Hele mooie kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat helemaal geweldig : Het ontbijtbuffet. Ik heb nog nooit ergens zo'n uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet gehad. Wat een enorme diversiteit aan gerechten! Het personeel is daarnaast ook altijd zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom: Een geweldig hotel!

Really good breakfast spread, wide array of choices and well cooked. Everything tasted fresh. The room was also super clean, no complaints. Comfortable stay. The location was also quite good. The main malls are quite nearby

Not sure why but we couldnt seem to turn off the air conditioning. Even when we had switched it off at the main switch it was still freezing cold.

Staff were very friendly , cordial and ready to help with special mention of REGGY , ABDUL , DAVA , AFIFAH , SRI DWI, ANASTASIA. They deserve to be complimented

Rooms very clean. Staff very friendly & fast action upon any request. Breakfast spread of food was excellent and they serve different spread of food daily. Near local brand items shops.

It would be better if the children playroom is open until 10pm.

Overall, I’ve had a good stay at the hotel. The location is superb and the staff were phenomenal, particularly Abdul and Mr Sani, the concierges, who went above and beyond to make my stay very pleasant! The room is a bit dated; you could sense the remnants of a previous hotel that hasn’t had any revamping over the past years. The internet was down for the whole day so I couldn’t do any work while I was facing a deadline. The hotel apologized but if I were them, I would have offered some free drinks or breakfast to make up for it, given that I stayed for multiple days. Something to think about for next time so that customers will stay at the hotel again.

Outside spa cold, I wanted a nice cold beer and hooc meal in the evening. The hotel pub is very nice, cold beer and decent food, although virtually empty. The music in the pub is horrendously loud and vulgar rap style. It's ashame because they would get much more business if the vibe was more relaxing. Because the place is empty the bartender disappears for lengths at a time.

Had an excellent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality in one of Bandung’s best locations. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed and everything needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you for give me upgrade to suite as respective Marriott Bonvoy member. Despite being in the city center, Dago area and near to Gedung Sate, the atmosphere was peaceful, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Bandung. The staff truly made the experience memorable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. Their genuine hospitality stood out from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights, featuring an excellent variety of Indonesian and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness center although I think it needs refurbishment. Overall, Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, great facilities, and excellent location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bandung.

I just want to say all the staff here are excellent. Starting from the lobby, Pak Adika was really helpful and warm. His service made check-in feel so welcoming. There was a small issue with the AC in the room, but all the staff were very fast to respond and solved the problem quickly. That kind of response really shows how much they care. Besides that, the breakfast was very variatif and the taste was really enak. Lots of options and everything tasted fresh. Thank you for the great hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!

As loyal, long-time Marriott members, my family and I always look forward to the high standards associated with the brand. Our recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Dago Bandung highlighted some incredible staff strengths, though the property itself has room for improvement. Contrary to what one might expect during busy periods, the response time here was outstanding. Whether communicating via phone call or chat, requests were handled incredibly fast. The engineering and housekeeping teams deserve a special mention for being remarkably polite, professional, and genuinely warm. A huge shoutout to Mr. Pandu, the Front Desk Supervisor. He was exceptionally quick-witted, responsive, and handled a few hotel shortcomings/mistakes with absolute grace and efficiency. His proactive attitude truly saved our experience. This is where the hotel falls short of the top-notch Marriott standard we are accustomed to. The outdoor parking area feels neglected and poorly maintained. The back area of the hotel is quite messy, with items and trash scattered around. It looks like old event materials and equipment have just been left lying there instead of being properly cleared out. The indoor parking structure is quite cramped and narrow, which can be challenging to navigate. The human element at this hotel is fantastic: the team is fast, attentive, and hospitable. However, the physical upkeep, especially in the parking and back-of-house areas, needs urgent attention to match the premium Marriott standard. We hope to see these improvements on our next family visit!

Good location, facilities and friendly staffs. breakfast was amazing, a lot of selections with delicious taste with daily changes on menu. We got 150k rupiahs voucher daily that we used for in room dining service. Gym is very good and well maintained. Wish for the warm pool considering the colder weather in dago. Reception staff Agustina was very kind by granting us late check out on our last day in Bandung. Hope to visit again next time.

There was a misinformation regarding number of guests staying upon check in, I booked for 3 adults but their system stated for 2 instead. It was sorted out but i think between booking.com and respective accommodations should fix this as it wasn’t my first time having this issue.

good experience for convenient ballroom

We stayed 2 nights. We were surprised to find no concierge or bell boy when we arrived. The receptionist, Andika, who checked us in made all the difference. A cheerful greeting and a smiling face greeted us at the desk. Checked in went very smoothly and he explained where everything is and apologise for one of the lifts is under maintenance. The lift is slow, sometimes we waited up to 5 minutes or so. The room is pretty spacious with big beds, a table and sofa. The bathroom is on a small size. Put the bath mat quickly by the shower door after showering or water will run all over the bathroom floor. Nice water pressure and temperature though. We have the room on the north wing and at the back facing the pool. It's a nice quiet room. The breakfast buffet is impressive- so many choices even for me with dietary requirements! The hot food remains hot and I've seen the staff constantly cleaning around the food area and replacing food. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The front office and hoisekeeping are prompt in their action with any request. We definitely will stay here again when we visit Bandung again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here for 4 nights in room 1210. From the moment we checked in, all the lobby and reception staff were very friendly and informative. My husband even received a complimentary room upgrade from the one booked by his office. The breakfast was quite good, and all the restaurant staff were also very friendly and attentive. On our last night, I suddenly experienced severe abdominal pain, and my husband planned to take me to the nearest hospital. The duty manager on duty at that time (Mr. Yusuf) responded very quickly and kindly assisted us. He immediately sent staff and a wheelchair to our room to help me downstairs. When we arrived at the lobby, Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Ayi had already prepared a car to take us to the hospital. Thank you so much for your kindness and for helping me and my husband 🙏

We spent the end of 2025 and celebrated the new year at the Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago. We had an excellent stay. heard few times about a nice hotel and delicious homemade lontong sayur at the main district of Bandung. we make it happen staying here at Courtyard by Marriott, Bandung Dago. To celebrate the beautiful 2025 and upcoming 2026. a sudden birthday surprise arranged beautifully by Nessa and Aurel. such a warm celebration with a delicious pandan cake. indeed, the room is clean - nice and all staff always extended their home welcome. starting from Luthfi - Anastasia - I forgot another male staff who advised one of famous street food at the Taman Radio. thank you and may Courtyard Dago, Bandung stay blessful and more prosperities coming in 2026! xoxo
