Airport shuttle took forever. Food prices were very high, $6 for 2 pieces of bacon! Lock on our room door didn't always latch appropriately.

The room is awesome. However, I really feel that you might inadvertently be creating a dangerous environment. The tub/shower needs a grab bar for safety. The tub is semi-slick with no interior shower mat available. Also the placement of the soaps in the shower allows excess to run off into the tub and run from back to front in the tub adding to the slip potential. I really feel that these are serious safety issues worth addressing. I’m not disabled or frail, just concerned about falls.

The property was fine, clean but the bed was old and very close to the ground…I loved the location, right next to 13 coins!!!!

The bed was old and uncomfortable, the night shuttle driver was a lazy jerk. He stopped in the middle of the road at the airport and expected us to drag our luggage to him, till I waved him over. He wouldn’t open the back of van for luggage so we (a 80 yoa and 70yoa) had to drag 4 bags and 2 hand carryons up the stairs of the van. We drug it all off apon arrival, another passenger helped us!!! He then pulled the clerk aside while I was waiting to check in and proceeded to complain about traffic situations and police to him while I stood there for several mins….

We enjoyed the friendly staff, the clean room, the quietness of our room, the ability to leave our vehicle there safe and secure as we traveled. We also enjoyed the ability to get a shuttle to the airport expeditiously.

It seemed like a new and modern hotel. Clean and quiet. Especially liked that it was right across the street from Seattle Airport and easy to walk to.

Nice clean place very near the airport. This is a good option before flying out of SeaTac. The room was big, the bed was good, good shower. Shuttle to the airport was convenient. The pool was nice to relax in after a long day. There was a restaurant and bar that looked like standard grill fare, but we didnt eat there so I dont have a review. Overall, its a good, cost effective option.

Horrible pillows, horrible parking, surprise charges on my card. Air conditioning didn't work. Staff weren't helpful with issues.

Odd place. Two night stay prior to cruise. Writing this review from the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport, around the corner. Having a one night post cruise stay. Originally booked the Radisson for the post cruise stay. Cancelled while on the pre cruise stay and switched to Garden Inn. So glad I did. Garden Inn is superior. Choice Hotels owns Radisson. The quality and maintenance reflect this. Our rock hard bed had zero thread count sheets. The house keeper may have run out of king sheets. Our top sheet was a queen placed with the top seam draped over the side. The pillows were weird, almost square, toddler sized things. Our pre stay requests, for extra towels and pillows, were not fulfilled. Sleeping on one of those pillows the first night was similar to sleeping on a sofa pillow. There were other issues during the two night stay. Choice needs to step up their game in the premium, hotel market.

Very nice airport hotel. Clean and quiet with very nice amenities.

Hotel was not bad, clean, & close to airport. Too far from downtown Seattle. Restaurant in-site was good. Arrived 2 hrs early & they charged an extra fee…was not happy about that! They weren’t using that room anyways & we were paying plenty for 2 nights.

Info in the room noted that room service ended at 10pm. However, when I called at 8pm, I was told that room service had ended for the evening. The lobby restaurant also closed up at 8pm. That seems too early for a Tuesday evening.

My favorite hotel in the entire Seattle area! The rooms are beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could think of. To top this, every staff member is so pleasant and welcoming. All of this and it’s an easy ten minute walk from the hotel to the airport. The Radisson SeaTac is an extraordinary hotel experience!

We flew in from overseas and we’re hoping for an early check-in so we could get a much-needed nap. I contacted the hotel and they were able to accommodate us several hours prior to standard check-in. The ladies at the front desk both checking in and checking out were very helpful and professional. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Nice hotel. Convenient to airport. Clean room but our room with a lake view was a joke. More like a swamp in front of a motor home park. I would stay again but not pay more for the “lake view”.

No clear communications on where to go to and how to call for the Shuttle from airport to hotel. Shuttle from hotel to airport was 15mins late.

Older building but well maintained. Room was very clean. Two mattress covers. Helpful staff. Hotel is right across from the air port and close walking distance from a light rail stop.

The $30 a day parking fee was unexpected for an already pricey hotel. Facility served breakfast lunch and dinner but was expensive.

Overall, my stay was okay, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations for a hotel at this price point. The greeting at the front desk wasn’t as warm or upbeat as I would have expected, especially for Seattle, where hospitality is usually a highlight. The room was clean and comfortable, but at around $200 per night, I expected something that felt more inviting. The décor was a bit plain and lacked the warmth and character I was hoping for. One downside was the constant noise from what sounded like an exterior air conditioning unit or mechanical equipment outside my room, which was noticeable throughout the night. On the positive side, room service was excellent—prompt, professional, and exactly what I expected. Checkout was also quick and effortless, making for a smooth departure.

We’ve stayed before 3 years ago. It’s literally across from the airport. Clean, friendly, along with dining on site and nearby you can’t go wrong. We will be back next July.

The location across from the airport was great. It’s close to several restaurants. The room was clean and nice.

Lakeview rooms are swamp view rooms, Manager was rude and unhelpful. The restaurant was a joke and the waiter ignored us the whole time. Only one other customer in the restaurant.

Quick check-in, great location - walk to airport, very comfortable room. Good beds and great linens. We always stay at this Radisson when we travel through Seattle and it never disappoints!

Everything. Only encountered one Staff member who acted professionally. The bed in our room was mushy and the pillows even mushier. There were hairs in the sink when we got there. The bathtub/shower had a crappy shower curtain and the handheld shower was ridiculously low and awkward to use. The shampoo was in a tiny plastic bottle -- how cheap can you get! Shame on you! The van did not come by every 15 minutes. We waited 25 minutes at the airport and the driver did not stop where we told the person who answered the phone at the hotel we would be located for pickup. My wife ordered salmon for dinner and it was probably 3 ounces at the most. It looked like an oeuvre of salmon. We complained to the server who agreed that it was smaller than usual. If so, why did he bring it to our table? He gave us 20% off. He should have compt the meal wouldn't you agree? I could go on and on but what's the point.

We have to leave one night in Seattle due to flight delay over 12 hours. The hotel location is very good, just cross road from airport within 10 minutes walling distance. Clean and cosy environment.

It was very clean, big rooms and very close to SeaTac airport with shuttles running every 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend it

It was great stay for first night of honey moon. Got upgraded room! In the morning the shuttle was a bit late but we left with plenty of time to make flight.

Found a great deal during the world cup and they upgraded us to a king suite. Super friendly staff and convenient to getting to the airport quick! Only complaint is I wish they had bottled sodas or the can sodas were a little cheaper.

Lovely hotel with convenient location to airport. Stayed there through dayuse for a long layover. I would absolutely stay again because hotel was immaculate, bed comfortable and staff was friendly.

Hotel was nice clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the shuttle from the airport never showed up after calling multiple times and waiting almost 2 hours.Had to pay a taxi. The hotel did refund my taxi fee. Over all a nice stay.

The reception had no European - American power adaptors to lend and I was not able to charge my laptop.

Only stayed one night. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. The service at the bar was good. I did eat at the restaurant so I cannot comment on that. It was literally right across the street from the airport so we could walk to the terminal which was very nice.

It was a short safe walk from SEA to the Radisson. Our room was spotless with a super comfy bed and extremely quiet. The bathroom was meticulous and the furniture appeared very new. I loved the luxury vinyl flooring for it’s cleanliness as well.

Why does a not inexpensive hotel provide decent quality toilet paper. It was as bad as any public toilet!!

I am a travel agent escorting a group on an Alaskan Cruise/Land tour. We stayed at the Radisson for one night before our cruise departure. The staff before our arrival went above and beyond to make our arrival seamless. Two employees in particular- Michael and Oksana. The rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable

Nice place to rest and relax before our flight. We had apps and drinks at the lobby bar and our bartender was excellent and made the night so enjoyable.

Clean, spacious, overal very nice. Staff was helpful. We used the pool. Also used the shuttle which runs all hours. Super close to the airport. You could actually walk from baggage claim to the hotel with no problem. We walked to dinner, also. Don't pay extra for the "lake view" room - it's just a pond with trailers parked behind it.

The location was ideal. The room was fine, it wasn't noisy. The bed was comfortable, and everything worked. Everything was adequate, nothing memorable. They had a fresh water bottle filler in the lobby which was great and the restaurant was open long hours.

The towels were pretty skimpy. The room wasn't dirty but it didn't seem very fresh either.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Reliable shuttle service early in the morning to return to the airport. Excellent friendly driver.

We checked in around noon. The lady at the desk said that our room was ready but there would be a $25 charge if we wanted to get in before 3:00. I accepted but thought it was outrageous. Especially since we were leaving at 5 am the next morning. We travel all around the world and never had a hotel charge us extra when the room is ready. We have paid extra for late check out and we have paid extra ahead of time to make sure we have a room ready as they have to rush the cleaning. But we never paid on arrival when the room is ready. In addition, the lady at the desk said there is no designated smoking area when we ask. After walking to the back of the hotel ourselves, we found a designated smoking area. There was also no staff at the restaurant/bar available in the afternoon. The walls are paper thin. We heard everything in the rooms next to us. The toilet paper was the thinnest we ever seen and the bath tub/shower set up is very strange so you have to be careful not to flood the bathroom floor. Although the bed is comfortable and the room looks new, the front desk staff and the amenities do not justify $300/night hotel. We've tried several hotels in SeaTac at close proximity to the airport. This was our first time trying the Radisson and it will be our last time for sure. There are much better values around. When we pay this much, we expect more.

Nice room, with reserving two rooms don’t know why they put us on different floors so far apart. Great location next to the airport for traveling as we departed at 3am. Shuttle was perfect and quick. Price was higher than quoted when booking due to extra fees not stated when booking. Hotel was clean and nice except for the large rug at the entrance which should be professionally cleaned or removed. Beds were very comfortable and staff were helpful.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking. It should have been noted in the booking process. In regards to the restaurant, when we arrived there was a table of six people and a table of one. We waited at least 10 minutes to be seated. Another 20 minutes to place our order and another 45 minutes to receive our food. While the food was good, I don’t know that it was worth the wait. We had traveled all day and didn’t want to leave the hotel so we endured the wait.
