Very good location, right on the beach with easy access to shops and other restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice terrace and view of the sea. The service on the beach is very good and prompt. The room is spacious and the bed was decent. The coffee maker in the room and the room terrace were a plus. I also appreciated the cleaning services.

On the other hand, we were very disappointed with the room and the state we found it in. Chipped and stained walls, broken shower head, broken toilet flush, etc. - definitely a big difference from what you see in the pictures. This is definitely not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. The overall image is of a hotel left adrift and neglected. Overall, it is low value for the money and the number of stars - that's what the rating reflects. The staff is not very welcoming, the sun beds are very close together which gives you no personal space and the music is noisy and pretty bad. But here I also feel we might not be the demographic or target audience for this hotel. It seems to be for people in their 20s and early 30s. The rusted umbrellas and other elements on the terrace maintain that negligence feeling throughout the experience. I would rate this an 8 if the price was half of what we paid, but for EUR 4,000 for 12 nights, we expected quality and rooms in top shape.

Everything was excellent… the staff is incredibly professional and nice… the beach is amazing… facilities in general spectacular… breakfast was super complete … lunch and dinner options were also great and good variety… location was convenient for the airport and also close to shops and restaurants if you want to eat out … you can have it better … would definitely come back!

Only thing that comes to mind is the music at the pool was a bit loud, made it difficult to read near the beach at times. But we loved our stay!

La struttura e' carina, con una bella piscina, fronte mare, e una zona colazione bar all'aperto accogliente. La camera abbastanza grande ed i letti sono comodi. La spiaggia è ben organizzata e gratis, anche l'utilizzo della piscina è gratis, anche nel giorno della partenza. C'e' un servizio per la partenza dopo una giornata di mare con docce e servizi.

La pulizia della stanza ed in particolare degli asciugamani lascia a desiderare. Il personale è misto, alcuni cortesi altri meno, sono tutti molto giovani con poca esperienza. La colazione è alla carte ed il servizio lento. Siamo arrivati in un weekend e la piscina era molto affollata perché l'ingresso è consentito anche ad esterni per 15 Euro. La musica era molto alta, impedendo riposo. Purtroppo i dintorni non sono eccezionali, c'e' anche un industria vicino, con delle ciminiere (non so se è ancora attiva ma c'e').

The position of the hotel was great, and overall clean. Nearly on the beach and also nearby market.

In general the service was quite slow. Whether it was breakfast(a la carte) , lunch or dinner it took a long time to be served even when there were not so many people.The TV in the room had an issue, and despite us mentioning it the first day, after a week it had not been attended to. The room (double room with sea view) from time to time had the smell of the cesspool. The pool had a lot of people not from the hotel on the weekends and not only making it quite crowded and despite the fact that we had the ability to reserve sunbeds , in 2 situations our reserved sunbeds were given elsewhere. One other thing that annoyed us was that from about 11 till late afternoon the music was loud with a result that when wanting to take a nap in the afternoon, it was difficult.

property is really good, modern building, modern room. beach front, good facilities. Staff is very,very nice. they even gave us welcome drink. prepared fruit and brut as a surprise for our honeymoon. it was very nice. just a price is high for that kind of environment.

Das Dorf Ammoudara ist ein typisches Touri-Dorf. Leider nicht sehr sauber. Das Hotel selbst sticht in allem sehr hervor: Sauberkeit, Design, Höflichkeit. Alles toll

Ich fand die Preise für das Essen, dass man zusätzlich im Restaurant kaufen konnte, sehr hoch.

We loved everything- from the incredible service team and the lovely manager, Angeliki, to all the staff. The hotel is spotless, impeccably clean, and very well-maintained, easily on par with a 5-star standard. ​It is an adults-only hotel, which makes for a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere with great music playing all day and a delicious breakfast. While the location is not right in the center and requires a short taxi ride to downtown Heraklion, we were looking for a relaxing, high-quality adults-only resort vacation, and we found exactly that. ​Highly recommended! We will definitely be back soon. A huge thank you to the amazing team

Stayed here for honeymoon loved every minute, Beautiful setting on the beach. Food was delicious and staff were friendly. Will 100% be coming back. Perfect in every way.

Le lieu est extrêmement beau, avec une belle piscine, une belle plage, l’ambiance est top. La chambre incroyable et propre, le service pour le ménage est top, les employées sont super gentilles. Concernant le bar/restaurant : beaucoup de choix, employés réactifs et aimables. Parking à disposition Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour

Petite odeur désagréable dans la chambre lors de notre arrivée mais qui part assez rapidement. Les soins massages sont proposés seulement en chambre ce qui est dommage, j’aurais aimer pouvoir profiter de ce soin dans un endroit approprié (mais c’est les goûts de chacun) À partir de 12h30 environ le son est monter par le DJ (qui est très bien pour la piscine) mais du coup trop forte si on désire manger dans le restaurant

אנשי הצוות במלון ממש נחמדים ובמיוחד עמנואלה שדאגה לכל מה שהיינו צריכים, האוכל היה מאוד טעים, המלון ממש שקט כי אין ילדים במלון ובנוסף יש מעט מאוד חדרים אז גם אם המלון מלא אין הרבה אורחים במלון, לקחנו חדר עם בריכה שנמצא בקומה העליונה, החדר היה גדול וגם המרפסת, ממש נחמד שיש למלון חוף פרטי ואפשר להזמין אוכל ושתיה ישירות לחוף..

Das Hotel ist in guter Lage direkt am Strand mit hoteleigenem Parkplatz. An der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns das Zimmer gezeigt. Sogar ein Willkommens-Drink wurde uns aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer machte auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck und der Blick von der großen Terrasse war sehr schön. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ansprechend und geschmacklich top. Auch das Pool und der Strandbereich waren ansprechend gestaltet. Neutral möchte ich das Fehlen eines Liftes erwähnen. Unser Zimmer lag im 2. Stock und für uns war das kein Problem, aber falls man Probleme mit Stiegen hat, sollte man darüber informiert sein.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht gepasst haben: Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz überzeugend, vor allem auf der Terrasse könnte man diesbezüglich mehr unternehmen. Ein weiterer Punkt sind fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten, sowohl im Wohnbereich, als auch im Bad und in der Dusche. Und ein letzter kleiner Kritikpunkt war die sehr kühle Wassertemperatur im privaten Becken auf der Terrasse.

Mit Auto/Bus von Heraklion in 15min zu erreichen, die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und super schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool, quasi vom Bett in den Pool zu springen einfach traumhaft. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt und sind sehr sauber. Es gibt jeden Tag frisches Wasser und im Mini-Kühlschrank gibt es einmalig Softdrinks! Der Strand hat ausreichend Liegen und man kann per Klingel beim Personal Speisen und Getränke bestellen, dass alles sehr lecker schmeckt :) Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

-leider läuft von früh bis abends Musik, manchmal etwas zu laut aber für uns war es nicht weiter störend, sonst war alles voll in Ordnung :)

The staff was exceptional, they treated us like VIP guests. The facilities were all you would ever want and the food was the best in the whole beach.

Super nettes Personal, Essen war Mega, keine Kinder.. Perfekt.

Perfekte Lage am Meer, mit einem Auto ist Heraklion in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, nach kurzer Zeit wussten sie unsere Zimmernummer auswendig. Das Wohl ihrer Besucher liegt ihnen sehr am Herzen. Essen und Trinken sehr zu empfehlen.

Nichts zu Bemängeln.

Ambiente vom Hotel mit Pool, Zugang zum Meer, Liegen beim Meer mit super Service, Personal großartig, Frühstück sehr gut, gesamte Personal freundlich und bemüht.

Modern , stylish boutique hotel located on the beach . Excellent choice of food and drink with top service from all the eating and pool staff . Pool is delightful with a DJ playing cool trending sounds every afternoon . Nice relaxed atmosphere , adults only is a bonus !!

Only that our room had a separate seating area with a sofa with no view at all so we couldn’t see the point and would have preferred an open plan design .

I loved how it was on the beach. I also loved the facilities/grounds and breakfast!

No elevator. And, we were on the third floor!

This was an amazing place. The staff are very friendly and everything was perfect. I will definitely stay again.

Hotel jest położony przy samej plaży . Przy basenie każdy znajdzie leżak, ponieważ jest mało gości hotelowych. Wykupiłam ze śniadaniem ale zamawia się tak czy siak a la carte i ceny bardzo przystępne .

Niestety w moim przypadku, nie mogę zbytnio pochwalić ten hotel, ponieważ dostałam nie ten pokój, który rezerwowałam. Podróżuje bardzo często i zawsze przygotowuje się przed wyjazdem. Sprawdzam hotel, budynek, okolice itp Po min wiedziałam, że to nie ten pokój. Próbowano mi wmówić, że to ten. Ponieważ przyjechałam w nocy, pani nie mogła rozwiązać tego problemu od razu, poprosiła, żebym została w tym pokoju do następnego dnia ale na drugi dzień, nie otrzymałam pokoju, który rezerwowałam .

Sehr sauber und das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Zimmer 23 mit swimup Pool und waren zufrieden. Nachmittags liegt es im Schatten, was aber den warmen Temperaturen nicht schadet. Sowohl am Pool wie auch am Strand sind ausreichend Liegen zur kostenlosen Nutzung der Hotelgäste. Liegen werden aber auch an Tagesgäste vermietet, da kann es im Sommer eventuell eng werden. Ich habe mich auch sehr gefreut über die Aufmerksamkeit, die ich zu meinem Geburtstag vor Ort bekommen habe. Da könnten sich andere hotels ein Beispiel nehmen.

Zuwenig ablagefläche im Zimmer und Bad.

Direkte Strandnähe, essen und Getränke top auch wenn etwas teurer, liegen am Strand und Pool kostenlos, Service am Strand und Pool, Zimmer sauber und modern, Hotel nicht groß was uns sehr gut gefallen hat vielleicht um die maximal 30,40 Zimmer.

The hotel is relatively small, which creates a very cozy, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. It never felt crowded, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the beachfront location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. After several days of exploring Crete, it was the ideal place to slow down and unwind.

Superbe Hôtel. Les chambres sont propres et modernes. La piscine est magnifique et la terrasse pour manger avec vue sur mer est un vrai + A 15 min de l'aéroport, donc parfait pour débuter ou finir son séjour sur cette belle île de Grèce.

Замечательный персонал, номер чистый, ремонт свежий. Пляж чистый, лежаки очень удобные. Завтраки невероятно вкусные! Рядом с отелем есть магазины с продуктами и сувенирами, множество ресторанов и кафе.

Минусов нет вообще, все очень понравилось!

Everything was perfect! the lady running the hotel was very kind and helpful, the food was divine! the private pool was great, but the large outdoor pool was also perfect! my husband and I loved it! it was also my birthday and they greeted us with champagne! we will definitely be back!

It is oceanfront and the property is clean, but area is sort of industrial. The staff was nice.

The surrounding area is sort of dilapidated and there is nothing around, no real shopping. You will need to take a car service or taxi into Heraklion.

The hotel left the best impressions. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly — I truly felt welcome. The large and convenient parking area was a big advantage when traveling by car. The location is beautiful, and in the evenings there is a stunning view of the sea that creates a very special atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The room was cozy, stylish, and very scenic — you could really feel that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. There were so many lovely little touches that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely a place we would love to come back to again! 💙

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel.Everything was perfect – the food was delicious, and the people were incredibly kind and welcoming. The entire hotel staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. The room with the pool was the best – a truly unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! A big plus is that there were no screaming children in the hotel or by the pool.

The receptionist wasn’t at work on thursday, and we wanted to book a taxi and ask about an early check-out. ⸻ There was a loud concert next to the hotel, but we received a message from the hotel in advance informing us that it would take place.
