The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly! Everything was very clean. The buffet was great and offered just the perfect variety of food for every taste. The beach and the seas was great!

We missed some green areas The surrounding is not very charming, the next bigger city is Heraklion which is good for shopping but is lacking some typical greek charme

Wunderschöne Anlage, sehr grün und gepflegt! Das tägliche Sportangebot war top und das Training mit den Coaches hat sehr viel Spass gemacht. Das Essen war sensationell, vielfältig und sehr schön präsentiert. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend! Die Liegestühle sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Strandbar ist sehr gemütlich!

Unser Zimmer fiel etwas klein aus. Für 4 Nächte war dies in Ordnung.

Wir hatten das azimmer zur Strasse hin, welche relativ gut befahren ist. War teilweise etwas laut beim Schlafen mit offenem Fenster.

הצוות היה אדיב, כולם היו נחמדים ושירותיים מאוד. דאגו ללוות אותנו עד החדר, כשהיה גשם חיכו לנו עם מטריה כדי לקחת אותנו כדי שלא נרטב, כשלא היה מקום בחדר אוכל נתנו לנו לחכות בביץ׳ בר של המלון והביאו לנו משקה על חשבונם כפיצוי על ההמתנה. החדר היה יחסית מרווח ונקי, המרפסת כיפית, המיטות שיזוף היו נוחות מאוד. המלון יפייפה וגדול והאוכל היה מעולה.

Stunning, right on the beach beautiful pools, too much to list.

The same problem as always, people putting towel and a few belongings on the beach sunbeds early morning and then not coming back until mid morning or later. The hotel says this is not allowed but they do not enforce it.

We only booked this room as wi had a late flight so wanted to be able to shower etc before leaving for the airport. We had a swim up double for our 10 night stay

Nothing apart from people reserving the beach sunbeds.

Wir waren jetzt zum 3. Mal dort und kommen auch ein 4. Mal wieder! Der Service ist herzlich und einem 5 ⭐️ Hotel würdig. Pool und Beach Area sind für uns ein Traum. Das Frühstück in dem kleineren Restaurant (es gibt fürs Frühstück 2 und wir bevorzugen das, mit der „gesünderen“ Auswahl), mit Blick aufs Meer, ist für uns jeden Tag ein Highlight, an das wir auch Zuhause das ganze Jahr über denken müssen. Beim Abendessen gibt es immer etwas! Auch für Veganer und Vegetarier (ich esse kein Fleisch) ist immer reichlich Auswahl vorhanden, aber auch Fleisch und Fisch (mein Freund isst alles) ist immer super! Wir gehen mittlerweile nicht mehr außerhalb essen, weil uns das Hotelessen so gut gefällt. Hier kann man alles in allem wirklich richtig runterkommen und entspannen! Die vielen Kätzchen brechen uns bei der Abreise jedes Mal das Herz 🥲 Aber sorgen zusätzlich dafür, dass wir immer wieder kommen wollen und werden. Sie werden auch vom Hotel versorgt und nicht verjagt…sowas sagt immer viel über die Herzlichkeit aus! 😌 Auf Zimmerwünsche wird immer eingegangen. Nicht nur, wenn man zum 3. Mal kommt. Unsere Zimmernachbarn waren das 1. Mal dort und auch auf deren Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer wurde eingegangen. Der Service in den Restaurants und der Beachbar und auch vom Reinigungspersonal ist immer super freundlich und sie tun alles, um einem den Aufenthalt so unvergesslich zu machen, wie es nur geht. Für uns ist es mittlerweile wie „nach Hause kommen“ 🥰❤️ Und wir freuen uns jetzt schon (sind gestern erst abgereist) auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt 😌🫶🏻

Maximal vielleicht, manch Möchtegern Influencer. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts! Es ist nunmal ein sehr stylisches Hotel!

Powierzchnia pokoju jest niewiele większa, niż rozmiar łóżka king-size w środku. Ciasno i mało komfortowo. Balkon ma micro wymiary i mieści jedynie dwa stojące tam i wypełniające całą jego powierzchnię - krzesła i stolik... W restauracji vege posadzono nas przy stoliku, na którym hordy mrówek właśnie zabierały się za wynoszenie telarzy i sztućców do mrowiska. Obsługa poproszona przez nas o zmianę stolika nie potrafiła ukryć swojego poirytowania i zdumienia taką koniecznością (vide: "gość: panie kelnerze: w mojej zupie jest mucha, kelner ze spokojem: prosze sie nie martwić, ona dużo nie zje").... Stwierdziliśmy, że to pierwszy i ostatni raz, gdy tam jedliśmy. Obsługa restauracji serwującej śniadania jest dokłądnym przeciwieństwem obsługi lokalu vege - ujmująco miła, uprzejma i uczynna.

Deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, et tout était parfait encore. Tout est propre, le personne adorable, la nourriture très bonne.

J’ai tout adoré. Si je devais dire la seule amélioration à effectuer : ajouter le matcha latte à la carte du restaurant de la plage :)

We loved the space and did not feel too close to others. The staff were excellent. The bar was excellent for service and varied entertainment

We were allocated room 8002 to begin with. Our view of the people eating so close felt intrusive in the evening. The outside beds were small and unable to move into the shade due to the size of the terrace. Second room 5003 appeared bigger, but there is less storage and most of our clothes were placed on the excessive furniture which cluttered the room. Tables and a small sofa which seemed unnecessary . We are not buffet people but knew that before we booked, so cannot criticise it.

Very well maintained, very clean, excellent staff. Food was very good. Clean beach with adequate number of chaise lounges, and the beach location is great.

The breakfast and dinners are buffet style. They should have protective shields (sneeze guards) over the food. This would enhance food safety as some protective measures are required by EU regulations.

Otelin dizaynı ve havuz, şezlong, bali bed sayısı oldukça yeterliydi. Yemekleri inanılmaz lezzetli.

Yalnızca odalarda değil de binalarda duvarlarında böcek vardı. Bu da tamamen sorun sayılmaz. Bir kere de odamın kliması bozuldu ama hemen düzeltildi.

Sehr nettes Personal und schöner Strand. In der Umgebung zu Fuß einige Geschäfte erreichbar.

Am Strand waren im Verhältnis zu den Gästen leider zu wenig Liegen. Das Badezimmer war sehr eng.

Das Hotel war einfach Klasse, war ein wirklich sehr schöner Urlaub!

Die ganze Anlage+Personal sind wirklich wunderbar.

Es gibt zwei Frühstück Restaurants, eines davon hat gesunde Speisen. Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön und die Strandliegen super bequem.

The staff were very nice, good quality of the food. The resort is quite and not too big. We really had good time there. If we were back in Crete, we will definitely come again.

Hotel superbe. Le personnel était adorable, souriant, prêt à rendre service et toujours disponible. Le buffet matin et soir était copieux et délicieux. Les piscines étaient très belles et très propres. La plage privée est très proche avec de nombreux transats. idéal pour se ressourcer. Je recommande et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

La première nuit , nous étions dans une chambre donnant sur un chantier et avec les bruits de la rue en bas. Mais dès le lendemain une autre chambre donnant sur la piscine nous a été attribuée. L’accueil a été adorable et a vite réagi pour nous satisfaire.

Tout ! Hôtel magnifique, staff de qualité et sympathiques, nourriture délicieuse, plage privée et confortable.

The hotel was simply amazing! Perfect location — only about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, right on the main hotel street and just steps from the beach. There is a great variety of rooms, including rooms with private pools. On our first night, we had an issue with the location of our room, and the reception team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They even offered us a Superior Room at no extra cost. The service throughout our stay was exceptional — friendly, attentive, quick and always with a big smile. The two beautiful large pools, the delicious and varied food, the lovely spa and its wonderful treatments — everything was simply perfect for a relaxing, peaceful and pampering holiday. A very special thank you to Anastasia, our lovely and kind waitress; Sisi at reception, for her understanding and wonderful service; the lovely housekeepers Maria and Roro; the sweet Spa Manager, whose name I’m unfortunately sorry to have forgotten, but whom I certainly won’t forget; and Lena from Guest Relations, always so warm, kind and welcoming. מלון מקסים, על חוף הים צוות המלון תמיד מסביר פנים , מחייך ואדיב, אוכל טעים , יש 2 מסעדות לארוחת בוקר מסעדה רגילה ומסעדה בריאה, מלון שקט ונעים שמרגיש חופשה כמו תאילנד במרחק שעתיים. מומלץ מאוד

Everything! This is the best hotel not just in Crete but in Greece. The staff make this hotel like Heaven. We have been here twice a year, this is our 7th visit and our honeymoon! There is nowhere else in the world we would rather be. Matina, Eleni, Marios, Marina, Nikolas, Melina, are all superstars in the bar, pool and beach. Happy and smiles for all guests and the best service you could wish for. Vassos, George and all the dining room staff are so hardworking and professional. The reception staff are excellent and professional. Georgia is a dream for us. She is a superstar and takes her job very seriously. Guest satisfaction is her number 1 priority. The hotel manager is a great leader and an absolute professional. She always takes care of guests and staff. It is always a pleasure to visit this hotel with leading her great team. Honnêtement tout est incroyable. Le personnel est adorable surtout dans les deux restaurants. La nourriture est vraiment excellente. Nous avons fait 3 hôtels dont 2 5 étoiles et cet hôtel avait la meilleure nourriture de loin.

Everything was amazing, property, location, food, beach. Super luxury hotel with amazing service. One of the best things is that it had enough sun beds for all the guests and you didn’t have to fight for it. Makes you want to come back each time.

Dadurch dass der Strandabschnitt relativ klein ist, gibt es nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Sonnenliegen, obwohl das Hotel darum bittet keine Liegen zu reservieren, waren jeden morgen sämtliche Liegen besetzt ohne dass jemand anwesend war. Somit war als wir um ca. 10 Uhr an den Strand wollten alles voll..mussten somit jeden morgen früher aufstehen um überhaupt einen Platz zu ergattern, so extrem habe ich dies noch nie erlebt..Finde das Hotel sollte hier konsequenter durchgreifen

Es ist einfach einer von mein besten Urlauben hier in diesem Hotel, alles ist Top! Das Personal ist richtig perfekt vorbereitet auf alles, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sowas von nett und hilfsbereit auf alle Fragen die man hat. Und der Rest des Teams Küche, Restaurant und am Beach Café alle ganz tolle Menschen. Das Essen war mega lecker 😋 alles frisch zubereitet. Alle haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, ganz lieben Dank!

Tout était parfait Surtout le buffet aussi bien matin et soir qui étaient cuisinés avec goût et denrées de bonne qualité Tout était vraiment délicieux et variés. Les piscines étaient toujours très bien entretenues. Pas de bruit, un respect entre vacanciers. Les pieds dans l’eau de la mer pour faire de grandes balades, seul hic le fait qu’il y est du vent rend la mer agitée et par conséquent les baignades plus rares mais heureusement il y a la piscine. Le personnel est d’un amabilité exemplaire et toujours souriant. Je recommande

À mon goût notre logement comportait une salle de bain trop petite et mal agencée. Nous n’avions pas choisi la suite avec piscine privée pour notre logement donc je ne sais pas si celle ci sont mieux.

Понравилось все: у нас с сыном был номер Superior на втором этаже с видом на бассейн. Достаточно большой и с третьей отдельной кроватью, чтобы сын мог спать отдельно. Если приедем ещё раз, то хотелось бы жить там же и так же. Отель прямо на пляже, очень удобная инфраструктура, прекрасный шведский стол - все очень вкусно, очень большой выбор блюд, далеко не все удавалось попробовать, очень доброжелательный и всегда стремящийся помочь персонал. Номера на первом этаже не очень большие, но у них свои террасы с выходом в их частный бассейн. Для остальных гостей 2 общих довольно больших бассейна. Очень красивая территория. Очень удобный бар на пляже и сервис: есть кнопка вызова официанта у каждого лежака. В номере были банные халаты, хотя раньше в отеле мне написали, что их не будет :) Очень хотим вернуться!

Заход в море бывает не очень удобным из-за волн прибоя, но по-другому быть не может - нет волнорезов и это не бухта. Ресторан a la carte расположен так, что солнце бьет вечером на террасу со столиками, и трудно найти место в тени... И больше недостатков не заметили :)

Everything was really nice except the opening hours of pools. They are open only from 9:00-18:30,what is a pitty if you want to cool down yourself at the evening. And also the pricelist of massages is little bit too overate.

La proximité de la plage, la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que leur disponibilité. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec accès piscine, c'était incroyable. J'avais également réservé un massage, tout était parfait.

L'insonorisation et le bruit de la Clim. Nous entendons tous ce qui ce passe dehors. Même si l'hôtel reste dans un endroit assez calme.

The front desk it is so helpful and kind,and tries to do their best to assist and make your stay enjoyable.The hotel is situated on a private beach,clean and the and the atmosphere is relaxing.No kids and loud music,good food and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect the atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail, and the quality of the food. A special thank you to George and his fantastic team for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. And a very special mention to Mariana from the same restaurant, whose warmth, kindness, and attentive service made our dining experiences truly memorable. We know the hotel since 2020 Covid days. We were amazed by the perfect organization and dreamed to come back. This time was even better, perfect for our needs. The people and the family feeling makes the difference!! I was injured on my last day and could not hope for a better care from Georgia, Mrs Katarina, director. The Doctor arrived in 20 min. I was really lucky to be in such good hands

The way everything was clean, food was very good and the atmosphere was really that of a holiday. The staff were great, especially Eleni K., she was very professional, always very helpful, cheerful. With my family we had a very good time resting by the pool. Best wishes and big thanks!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für einen Erholungsurlaub! Wir haben es geliebt mal 'nichts' zu machen, einfach Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen. Wir haben den Strand & Pool sehr geliebt. Das Essen & Personal war Top! Haben uns super Wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Une expérience absolument exceptionnelle dans un lieu magique, idéal pour se ressourcer tout en profitant de nombreuses activités. Le personnel est hautement qualifié, bienveillant, disponible et toujours à l’écoute. On se sent immédiatement accueilli et parfaitement accompagné. La demi-pension est également remarquable, avec un petit-déjeuner et un dîner sous forme de buffets très variés, copieux et savoureux. Une belle occasion de découvrir de nombreuses spécialités grecques, préparées avec soin et mettant à l’honneur les saveurs locales. Un véritable havre de paix, alliant bien-être, qualité, convivialité et gastronomie. Une parenthèse enchantée que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Meer. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich nett und empathisch, so daß man sich vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl fühlt. Es macht Spaß, hier verwöhnt zu werden. Essen ist auch sehr gut. Viele Grüße an Eleni ( Poolservice) und an des Team des Armoniarestaurants.

Veranstaltungen im Kino nebenan können schon mal etwas lauter sein.

Das A la Carte Restaurant war hervorragend und das gesamte Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten mit meiner Freundin einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Essen am Buffet war einfach unglaublich – ich habe selten, wenn überhaupt, so gut in einem Hotel gegessen. Auch das gesamte Personal war durchgehend superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, gut organisiert und man hat sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand immer eine Liege bekommen. Es gab wirklich keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen!

- We would have loved daily yoga or pilates sessions for the 7:45-8:45 slot but it was only offered few times per week. The later sessions looked lovely too but we couldn’t face them after breakfast. - Next to the hotel is an event space that had a couple evening concerts and a movie screening while we were there; the events were not usually loud & were always quiet after midnight. With the balcony doors closed and air-conditioning on, it was not a big issue. My wife loved the free Greek entertainment from next door on a couple of nights, but if Greek music is not your thing, this could be annoying for some guests.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits au Paralos Lifestyle Beach Adults Only et nous repartons très satisfaits de notre séjour. Pour un séjour en demi-pension, cet hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner sont de très bonne qualité, avec une cuisine principalement locale et quelques plats internationaux. Les buffets ne sont pas immenses, mais cela permet de proposer des produits frais et bien préparés. Il est également très agréable de prendre ses repas en terrasse, au bord de la piscine. L’hôtel dispose d’un second restaurant, payant, mais dont un premier dîner est offert (hors boissons selon la formule). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette expérience : la cuisine est excellente, les plats sont soignés et les prix restent très raisonnables. Les deux grandes piscines sont très agréables, les transats confortables et les lits balinais constituent un vrai plus. Le service de boissons et de restauration, aussi bien à la piscine qu’à la plage, est très appréciable, avec des tarifs tout à fait corrects. Notre chambre de catégorie intermédiaire était propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. On sent que l’hôtel a été rénové récemment. Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel, toujours souriant, accueillant et disponible, avec une mention spéciale pour l’équipe de la réception. Lors de notre première nuit, nous avons été gênés par un concert organisé dans l’amphithéâtre situé juste à côté de l’hôtel. Notre chambre étant très proche de la scène, la nuit a été compliquée. Dès le lendemain, la réception nous a proposé une nouvelle chambre, beaucoup plus calme, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement du reste du séjour. À noter que ces concerts ne sont pas organisés tous les soirs et se terminent au plus tard vers 23h30. L’hôtel se situe à seulement 15 minutes de l’aéroport et, malgré cette proximité, nous n’avons entendu aucun avion. La plage est propre, bien entretenue et très agréable.

We stayed at Paralos Lifestyle Beach for our honeymoon and it couldnt have been more perfect. Right from arrival everyone was so kind and lovely and friendly. The whole place is very calm and clean and peaceful. We had a swim up junior suite and it was lovely, and also immaculate. The food was incredible, so fresh and well made with care attention and clearly a passion for food. There is always something for everyone at both breakfast and dinner. All the food wines and beers are locally sourced and very nice. We also opted for a couples massage, facial, scrub and wrap and have to say it was probably some of the best treatments Ive ever had. By the main pools you can also find a sunbed. And even the beach was clean and the water and views lovely . The evening entertainment was low key but good quality. Perfect for a stay where you really need to rest and relax

Overall hotel location (close to airport, next to the beach and the city) extremely friendly staff, very good service. Everything in public areas of the hotel are very very clean, washed and taken care. Cats are amazing :) Restaurants by the pool and sea, scenario and views are amazing. Beach bar had small shows more or less every evening.

Room was a bit too small, but we can survive that. The main thing I didnt like is cleaneless of the bathroom. It needs deep cleaning in the shower and all arround. Bathroom has no ventilation, towels not drying at all. Food can be better, we are food lovers, so we know how good food can be.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely adults-only boutique hotel and would happily recommend it. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing glass of sparkling wine by the friendly front office team. Lena, Katerina, Dimitris and Georgia were all incredibly welcoming, professional and helpful throughout our stay, as was the concierge, George, who was always on hand with excellent recommendations and assistance. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, not far from the airport, with a selection of restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk away. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with two main swimming pools and plenty of comfortable sun loungers. One feature we particularly appreciated was the hotel's policy of not allowing guests to reserve loungers with towels or bags. This ensured there were almost always loungers available throughout the day, creating a much fairer and more relaxing experience for everyone. The hotel also has a spa, an indoor gym and an outdoor gym next to one of the pools, where Pilates classes are held. Complimentary drinking water is provided on a daily basis, which is a thoughtful touch. The beach is one of the best we've visited. It's just a few steps from the pool area, with comfortable loungers, a beachfront restaurant and attentive waiter service available both on the beach and around the pools. Beach towels can be exchanged daily between 10:00 and 11:00 at the main pool, and if you miss this time, reception is happy to assist. There are two restaurants: a buffet restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, and an à la carte restaurant by the beach, which offers a healthy breakfast and includes one complimentary dinner per stay for guests. We stayed in a Superior Double Room (great housekeeping) with a garden view, which was spacious and well equipped. Having two balconies with a table and chairs was a real bonus, as was the dedicated area for hanging wet swimwear. There are just a couple of suggestions that could make an already excellent stay even better. As the hotel promotes healthy dining, it would be wonderful to see a wider range of unsweetened breakfast options and lower-sugar choices to better cater for guests with diabetes or those following a reduced-sugar diet. In addition, as the hotel does not offer an all-inclusive option, it could enhance the guest experience by allowing guests to purchase and enjoy their preferred drinks from outside sources, at public areas at the hotel, rather than restricting the consumption of beverages not purchased at the hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of the stunning beach, excellent facilities and genuinely warm, attentive staff made for a memorable holiday. Would we return? Absolutely. Pack your bags - you won't regret it!

Our stay at Paralos Lifestyle Beach was simply perfect from the first to the last minute. The hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, offers delicious food, and is located directly on a stunning private beach with crystal-clear water. One of the absolute highlights was our swim-up room. Being able to step straight from our room onto the terrace and into our own private pool was pure luxury. Starting every morning with a swim in complete peace and relaxation made our stay even more special and unforgettable. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is its incredible staff. We have travelled extensively and stayed in many excellent hotels, but we have never experienced such genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality. Every single member of the team greeted us with a smile, was always happy to help, and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Their professionalism combined with their friendly and caring attitude created an atmosphere that is simply impossible to forget. A special mention goes to the Beach Bar team. They were absolutely fantastic every single day. Always smiling, cheerful, attentive, and incredibly welcoming, they created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Whether preparing delicious cocktails, serving drinks with genuine enthusiasm, or simply taking a moment for a friendly chat, they made every visit to the beach even more enjoyable. They are a perfect example of what outstanding hospitality should be. The food was another highlight. The buffet offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, and every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything exceeded our expectations. What we will remember most, however, is the people. It is rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely enjoys making guests happy. Their warmth, dedication, and attention to detail are what make Paralos Lifestyle Beach such an extraordinary place. We first stayed at this hotel in 2024 and loved our experience so much that we decided to come back in 2026. Once again, we were not disappointed! The hotel is still as wonderful as we remembered. Everything was clean, comfortable, well maintained and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was great to see that the high standards have remained the same. We had another fantastic stay and will most likely come back for a third time in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this fantastic hotel, having enjoyed one of the most relaxing holidays we've ever had. The hotel is on the smaller side, which made it feel more personal, but it has the luxurious feel one would expect of a top-notch resort. We had a large room with a shared splash pool only three steps from our door; it was wonderful and worth every penny. If you're a beach person, this is the place for you. The hotel has it's own space on the large blue-flag Amoudara Beach, with lots of comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and bali beds - all with waiter service for drinks and snacks. Fantastic option to the pools. The staff are always what makes the difference between good stays and great stays; Paralos Lifestyle has this aspect just right. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and engaging, with every request met with a warm Cretan smile. I have to give a special mention to Vasso, one of the restaurant managers, who made our stay that little bit more special - she was funny and a delight to be around. The entire complex was spotless, with cleaners always busy. If they weren't cleaning your room, they were washing the footpaths, wiping down sunbeds or working on the pool areas - of which there are ten. There was never a time when every sunbed by a pool was taken, which made a refreshing change. The food was fantastic, with plenty of choices and far too many to get through in any one evening or breakfast. There were plenty of local dishes, and lots for vegetarians and vegans to choose from, all really good, even for a meat-eater like me. The amuse-bouche-style starters each evening were great and always inventive. The à la carte restaurant was also great, with waiter service for a change and a wonderful setting overlooking the beach and the sea. This same restaurant is open for breakfast, offering healthier options, with a wide range of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc., choices. Thanks largely to it being an adult-only hotel, it was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere overall, although there is an outdoor theatre/event space almost next door, which shows films most nights (which aren't too loud) and concerts on a few others - the rap battle night was awful, but that might just be our age. Perhaps the best indication of just how much we enjoyed our holiday is the fact that we've already booked for the same 2 weeks next year. I just hope nothing or no one has changed when we get there.

We initially booked this hotel for just one night, but after experiencing it, we decided to stay for the rest of our holiday. That alone says everything about how much we enjoyed our stay. We loved every aspect of the hotel. The staff are exceptionally professional, warm, and trained to the highest standards of hospitality. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcome. The main restaurant was outstanding. Both breakfast and dinner offered a carefully selected variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients that exceeded most all-inclusive experiences we have had. The resort features numerous swimming pools, including several private/shared pools, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is another major advantage, just about 20 minutes by taxi from Heraklion Airport, making it very convenient while still offering a relaxing setting. On our last evening, the hotel surprised us with a thoughtful gift waiting in our room. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that truly impressed us and made our stay even more memorable. We would happily return without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete.

Unser Aufenthalt im Paralos Lifestyle Beach auf Kreta war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute einfach perfekt. Wir haben dort einen wundervollen Pärchenurlaub verbracht und hätten uns keinen schöneren Ort dafür vorstellen können. Wir hatten ein Swim-up-Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und das war wirklich Luxus auf höchstem Niveau. Morgens direkt vom Zimmer ins Wasser springen und den Tag entspannt beginnen, einfach traumhaft. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns ausserdem der Zimmerservice per Knopfdruck. So unkompliziert, schnell und komfortabel, ein Service, den wir in dieser Form noch nie erlebt haben. Auch kulinarisch hat das Hotel unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Buffet ist abwechslungsreich, hochwertig und bietet für wirklich jeden Geschmack etwas. Egal ob Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen, alles war frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und ausgesprochen lecker. Ein weiteres absolutes Highlight ist der private Strand mit dem Bistro. Feiner Sand, glasklares Wasser, eine wunderschöne Lage und eine herrlich entspannte Atmosphäre, genau so stellt man sich einen perfekten Urlaub vor. Dazu hervorragende Drinks und köstliches Essen direkt am Strand, besser geht es kaum. Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich aussergewöhnlich macht, sind die Menschen. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und freundlich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Ganz besonders möchten wir Eleni K. und Marios hervorheben. Die beiden sind wahre Goldschätze! Mit ihrer Herzlichkeit, ihrer positiven Ausstrahlung und ihrem aussergewöhnlichen Engagement haben sie unseren Urlaub noch einmal zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Man merkt bei jedem Gespräch und jeder Begegnung, dass sie ihren Beruf mit ganzem Herzen und echter Leidenschaft ausüben. Solche Menschen sind unbezahlbar und verdienen höchste Anerkennung.

We flew in to Heraklion and stayed for 4 nights before moving on to Agios Nikolaos . This is a very relaxed hotel with extremely helpful staff . I don't do buffets but if I did i'd do this for choice and no hassle experience . The à la carte restaurant was also equally high standard for service and food choice. Lots of comfortable sun beds available and beach access. Nice Vibe . We will be back ..👍

Great design: white minimalist architecture, gardens, pathways and pool area create relaxing atmosphere. One of the absolute highlights were the Balinese-style daybeds. There were plenty of them, they were comfortable and provided excellent shade. We ended up spending a lot of our time there. The food was another major highlight. We especially loved the Greek cuisine, from simple dishes like Greek salad and tzatziki to the grilled meat specialties served almost every evening. The desserts at dinner were outstanding, and breakfast offered a wide selection as well. The healthy breakfast restaurant deserves special praise. The selection of toppings, seeds, nuts, dried fruits and other healthy ingredients for yoghurt was one of the best we’ve seen in any hotel. It’s great to see a resort making healthy eating genuinely enjoyable instead of treating it as an afterthought. Our room had a fantastic sea view, exactly what we had hoped for. We had asked for a room with a nice view, and the hotel delivered. We also didn’t experience any disturbing noise from the nearby road or neighbouring properties. The beach is just a few steps away, sunsets are beautiful, and we liked that there were activities available throughout the day, including yoga, Pilates and a gym, as well as relaxed evening entertainment. The hotel is also conveniently located for Heraklion Airport. Even without a rental car, getting there by taxi is quick and reasonably priced.

Sometimes the service felt almost too attentive. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, but occasionally the interactions felt a little more formal than natural. This is very much a matter of personal preference, and many guests will probably appreciate this level of hospitality. The biggest drawback isn’t really the hotel’s fault but rather its surroundings. The neighbourhood is less attractive than the resort itself. Outside the hotel you’ll find a busy main road with heavy traffic, and the area isn’t particularly pleasant for evening walks. Sleeping with fresh air was a little challenging. Opening the balcony door invited mosquitoes into the room, while keeping it closed meant relying on the air conditioning, which we found slightly noisy during the night. The wellness area could also be expanded. Spa treatments were available and enjoyable, but we were expecting facilities such as a sauna or steam room as part of the spa offering. Finally, during our stay early in the season, the swimming pools felt cooler than we had expected. A slightly warmer pool would have made swimming more enjoyable.

If you are looking for a beautiful resort close enough to Herkalion to make travelling around easy, but beautiful beach and pool facilities if you just want to relax this is the place. Accommodation We had a wonderful swim up room, which I would highly recommend. It meant we could spend days by our pool shared with just two other rooms, made things very relaxed. Our room also has a terrace which we would have a drink on before going out in the evening. I would normally never stay at a place twice (because life’s to short and the world’s too big) but I would definitely make an exception for Paralos! Amenities Beach - wonderful. The hotel is right on the beach, which is sandy and has crystal blue water. There were plenty of deck chairs and cabanas to chose from and there was excellent waiter service bringing drinks & food to you. Restaurant(s) - the quality of the food was second to none. Our trip to the al la carte restaurant was one of the best meals we had in Crete. The breakfast at the al la carte restaurant (included in the half board package we had) was our daily go to for freshly cooked food. George was brilliant in looking after us. Beach bar - we were looked after by Eleni K at the beach bar and we really appreciated the fantastic service. The bar is right on the beach and is a great place for a nightcap in the evening. Location About 15 minutes from Heraklion city centre and 20 mins from the airport. This means you are close enough to go out for dinner (about €10 each way by Uber) . It also means the excursions that leave from Heraklion will pick up from Paralos so if you want to explore the wonderful culture & history of Crete so you’ll have plenty of options. The Paralos is easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, if you are considering it for your Greece trip the I wouldn’t look any further!

Excellent hotel, people and spa. The spa staff are amazing. Aggeliki, Kallia and Xanthippi are very professional and give great massages and facials. We have 4 treatments a year over 2 visits. The Ammos bar staff are amazing. Matina is the best. Eleni on the pool is the best also. Vassos and George in the dining room are great. Georgia and the reception team are incredible. Each stay is more and more perfect. The manager of the hotel is wonderful with the guests and her team. This hotel is heaven on earth.

The spa is the best in Crete - the massages are better than at home in London, we come here twice a year and I look forward to my holiday but even more to having a massage when we arrive and again before going home. I have an issue with my shoulder and I always feel better when I leave. Aggeliki is so welcoming and knowledgeable about al the products and what is best (especially as I have allergies) and Xanthippi soothed my aches in my shoulders and eased the pain from my trapped nerve.

The Spa is the best for getting a massage as soon as we arrived - perfect to get rid of all the stress and tension from work and travel. I have a problem with my shoulder aching and Kallia found it and fixed it without me even saying anything to her! The service is always amazing here and they are all so kind and friendly too

the breakfast in al carte restaurant was amazing. The al carte restaurant staff, George and the other George's were great. The food at the al carte was fantastic. Georgia at the front desk was amazing. She helped with accommodation and changing rooms. Overall very great for our stay.

From the first greeting to the check out, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Not only the reception, but everyone else at the premises. Direct access to the beach, all cabanas / sunloungers were very comfortable and always were in a clean condition. The hotel is not so far from the airport, at the same time one does not have a feeling of being close to the city at all - just the sea breeze, sun and relaxation. Even if the buildings are very cozy and close to each other, the design and the plants around the area make one feel like there is nobody else around. Food was generally good, but for details see below. Fresh vegetables, fruits, desserts always on the trays, fresh pasta was made and you could find options both for meat and for vegetarian eaters. There was an entertainment program, where often in the evenings live music was playing and artists were performing. This was always a perfect soundtrack to the beautiful beach sunsets! Especially the musicians playing Greek songs on a national instrument - I found it very relaxing and well-performed. Bravo.

As a frequent traveler, I have expectations from hotels that position themselves among the higher-tier ones. For the price and picturesque banners you see before booking, the rooms are way too small. The old room looked at the old hotel ruins, so we asked for another room. In the new room, I was surprised to see that the TV was almost next to, and as high as, the AC! So either break your neck or only listen to the TV. Also, it was extremely humid in the room so the heavy smell never went away, and some walls were about to part their ways with the coloured surface. A photographer took pictures of us which we were not happy with, we politely refused to buy them. He did not hesitate to approach us twice afterward, once even on the beach as we were asleep! Same agressive marketing was from the SPA services - yes, there needs to be proactive marketing, but not toward those who said NO 1000 times. Food was the most disappointing part. The traditional Greek layered dough tasted more like frozen products which come from the oven with soft/raw middle and unidentifiable filling. The a-la-carte restaurant was promising,but there was nothing new, in fact it felt like most of stuff was just recycled from the buffet - they just tried to sell the priciest wines I have never heard of, because all of the drinks are paid extra. The WORST part was the dessert, the "chocolate touch," which I cannot put into words what it looked like-see for yourself. All in all, this made me feel like they seized every opportunity to get every extra cent as you lay on the beach or enjoy the sun. For the overall experience, this part was unjustifyingly too persistent.

Sehr schöner Strandabschnitt. Wir lieben es wenn es am Strand windig ist und das war hier der Fall. Die Sonnenbetten sind sehr bequem. Wen man den Strand entlang läuft und die anderen Hotelanlagen vergleicht, haben wir definitv die beste Wahl getroffen. Das Buffet in den beiden Restaurants ist auch sehr gut und es gibt eine grosse Auswahl bei Abendessen und Frühstück. Und das aller Beste: Das Personal ist super! Immer zuvorkommend, freundlich und bemüht das Beste zu geben. Egal ob in einem der Restaurants, im Hotelservice oder an der Strandbar.

Leider war unsere Klimaanlage sehr laut. Wir hatten direkt neben der Rezeption, einer Treppe und dem Kofferraum unser Zimmer. Wir hörten jeweils sehr deutlich wenn Leute die Treppe hinauf oder herab gingen oder wenn etwas im Kofferraum deponiert wurde. Teilweise konnten wir Gespräche an der Rezeption trotz geschlossener Zimmertüre hören. Für einen 10-tägigen Aufenthalt ist ein Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption somit nich ideal. Ich hoffe das Personal beacht in Zukunft auch die Aufenthaltsdauer bei der Zimmerzuteilung. Neben dem Hotel gibt es ein Kino/Eventlocation. Es kann vorkommen das bis in die Nacht laute Musik gespielt wird. Bei unserem 10-tägigen Aufenthalt war dies 2mal der Fall.

We spent more than a week at Paralos Lifestyle Hotel. Our welcome at the hotel was so friendly (the transfer from the airport worked also very well). We had a beautiful "swim up room" which was very clean and quiet. We were given fresh mineral water every day. The entire hotel complex was always tidy and clean (incl. the pools). The food – breakfast and dinner – was varied and delicious. Empty bowls at the buffet were quickly replaced and various dishes were prepared fresh on the spot. Both breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s own Armonia restaurant were particularly lovely. Giorgos (George) and his team were incredibly attentive and warm, and we always felt extremely welcome. They played a big part in making us feel so at home at the Paralos Hotel. This meant that the start of the day and the evening were always a highlight. It’s worth emphasising that the staff as a whole were extremely friendly towards us (such as Maria, Lena, Vasso, Nikolai, to just mention a few...). Beach towels could be changed daily, and there were yoga and massage facilities available. In the evenings, there were small concerts or dance events in the bar area, which we also enjoyed. We always found sun loungers ready and waiting on the hotel’s own beach. We appreciated that there was plenty of space available, both within the hotel grounds and on the beach. We have absolutely no complaints and would come back in a heartbeat.

Tout le staff de l’hôtel est adorable. Très gentils, souriants et pro. L’ensemble des extérieurs sont magnifiques. Les piscines confortable. La plage, les resto, le bar. Nous y étions hors saison. C’était très calme et idéal pour du repos.

Je pense que c’est très dépendant de la chambre sur laquelle on tombe. La notre donnait sur un chantier. Elle etait un peu vétuste et la clim bruyante. Elle restait très propre et confortable. Mais en dessous du reste des équipements de l’hotel. Heureusement nous n’y étions que le soir pour dormir. Dommage avec une chambre plus confortable pour y dormir ça aurait été du 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The entire staff was outstanding – always friendly, professional, and attentive. A very special thank you goes to Giorgia and the whole reception team, who made us feel welcome from the first moment and were always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. We were also very impressed by the excellent mattresses, which ensured a comfortable and restful sleep. The beach and pool loungers were equipped with comfortable cushions, making relaxation even more enjoyable. Another aspect worth highlighting is the number and cleanliness of the public restrooms. They were always well maintained and conveniently available throughout the resort, which we greatly appreciated. As a small suggestion for improvement, the lighting around the bathroom mirror could be brighter, as it was a bit insufficient for daily grooming. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday experience and would be happy to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
