We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was really kind, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast options were huge and tasty.

- Dissabilities room for my mother. That was a plus point. - Check in and out was super easy and fast. Thanks to Ms Nasywa and Mr Fadli for their professional assistant.

Stayed here for a business trip the hotel was great the service was great. Our server tom was incredible. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel at a good location with friendly professional staff, good breakfast. Room and bathroom beautiful. A nice gym too. The only complaint is the Saturday pool event. Was told at check-in it starting at 5pm. Until 7pm still not ready we decided to just go somewhere else.

Breakfast was very good - have many variety of menus, both traditional and international.

Everything: Breakfast, room and bed comfort, and the surroundings, where there are plenty of culinary experiences within reach.

The parking lot could probably be designed a little bit better.

Stayed during office work, good hotel, room cleaning to be improved. Lot many options in Breakfast, staffs are very helpfully. I overslept and came running to have breakfast, even though time was over, staffs supported me and provided options to eat. Resham is very helpful and welcoming- she says aaplogo ka hi hotel hai (your hotel only Please enjoy. ). Thanks Sheraton. But pls improve HK DEPARTMENT.

The services from all staff, start from reception miss. Nasywa and mr Leo are top notch. Breakfast also nice with variety . My family loves the crispy Dori fish and sop daging. Coffee also good

Maybe the cleaning service must improve a lil bit more. And the rooms looks a bit old. Need maintenance

I found a hair in one of the food.

In two of our rooms smoke came out of the bath at night and my friend could not sleep well and had cough. There must be a problem related to the main ventilation.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfort. It's located in Dago Bawah area, very convenience to go around the city. Staff was very friendly and helfpul. I was being upgraded during this visit. Thank you!

Conveniently located in city centre, with reasonably sized rooms and amenities, however, some were found to get dated. Small onsite gym and outdoor pool. Nice restaurant set up with good variety and quality of food and beverages

Locaite en uitstraling zijn goed. Prijs is wel hoog voor wat je krijgt en voor Bandung begrippen. Hotel in het weekend heeft veel grote partijen/bruiloften, dan is het heel druk en lang wachten voor de 2 erg trage liften.

The room (517) is well lid and the insulation is also good, can hardly hear anything from next door guest. However, the bathroom shower box needs an upgrade since the wall is dingy. Also, when we checked in there is no spare toilet paper as most hotels normally provide and of course we had to ask for a new one by morning time. The breakfast selection can be improved, especially no real cheese, no good cold cuts, and the fruit jams are of low quality. Internet connection tend to be difficult for mobile phones (as experienced by a few in our group), although for computer the connection is good.

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and bathroom was good, had amenities as needed. We had inroom dining for dinner and food were very nice and tasteful. Breakfast was great, staff friedly. I would recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again

The hotel is well maintained. The room is clean and the bed is still in good condition and comfortable. I love the bedlinen… straight and no stain. The space is just right. The meeting room I used was located on the 2nd floor. It was clean and the equipments worked well. The coffee break menus were all well presented and tasty : from yoghurt to siomay, from bolu sakura to risoles. Thank you for the warm ginger tea sent to my room when I arrived late that evening.

Excellent hospitality! The frontliner, Mas Naufal, greet and escort us from the main door (while other hotel receptionist mostly just greet us at their table), he also give my little daughter a sticker gift! The waiter mas Leo also very nice, i told him that my daughter likes their banana cake, and surprisingly he gave us a box of banana cake to my daughter when we check out! Thanks to you both! Btw, the hotel also located at the strategic location for tourism! We'll definetely back!

Always happy to be back to stay here again whenever I visited Bandung. Feels like home sweet home. Their location is very premium in the center of famous Dago street. Their room is super clean and really well maintained. From General manager Ibu Emi, Pak Trio, Ibu Tika and their team member, Niwan, Calvin and Leo are super helpful and friendly. They are always ready to assist you at anytime. Their breakfast was superb - must try Nasi Goreng kambing. Will be back again!

Disappointed the sky bar and pool bar were both closed and the pool lights were never turned on so I had to swim in the dark

The staff was wonderful, easygoing and very guest-orriented, they even remembered my name which is a plus point. The facilities were also okay, and having a cafe in the front building was perfect. It is a nice place to chit chat with a few people. Price wise, it was a good value of money spend. Recommended!

There is no nursery room or somewhere where my baby could change his diapers.

I had best experience when checked in at the hotel. The receptionist staff was very friendly and working fast. I requested to be notified by whatsapp when my room was ready (I arrived at the hotel few hours before check in time at 14.00), and the hotel really sent me message by 13.00 when the room was ready. Room was great, spacious and clean. Breakfast was great too - the hotel offered may options of dishes.

Very disappointed on Marriott's property these days as housekeep did not change bedsheets and pillowcase. They were wrinkles and seems been used by the previous guests before.

I like restaurants

Being a Bonvoy member, I was able to look this hotel up easily for my weekend trip in Bandung. Good value for points (since I redeemed some of my membership points for the stay and the breakfast). The hotel is conveniently located on the Dago road, close to Gedung Sate and pops up on many tours’ pickup point. It has both KFC and Pizza Hut adjacent to its sides which is a great plus point. The hotel itself is nice, the room was well appointed and the amenities were great. The bathroom could benefit from an upgrade as it feels like giving in and not very well kept. The room air conditioning also needs to be fixed. Nonetheless, the breakfast spread is huge so one gets to fill up very easily (even if they are selective). However, the cleanliness could be improved further. What really stood out for us was the staff. They went above and beyond to making our stay comfortable. Always there to help us with a big smile and a generous heart whether it’s explaining map directions or offering us a made to order South Asian breakfast. They treated us like royal guests (possibly because of the Bonvoy membership and/or we are one of the few foreigners staying with them during the weekend). Whatever the reason be, they really made us feel welcomed in a new city! I would particularly like to highlight Trio and Tika who connected with us seamlessly (via WhatsApp) and led their team fantastically. I also would like to especially thank Naranggi, Niwan and the other staff who got our pineapples ready plus all the other staff at the Safron restaurant and reception for their nice hospitality and great care for us!

The hotel don't look new, but the warm services, cleanliness and breakfast spread will knock you off. In my opinion their friendly, courteous and forthcoming services rendered is superb. Thank you Four Points by Sheraton @ Bandung for making our stay so sweet.

1 day before arrival, received message that rooms are full occupancy and was requested deposit for 1st night but several messages to and fro with the hotel was very inconvenient and caused distress. Toilets are very dirty and smelly even after housekeeping service. Room quite small.

Very Nice, Comfortable Hotel in a great location. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly helpful staff, particularly Gina who kept me supplied with freshly brewed coffee at breakfast :) Breakfast was well stocked and great variety

Best Location in Bandung... Variety of breakfast and the room so comfy. Especially for local tourist many destination reach easily.

I stayed at Four Points and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to get around — though do note that traffic can get quite heavy during peak hours. The room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable, just as expected. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a wide variety of choices available. Service in the breakfast area was between standard and good, nothing outstanding but still friendly and helpful. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was well maintained, which I really appreciated.
