La atención del personal

No hay luz, ni mesas ni espacio. Estábamos en un cuarto enano para 3 personas, teniendo que abrir el armario de la habitación para tener algo de luz porque NO HAY LUCES GENERALES EN LA HABITACIÓN, sólo dos lamparitas pequeñas en los laterales del cabecero de color azul que no alumbran ni para poder cambiarte. Pedimos que revisasen la habitación, porque pensábamos que se trataba de un error y no. Lo único que pudieron hacer es retirar el cabezal de la lámpara de pie que teníamos en la habitación para dejar la bombilla al descubierto y a ver si así veíamos algo más. No había mesas, ni sillas ni nada más que las camas, un armario, el baño y una nevera. Muy desencantadas, la foto no tiene NADA QUE VER con la realidad. Las camas eran terribles también, a mi compañera le tocó ropa de cama rota y a mi ropa de cama manchada. Los colchones son antiguos y no son muy cómodos.

There was a pre-check in requirement that was done online that took a little time but once you arrived at the hotel the pre-check in made the process smooth. The room was small but clean. You need to pay a little extra for a larger room with a view. We stayed only one night so it was fine. The staff was friendly and we were in walking distance to the cathedral - La Sagrada Familia. It was a bit of a walk to the La Rambla but other than that it was fine.

It would have been nice to experience the onsite restaurant but it was our fault that we missed the breakfast. We will have to come again to give it a try as it looked really nice.

9月9日から13日まで4泊しました。 空港からタクシーで0時過ぎに到着。24時間スタッフ常駐との通り、笑顔で迎えていただいたおかげで長旅の疲れも癒されました。施設は他の方のレビューにもあったように本当にアメニティなどはありません。 トイレにペーパーホルダーも無いのにはびっくり！トイレットペーパーもありませんでした。スタッフに伝えるとすぐにトイレットペーパーは渡されたました。ミネラルウォーターも毎日2缶ありました。水を買い忘れ深夜だったのでホテルから購入しようとスタッフにお願いしたらお金は受け取らずミネラルウォーターをいただきました。 部屋は狭いほどではなく、お掃除も行き届き清潔です。 毎朝、ミネラルウォーター2缶とコーヒー、クリーム、紅茶が付いています。 バスルームはバスタブ付きでした。 ハンドソープが置いてあります。 アメニティは持参した方がいいです。 毎朝、タクシーをお願いしましたが、いつも親身になって手助けをしていただき安心して観光を楽しめた4日間でした。 今日チェックアウトの手続きをしてくれた男性が4日前の深夜チェックインした時のスタッフの男性でした。 彼の笑顔とユーモア溢れる会話、接客に心から感謝します。 何よりどのスタッフの方も親身で暖かな接客と笑顔は、このホテルで財産です。 ホテル価格が高めのバルセロナでリーズナブルな価格のホテルです。 施設は少し物足りなさをかんじますが、清潔で暖かなスタッフは価格以上の魅力です。 ありがとうございました。

La struttura è a due passi dall'arco di Trionfo e dalla Metro L1 Rossa, abbastanza accogliente, pulita, colazione continentale ottima e abbondante, si può usufruire della piscina gratuita al 7° piano però e molto piccola.

Noi eravamo al 5° piano e tutte le volte che si sbarcava dall'ascensore c'era sempre una strana puzza tipo di bruciato non si capiva bene, il giorno della partenza avevamo il volo presto e alla reception ci hanno detto che andando via presto senza poter usufruire della colazione bastava che il giorno prima lo comunicavamo alla reception e ci avrebbero dato la colazione a sacco ed invece la mattina della partenza non ci hanno fatto trovare niente, dicendoci se eravamo sicuri di averlo comunicato e poi che si sono dimenticati e alla richiesta di prepararci qualcosa ci hanno risposto che non potevano, in questo sono stati un pò scorretti, anche perché sono stati loro stessi a proporcelo.

Cet hôtel est à proximité de petits commerces notamment ALDI et proches de certains monuments comme l'arc de triumph, ou la sagrada familia..., C'est un hôtel qui met en avant l'inclusion et emploie de nombreuses personnes en situation de handicap c'est un plus à mon sens. Le seul bémol durant mon séjour c'est la qualité de la literie qui n'était pas à son avantage. Néanmoins le standing, la propreté des lieux, les chambres nettoyées tous les jours c'était vraiment appréciable. Hors mis la literie l'Ilunion hôtel est un super hôtel qui met en avant les personnes en situation de handicap et offre un très bon petit déjeuner servi en buffet. Merci à vous, Olga la courageuse, Azzedine à l'accueil toujours serviable et les autres , Merci à vous tous.

The pool was very small ! If I was to guess, maybe 5 meters by 10 meters. Dial on air conditioner was worn out so it was hard to set the correcttemperature, if set in correctly the heater kicked on...

Hôtel très bien placé tout près d’une bouche de métro, plusieurs bus, nombreux commerces et restaurants/bars. Arc de triomf à 10 minutes à pieds et 20 pour la Sagrada Familia. Personnel très sympa et serviable. Petite piscine sur le toit agréable pour se rafraîchir. Chambre propre avec tout le nécessaire (frigo/bouilloire et cafetière nespresso avec capsules de café/ déca+ thé ). Kit de produits de douche offert. Ménage à la demande.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to metro stations but also reasonable distance to gothic quarter. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean and decent overall. Pool albeit very small was a pleasant way to cool down in the August heat.

So it's the little things like, there was a kettle in the room but no socket to plug it in so we kept it under the little table 😂 also clearly decor designed by a man as there isn't a decent mirror by which one can do make up except the bathroom. But if like myself travel with 2 other girls, that bathroom mirror simply isn't enough. The continental breakfast is very basic. Honestly you'd be better off going to a Caffè round the corner.

The staff were lovely, room was spacious and clean. Attractions were not too far away, 30 mins walk and transport links around. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

The swimming pool area was quite small, limit number of sun beds. Would benefit from having maybe a little bar or snack area

La posizione, ci ha permesso di muoverci tranquillamente a piedi per la città.

Secondo me l'aria condizionata un po alta, nel senso che faceva veramente freddo, anche in sala colazione.

L’emplacement, dans un quartier tranquille, à 15 mn à pied du centre-ville. Le petit-déjeuner très varié. La disponibilité du personnel.

L'odeur de remonter d égouts dans la chambre, Le parking vraiment tres compliqué d'accès surtout pour remonter (très compliqué a manœuvré) la voiture a vraiment souffert et nôtre expérience pour y descendre nous a beaucoup stressé pour le lendemain et payer 20e pour ça !? La piscine, l'eau présente une pellicule jaunâtre en surface, petit volume.... Ascenseur vraiment pas pratique " quand vous voulez accéder a la piscine ( en maillot de bain) celui-ci est appelé aux autres étages... La télévision fonctionne mal " les chaînes coupes toutes les 10 min, Pas de brosse pour les toilettes, pas de balcon.... Le rapport qualité, prix n'y est pas !

Le prix était un exagère

L’emplacement idéal entre le centre ville et la plage, il faut aimer marcher mais les métros et bus ne sont pas loin non plus. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, la diversité des plats en fait un énorme atout. Le personnel aussi était très agréable, la literie confortable et le frigo était un +. La terrasse avec piscine un vrai confort malgré les horaires quelque peu restreints.

Le parking était très cher, nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue le week-end. Gros point noir de la chambre: la salle de bains, le wc n’était pas équipé de brosse (j’ai lu d’autres avis ce n’est pas la première fois que c’est mentionné) et la douche n’avait qu’une petite paroi, ce qui fait qu’à chaque douche le sol était inondé, l’air était humide et il était impossible de faire sécher nos affaires.

Good central location near the Nord bus station and Arc de Triomphe. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Instantly gave us a new room when the first one disappointed. Breakfast was excellent. Only concern was that the air conditioning made everything - clothes, shoes, bedding - feel damp.

Il est préférable de préciser sur booking que le parking, inclus dans l'hôtel, est payant et n'est pas compris dans le prix de la réservation. Les 20€ par jour et nuit nous ont surpris. Également, la piscine de l'hôtel est bien plus petite que ne le montrent les photos.

We were there for one night before going to the airport. It's only a few blocks from Sagrada Familia . The staff is friendly. Uber to the airport was easy to catch right in front of the hotel.

Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé dans le couloir, dès qu’on sort de la chambre on étouffe, les lits sont juste faits mais les draps ne sont pas changés, on est comme même resté neuf jours et les draps n’ont pas été changé. La piscine est très très petite.

Excelente atendimento na recepção no momento do check-in. O hotel é muito bem localizado e próximo a pontos turísticos e estação de metrô. Acomodações muito bem cuidadas, limpas e de bom gosto.

The location was convenient, and some members of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The biggest problem was the strong smell of cannabis, especially in the hallways and around our rooms. We were travelling with children, and the smell made us feel very uncomfortable. It was even noticeable when we were trying to sleep, which seriously affected our stay. I was also very disappointed with the city tax situation. The amount shown when I made the reservation was different from what I was charged at check-in. I understand that city taxes can change, but I was never notified before my arrival that the amount had increased. Finding out only at check-in, when there was little choice but to pay, was frustrating and poorly communicated. The service was also inconsistent. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others were quite unfriendly. Overall, these issues made the experience very disappointing.

La ubicación es estupenda, a 15 min de la Sagrada Familia. Las instalaciones y la limpieza super bien.

El acceso al parking es tan pequeño que un coche familiar (7 plazas) no puede entrar. No me dieron más solución que pagar yo otro privado. El personal de recepción podría ser más amable. Las habitaciones no estaban listas a hora que se indicaba y no pidieron disculpas.

We had a lovely stay at Ilunion Auditori in Barcelona with our family. The location was very convenient, with the metro and bus stations nearby, making it easy to get around the city. There were also plenty of restaurants in the area, which was great for finding dining options with the family. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Ilunion Auditori to families visiting Barcelona.
