Posizione centrale ottima per girare a piedi ed avere comunque un riferimento facile da raggiungere per rilassarsi. Colazione buona, dolce e salato abbastanza assortiti, in linea con un 3 stelle. Personale molto disponibile per ogni cosa.

Dopo la prima notte non è stata pulita la camera e quando ce ne siamo accorti nel tardo pomeriggio, ci riferiscono che il servizio pulizie non era ormai più operativo. Ci viene detto che sarebbe stata fatta una pulizia più approfondita il giorno dopo ma così non è stato. Sarebbe stato gradito uno sconto per il mancato servizio. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate tra loro ma non con l'esterno, dal settimo piano il rumore della strada sottostante era molto forte e fastidioso, abbiamo dormito solo per la stanchezza accumulata. Bagno finestrato!

Rummet kändes inte alls lika fräscht och nytt som bilderna och beskrivningen visat. Behövde ha fönstrena öppna för att inte känna fukt/mögle-doft. Fönstrena stod öppna när jag checkade in, stängde dem kort och förstod varför de varit öppna..

Hotel bol umiestnený v dobrej lokalite, slušná ulica, zeleň, s veľmi dobrou dostupnosťou na metro (Girona asi 200 metrov - Tip: v blízkosti je skvelá zmrzlina). V okolí je dobrá vybavenosť - reštaurácie, bary, menšie obchody s potravinami. Hotel pôsobí slušne, má 2 výťahy, ale vstupný priestor je malý. Pozitívom izby je klimatizácia a výhľad z diaľky na Sagrada Familia. Upratovanie izby bolo výborne, boli sme spokojní. Posteľ bola dobrá, rovnako vankúše.

Hotel má veľmi slabú vybavenosť - žiadny bar, reštaurácia. Izba bola veľmi malá a zle vybavená (žiadne doplnkové hygienické potreby, papuče), malý úložný priestor. Negatívom bolo, že klimatizácia je smerovaná priamo na postele. Raňajky = tragédia, slabý výber, žiadna zelenina, kupované hotové potraviny, každý deň to isté. Žiadna ponuka omelety alebo palaciniek (na našu otázku či, to ponúkajú, sme dostali odpoveď: sme iba bufet). Na záver mám dojem, že nejde o hotel ale iba o drahú nocľaháreň, kde sa človek iba vyspí. Cena nezodpovedá úrovni hotela.

The only real advantage of this hotel is its location. For a three-star hotel, the price is ridiculously high.

We specifically chose a room with a view, but unfortunately, what we got was a view of run-down and dilapidated surroundings. The bathroom is also poorly equipped, with several basic amenities missing. Even more strangely, there is no toilet plunger in the bathroom, and the water pressure and temperature at the sink cannot be properly adjusted. The swimming pool shown in the photos is only 80 cm deep and extremely small. There is hardly enough space to swim — it seems more suitable for children, or perhaps even pigeons. The breakfast is very poor and limited as well. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Considering the price and the three-star rating, this hotel falls far short of expectations. I would not recommend it.

The Hotel is super close to the city center! We really liked it! Hotel was super easy to locate and staff real nice! We also liked the room, it was super comfy to stay. The breakfast it was also really good with a lot of options! Totally recommend!

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Its location is very close to a subway station. We were adults in the room and the third bed was actually a bed and not a pull-out or something.

Clean room with great climate control, comfortable bedding, quality soap/shampoo/conditioner, and a Spanish bidet! The rooftop pool is nice for warding (not swimming!) and the views are excellent.

A dehumidifier would have been nice, but you can open the bathroom window to let the steam out if needed. There is also no deadbolt for privacy, so make sure you use the door hangers if you want some privacy.

We didn't like to rooms or the staff who didn't care about our comfort. Unclear to me why we were assigned (2) rooms that weren't functional and when we finally moved to the 3rd room the shower drain was clogged. The room was dusty, the toilet water continued to run after every use. There was a drip inside the sink and the water in the shower accumulated for about 2-3 inches and we had to turn it off in order for it not to overflow and get into the bathroom floor. We had to stand in the shower with soap and shampoo for several minutes until it resolved itself. It was quite an inconvenience as it took significantly longer to get ready. We were assigned to the 1st floor next to the dining room and elevator since we booked via a third party and not directly with the hotel. Needless to say that the morning/breakfast crowd also became an inconvenience. I will not recommend this hotel. Disappointing and a waste of $600 in less than three days.

El hotel es muy bonito y una buena ubicación.

Apenas llegamos a la habitación, percibimos un olor muy desagradable en el baño. Reportamos esto a la recepción y no hicieron nada. Al día siguiente, el personal de limpieza aplicó un líquido, el cual duró nada, ya que nuevamente apareció. Informamos y pedimos una solución. Lo cual no llegó. Al tercer día hablamos con el manager y después de que él mismo nos dijo que había leido la situación, nos preguntó porqué no habiamos pedido hablar con él. Me pareció insólito eso. Después de ofrecernos cambio de habitación a una "superior", vinos y cuanta cosa se imaginan, nos cambiaron a una habitación "superior"con vista a los techos de otras edificaciones. También comentar que para cambiarnos de habitación y empacar no recibimos ninguna ayuda. El hotel en cuanto a edificación es muy bonito, buena ubicación, pero el personal y disposición general horriblemente mala. En algún punto le dije que no estabamos buscando un cambio basado en un reclamo injustificado, ni menos que nos llenaran de vinos, etc. Después de eso, aún espero el vino que nunca llegó a la habitación. En fin, sé que la experiencia de uno, nunca será la de otros, pero al menos la nuestra fue mala.

Osebje prijazno in komunikativno ter na razpolago. Hrana super. Postelja vrhunska. Soba notranjost super, razgleda pač ni bilo, vendar ne vpliva na splošno oceno, saj sva večinoma raziskovala mesto in sva v sobi samo počivala in spala.

Mogoče je možnost za izboljšavo v zamenjavi vrat v kopalnico, ter opcijsko preusmeritev pihanja klime.

Le fait que je réserve une chambre supérieur et que je me retrouve dans une chambre au rez de chaussée en dessous de la cuisine qui commence à faire du bruit à 5h du matin pour préparer les déjeuner L’homme à la réceptions c’est aussi payé notre tête en nous disant qu’on avait une terrasse et même une grande terrasse alors qu’il s’agissait d’une cours intérieure avec ces murs de 5m de haut on aurait dit une cours de prison J’aime bien rire mais pas qu’on me prenne pour une c…

The property is located in a great location walkable to many of the sites, and near some great vegan restaurants and cafes, which I appreciated. The pool, while only very shallow, approx 80cm, is lovely after a day of walking around in the heat! The rooms are a great size and very comfortable. I would recommend staying here to my friends.

The view is quite bad looking at a communal space between buildings but typical of the city. We had the city tax added at our checkout they didn't mention how much we'd have to pay when checking in which was a bit strange

La posizione dell'hotel si è rivelata comoda in quanto vicina alla metro e a punti di interesse come la Sagrada familia e la Pedrera. Il personale in reception è stato molto accogliente, consentendoci di lasciare i bagagli sia all'arrivo, in attesa dell'accesso alla camera, che prima della partenza, dopo il checkout. Inoltre, ci ha fornito anche gli asciugamani da utilizzare in piscina. Il letto e i cuscini davvero comodi!

La camera non era molto esposta alla luce diurna per via della vicinanza di un altro palazzo ed era piuttosto piccola. Trovo che il prezzo della camera sia un po' alto per quello che offre. Inoltre in bagno manca lo spazzolone per il water.

La ubicación del hotel es absolutamente genial y permite desplazarse a pie a muchos lugares de la ciudad. La recepción fue maravillosa y nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora oficial y esto nos permitió descansar y disfrutar mejor del viaje.

EL tamaño de la habitación no es muy grande, aunque como queríamos visitar la ciudad es totalmente suficiente para descansar y tener nuestro equipaje.

Su ubicación es muy buena.

Having the rooftop pool for cooling off in the hot weather was fantastic. The location was great and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania - obsługa była bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, pokoje są przestronne, łazienka duża, codzienny serwis pokojów na plus. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania z bardzo miłą obsługą. Dużym atutem jest możliwość zostawienia bagażu poza godzinami meldunku, możliwość skorzystania z basenu oraz poczekalnia z bezpłatną lemoniadą. Jeśli kiedykolwiek odwiedzę raz jeszcze Barcelonę zatrzymam się ponownie w tym hotelu :)

The room was nice, spacious and had a lovely balcony. The terrace was beautiful, and the hotel also has a swimming pool. Breakfast was quite standard for a 3-star hotel, but the coffee was good. Some of the staff were very polite and friendly, especially the people working at the breakfast buffet, who were really pleasant and helpful.

One of the mattresses was quite uncomfortable, as it felt old and worn out. The housekeeping could also be improved: after requesting room cleaning, some rubbish was left behind and the room was not properly vacuumed. The service at reception was very inconsistent. While some staff were friendly, a few of the older male receptionists were particularly rude and unfriendly, often giving the impression that they wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible when we asked a question or needed assistance. The swimming pool also did not look very clean, possibly because of sunscreen and cosmetics from other guests, so we decided not to use it.

The AC is very strong, and its temperature is adjustable. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance of Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, and Casa Milà.

There were some bad smells coming from the floor drain, not always, but from time to time.

Il fatto che sia un hotel sicuramente rende i servizi di pulizia giornaliera e ordine della camera un plus. Inoltre, l’hotel è praticamente nuovo e tenuto molto bene. Anche la posizione è top in quanto al centro del quartiere Eixample.

Abbiamo provato la colazione a 14 euro a persona in più, ma il buffet non è all’altezza delle aspettative. Inoltre, ad agosto il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è poi così conveniente, ma considerando i prezzi in città sono in linea con il resto.

My Daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and we had an amazing time. Staff were great and the location was brilliant right in the hub of Barcelona and the pool on the roof was just big enough!

Beautiful hotel in a great location and superb value for money.

The gym was very small but had enough equipment to tide you over on a short stay.

Extremely friendly and polite staff who were really helpful with early checkin, luggage storage etc. Very good location, main attractions and public transport are both nearby with some amazing restaurants and cafes. Room was clean, the temperature was nice, the pool area was also relaxing.

The only negative might be that the room was a little bit noisy, we could hear others going around both in the building and on the streets below, but I’d choose this place again despite that.

Moderne Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage

Die eingebaute Klimaanlage ist direkt auf das Bett gerichtet. Schlafen mit geöffnetem Fenster neben einer sechsspurigen Hauptstraße nicht möglich. Unbedingt Gehörschutz mitnehmen (das Hotel gibt keinen aus).

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable y pudo asesorarnos muy bien.

Llegamos muy. Asados de un largo viaje y se demoraron para entregarnos habitacion. El baño tiene bañera, la cual hace la ducha peligrosa para entrar y salir de ella.

Séjour du 29 juillet au 1er août en famille Très bon séjour à l’EuroPark ! L’emplacement est vraiment pratique, en plein centre-ville, à seulement 400 mètres d’une station de métro, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans tout Barcelone sans avoir besoin de voiture. Le petit-déjeuner mérite une mention spéciale, vraiment copieux et varié, un vrai plaisir chaque matin avant de partir visiter la ville. Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c’est le personnel : toujours souriant, disponible, avec des petites attentions qui font toute la différence quand on voyage en famille. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour à Barcelone, on reviendra avec plaisir !

Europark is quite a nice hotel. The room was ample in size and very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking a courtyard which was very quiet, and a lovely place for morning coffee, and an afternoon glass of wine. The staff were very nice and helpful, even brought ice to our room. There were many bars and restaurants close by. I would stay here again!
