Clean, comfortable, great location!

No swimming pool for the kids.

The room itself was excellent: very spacious, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, and even a small kitchenette. The hotel’s location in downtown Kingston is also ideal, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included in our rate, and the food was tasty.

The balcony was a major disappointment. I specifically booked a room with a balcony because my wife and I enjoy sitting outside in the evenings. Unfortunately, the balcony was extremely small, had no furniture at all, and there were no chairs in the room that we could bring outside. Our room was on the 4th floor, yet a section of the hotel’s rooftop was directly in front of the balcony, completely blocking the view. On top of that, the balcony was dirty — clearly not maintained, probably because most guests wouldn’t want to use it anyway unless they smoke (we don’t). Breakfast could also use improvement. The selection was very limited, and all three mornings we had exactly the same three options to choose from.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay. Located in the heart of the city. Walking distance from restsurants and places of interest. I will be returning.

the people, great staff

room was a little tired, mismatch painted tub.

Excellent location

Comfortable spacious room. Clean room. Near Harbour front.

Loud HVAC system.

Do meu quarto

Do facto do Pequeno-almoco ser á lá carte

Alles in Allem enttäuschend.

Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Having parking paid until 5 pm on departure day was a bonus.

Breakfast was not good. Ordered eggs over came sunny side up. Toast and sausage were cold. Did not eat there on our second morning.

Breakfast

Location, Comfort, King bed, View, bathroom, service, employees

Extremely cold in lobby, restaurant On room floors, the doors of each room are very noisy loud when closing. We felt in an office, not quiet at all The balcony room should not advertise their balcony as a feature lol cmon

Ottima colazione, parcheggio comodissimo e posizione eccellente

Good breakfast included. This is unusual in Canada

Location is great.

Way over priced for you get and beds are uncomfortable.

Great location. Clean rooms Large rooms Good breakfast Convenient parking

Breakfast is not included Parking fee is not included

I liked the location and the staff was very helpful.

I did not like the the breakfast, the lobby wasn’t clean, the eating area was dirty and the lobbys’ air condition at the sitting area was dripping water and the tables were dirty and sticky.

Very Clean & Modern. Good Facilities in Room, Good Parking & Well Equipped Gym

Lifts were busy at times. Could not connect to TV to cast from Device

Tutto bene

Excellent location. Clean modern room. Attractive lobby. A la Carte breakfast . Ample parking spaces.

Air conditioner in room noisy. Our room was right beside the roof holding all the outdoor AC units, noisy and not a great view. Front desk offered to move us but same room with 2 beds not available.

Propreté

Excellent location, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly

Palestra bellissima, colazione molto buona

Loved lemon water in the lobby. Rooms were very nice. An overall beautiful hotel.

Everything. It’s my favourite place to stay in kingston. The staff is fantastic, the location is superb.

I like it all.

The friendliness of the staff.

The toilet in our room was very loose.

Amazing location, comfortable bed

Air conditioning wasn’t working, they did promptly send a technician who was able to reset it and get it going, but it went out again in the night

Excellent location, very comfortable bed.

Strong smell in room (disinfectant?), hair dryer blew cold air only.

Belle chambre propre.

Stationnement payant!

Great location, room was spacious and very clean.

Excellent all the way … iced water and coffee all day … polite associates and truly helped with a booking change that was a bit complex… thank you !

Nothing !

Great location, lovely staff and breakfast was excellent.

Staff very helpful.

Location, excellent friendly staff, good bed

The bedroom doors are very noisy when they close

The hotel is newly renovated (1 year ago) and everything smells new. Very good ambience, everything is clean and spotless. Good mattress and pillows. Great location.

We thought parking was included in the price since it was literally part of the building. At the reception nobody mentioned that parking was not free while they were issuing us the parking pass. It came as a surprise charge on my credit card the next day. Not cheap at all - $40

Location

I could hear the tv in the room next to mine. It woke me up at 1am

Location

The cleaness of the bathroom. Overall, it was clean including room. However when I checked in, bathroom sink had lady hair that was off course not mine.

…

NO HOT WATER. I had wanted to get the room before the wedding at three pm, but could not get confirmation of that.

Very nice hotel centrally located. Staff was friendly, the room was great.

There were issues with hot water, but apparently these were later fixed. The biggest irritant was finding out about $65 dog fee upon arrival - this is hidden in Bookings, which is a shame.

Good location, comfortable, clean room.

Extra charge for wifi when should be included without joining another points program at this price level. Difficult to manage tv and music system in room.

The excellent location, the kind and professional staff, the comfortable rooms.

No negatives.

the bed is comfy, the overall cleaniness. The breakfast is quite good.

There's no sandals available. The water discharge at the corridor water station is super slow.

Very comfortable and beautiful room. Also, very clean.

Excellent location, did not need the car after we arrived. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

Would be lovely if there was a pool for guests to use

The staff was very nice and friendly.

There was no AC, we went there in may , and it was only fan running in the room. I couldn’t sleep the whole night.

The supervisor on staff was some middle manager disgruntled woman who did nothing to accommodate making my family stay comfortable. Cot request was declined by her and refunding extra night prepaid was also declined due to strict adherence to policy. Customer experience at this Marriott is secondary to revenue and profit. Parking garage under construction, dangerous, multiple guests complained, probably should be closed but again, $35/night per vehicle is the reason they are putting the public safety at risk. Horrible hotel, will never stay here again. Bunch of greedy, unfriendly staff.

Nothing

There was an event for Queens U going on the 2nd floor and it was loud everywhere. I could hear noise all over the place, not a great place for families with young children. Seems like a party hotel and not suitable for families

The supervisor was mean, rude, and unapologetically enforcing every hotel rule prioritizing revenue and profit over the guest experience.

Loud neighbours proved that the rooms had little soundproofing. Corridor light also shone under the door all night, and the heating/ac was loud

Conveniently located, nice room, great staff (had a drink at the bar and our bartender found us dinner reservations at a local hot spot!) Overall a lovely place at a reasonable price.

Nothing.

Everything

Breakfast was lacking in the lobby

Welcoming. Comfortable. Modern. Stylish. Nice staff!

Not one negative thing to say!

I had a great room, king bed and lot's of space.

longer stay, had to leave after only one night.

Location was great. Customer service amazing. Cleanliness.

N/A

Close to downtown

Clean and breakfast buffet was outstanding!

Great location clean great staff

Location Service Cleanless

My room had a quite strong chemical smell

Really nice room

Lift was not working when we arrived but they helped with our bags and provided free parking. Evan was great and very helpful.

Very well located. The best, chef Gustavo!

A litthe bit of waiting Line for check in.

Lovely hotel with very welcoming staff. Really nice rooms with comfy beds and great amenities.

Nothing

Très bon emplacement. Propre et acceuilant comme lieux.

Le parking à payer 25$ la nuit.

The venue is beautiful

The bartender needs to up his game. Needs to dress properly.

Nice staff, friendly

Toilet was not fastened to the floor so it rocked when you sat on it room 804 The heating cooling system was EXTREMELY loud, like a jet getting ready for take off

Room was comfortable and clean

Had trouble with door key - twice we had to go to front desk to get in our room

High quality facilities in a great location.

Everything, except the parking was a mess. The contractor missed deadlines and that is hurting the hotel.

See above.
