Location is walkable to airport even with luggage. Lots of coffee and breakfast food.

Good price room was bigger then normal hotels. Older hotel but they keep it clean. Great location 😃

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. TV worked great. Shower water was hot and strong flow. Better than at home. Breakfast is always a plus, as this is our hotel pick each year when we visit Spokane. The pool area is nice, water temps good, and the yard area amenities, like the fire pits, really give us an at-home experience.

Our room bathroom door squeaked every inch of being opened or closed. During the day it's no issue, but at night it's loud enough to wake others. A little more attention to the breakfast supplies, as two of three mornings the eggs were running out, while one other morning there was plenty.

The front desk staff went out of their way to assist the customers. There were a lot of displaced people due to fires in our area and the hotel was very accommodating. They even served a free lunch, in addition to their breakfasts, for affected fire victims.

Breakfast was good, an average free hotel breakfast. The service and cleanliness was excellent.

Breakfast was very basic, room was fine but the overall hotel felt very outdated. Noisy AC. Parking during stay was free.

Friendly staff, good food, clean & comfy room.

Room 162 is awful, located right at the side door, other guests in & out all night, talking (probably inside voices but dammmnn) & slamming the door. *The door slams itself, I checked. I always play white noise anyway, but this pierced my loudest efforts. The rest of the hotel is great, I stay here often & will do so again, but this was a bad night.

Easy to find

No elevator in the section we were in, room on the second floor. Had to carry 2 large suitcases, cooler and various other things up a split staircase.

The hotel was full with displaced families from the wild fires. The staff were exceptional! Kind, patient, helping find supplies for these families. They brought in lunch when their restaurant is not usually open during that time period. The staff was so excellent and kind, all else could be over looked. I was not a displaced family. I had a reservation passing through to California. But I will be a repeat customer. I will never forget the staff's kindness to these families with many small children. they staff should be rewarded and acknowledged!

The kindness of the Ramada staff to the displaced families. When many of these staff members were also impacted by the fires and lost hoes. They came together and provided excellent "service" help to these families.

My grandson absolutely loved the slide into the pool. He spent all three days in it. The courtyard was very nice, with a fire pit to roast marshmallows.

The location to the airport restaurants and shopping is great. The pool and hot tub is very nice. The rooms are clean and modern nicely decorated the hotel. Staff is very nice.

My shower did not drain & filled very fast I could not wash my hair & the bathroom sink was the same way I did bring this to their attention.

We stay here because of the proximity to Spokane airport, which is literally across the street. You can walk (15 minutes). They have a shuttle, just tell front desk when you’re ready. I did have cell service this time, but the wifi is still pretty slow. The beds and pillows were comfy. The room was good enough. The breakfast offered scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes, waffles that you make, toast, bagels, tea, coffee, milk, juice, and the room was large. It has a pool with a slide and a nice outdoor area to relax. All in all a good place to stay. If you’re using the sirport.

Proximity to airport, restaurant in hotel a plus and rooms comfortable and quiet especially next to airport. Grounds and swimming pool very nice.

The location was incredible. Nice places for folks to gather, the room was great and lots of places to plug in devices. The wi-fi was quick and let me get my work done in a timely fashion. Definitely would stay there again.

Clean, quiet and convenient to airport. Great free breakfast and close to other restaurants if you have a car; otherwise, hotel has one restaurant.

I liked the waterslide and the beds were nice.

I didn't like that breakfast didn't start until 7 on weekends. I had to leave at 6:30 and missed breakfast.

Room was not cleaned I found trash from the last guest, they never had waffles or pancakes in the mornings so we had to go out for breakfast. My room key deactivated 3 times

Horrible customer service. Huge line only one front desk person working 945pm. Another guy showed up and the girl working, Camden, just left with huge line. Took 45 minutes to check in. Room not too good felt super old. Do NOT stay here!

Breakfast was great so was the location near the base!

The rooms were large and very comfy cozy and clean. Beds were great. Breakfast was so yummy. They even changed breakfast items out the second day we were there. Anf the hot tub is the best in moses lake by far!

Staff were nice

The room had a horrible cigarette smell and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. The breakfast has nothing to write home about. The hash browns were way under cooked and they didn't have any waffles. The bar/restaurant that's attached didn't have any beers on tap because they all went rancid.

This is a great location for early morning flights out of Spokane, WA. 4 min walk to flight check-in. We enjoyed the hotel bar. The room was quiet and comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit our friends in Idaho.

Despite how many people there were we were always checked in quickly and efficiently! We came to this hotel twice on our way to Canada and both times were great, I kind of wish we stayed longer because we didn't have enough time to use all of the amenities offered since both times we stayed we got there late. Regardless, I would love to stay here again! The staff were very sweet too!

The only thing I didn't like was the elevator. It was a bit creepy but I've also never been a huge fan of elevators so that's not on the hotel! It worked as it was supposed to, I guess it was just a bit small is all!

Breakfast was a zoo and kept running out of food and plates and super long lines. It was like watching bugs devouring crumbs dropped on the floor.

I loved all the activities outside and the fire pits. I loved the pool area The lifeguard was very friendly and great attention. Breakfast was tasty and I really liked the dining area. The staff was incredibly friendly. Wonderful customer service overall. Even the cleaning staff was friendly and talkative as we passed by. The staff and amenities made the entire stay worth a while.

It was really disappointing that the waterside was only available from 5 to 9. For tonight stay to cost $400 and really the only reason I booked the room was for that waterside. It was really disappointing to not have more access. Also, there was no information provided about how tall children need to be to be able to ride the waterslide. That was incredibly important information. I wish I had known beforehand. We booked this room because it was Mya six-year-old‘s birthday because she wasn’t tall enough. She didn’t get to enjoy the waterside which was really big disappointment for her and me. If I had known, I would’ve booked somewhere else. Our room was pretty disappointing right away when I walked into the bathroom it smelled a little bit. The bathtub looked dirty. Then when my daughter spilt a glass of water on the floor and I used a towel to dry it, the towel came up extremely brown. I went to the front desk and told them that I wasn’t complaining, and that I was having really nice time, but my room was dirty, and I told them about the floor. I had hung up the dirty towels in the closet and they told me that they would go into my room check the dirty spots that I had mentioned, take the towel towels and give us new towels. I left the hotel for the day and returned in the evening, defined the dirty towel still there no one had been to our room. There was no clean towels. And my room hadn’t been serviced at all. Lastly, the blankets aren’t absolutely not enough. I definitely made sleep less restful.

Positives first- the room was very clean, and the employees were pleasant. It was also quiet and the ed wa comfortable. Frustrations: I came because I had work in the local area for two days. Trying to work on a presentation with Google Slides and kept losing internet connection, Of course there was no one to check about it, and I imagine it will be difficult to find, as it seems to occur intermittently. Enough to cause difficulty in trying to plan and do work. The other unusual piece is that there is not an independent thermostat in the room. If you don't want to be hot- you need to choose between "low cold" and 'High cold". There is no auto temperature where the air conditioner shuts off when it reaches the correct coolness. It blows directly on the bed and I found I had to cover my head up to not have it blowing right on me.

We loved the outdoor seating area with gas fire pits. We would have liked to spend more time sitting outside but we got in late and used the hottub quickly.

It was the highest we paid for a hotel on our whole road trip.

My chair in the room had a nail sticking out of it and I cut my are. Had to go to your front desk and get some bandaids. Also kids were playing baseball out at 10:00 at night. Around 10 kids. Very very noisy.

Everything was Awesome

As I was traveling I loved the fact the hotel was right off the interstate... As it was near the airport I thought I would hear the noise but I did not... Also the restaurant/pub attached was Perfect for what I needed as I had not eaten all day long.... what they had was excellent.

It was convenient to the airport. They offered a breakfast. Rooms are clean. Staff was friendly.

Easy location for a flight out and lots of parking. The facilities are old but they have tried to refresh and most of it was nice. The pool was nice (we didnt use) and they had a good breakfast. The room was pretty quiet considering proximity to the airport, but be prepared for 3am/4am departures by inconsiderate people letting doors slam. We were glad for the gym but it was tight and lacked equipment. The room was a great size though and the bed was comfy even with my bad back.

Small gym, lots of kids that were like locusts at breakfast, older facilities, and some staff were cranky/aloof.

My impression of airport hotels are pretty bad. They typically are the quick one-stop shop for people to rest for long layovers, so I don't usually expect a lot. However, this hotel was really nice and the setup was amazing. It was like a small village. My friends and I also loved the swimming pool area!

The TVs have Youtube as an option to connect to, but they aren't configured to Wifi (hence won't load). If these hotels are going to offer TVs with such services, it makes sense to make sure this is working for customers. Another con is the A/C is extremely loud. I slept next to it during the night and it was extremely loud when it was running and every 2-3 hours, it would make an extremely loud processing noise.
