The fire alarm went off at 0030 and we evacuated to the car park. It was a false alarm. Went back to bed and at 0130 the fire alarm went off again and we again evacuated. One false alarm may be okay, two is not.
Everything. Staff was great, location perfect, shuttle was frequent and facility very clean. Would definitely stay again.
Liked everything.
Very clean
Only there to sleep but very comfortable bed
Too expensive
Beautiful lodge-like hotel, great staff, perfect for our needs in every way
All was well, no negatives
Close to airport.
Semi-comfortable beds, thin walls-could hear neighbor sneezing, breakfast was not good and morning server in restaurant not friendly, no pool or jacuzzi. Hotel should pull pictures off webpage of these, it was misleading.
Clean rooms. Great shower.
Very comfortable and close to the train
The noise from the toilet, i Believe it had a leak
Easy access to the hotel from the airport via free shuttle
For a Marriott hotel I was a little underwhelmed by the overall ambience - more like an airport hotel and less like a Marriott. Disappointed that the included breakfast was from a very limited menu compared to the full breakfast menu - this was not made clear when booking.
Staff in all departments were excellent

Quick stop after a late night flight. 24h shuttle although could be reached by foot. Room spacious, clean and bed comfortable. Marriot is Marriot: high standard, you know what you get.
The other side of Marriot: for the price you would expect a bit more.
Location to airport
N/a
Close to the airport which is one of the only good things about it. That and valet parking so late night and early morning felt safe rather than self-parking.
It was very outdated for a Marriott property. Entire place was very dark, buttons on elevator were all turned sideways, hallways were a bit dark/rundown, bathrooms weren’t anything special but pretty clean besides the water glasses.
Shuttle was great
Bed was too soft.
Very much as expected. Thao in the restaurant was extremely nice, fulfilled our requests competently, and should be commended.

It was quiet, clean and we had a good night's sleep before our flight.
none, all was great
The bed was comfortable and the shower head was very interesting.
Pickup from airport - late night
Rolling luggage on carpet - we were a far distance from elevators
Convinient when landing late in Seattle.
We had a fire alarm a 2AM. Had to evacuate the building. It was a snaffu. We got no explanations or apologies.
The proximity to airport only
Doesn’t have any recreation or fitness facilities, not worth the money.
Location . The restaurant in the bar had excellent food at a reasonable cost
The television was dated and image colour was off
Polite staff, clean, good beds. Yet, would never return. Same services available at mid-level, 3 star hotels for a lot less $$$$. Room not ready. No help with luggage. Pitiful room service (arrives in a brown bag). I fear that this Marriott has pushed efficiency beyond the edge…
My wife and I booked a one-night stay at the Seattle Airport Marriott on our wedding night before flying out the next morning. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing end to our special day turned into a terrible experience. At around 2:00 a.m., the fire alarm went off, forcing everyone to evacuate. The situation was chaotic, and after standing outside for about 30 minutes, a firefighter finally informed us it was a false alarm. Throughout the ordeal, no one at the front desk could provide any information, and once it was safe to return, the hotel never made an announcement or apologized to guests. At checkout, I explained how disappointing the experience had been and asked if there was any form of compensation. The hotel manager offered 10% off parking, which amounted to just $4. Considering the circumstances, it felt more insulting than accommodating. I would not recommend staying here. There are several nicer, more affordable hotels near the airport that likely provide much better customer service.

Staff were friendly, helpful and the food was very good. The room was functional, comfortable and clean. The location is very close to the Airport, however is still quiet. It also has a good shuttle service and near to a light train station.
The location is not in the nicest of areas but is very close to the Airport. The cost of the stay was very expensive.
Location
The staffs are not supportive to resolve the customers’ problems. Our reservation should include breakfast, yet the front desk refused to provide the breakfast brochure at our first visit. She even questioned us if we paid the extra fee for the breakfast. We have to call the customer service of booking. com to resolve this issue.
bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Great shuttle service
no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Don't like barn door for bathroom - not enough privacy. Concierge lounge was not worth the extra money.
Great location near the Link Station an SeaTac.
No early morning coffee available. Up early for 4 AM airport shuttle. Only one coffee cup and one coffee pod in our room and the coffee maker didn’t work. No coffee available in lobby meant no coffee until we got thru security at the airport.
Great location. Very nice having shuttle to the airport every 15 min. all day and night. I made 3 trips for family. Bar food was very good!
Enjoyed everything.
Free breakfast was good
Esse hotel me surpreendeu! Chegamos no hotel super rápido.
Close to the airport and offers a shuttle.
The air conditioning was not working.
Very clean rooms, very convenient to airport, good restaurants and bars
No ice machine on 1st floor.
Concierge lounge was alright. It was nice to have snacks at the hotel.
Walls are paper thin, neighbor was not talking loudly and I could hear their entire conversation. The bathroom stunk like cleaner and the j-tube under the sink clearly was full of something disgusting as whenever the water ran, the bathroom was filled with the most putrid smell.
Close to the airport and train station. Shuttle was convenient
Expensive parking.
Clean room and friendly staff
A/C was not working in the room.
Friendly staff including at restaurant. Comfortable bed.
Fit and finish issues. Leaky faucet. VERY loud AC unit with no possible adjustment. Made sleeping hard!. No soap at sink—had to use body soap pump in shower.
For an airport hotel not to have a bar open after 10.45 is poor. No room service and an empty mini bar. 340 USD was a rip off.
Good food, clean room and great staff.
Valet was awful. Our friends came for dinner and had to pay for valet and not just self parking even with disabled parking sticker.
Your staff was very accommodating.
The prompt service and accommodation was very nice I would stay there again in the future.
Shuttle from the airport and a good breakfast.
Location, quiet, amenities
The place is well maintained.
I would prefer a buffet breakfast.
Everything in the hotel is comfortable and efficient. Breakfasts, the bar for drinks and dinner, the room comfort and space.
Bar meals and drinks are expensive.
It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful
Very interesting hotel. It's like a lodge but not. The staff was very nice upon check-in, overall, the hotel looks very solid. I went on the app to request a room on the top floor 9th floor corner room which has a vaulted ceiling, definitely has that Hawaii resort field to it. The wood accent and the vaulted ceiling make this room very non airport hotel like. Parking prices are a bit steep. It is $39 a night, so for a full weekdays is 200 bucks of charge.

Vinyl floor in room
Quiet and clean and convenient
Mattress is too old. It sank in the center.
Room and breakfast were fine. I was shocked by the two-day parking in their lot around $100.
Parking fee should be mentioned at booking. Better yet include that in daily pricing.
The hotel is close to the SeaTac airport and offers great views of planes taking off and landing. The interior is welcoming, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The property's age however is showing as wear and tear manifests itself in the room, specifically on the walls and base of the bathroom door. The one point that was a bitter pill to take was self parking was $39.00 per night, which seems a bit excessive relative to other properties. Overall the room was comfortable and hotel convenient.
Shuttle to and from airport.. Very quiet Staff friendly and helpful .Nice beds!
Restaurant menu was pricey . Not much in area for eating without having a car .
Clean and pretty
Walking up that hill it was a killer
Restaurant on property was very convenient.
Wifi should be free for the price of the room.
Restaurant, gift shop and cleanliness.
Valet was to expensive
The restaurant and bar/lounge on site. Location to public transit
Nähe zum AirPort und Gym is absolute OK
Great location & airport shuttle service. 5’ walk to Light Rail to City.
Would’ve expected for a Marriot Hotel to have proper cutlery at breakfast instead of wooden ones. We have been to several Marriots around the world & never had to experience this!!
The location
The price of parking and the sliding bathroom door
The property is beautifully decorated. I was on the first floor and had a view of the garden.

Excellent and clean airport hotel.
The restaurant is expensive and doesn’t have great options.
Quiet, comfortable, good location, helpful staff.
We felt that $35 a night for self-parking is pretty expensive, and also were surprised to find that you had to pay for WiFi. Most hotels, especially ones this expensive, provide free WiFi.
Clean. Excellent breakfast.
A bit of an uphill’ walk. Tough when late at night in the winter.
Very clean, great restaurant, professional staff.
Room did not cool, located next to elevator.
Wow. Marriott sure is slipping on what appears to be almost universal franchise properties. Can't believe this place is allowed to call itself a Marriott. Looks like a throwback to the 60's - maybe one step up from a roadside motel. Low ceilings, dark rooms, very odd atrium, super high restaurant prices. The "club lounge" is about the size of a regular room - embarrassing to even have it when so poorly stocked. The food was either out of a bag or prepackaged. I "guess" we were "upgraded" to a larger room, but no windows that opened and dark as might even in daytime. Stay clear - pay a bit extra to stay at Cedarbrook Lodge in the SEATAC area.
