dat sauna en zwembad gerenoveerd werden en dus niet toegankelijk waren, was ons niet meegedeeld in mail of tijdens boeking. Alternatief in ander hotel was voor ons geen optie.

お部屋のインテリアも吟味されていて使い勝手良く、ゆったり居心地抜群です。TV YouTube、Netflixも対応されていて、旅情報仕入れました。 スタッフさんも窮屈でなく和やかな対応でした。

室温が上がらない？エアコンではなかったようで、夜冷えました。シャワーの温度も40℃なかったと感じました。

Valitsimme hotellin myös sillä perusteella että on mahdollisuus päästä uimaan mutta Allasosasto ei ollutkaan käytössä ja emme olleet saaneet tietoa ennen kuin chek innissä.

Pool Bereich war wegen Renovierung gesperrt, bin vor Anreise aber leider nicht informiert worden, "Minibar" ist nur ein leerer Kühlschrank, mega dünner Kaffee

Frukosten var utmärkt.

Wir haben super gut geschlafen und hervorragend gefrühstückt ! Sehr zentrale Lage, die ganze Stadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Äußerlich und zum Teil auch innen hat es den Charme eines Ostberliner Interhotels. Aber davon darf man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. Im Gegenteil!

They did not have the Spa and Sauna available when we checked in. Booking.com did not mention this at all. The alternative was to walk to another Sokos and use their Sauna. Not good.

La ubicación es excelente. El desyuno es muy bueno.

Location is excellent.

All the staff at the breakfast dining looks mesirable none of them smile. Also one of the staff when we had our breakfast an older man was very rude, don’t look like he wants to be there. Wifi signal in pur room was not also good. It could do with serving variety of cooked breakfast it were all the same every morning.

Η πισίνα ήταν πολύ κρύα,το εστιατόριο το απόγευμα δε λειτουργούσε τις περισσότερες ημέρες,οι παροχές στο δωμάτιο ήταν ελλιπείς..πχ δεν είχε παντόφλες και κπ λεπτομέρειες

vuoteen päädyssä valojen sammutus vain toisessa reunassa. Olin valinnut ennen kuin huomasin tämän enkä halunnut enää siirtyä... Hississä ilmeisesti valo sammunut oman kerroksen kohdalta, koska hissi lähti liikkeelle ilman kerrosvaloa.

pokoj byl na začátku chodby blíže k výtahům, tak bylo trochu hlučno večer. Žádala jsem úklid pokoje, ale recepční 30. 8. při příjezdu to nevyznačila, tak jsem zůstala bez úklidu pokoje 31. 8. a upozornila jsem na to její kolegyni.

Durch die zentrale Lage ist man schnell inmitten des Geschehens von Helsinki. Das Hotel hielt, was versprochen wurde. Sauna und Schwimmbad waren toll.u

Gewöhnungsbedürftig fanden wir, dass man als einziger Gast an der Rezeption aufgefordert wurde, eine Nummer zu ziehen und mit dieser zu warten, dass man aufgerufen wird!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of options at breakfast.

Location was great .

- Die Musik im Foyer und im Bereich vor den Aufzügen auf den einzelnen Etagen. Sehr entspannend und besonders. - Schwimmbad, Fitnessraum und Sauna - Sitzgelegenheiten im Foyer/nicht bediente Bar. - Das Frühstück mit einer Auswahl von Ingwer-Shot über Overnight Oats und veganen Brotbelägen bis zu sehr gut schmeckenden Standards wie Porridge (vegan), großartigen Kartoffeln, finnischen Spezialitäten und Ham and Eggs. Einfach toll! Trotz der vielen Gäste kam es nie zu einem Stau am Buffet. - Die Design-Themen auf den einzelnen Etagen (wobei ich Nr. 5 u 6 am besten fand, die übrigen etwas zu dunkel in der Gestaltung) - Die Lage des Hotels: Fußläufig zu Bhf, Zentrum, Stadtstrand (okay … 20 Min), Einkaufen und Restaurants, Museen, Zentralbibliothek …Toll!

Man muss wissen, dass es sich um ein seeehr großes Hotel handelt und vom Aufzug zum Zimmer durchaus 100m zurückzulegen sein können. Wer mobil eingeschränkt ist, sollte dieses bei der Buchung berücksichtigen/klären/erwähnen. - Dass Sauna und Schwimmbad an 2 Tagen unseres Urlaubs nicht mehr geöffnet hatten (war bei Booking so leider nicht dick vermerkt und man findet das Hotel auch jetzt noch - bei kompletter Sauna u Pool-Pause - trotz gesetztem Pool- und Sauna- Filter). - Das Frühstück war großartig (s.o.), leider wurde es aber schon recht früh wieder zusammengeräumt (ab 9:00, bei Ende um 10:00 bzw. 10:30h). Zwar bekam man noch alles (spätestens auf Nachfrage), aber dieses Zusammenlegen/-schütten von mehreren Behältern/Platten auf nur noch eine, störte irgendwie die Atmosphäre- zumal das Buffet durch die frei werdende Fläche den Eindruck „abgegrast“ provozierte. Jedenfalls bei mir. Sehr schade! Aber da es mein Urlaub war, wollte ich nicht bereits um 8:00 zum Frühstücken „nur“ um eine ungestörte Buffetatmosphäre zu erleben. - Aufgrund der Hotelgröße ist der Frühstückssaal sehr groß; die Geräuschkulisse entsprechend. Vielleicht kann man die selten komplett besetzten großen runden Tische durch platzsparende ersetzen und dafür lieber Raumteiler / Pflanzen installieren. - Die Zimmerreinigung: Sie erfolgte nur, wenn man diesen Wunsch am Vortag bis spätestens 23h an der Rezeption geäußert hat. Das war schon umständlich in der Organisation, da man sich mehr oder weniger in Busladungen ein- oder auscheckender Gäste einreihen musste. Aber leider klappte auch das vorgetragene Anliegen in der Umsetzung nicht. So hatten wir ein Problem mit dem Ablauf des Duschwassers. Das Wasser lief bis vor die Toilette. Einzig angebotene Abhilfe: Mehr Duschvorleger zum Aufsaugen und tägliche Abholung der nassen Vorleger. Das hat absolut nicht geklappt. Es kam weder die Abholung noch wurden uns die zusätzlichen Vorleger gebracht (wir nahmen einfach unsere Handtücher).

Bed was not really comfy maybe im used to an orthopaedic hard bed

Facilities were good. The location is very convenient, about 5 minutes walk to the shopping centre and only about an 10-minute walk to the main train station. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel also provided a gym and, of course, a sauna.

However, the bathtub really needs a non-slip mat. The bottom surface is not flat and becomes extremely slippery when wet. I actually slipped and fell, and my big toe hit the tap underneath. It caused bleeding around my toenail. I would strongly recommend that the hotel provide a non-slip mat in the bathtub to prevent accidents like this.

¡La ubicación es perfecta! Muchas de las cosas que quería ver están súper cerca del hotel. Y es muy fácil desplazarse andando.

La distribución del desayuno no me acabó de gustar. Pero eso es opinión mía, supongo que cada hotel tiene una mecánica diferente. Por la comida, lo típico que se pone en un bufet libre.

- the breakfast options were really good, might be a bit crowd during the pick hour, but even then you probably will find a table; - very close to the city center and train/bus station; - central park is just few minutes away; - self-checking options are available, self checkout as well; - you can leave the luggage in the luggage room - also pretty well organized; - the room (at least the one we stayed in) - was recently renovated. all in all - great experience.

Der Frühstückssaal war riesig groß ohne Schallschutzmaßnahmen, so dass es sehr laut war.

Just arrived in our hotel and were asked to fill in a long registration form - no other hotel in Europe has asked us for it. Then, when we arrived on the sixth floor, when leaving the lift, there was no direction where our room is located. We took the wrong term, unnecessary walking. Then in the room safe and Airconditioning did not work and could not be repaired. Other room was offered, but we were already unpacked so we decided to stay put. We asked for our window to be open. Very disappointing!

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis: Das Zimmer war für die Größe zu teuer. Erschöpft: Das Personal braucht bessere Arbeitsbedingungen.

Everything perfect. Stunning hotel and staff. I stayed at the Original Sokos Hotel Presidentti for five nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the main train station and the city's top sights.The room was very clean, modern, and full of natural light. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well.The staff were polite, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot coffee. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Helsinki. I will definitely come back!

We didn't receive a couple of slippers for the room. Other people got them inside their room so they we're included but the receptionist told me to pay extra for them.
