon oft in Hotels dieser Preisklasse übernachtet aber noch nie so viel für ein Frühstück bezahlt. Das ist sehr schade.

Quiet, cleanliness, location near a metro station close to the city centre, excellent facilities, rich and good buffet breakfast.

Reception was often busy, so I had to stand in line to ask a question. Restaurant required a reservation several days in advance, food was sometimes of poor quality, fat and difficult to chew. Asked a double bed, but received 2 single ones put together.

Ótimo pequeno almoço, com variedade e muita qualidade. Quartos muito confortáveis, funcionários simpáticos. Localização próxima de estações de metro e supermercado.

Nada de relevante, mas gostaria que fosse possível abrir janela do quarto.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Selten so ein gutes Frühstück im Hotel bekommen. Das Restaurant Selva war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Dass man kein Fenster im Zimmer öffnen konnte. Die Rolltreppe ist nicht besonders hübsch und verleiht dem Empfangsbereich einbisschen Bahnhofscharakter. Muss man mögen.

Good Cafe's restaurants close by. Public transport close (trams and trains) very easy to go into Amsterdam Central.

Food was good in restaurant but expensive. Seemed to have weird systems in place. e.g. The shop on the ground floor was unmanned. you had to stand in line at reception to get a token so you could purchase wine from a machine. Bar was closed except a cocktail bar after 6pm. Then you had to walk through restaurant. Normal bar on 1st floor was closed for entire stay.

I have asked for a quite room far from the elevator and it was extremely close to the elevators.

Het ontbijt was super uitgebreid en erg goed. Het personeel bij ontvangst was erg vriendelijk. De kamers waren echt netjes en ik weet niet of er verschil zit in de kamers, maar wij hadden echt een hele mooie op de 20ste verdieping. Prachtig uitzicht.

Er was maar één bar open, en daar voelden we ons niet erg welkom. Blijkbaar was daar ook het restaurant, dus een gedeelte mocht je niet gebruiken, terwijl er in het bargedeelte weinig zitplaats was. Dat was niet zo'n fijne vibe.

Läget, cool byggnad med fantastisk utsikt. Bra vänlig personal. Jätte fint gym. Gott om plats och även där fin utsikt.

המיקום היה רחוק ממרכז העיר. הרגיש בטוח ושקט. סה"כ שכונה לא רעה אבל גם לא מרגשת.

העיצוב של המלון והחדר היה מאוד גרוע. החדר היה חשוך, מסודר גרוע, בלי שקעים, העיצוב של החדר היה מאוד מאוד גרוע, היה קיר גדול של בטון מחורר. פשוט בטון. הייתי בשוק. שמחתי שנשארתי שם לילה אחד בלבד ואז עברתי למלון אחר. הצוות היה נחמד ועזר. בקומה הראשונה היו מקום של ספות שיכולנו לקיים פגישה עסקית והיה נעים. את חדר הכושר והמסעדה לא בדקנו, אולי הם טובים. החדר היה פשוט מאוד לא נעים והרצפה בחדר המקלחת הרגישה דביקה מה שביחד עם קיר הבטון יצר תחושה לא נעימה.

Nhow is a well run Hotel on the outskirts of Amsterdam centrum, the parking facilities are excellent under the Hotel itself ( if you are driving of course ) it has the metro located only 250 metres away walking distance, that can get you into the city, or your place of preference in minutes. The hotel itself is a great design. The elevators are express and efficient. The hotel offers a good range of rooms, with most offering fantastic views. A gym, bar, and restaurant, and breakfast floor are a must visit on your stay. The staff are helpful and accommodating in my experience.. The rooms are clean, modern, and with a unique design. Rooms differ slightly in theme. The aircon was good, and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

The breakfast is good, but a slight annoyance is the price is jacked up if you dont book at the lobby. Quoted 25 euros each but 27..89s what we paid upstairs at dining A small increase but just scrap this shit and keep it 25 wherever you pay. Just screwing the customer for not committing to breakfast at arrival.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, tout s’est très bien passé ! Un grand merci notamment à Paul Vincent, le réceptionniste, qui a été vraiment au top du début à la fin. Heureusement qu’il était là : il a su nous aider et nous sortir de plusieurs situations compliquées avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. Tout était incroyable : une très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le seul petit point négatif concerne le ménage, qui laisse quelque peu à désirer et pourrait être amélioré.

The breakfast is perfect. There are so many vegetable options and waffles are so delicious! The location is good. The staff is very nice.

The room’s exposed concrete ceilings gave it a cold, industrial feel that wasn’t our style. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, the bread was stale. More seriously, our e-bike battery (which was secured by a lock ride) was stolen right in front of the hotel, and on checkout day housekeeping woke us mid-nap despite the checkout time not being up.

A deux pas de la station de métro Europaplein (direct depuis Amsterdam Central ou Amsterdam Zuid). Personnel charmant. Chambre spacieuse, très propre, très bien équipée, avec un lit très confortable et une grande baie vitrée. Bagagerie dans une pièce fermée à clé à laquelle seuls les employés ont accès (c'est toujours plus sécurisant).

Chambre "premium" qui ne donne aucun effet premium, +200 euros la nuit pour une baignoire avec vue, qui donne en fait sur l'autoroute, le train des bureaux et une terrasse presque au même niveau collé a la baie vitrée, pas de vitre opaque, donc les gens peuvent nous observer nu.....

Beautiful hotel with top notch hospitality and great location. Easy access to Central Amsterdam and Airport via nearby train stations. The decor was colourful and unique.

The WiFi was a bit slow sometimes. Everything else was great.

Easy to reach location, close to metro, 2 stops to centre. Funky vibe to the place, high-rise rooms with great views over Amsterdam.

Couldn't use the onsite parking as its (front) number-plate activated and we were on a motorbike. However staff pointed us to a nearby secure parking place within walking distance.

The breakfast is outstanding. There is a gym on the 10th floor with a magnificent view, open 24/7. My room was very good: comfortable bed, very good AC: kept the desired temperature silently. Coffee and tea in the room.

- مواقف سيارات اسعارها جدا مرتفعة أنصحك إذا معك سيارة ان توقفها في المواقف المقابلة للفندق ارخص بنصف السعر في اليوم - تاخر في تلبية الطلبات - الغرفة محاطة بالستائر من اغلب الجهات وتدخل ضوء الشمس في الزوايا مما يسبب ازعاج اثناء النوم، انصح بتركيب ستائر إلكترونية تغطي جميع الزوايا - عدم وجود قفل لباب الحمام - صعوبة التواصل مع العاملين في الفندق عن طريق برنامج معين او الواتساب واحيانا ولا يتم الرد عليك حتى اليوم التالي - مشكلتنا الأزلية عدم وجود شطاف ماء في المرحاض، رغم ما حصل في جائحة كورونا وان من أسباب الوقاية المحافظة على النظافة الشخصية لكنهم حتى الآن مصرين على عدم الاغتسال من قضاء الحاجة

El alojamiento en la habitación era muy estrecho para 3. Incómoda la relación con la solución de situaciones varias.

Era todo un trámite, nada fluía , si te olvidabas de la tarjeta no te dejan desayunar , tenías que bajar a la habitación y volver a subir. Nadie te exloiicaba bien nada , gente triste trabajando de mal humor. Las chicas del restaurante Paula un 10, los barman del bar un 10 en recepción un chico Argentino y una chica española los mejores y más empaticos. Los locales todo les molestaba

Location, staff and decor

I travelled with my husband and 15 years old son. I booked a premier room (king size bed and sofa bed) well in advance of my trip. When I reached the hotel, I was told that the room may be ready only after 3pm. I went to town and got to the hotel only at 10pm. The room that was given to me was a twin bed room and the sofa was not made into a bed. They didn't have any room with king or double bed apparently and was told it was given out to customers who arrived before me. As a solution I (because the sofa bed was not made), I was given another room (also a twin bed) which we realised only when we got to the room! My family was separated and the room in which my son and I slept the bed were parting at the joint as it was on wheels (beds very narrow see image). Aircon in the second bed offered to me was also not functioning properly (full speed or off)! Very very disappointed after paying for a premier room well in advance and nothing was done by the hotel to make amends despite reporting directly and through Booking.com. I will not be staying there again!

Personal del hotel muy agradable y ayudando mucho en todo que se puede, ademas tienen varios empleados que hablan varios idiomas y eso ayuda tambien. El hotel esta de maravilla, servicio de limpieza estupendo y dan tambien como detalle cápsulas de cafe en la habitacion que para un primer desayuno esta muy bien. No se escucha nada del exterior, es una zona muy tranquila Sin duda un hotel donde estar a gusto en tus vacaciones.

One recommendation , as the hotel is large and appears to host many clients attending events/conferences the breakfast room is extremely busy and suggest a separate coffee station in the area as this area is always backed up. The hotel while is out of central Amsterdam it's only a 10-12 minute ride by metro which is a 5 min walk away.

I loved how clean all of the spaces were, from the reception area, the toilets, the restaurant, the gym & omg...our rooms. Super, shiny clean bathroom, towels & bedding. I loved that the vents for the air conditioning was clean & not full of dust. I loved the option of being rewarded for going green & being able to book a late check out. The goodie pots of snacks/sweets and the wholistic attention to hygiene; slogan on napkins, re the snacks & cutting bread at breakfast. The staff were amazing! Particularly Sofia & Paul Vincent. The bar staff, Alex who looked after us at dinner, 7th.8.26 & the young man who finished prepping my advacado dish at the table. The lift that left me feeling that I had experienced the speed of light: it was fast & silent- I am sure it took less than 10 seconds to go from ground to the 20th floor. I am sure it wasn't the designers intention; six lifts, press the button on one, then stand ready to dash to the one that opened. Great anerobic exercise plus cognitive & physical speed exercise. The views from the aptly named The View restaurant, our rooms & the Selva restaurant were wonderful. It is sooooo close to the train station. Oh yes, I cannot forget to mention the kettle that for the first 2 days I thought was a teapot...lol & the few seconds it took me to realise that the goldfish in the bedside table was not real.lollollol The unique decor of our rooms, representing world cultures & for a person with OCD, the beautiful red bins in the hall with a working pedal. I adored the freshly squeezed orange juice station & compliments to the breakfast chef; on Tuesday morning, the scrambled eggs tasted so deliciously buttery. I did not get her name but there was a female member of staff in a blue suit I think, on duty in the restaurant on Tuesday morning around 9-10. She saw that I was struggling due to my hip pain & helped me get a table & my breakfast.

The one thing I did not like, and only mention it as you asked is that behind the reception is a swirling animated screen. It made me feel as if the room was spinning, so it meant that when I was speaking to a member of staff, I had to look away like a sort of weird person.
