Very nice hotel located just a few minutes from the airport with a very nice restaurant located in the lobby area.

I thought the prices in the restaurant were pretty high but I guess they are charging for the convenience , also it’s a very large hotel and our room was all the way in the back and a pretty good walk to get there!😁

Bed was comfortable. Room size was decent. TV felt either too quiet or too loud.

The bathroom setup was weird. The toilet was diagonal and you had to reach under the counter to flush. The counter space was non-existent. The restaurant staff was under prepared for the number of people coming from an event. They ignored me when I tried to pay. They were saying they were so busy, but it's a conference center, they need to be prepared for that. For the price of the hotel, it should include breakfast.

The room was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating.

The layout of this property is stupid. We had a rental car with us, so even though we had paid for a room, we had to pay an additional $38 for parking! Then, the parking lot is like a 1/4 mile walk from the lobby. The whole place overall is nice, but feels like a slightly updated older place. Additional note: If you are going to pay to park here, do it at the front desk, and have them program your room key to operate the gate, because otherwise you'd have to take a ticket each time going into the garage and would end up being charged every time you came and went.

It's a beautiful facility and grounds! The rooms are nice sized, with beautiful furniture. To say it was clean is an understatement. The door handles were spotless. Floor to ceiling windows, desk area.

Although the location is good, it is not really walking distance. The connection to the terminal is not easy. We took the shuttle. It leaves the hotel at set times and we called to make sure the driver knew where to find us. We used an electronic key to get into our room to bypass the front desk. That saved us time. Breakfast at the hotel (included with our rate) was very good and best part of the overnight stay. The bed was comfortable, though the room and bathroom need a total refresh, including sheets without holes. The carpet was old style…honestly I was not a fan. Overall, convenient but we noticed other shuttles coming by more frequently. I don’t think we would choose to stay here again.

Great location for early a.m. flight. Speedy, on-time shuttle to airport. Nice quiet room for sleeping. Luggage carts available when needed -- and I needed to use it. Fun warm outdoor pool! (But get that hot tub working soon!!) Excellent, if pricey, restaurant on-site.

Weird lighting in room! Mix of old, out-dated individual lamps with hard-to-find switches. On base, near bulb, on cord, somewhere on wall? Lamp switches, if found at all, all worn and hard to operate. To turn off one floor lamp I ended up just pulling the cord from the wall outlet. So lighting score is ZERO.

Their food and drink this morning was absent. Just ridiculous. The only option was a sit down buffet. The barista didn’t show up so they had no to go drinks and the free coffee was empty. We stay there because it’s walkable to the airport, I recommend getting a courtyard view room for a bit of green. They provided the bare minimum towels , and staffed was stressed.

Where do I start…This place is a joke! No valet parking is available, the staff are absolutely awful (excluding the restaurant workers who were wonderful), no room service available and $37 for Parking a night. We travel a lot and this was absolutely NOT a Hilton experience, I stayed at this location before Covid that’s why I chose to stay when we had a soccer tournament close by. It was absolutely nothing like I remembered. The concierge not even sure why they are there. They helped once but otherwise zero help was offered. The room was supposed to have a garden view and attached are the pictures of what I was put in. I paid $600 plus $37 a day for parking plus the breakfast in the morning for two days it was $1,150 after taxes. Hilton is supposed to be a more luxuries experience but I’ve had much better luck at Marriott’s. I am so angry and mad about this experience that’s the only reason I am writing this long review- they had no luggage carts which is crazy to me so I had to move rooms with a baby by myself with the little. caddy they had. No help whatsoever. I was given a new room but even when I checked out the front desk had one person with a full house I actually felt bad for her. I had 3 concierge stand around watching me try to get out the door RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM with 2 pieces of luggage and baby gear struggling to get out the door and not one of single one of them even bothered to help. The garage is under construction so it didn’t work and I had to go back and forth asking for help to access the darn parking area - which also by the way is half a mile walk from my room. I am so upset about my experience there. An already stressful weekend was so much more stressful because of the lack luster experience at this hotel. I will NEVER stay there again and told all other teams to stay away. I doubt they care but this hotel is severely mismanaged. I’ve stayed at many Hilton’s and this was absolutely NOT a Hilton experience.

I want to share my experience so other guests are careful when using the laundry facilities at this hotel. While staying here, I used the complimentary guest laundry. After washing my clothes, I stepped away briefly while waiting for a dryer, and my clothes disappeared from the laundry area. I was very disappointed to find my belongings gone. Ligia

We stayed at the Hilton Seattle Airport on a 1-night layover on the way to Alaska. The hotel is clean. The rooms are large. We almost ran into disaster when a wheel broke off my dad's wheelchair, but a maintenance staff member fixed it for us. The wheelchair survived the airports, cruise, and everything in between! He saved our trip!

Well, it was a warm afternoon and early evening and I sat outside in the garden area. Nobody ever walked through to see if I wanted a drink. It wasn’t a big thing, but if somebody would’ve come out, I probably would’ve bought a drink. Been.

Very slow check in; never received a reply from hotel about how to get shuttle from airport so I ended up walking; carpeted floor in hallways make rolling a heavy suitcase difficult; chemical smell in room; no snack bar/deli/place to get light food so I walked to convenience store; needs room upgrades to get rid of carpeting; overpriced

When entering the room late at night, I noticed the room was very moldy smelling. I got sick from it. Wish I had slept in the lounge, on a chair.

Room was large 2 king size beds. Very clean and comfortable. Was able to check in before 3:00 which was nice because we had a lot of luggage and no car. We took Amtrak train from Michigan to Seattle. Took lite rail to hotel. Friendly staff. Only wish pool was heated as weather was a bit cooler than anticipated.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our early morning flight out of the Seattle area, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers complimentary shuttle service, which made getting to the airport quick and stress-free. While the rooms are a bit dated, they were clean, comfortable, and provided a good night’s sleep. One feature we really enjoyed was the beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyard in the center of the hotel. It’s a peaceful space with plenty of seating, making it a nice place to relax after a day of traveling. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which made our short stay even more pleasant. This hotel was a convenient and comfortable choice for an overnight stay before an early flight.

Clean, quiet enough considering it’s adjacent to SeaTac airport and Seattle’s light rail. The upscale restaurant had delicious food. Nice courtyard good night’s sleep.

Good location with shuttle bus service every 20 minutes to and from terminal. Diamond Member reserved parking spaces and $15 Hilton Diamond member credit per person towards food. Room was adequate with basic toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Asked at check in for extra towel and called after getting to room and never came had to use wet towel of family member. Never told shuttle typically only stops in one spot and waiting over an hour for a pick up. No bellman offered to help till I already was pulling my own luggage cart. When manager sent standard email asking about the stay I did identify issues and all he offered was insufficient Hilton points which would only be enough for a Hilton garden inn not hotel of this caliber. Grounds of hotel are nice -- pretty courtyard but staff needs training to fit to the Hilton brand.

The property is old and it shows. It could use a complete remodel. It does not live up the standard most of us associate with the Hilton brand.

This Hilton is easily accessible from light rail. The airport shuttle the following morning was available even before our 5 a.m. pickup for our early morning flight.

We stayed at this hotel for an early morning flight and we were a bit disappointed. First, the front desk did a poor job in communicating the instructions in getting to our room and we walked what seemed like a long walk trying to find it. Second, our phone chargers couldn’t go into the plugs of the lamps and the bedside tables because they seemed old and dirty. They just wouldn’t fit in. Third, the showers could’ve used a more thorough cleaning. The grouts looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Other than these issues, the shuttle at 4:00 a.m. was very helpful and quick to the airport.

This is a mostly standard-issue airport Hilton. It stands out because of its location. It is the nearest hotel to SEA-TAC airport and is right next door to the light rail station that will take you downtown and elsewhere for $3 every 10 minutes. I was on a business trip and had to be both downtown and at the airport about equal time, so this was ideal. The downside was that when I took a Lyft downtown for an early morning appointment not near the rail line, it was a $70 one-way ride. But airport access is unmatched. It was a seven minute walk from baggage claim to the hotel lobby with my carry-ons in tow. Simply follow the signs from baggage claim to the light rail station on the opposite side of the parking garage, and from the light rail station keep going across the highway on the enclosed pedestrian bridge. (There are steps and two elevators back down to ground level) and voila, you come out right next door to the hotel. The hotel runs several airport shuttles if you are overloaded with luggage or can’t manage the walk, but I didn’t try those. The airport arrivals/shittle area looked like mayhem so I was glad to cross above it on the pedestrian bridges. I read several older reviews suggesting the hotel could have been cleaner or seemed run down. I did not see any hint of that – perhaps there has been a renovation. The lobby, my room, and a conference room I used were all up to date. I heard no airplane noise. The outdoor pool area (inside a quiet private courtyard) was clean and well-appointed. The pool water was warm and there were plenty of loungers and tables. The hot tub was closed for major repairs when I was there but it looked like they were actively working (although I saw no workers). I prefer not to stay right by any airport, but if I needed to stay near the airport in Seattle again, there is no question I’d come back here.

It convenient to sky bridge and it was very clean. The staff at the restaurant were very hospitable and made the dining experience enjoyable.

Poor customer service. We booked king and Jamerah told us only double available. Mgr.NATHAN said king was $35 additional. They told us 2 different things. Would not upgrade us without the upcharge. Hilton honors members are not used to this treatment. It sounded like they were desperate for the $35. It should have been comped !

My husband and I stayed here the night before our early morning flight home out of SeaTac. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check-in, so the concierge took our bags to store them while we dropped off our rental car. The hotel has an airport shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes, so getting back to the hotel was easy after the rental car shuttle took us to the airport. Check-in wasn't smooth because the keys they gave us didn't work the first time on our room door, so we had to get replacement keys. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with nice pillows, but the bathroom was tiny and the door almost hit the toilet! We had an excellent bowl of soup for lunch in the hotel restaurant. The room was fairly quiet for a hotel right next to the airport. We had to be at the airport by 6am, and the concierge/bus driver got us there on time, and delivered us to the Delta airlines stop.

We had request hand soap there was nothing in the room. The room was right next to the street and near an exit which was well used and awakened us throughout the night. The room had not been well cleaned, dust buildup.

Loved how close to the airport it was since we were able to just walk over. We were also able to walk over to the line to head into downtown.

Room felt a little dated and we did not like the sliding doors to outside.

Excellent helpful service with my luggage from Raybun (spelling?) and Isaac. Isaac was particularly helpful dropping me at the airport, securing a luggage cart and giving me directions for the terminal. Saw bottled water behind the registration desk but was not offered any. Ate dinner at Spencer’s , was disappointed that the prices did not match what was posted on line.

The shuttle bus transport from airport was horrible. Buses arrived at airport already packed with people. They were too full. They kept telling us another bus was coming. We gave up and paid for two Uber rides to get to hotel. We wanted to eat early, they told us restaurant was not open we could order from bar. We are at bar, I left my new souvenir hat at the bar. The next morning I asked at desk for loss and found. They just beeped security once. Then said no hat. The rooms were far from the front desk. They were using yard equipment outside our rooms up to 9:00 pm.
