Holiday Inn Hasbrouck Heights-Meadowlands by IHG

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and not a far drive from American Dream Mall .

Cleanliness and the location

Parking was a little scarce

clean. room is comfortable.

more pillows if ever , because its too soft that it feels like you dont have pillow when you lay your head on it.

Everything is good

El desayuno muy bueno

Me gustó todo

The staff was very understanding and helpful. The room was very clean, the towels, bed clothes were very clean, they smell beautifully.

Nothing

Staff very friendly and helpful when asked questions not pertaining to the property.

They were good no problem with Holiday Inn but with Booking.com my name was put in first name as last and last name as first. When I got there they said they didnt have me but when i showed them my confirmation they had to go to Booking.com to find me, honestly that was a bit frustrating because they were fully booked.

Water pressure was low

Clean

Breakfast was superb! Location was great as well, the staff member who welcomed us wasn't too friendly, maybe too many guests due to the world cup. The other staff member next to him, was way nicer. I went back to the reception desk to get the complementary 2 bottles of water that the first receptionist didn't give us, and mentioned to her that the guests in the rooms next to us were being a bit too loud. When I went back to our room, there was complete silence the entire night. Thank you for a quiet, very comfortable and restful night.

The not-so-welcoming disposition of the staff member who registered us.

What a great room. Comfortable. Nice size. I think I was upgraded being an IHG member. Bed was perfect. Pillows were perfect. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time and I travel weekly.

Bed was comfortable, the restaurant was a great treat

I got bit by bugs while I slept. Twice on my arm and once on the palm of my hand. No idea what kind of bug didnt see any but they sure do itch.

The breakfast is amazing, and the stuff that work at the breakfast are really nice.

The smell in the Halls were unplesant for non smokers ,

Todo

I just called to ask if I can hang around the pool since the check in doesn’t start until 3 pm but my arrival is around 11am, and the front desk lady said NO because I’m technically not their guest yet . I understand that but this is a first time I’m getting this response from a hotel. Never have experienced that before and I travel! Shame because I’ve stayed there before and don’t remember negative experiences from the staff. I canceled my reservation.

Was staying for my class reunion, which was there, just had to walk up stairs at the end of the night

The smell of “pot”. It was overwhelming especially in my bathroom.

It was really bad

Everything was so bad

L’emplacement correcte

Friendly staff gave us a nice quite located room as we asked. Room was very clean. Parking was sufficient.

Muy buenoo

No tengo mal comentario

The shower water was constantly cold

Asansörler yetersizdi. Fuar alanı servisi fuar süresi boyunca değildi. Kahvaltı salonu çok soğuktu.

The breakfast and customer service

Very nosey Older hotel Not as clean

Staff was friendly overall hotel was clean

I have no complaints

Muy bueno y limpio

?????????

Not quite what I expect from a Holiday Inn. Dated and past its prime.

Do not eat breakfast

Nothing

Good water pressure.

The staff was rude and unaccommodating. Unfriendly and extremely harsh when asked to use amenities before check-in. When called out on rude behavior, the manager eventually apologized.

The breakfast was delicious. For the rate that was charged for the night I feel as though breakfast should have been included

For the price breakfast should have been included. Could not connect to the WiFi. When we entered the bathroom of our room, the tub was filled partially with water. Going to our room the entrance to the hallway the door was taped with card board. Not the experience I expected for the price. Also to be told at check in I would be charged an additional 100.00 at time of check in then get it back 10 days later. Not happy at all

The drains were really clogged

Great

Racist property manager we were treated terribly!

Racist

Ottima posizione

Tutto ok
