Stanza queen enorme spaziosa dotata di tutti i confort, con plafoniere al soffitto che in Canada è impossibile trovare e molte stanze risultano infatti buie ma qui l'illuminazione era perfetta. Bagno grande e anche esso ben illuminato. Assenza di moquette (anche questo rarissimo) che da immediatamente una sensazione di pulito. Servizio veloce e gentile, ci hanno fornito ombrelli nella giornata di pioggia e voucher per caffè/the o cioccolata al momento del check out che abbiamo fatto di mattina presto. Bellissima la vista sul porto. Kingston e molto piccola, hotel vicino a tutto.

J’aime bien les oreillers en plume, j’aurais dû demander. J’avais seulement un café régulier et un café décaféiné. Le café n’est pas corsé.

The location was amazing, right by the harbour. The staff was friendly and helpful.

L’hôtel était près des attractions et des restaurants et surtout près du fleuve. Le restaurant de l’hôtel pour le déjeuner était excellent.

La chambre était relativement propre mais à l’extérieur de notre chambre un peu plus loin… I y a eu des assiettes empilés avec des ustensiles par terre pendant toute la durée du séjour et ce n’est pas faute de manque de personnels d’entretien ménager qui s’affairaient tout les jours au nombre de 4-5 sur l’étage… nous étions au 3 ieme étage. Nous l’avons mentionné au Check out Beaucoup de bruits dans le corridor en soirée. Il y a très peu d’insonorisation d’une chambre à l’autre.

L’emplacement (même s’il faut avoir besoin de s’arrêter dans cette ville sinon aucun intérêt !). Le personnel est très gentil.

C’est vieux ! L’entrée qui se fait par un parking souterrain n’est pas agréable et l’état de la piscine est catastrophique. Vous arrivez au 6eme étage vous croyez à une blague tellement c’est horrible.

A tall order, but the parking was tight sometimes difficult to maneuver.

The location is superb! You can walk to all the restaurants. Hotel is clean, beds very comfortable, beautiful sheets + pillows. Dining room and bar are well run. Staff friendly + helpful.

The only thing missing was a night light. Helpful getting up at night.

Stayed for one night as stopover between Toronto and Kingston . Wonderful hotel. Great location by the waterfront. Huge room Excellent connectivity and WiFi À la carte breakfast was exceptional Parking on site was easy Bar area was lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

The airco system is extremely loud. We expected more from the dinner in the restaurant. The dessert with meringue was not good at all, it smelled fishy. The waiter gave us the feeling that he wanted to go home eg. he put the champagne bottle without cooler in the middle of the table as if he wanted to say, voila serve yourself. A bit strange we found that. The breakfast is great though. The swimming pool is a bit old but nice.

The front desk staff were lovely! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the place was very clean!

The parking lot is a wild mess! They had a parking attendant that was completely useless. He was sending cars down a one way that didn’t have any spots left.

Un restaurant cher, pas très bon et qui se prend pour un grand, pas grand chose dans l’assiette et pas mal de prétention pour un prix qui ne le mérite pas. Et il se dit « the best restaurant in Town »… à éviter.

Il y’a trop des bruits dans les chambres à côté et dans les couloirs. L’eau de la piscina était avec un odeur très mauvaises. Les serviettes étaient très dure et pas confortable.

I have stayed here multiple times, but this time it just seemed different. I ended up having to stay here because of a family member who was in hospital. So it wasn’t a great time to start with. My room was spotless and it seems like they have upgraded pillows and pillow cases , or maybe I just needed them to be good! They felt great vs what you sometimes find. I needed a document to be printed and i was told they have a small printer wireless printer near the elevator. It looked like one that might get jammed, but I was willing to risk it. But Sydney offered to print it and did so in no time! Such a helpful thing that went above and beyond. This spot is more expensive than another we sometimes stay in, and parking is a lot, but I will stay here every time now. I’ve always loved Aquaterra. Again, it’s expensive , but the food is fantastic. Try the asparagus “side”- for dinner - think eggs Benedict but on asparagus. It’s a big serving, perfect to split - yum . Thanks for making a bad day a lot better

Parking payant et très cher (moins cher à Montréal ou à Ottawa par exemple dans des hôtels d’aussi bonne qualité).

Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre.

Isolation inexistante : les murs sont fins comme du papier. Donc on entend les moindres faits et gestes des voisins et des passants dans les couloirs. Aucun respect des consignes de calmes après 23h… Les espaces communs pourraient être plus propres.

Excellent area to stay, everything is in the neighbourhood. Waterfront, bars, restaurants, shopping. Many excursions just a block away. Rooms were clean and comfy. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

By the water

500/night for a place to sleep is expensive. I would rather pay for the amenities separately since I didn’t use them to offset the room cost. Front desk staff was too over the top friendly to the point of it feeling forced and disingenuous. I like interacting with humans and their flaws not unnaturally forced personalities.

The moment we pulled in, the young man working the parking garage was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name to give him his proper due. The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of where you wanna be in Kingston. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Parking was a bit pricey, but I understand that we were in the middle of their downtown area.

Friendly staff, nice location, clean and comfortable room. The view from the first floor is obstructed by a railing. The first floor was noisy in the morning.

Wheelchair and pedestrian access into the hotel's main and only entrance is limited and a little hazardous. We experienced stress navigating the steep grade hill out of the hotel while competing with cars on uneven pavement, which was very difficult. We travelled minus car knowing that parking here is not guaranteed and expensive. Going in and out of this hotel through the garage is treacherous.

It was ok but too expensive for what its worth

We loved the bedroom and the pool and walk outside the lake. However the price was quite high for $650 a night!

Price. It was overpriced for a Thursday one night evening price.

Simply choose the BEST : the Delta Kingston Waterfront! The hotel nestles in the prime heart of the city beside the historic train station, City Hall, and Confederation Park. The riverboat tours are steps away, Princess Street with live theatre, pubs, restaurants, and events are right outside along the promenade. The yachts anchored in the bay Bob up and down as flotillas of Canada geese guide their goslings around the ducks right up to the restaurants’ windows and decks. Still, once you drive into their indoor parking, you may opt to appreciate everything the hotel has: great food, great baristas, and very pleasant personnel who VALUE their guests. Everyone is professional, proficient, and polite. Fort Henry with its parades and military tattoo presentations is a five minute drive or brisk walk away. Canada Day fireworks reflect off the lake. Marriott Bonvoy is worth signing up for as benefits add perks to a wonderful stay. Treat yourself to a memorable stay as we did on our 61st. wedding anniversary! We are planning our next stay soon.

Super emplacement, nous avions une chambre avec vue sur l’eau. Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, grande salle de bain . Personnel super sympathique.

Corridor un peu bruyant le soir (je crois qu’il y avait un événement). La porte de la douche qui coule en l’ouvrant (le tapis de douche qui reste par conséquent mouillé)

The restaurant was exceptional. We were expecting passable hotel food, but were very surprised and pleased that the meal was on par with the best meals we’ve ever had. The location is wonderful adjacent to the marina with abundant walking paths and sites. The staff was uniformly welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Front desk treats families worse. Poor check in experience. Staff repeatedly made errors wirh severe food restrictions over several days - saying items were sugar free, but then using sugar products or adding sugar, making my daughter sick. Hottub was broken. Staff offered to make our stay better if we asked for anything due to them repeatedly making my daughter sick by poisoning her, but then they refused a late checkout request, and then they refused to let us use the pool for an hour after checkout, and then they checked us out early (30 minutes) not on my request and locked us out of the room and hotel and amenities.

The pool was really nice and heated, with towels provided on-site.

Parking is paid and costs 38 CAD per night.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Good bed linens and lots of excellent towels. Had dinner in Aquaterra, and it was exceptional. Breakfast was very good, too. Service was excellent in both cases.

Front reception first directed us to the other Marriott without looking at the reservation that I had. We returned, and insisted that they check the reservation. Should have done that the first time! But no harm done.

only one staff at front desk when I checked out, especially I had to catch cruise but waiting in the queue. It's very anxious to wait and only one people took care of answering questions, check-in and check-out peak hour.

The hotel’s location is very convenient to walk around the city and there are some restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops nearby. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given the option of lake view or harbour view. We opted for lake view because it’s more scenic. Our room was on the first floor. The view is not bad but I think the view may be better on higher floor. Our room looks recently renovated. The room and bathroom is well lit. The TV is big and the bed is comfortable. There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 6th floor with a nice view of the lake. There is a nice small fitness room as well. Parking at the hotel is $38 with in and out privilege.

Bed was awesome!

Thea at the front desk was amazing and made our stay awesome. My daughter and I were there to celebrate her 26th birthday and Thea did everything to make that special!

Beautiful location right on the water

The staff was not very accommodating when I asked for a slightly later check out. The room also had a card in it that offered special flavoured water tablets, which had been discontinued when we inquired about them.

Nice swimming pool good location

Location is great, nice view. Spacios room. Strong wifi. Despite of all, I'd probably stay here again.

Parking cost (got very crowded on Monday evening), pool needs some repair and clean up (pool really nice but lots of hair in the water, breakfast not included, needs some repairs), no 24h coffee station downstairs, low water pressure, reception staff not really welcoming.
