Provider-sourced guest reviews.
The pool was great and the maintenance guy that came to fix broken stuff and clean the dirty room was great.
Shower and fridge were dirty, ac wasnt working. Couldn't communicate with housekeeping to have room cleaned properly. Most importantly still haven't recieved my deposit back. It's been 29 days since we stayed there.
Close to events.
Long check in line due to a concert.
Slechte en trage service aan de desk. Medewerker die slecht Engels sprak. Kamer drie uur te laat gereed.
I really like the room and the proximity to where we parked. I am disabled and it was convenient.
I do not have any negative feedback.
We loved the bed and the outdoor pool
We didn’t like that there was no hot tub and our room was a little dirty when we checked in
The hotel was comfortable and clean. The grounds were well maintained with beautiful flowers. The pool was a big attraction for families with children. The on-site restaurant was very convenient, and the food was pretty good. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby that served great coffee and gave you another option to a sit-down breakfast. Parking was included in our rate which was a big plus.
The hotel is starting to show its age. The decor is dated but clean. The hotel is quite large and finding your way in and out or to the pool can prove challenging! A bit more of an explanation might be offered at check-in.
Close to downtown and River
Could get ahold of staff for missing items or non working parking pass. Breakfast the second day of the conference we were attending was subpar.
Location is great
There was an adjoining door to another room. The voices from the other room were loud and sounded like they were in our room. Also the air conditioner blew right on the person who was on that side of the bed and made them cold.
The amenities and restaurant were great. However, the bed was one of the worst of a 40 stop road trip.
The beds were were trash.
Once we got a room, the bed and pillows were comfortable
I called the morning of (like I was advised) to ask about early check in. We were expecting to arrive 3:30 but check in says 4:00. I was told, yes our room is ready for early check in. Upon arriving, there was major congestion in the loop to drive through, no parking because you have to have a parking pass to scan to get an actual spot. Walking in, I was hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and I thought I walked into the casino. This was not residual smoke from the fires. The “smoking zone” is next to another set of the doors to the right of the entrance, not sure if that plays a factor. Waiting in this long line, I’m maybe #6, it’s finally my turn to check in 3:45, I’m told our room is not yet cleaned/ready and housekeeping is working as fast as they can. I asked when it will be ready considering I was already told it was, he said shouldn’t be too long after 4:00. He proceeded to take my card and have me pay and told me my room on the 10th floor will be done soon. The line was down the hall when I was done, and told I would have to wait in line again once informed the room is ready. We had dinner reservations at 5 in Liberty Lake and I still needed a little time to get ready. Ultimately we left to make our way towards LL for our reservation, decided we’ll get the call at dinner, come back to drop our things off in our room and walk up to Stadium One for our 7:30 event. It’s 5:30 pm and I am calling the hotel, over and over and over again to check the status of my room and no answer. Ever. Dinner ran longer than anticipated, we got back to the hotel 7:15 pm to find another line of 6 people and I have to wait. I finally get up to the counter, and I’m told MY ROOM IS NOT READY. I then became very unhappy. I was here 4 HOURS AGO and it’s not ready still?! There was a lady behind the counter jumping clerk to clerk who later claimed to be the “manager” when we asked to see them.
Size of the room.
Bathroom door. Tv above the dresser so you have to raise the remote to the ceiling to change the channel! Dirty bedding.
The location and cleanliness.
Did not accommodate late night guests. Waited over an hour and a half for a drink at the bar. Never received it so I finally left.
Great location! Clean! Friendly staff
The 45 minutes it took to check in.
Everything, everytime I come here it’s nice and my girlfriend loves everything about his place
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like
Great location right in the river. Comfortable rooms. Parking pass.
I loved the pool party they had and the whole vibe
I did t like the nasty stained sheets and it was late when we went to bed and noticed it and I was told they can give me sheets and change them myself
Nothing
The staff, the rooms
Room had mold in microwave and fridge was not cleaned. Smelled horrendous moved to another room and AC didn’t work. Would not refund my stay even though the room I booked could not be accommodated and then I got stuck with two rooms that weren’t clean or defective
My room I booked to be accommodated or the option to cancel. The option to definitely refund after three failed attempts on their part. No communication back from manager
The location and the pool
Inattentive staff. Room not properly clean. Tiny bathroom and cramped shower. Extremely loud HVAC/air conditioning that even when turned off was too loud to sleep through. Coffee maker unusable in the inset media center/dresser. Expensive and disappointing.
Nice pool, good restaurant and coffee kiosk, great location.
No towels or toilet paper in the room, had to request 3 different times, eventually got them late in the evening.
Very close to concert venue. Very clean. Great staff.
Parking
It was close to our venue.
Our room was not ready by the 4 pm check in so they asked us to take a different room, that was ok but then that room had hair in the shower from previous guests, and no washcloths. They gave a $60 comp at the bar, we each had 2 drinks, came to over $80 and the bartenders were not friendly, not a fun atmosphere.
Walking distance to Numeric Veterans Arena. Saved money on having to pay for parking . Staff friendly ! Everything you need at one location or with in walking distance.
Bed was way to soft. Temp in room was locked at 67. Could not ajust to our confert .
Close to the event we were attending
The beds were uncomfortable.
The pool area is great, and the location is pretty convenient.
We were there for 3 nights but we never got a basic room cleaning. We mentioned it to the staff multiple times but they didn’t seem to be communicating this to the right people.
Not flexible or unwilling to work with you during natural disaster conditions
Super disappointed in our stay here. For the cost, I would have expected a much better experience. Hotel and rooms were not as clean as they should be and the housekeeping staff were lacking.
Worst night of sleep in a hotel I have ever had. People running up and down the hall at 1am. People BANGING on our door periodically through the night. Air conditioner had a knocking noise every time it shut off. Paper thin walls. I had to sleep to catch a 5 am flight; so today I will not be rested at all. Absolutely no parking where we paid money to park at check in. Bed was clean and comfortable and Pool was nice.
Bed was comfortable. Pool area was nice, didn't swim due to fire and smoke.
Front desk woman was very rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. She spoke in a route monotone voice, and sounded like she was reading word for word the "check in script" didn't ask how we were, didn't look us in the eye or smile- no warmth at all. This was during the Spokane fires and given the circumstances of people evacuating it was very disconcerting. She also misdirected us to our room. She should not be working front of house, perhaps house keeping or some other behind the scenes position where she doesn't interact with guests. We didn't appreciate the room being an a joining room, the people next door were very loud late into the night, even waking us up a few times by banging/knocking on the wall. We have a white noise machine so we were able to mostly block out their loud voices and laughter. Bedspread had a stain on it.
Our room was very cute, the bed was comfy and we had a great view of the city from the 9th floor. Parking was plentiful and free. Pool area was a good size with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Our drinks and food were tasty and served quickly by Laurie (who was wonderful!)
We did not have any hand towels or face cloths in our room. The room was cute but on the small side and only had 1 chair for the small table. Water pressure in the shower was weak but enough to wash our hair. The hot tub area had no staff supervision so it was full of kids jumping in and out. We didn’t use it for that reason.
Their beds were comfy
The fact they didn't have me in the system. Either it was your fault or their fault not sure but waited 45 minutes to get a room that I had paid for the week before. The restaurant service was so bad.
The pool and room
breakfast on the high side
We had a great time out on the balcony over the pool. Gia was our waitress and she was fantastic. Xavier treated us like special guests. 10/10 will come back again!!
We stayed here in July 2026 for the USA Karate National Championships. This is a nice hotel that I probably would have rated a a 3.5 if there was an option. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby and sitting area for several people and a Starbucks. The problem is they seem to be grossly understaffed. Long lines at the registration desk, pool area out of towels for long periods of time, nobody answering the phone at the front desk, common areas dirty in places the entire stay, trash cans overfilled for days, lobby bathrooms completely out of soap, and housekeeping never cleaning the rooms or making beds (they barely gave us towels). But, probably the thing that irritated me more than anything is they always had water set out and never had cups, so there was no way to get water unless you had your own cup. This hotel could really solve all of these issues pretty easily and make it a five star hotel. It is conveniently located, especially to the Podium. I’m not saying I wouldn’t stay here again, but they have some things to work on. The staff was friendly and was good to help me get my packages that were delivered.
I've stayed here many times and not once ever had a bad stay here. This is one of my go to hotels when I travel to Spokane.
We sat on the balcony and smell marijuana jana VERY strong so we had to go into our room and not enjoy the balcony. Then during the night, the smell of marijuana was VERY strong in our bathroom. It was awful.
Smell of marijuana. No fan in the bathroom. It got very hot during showers. Beds slanted awkwardly.
Great location, quiet, attractive space.
I realize that it was a busy weekend but the body wash in our room was empty-obviously never filled between guests, and after multiple requests we gave up and bought a bar of soap. Also, an independent convenience store nearby would be a welcome feature.
Good location, large room and good service, big hotel.
Nothing
Outdoor pool , location, price
DO NOT STAY HERE! ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We stayed here for 6 nights, and the level of service was completely unacceptable. During our entire stay, our room was cleaned only once. For the other five days, no housekeeping service was provided. To make matters worse, there were several days when our towels were not replaced at all. Even when clean towels were finally delivered, they only gave us two towels, even though we are a family of four. We constantly had to call the front desk just to receive basic necessities. The biggest disappointment, however, was the attitude of the staff. Whenever we went to the front desk to report these issues, the front desk employees and supervisors were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they treated us as if we were the problem. The most shocking moment came when, after we complained about the poor service, we were actually challenged to leave a review. That level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is something I have never experienced at any hotel. When you pay for a six-night stay, you expect at least basic housekeeping, clean towels, and courteous customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in every one of those areas. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else. There are many better hotels in Spokane that actually care about their guests. We left extremely disappointed and will never stay here again.
How close it was to the venue where the event I was attending is
Property is outdated. The wood at the patio deck is rotten. The gym is located on the fair side and 7th floor of the building. Room cleanliness is underwhelming.
Non existent GM. Multiple messages left at front desk. Room I booked and confirmed wasn’t available. No clean towels for two days…and counting. Front desk can’t speak English. Stay across the river at a different property, but not here.
Location and ease of check in
Queen mattresses on too small of bed. Sides of mattress overlapped by several inches causing both sleepers to huddle in the middle.
Very well kept. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast
Location, comfort, security Perfect place to stay if you’re going to the stadium for a concert or event- short and easy walk. Pool area is lovely
N/a
The staff was great, conveniently located, the pool was great a long with the bar and restaurant. I enjoyed the room size and accommodations.
The AC was very loud, likely just an older system. The beds were extra soft so not much support.
It takes forever to get a deposit back
The staff is always great
The fact that it's been taking over a month to get my deposit back from the last three stays. At fifty bucks a night that's like $250 I am expecting back. It would be nice to get it in a timely manner. I mean, I paid you... Of like to not have to wrestle for my deposit back. I'n fact I've never gotten my deposit back.
That I never get my deposit back in a timely manner

The pool.
The AC wasn’t working properly and it was hot about 74-80 degrees in the room way too hot for 4 people in the room with a baby. The beds were awful and definitely not a true queen size. They were worn out and wobbly making every move a does felt. The bathroom was tiny too. It was overall not a great experience and we actually left a day and night early.
The location for us was excellent. We were at the park for most of the day and we didn't have to drive to get there. It was a short walk over the bridge from the hotel and we were immersed in the park atmosphere.
Upon check-in, I was informed that the room type I had reserved and prepaid for was unavailable. I was offered two alternatives at no additional cost: either stay at a sister property or split my party between two separate rooms. Since we were in Spokane attending an event across the street with a large group, I chose the two-room option. While the rooms themselves were acceptable, they were located on different floors. More concerning was that I was later charged additional fees and taxes for the second room, despite being explicitly told at check-in that there would be no extra charges. After noticing the overcharge, I contacted the front desk, and the fees and taxes for the second room were refunded. However, two days later, the same charges were applied to my card again. Since then, I have called multiple times and left several messages for the accounting department, yet I have neither received a refund nor the courtesy of a return phone call. This level of service is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
I breathe on Oxygen and it was very pleasant. The room was wonderful. I had two rooms in the bedroom. We had one one bed king size bed oh my goodness it was so big. I had a lovely time in that bed was really nice and soft and the other room, we watched TV and the leather couch. It was wonderful and then we watched the fireworks outside on the patio. That was really nice. Thank you so very very much for your my stay there. I will come back next year. Thank you very much for everything. There couldn’t be
There couldn’t be anything better than what I already had in my room. It was wonderful. My family was there with me and we had a lovely time watching the fireworks on the patio. Thank you so very much for your lovely hotel. It was wonderful staying there thank you.
Very nice location staff was friendly and helpful
That other guest took up 2 tables and 8 chairs by the pool and left the pool area for a hour with there towels left on there n yelled at me n my kids for sitting down to take our sweats and shirts off to swim and acted like they owned both tables and all 8 chairs to lay on n no staff said a word about them leaving the area and coming back to keep all the stuff they had
Centennial’s Management: Poor Service and Room Issues (Ashley) I booked a reservation in January for the Fourth of July holiday. I called in advance and spoke personally with the booking staff using a local 509 phone number. I specifically requested a deluxe king room with a large balcony facing Riverfront Park (not a tower, but the main building—something we had in previous years). In the days leading up to the holiday, I called again three days prior to confirm we would be placed on the main floors. I was told the room we wanted was available. Despite that, we were moved at the last minute. They told me that if someone shows up the day before, they “bump you” out of the room—even though we had reserved it. We ended up with a 7th-floor room that did not face Riverfront Park. While it was still the best available spot for watching the downtown Spokane fireworks, the experience was far below what we had received in previous years. The room was disappointing for the same price we paid: • Smaller balcony than expected • The A/C was broken—temperature neverdropped below 79°F, and the room stayed extremely hot • The refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly, so-we couldn’t keep our food • The toiletries weren’t stocked properly; it appeared the previous guest used them (the la’Octane soaps usually included with the room were missing) When I brought these issues to their attention, Ashley’s response was unprofessional. She said, “You get what you get,” in an unreasonable tone, with no meaningful apology. Since this is a special event we plan for every year, this level of service was unacceptable. Then today, on check-in, we found even more issues. The manager, Ashley, refused to address the room’s disrepair in a respectful way. The room was disgusting, including visible stains and trash (blood/urine stains, band-aids, pill baggies), and missing toiletries (soaps, shampoo, body wash). The balcony curtains had spider webs and the windows were visibly dirty. There was also leftover food (a pretzel) behind the bed. Even the bathroom sink was leaking. We did not receive the standard clean-up we expected. We called guest services multiple times because the room was unlivable due to the heat. The restaurant staff, however, was great. We went to get away from the hot room, enjoy dinner, and cool off with a few drinks. I also want to note that the fireworks viewing setup didn’t go as promised. A bartender told us he would reserve a table for us to watch the fireworks, but the reservation wasn’t honored—our table was given to someone else. It seems like the Centennial treats even paid viewing services as first-come, first-served without honoring reservations. I understand that during high-volume times some rooms may not be available. But we repeatedly confirmed before the holiday that we wouldn’t be put in a tower, and we still were. We had better service in past years—especially when there were thousands more people. Because of the repeated issues and the rude, dismissive handling of our concerns, we will not be returning. This cost Centennial future business and lost revenue from guests who have returned year after year.
Great location.
Our deck area was not clean. For what we paid a nite I expect it to be.
Location, pool, restaurant. Great stay.
Nothing.
Super friendly and probably the best outdoor pool in Spokane
I reserved several months in advance asked for a room with a balcony and a view of the fireworks, I got nothing I asked for furthermore I was put in the worst possible room we saw no fireworks at all and was told that I booked through Expedia the won't help me. I will never stay at The Centennial again, I spent nearly $300 and got nothing I asked for. Very Disappointed
Two stars for location which was the only nice thing about it being close to Riverfront park. This hotel seems to present as more of an upscale property than it is. In real life it seems very dingy and dated. We were given a room on the first floor — if that happens to you I would refuse it. This is the basement and it looks and smells like it. Hallway has cheap fluorescent lighting and room has small window facing the parking lot. In addition, to being a basement room. The TV did not work. Also the hotel advertises fancy toiletries with bottles of L’Occitane shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and lotion that they refill. I am quite certain these are not L’occtiane as they have no similar scent, the conditioner is a bright blue color and the affects on the hair remind me more of Suave. We also ate at the restaurant one day for breakfast and the food was very mediocre and overpriced at $20 for an omelet. Finally the service, was abysmal. We stayed 3 nights. First day no one cleaned our room, we called for towels and asked why that had not happened and front desk said you had to request room cleaning. So we said okay, we’d like to request for tomorrow. We saw the housekeeping in our hall so it seemed promising. However 3pm rolled around and our room had not been serviced. We called front desk again and they said they would send someone. No one ever came again!
Very clean, beautiful rooms! Comfortable beds. Great location.
Too small of a pool for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Price is pretty high
Clean and close to the event I was there for
Was in a nice spot
Our food order kept getting messed up and was served raw chicken
Parking
I liked that it was downtown easy access to hoopfest
I felt like since it was a busier weekend than usual you guys should of had more staffed on hand to help with throwing garbages out on each floor hallway. Maybe consider on doing free breakfast since we are already paying quite a bit.

I loved the front desk staff, she gave us an early checkin after an exhausting 8hr bus trip! The room is spacious and clean, and has everything we wanted, including coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. It was quiet too.
The front entrance can be a little hard to locate if you're walking.
Our stay was, unfortunately, far below expectations for a property that presents itself as upscale. We checked in late Wednesday evening, already exhausted from a long flight, only to find that one of the beds in our room had sheets but no comforter. Given how tired we were, we chose to simply deal with it for the night rather than call down. The following morning, I notified the front desk about the missing blanket and also requested additional towels, as there were four people in the room but only two towels provided. The two staff members at the desk appeared surprised and assured me they would notify housekeeping. However, when we returned later that afternoon, not only were the blanket and towels still missing, but the room had not been properly serviced. I had to follow up again, and it took several more hours before the items were finally delivered. At that point, we also noticed the conditioner was empty and requested a refill. Unfortunately, this pattern continued throughout our stay. On Friday, the room was only partially serviced (trash removed and some towels replaced), but once again only two towels were left for a party of four. We had to request more towels yet again and again reminded staff about the empty conditioner, which still had not been refilled. Later that day, we went to the pool and discovered there were no pool towels available. When I brought this to staff’s attention, I was told they were all being laundered. Had I not previously requested extra room towels, my family would have had to walk back to the room soaking wet. What was especially frustrating was the lack of initiative—rather than offering a solution, the response was essentially: “We’re out… they’re being washed.” Only after I asked if any other towels (such as room towels) were available did staff acknowledge that as an option. This really should have been the immediate response. Saturday followed the same trend. Our room was again only partially serviced, and once again only two towels were provided. We asked about housekeeping expectations and were told a full service should occur every three days—but that standard was not met. The conditioner also still had not been refilled. When we raised these issues, a staff member casually commented that “housekeeping hasn’t been up to par lately,” but there was no urgency or meaningful effort to correct the situation. The response felt dismissive—an “oh well” attitude that is extremely disappointing and unexpected for a hotel positioning itself at this level. By Sunday, nothing had improved. The room was again only partially serviced, only two towels were left, and the conditioner still had not been refilled. I ultimately had to approach a housekeeper working down the hall directly to request more towels and the conditioner. She was helpful and provided them, but I should not have had to go to those lengths just to receive basic amenities. To make matters worse, our dining experience at the hotel restaurant was equally frustrating. One evening, we ordered what should have been a very simple meal: a salad, a flatbread, a side of sautéed shrimp with a cup of fruit, and a plain fettuccine Alfredo. Somehow, this took TWO FULL HOURS to arrive. The delay was so excessive that we couldn’t help but wonder if someone had been sent out to catch the shrimp live and harvest the vegetables from the forest before preparing the dishes. While the property itself is undeniably beautiful and rich with history, the service throughout our stay was consistently lacking—unresponsive, incomplete, and at times indifferent. For a hotel that presents itself as upscale or luxury, the basics—timely housekeeping, adequate supplies, and attentive service—should be reliably met. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing stays we have experienced at a hotel of this supposed caliber.
Great location. Really good restaurant. On-site free parking.
This hotel needs to do a deep clean. There were piles of dust in the hotel room corners, and dust and cob webs in the area where you look down to the main floor as well as out of the elevators.
The pool was nice. Room was clean. Staff was very nice and polite.
Room was tiny for a King deluxe. Bathroom was tiny and cramped with water that had a bad sulfur smell. Shower head was clogged with hard water deposits and the AC didn't work good at all. Room never got below 73 degrees. I also did not like having to pay $15 for parking and it wasn't even valet parking. Also the TV did not work. I will not stay here again.
Location. Next to some great restaurants and the river walk. Nice pool.
Bed was uncomfortable. Gym was great except hot and in full sun in the morning. A fan would have made a huge difference.
We were in town for the Judo Junior Olympics and the hotel was great. Especially the service from Xavier at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful and customer focused. Several time we had questions and each time he provided great service. Thank you for a great customer experience.
Great clean rooms friendly staff safe parking area and great food.
Room, pool, room service you name it!
I love how clean and comfortable and how close it is to the park and the pool with the waterfall is amazing. Great restaurant options in the hotel as well. Very nice staff. The rooms are beautiful. The gym has great machines as well and being big and spacious.
There isn't anything that I dont like. I always stay there everytime im in town. Out of all the other places I have stayed , this is my favorite
The location and convenience of the hotel was perfect for us. We had a nice dinner at the Safari restaurant in the hotel before we walked to the Gesa pavilion to see a concert. We liked the view over the beautiful pool and trees.
The mattress was a little on the soft side for our preference but still quite comfortable.
The location on the river was amazing. We were attending graduation at the podium .
Signage was by lacking. It was difficult to find routes in the hotel
Nicely lit parking lot and great staff. Breakfast was exquisite!
Only one side of the bed with plugins. Light bulb out
Close to many places. The rooms are nice and clean.
The room cleaning schedule was late or unpredictable. We didn’t get our room cleaned while we were there. They came when we were already in the room so I just had them change towels and empty the trash.
Location
Being a part of the Davenport Collection, I was disappointed. Some areas seemed run down, not the cleanest and room service for extra items never came. Also, for a double queen they only provided a limited number of towels.
Great location. Good price.
No housekeeping, even when requested.
Jayden at the coffee shop was awesome. She was smiling, friendly and helpful. She made my morning better. Great employee and person.
Would be nice to have real glasses in the room. Carpet needs a refresh.
We loved being near the Riverfront Park and the Falls. Were able to walk over several times and wish we could have stayed longer. Would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.
Didn’t like that the grill was closed to guests outside of the wedding party. We were told to come back in 2 hours. We had to Door Dash, which was a first for us. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
location
The young boys in the middle of night riding their electric bikes and causing a lot of noise.
We stayed here for 1 night. The hotel was very clean and had cool decor. The staff were super nice and Xavier was especially helpful giving restaurant recommendations and such.
The organization of the front extremely limited due to housekeeping at night practice throughout the whole day. I will definitely reconsider seeing in the future and tell everybody else the same after the experience I had, which was terrible. I was supposed to call Gus my bill from the new manager and that’s supposed to never done so the follow-through is at the level of zero as well. Totally unprofessional such an important location.
the facility is ok room is good view is not bad
the staff is very unprofessional. We paid full amount of our stay before our arrival . The front desk staff said she couldn't find our payment information at their system after we showed the written prove , and charged our credit card four times without noticing us. We found our when we checked out the next day, they promised us to give us full refund, but after 5 days, we haven't received the money. We tried to contact the hotel, and got no answers. vey disappointed
I loved the pool, the balcony and the beds were comfortable. The views were amazing, and I loved being next to the dam when sleeping.
The housekeeping was non-existent, when requested 3 times we were utterly forgotten about. I had to go to the front desk to request towels when I had called 3 times and been told they'd "be right up!". The room was small, but comfortable. The initial front desk person didn't want to give me the balcony room I'd paid for, and stated that I "didn't need it for both nights anyway."
The location was wonderful. Loved the big picture window as we could see everything going on in the Riverfront from our room window. Room was spacious & loved having both a fridge & microwave in the room.
The text service for the front desk wasn't always checked timely
Clean, Quiet & comfortable bed & pillows
Great location.. nice view. Clean..
Had to go ask for new towels and coffee daily. They didnt come on their own.. personal preference, but we like a door that closes completely on the bathroom. But I know the barn doors seem popular right now.
I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location. The hotel was clean and the restaurant was convenient. I was charged $15 for overnight parking, which was posted on the hotel website, however, when I checked out in the morning I was charged an additional $35.12 for parking. I have called and left messages twice asking for an explanation of this additional charge. I also emailed twice regarding this extra charge. No one ever responded to my calls or emails. Because of this I will never stay at this hotel again nor do I feel I can recommend this hotel
