Novotel Bandung

Le personnel très gentil et attentionné.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner sans réchauds. Nourriture froide. Les chambres ont besoin d’être rafraîchies.

good place to visit , very helpful from front door also the staff are really understanding. Feel very welcoming. Smell good.

u don’t have baby chair that’s the issue, maybe need to change new towel smell good but feel like old towel

Location

Staff cleanliness, AC not cold and breakfast not much variation

The location is great if you love peaceful area

I dont like the toilet using bidet. The plug point also could be better if it located near the bed

Location was OK and room clean and spacious

Check in 4 pm not 2pm. Swimming pool a bit run down , with leaves in it and not clean. Gym run down .too.

Awesome location. It is central to most places around Bandung. Easy check in and check out. Very friendly and attentive staffs at lobby, front desk, room service, security and the restaurant staffs deserve a shout out for their hospitality. The room and bath is clean. Bed and pillows are sooo comfortable, one of my best sleeps in a hotel. Has all basic amenities including smart TV. Bath is big enough. Good shower with hot water. Location is good with Circle K right opposite, lots of local food in walking distance, lots of minimalist style coffee house behind the hotel area along jl dr cipto. Ciwalk, Chihampelas is also just a walk away.

having a regular Bidet would have been helpful for ASEAN traveler like me. Water filled in jugs - bottled water would ve been better. Breakfast spread is just normal, same variety daily. Local food needs to be more refined. The omelets and sausages could be regular size and more aesthetically improved.

Strategic location

Big room & comfortable bed. View of mountains are nice. Breakfast was good.

I booked 2 double rooms but there was only 1 tooth brush, 1 bedroom slipper and no coffee in both rooms & 1 threadbare face towel.

Dated in need of renovation

Good

Can't complane

I stayed at Novotel Bandung during a business trip and chose it because of its strategic location in the city center. It turned out to be a great decision, as I could easily reach the offices I needed to visit without spending too much time on the road. The hotel has been around for many years, but it is still well maintained. The room was comfortable, and the overall condition of the property showed that it has been consistently cared for. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout my stay. I also arranged transportation to Whoosh Padalarang Station through the hotel, which made my departure much easier and hassle-free. Overall, Novotel Bandung is a reliable choice for business travelers who value convenience, dependable service, and a well-maintained hotel in the heart of the city. I would be happy to stay here again on my next trip to Bandung.

Lovely staff, clean rooms

Rien a dire . A la hauteur de mes esperences

love the location and the staff

The property looks a bit rundown; might want to consider a light renovation.

Breakfast really delicious. Novotel staff friendly and nice hospitality.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was also so professional and made us feel at home.

Clean and comfortable

The car isn’t easy to get in

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff

Nice good food

Alles is TOP.

The room was as what it looked in the website when booking. I actually slept on the carpet as it was so soft and comforting. The location was good and getting transportation is fast. Would I stay again when in Bandung - definitely a BIG YES.

Nothing much actually. Maybe for breakfast, the butter could be kept is a better container as wen I was there, it was a bit melted at the bottom and the egg was not properly fried - but this is very minor fault to find. The air-con was too freaking cold. I switched it off and yet slept comfortably. Just a note, the staff were vacuuming the adjacent room and soap water seeped through the connecting door. had to voice out that it was noisy and they stopped the work. Do not do it at night please.
