The parking lot was full and had to look for parking for too long. There was an event and those people were very loud in the hallway on what felt like the entire night did not get a rest .

The breakfast was a great component of the stay. The room was well kept.

The price was a little excessive even in using one of the booking websites.

Parking fee of $10 a day! WiFi was not free unless you join Hilton Honor program. I know it’s free to join but I just don’t need any more rewards programs. In addition, toilet wasn’t flushing on the first flush. Water pressure in sink was low and the pillows suck!!

I stayed here on business for a few nights. My room was modern and had the typical amenities. The microwave in the lobby that is used for the frozen meals that is sold at the hotel could be used if necessary. The water pressure was great, and the water was as hot as needed. I was located on the 5th floor facing the road and did not experience loud noises except when there were emergency sirens. I did order wings one night to go from the hotel restaurant, and they were good and plentiful. I did not make it to the fitness center, so I won't comment on that. However, I did visit the restroom in the gym several times during my visit. It was convenient to use when hanging out downstairs late at night after the restaurant close. I did witness several people using the equipment. The hotel has a security guard walking around at night for added safety. The staff that I delt with was friendly for the most part. There are Ice Machines on several floors including the 6th and 3rd floors. There are benches and seating in the front and rear of the hotel for smokers or those who are just lounging in the outdoor common areas. The hotel is older, but it is nice enough. The elevators were pretty quick as well. I would stay again if in the area.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the billing process for my recent stay. As a frequent business traveler who travels the CONUS weekly, I have never encountered this type of issue before. While I understand and accept the standard security deposit, the subsequent line items on my credit card statement are unnecessarily complicated. The statement shows the full charge for the room, parking, and security, followed by multiple separate credit entries and subtractions. Because my company uses SAP software for expense reporting, this convoluted billing method makes it extremely difficult to enter and account for the charges. I strongly advise against this billing structure for business travelers, and I request that you review your invoicing process to make it more straightforward for corporate clients.

Our community has held galas at this hotel for the past few years. Donna, Stephanie and the Catering team are always very helpful and accomodating. Last year, Stephanie even came in on a weekend to help us with decoration because we did not have a decorators. Usually the food provided for the buffet is very good. The rooms are decent. All in all I highly recommend the hotel, mostly due to its staff.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there are three areas that need improvement. First, the towels were very old and heavily worn and should be replaced with new ones. Second, the breakfast buffet was disappointing, with limited quality and variety. Finally, the bathroom ventilation was inadequate. After taking a shower, the bathroom would quickly fill with steam, causing the mirrors to fog up and making the room feel stuffy. Improving these three aspects would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

What made the visit special, was the atmosphere and service I received at the restaurant/bar in the lobby. Food was delicious. But the main most interesting and beautiful (yes beautiful) was how I was served. Abdul is a true professional who takes pride in what he does. The way he multi tasked and made everyone feel taken care of - the graciousness and knowing when someone wants to talk and when someone wants to be left alone - was truly amazing to watch. Id come back to the hotel just for this service and food! Abdul - thank you.

Cleanliness was the first thing I took note of! Also how spacious the lobby was. I also notice that a lot of pilots were staying there which also gave me a lot of comfort.

The bathroom in my room didn’t flush properly. You had to go back to it twice to get a full flush.

The restaurant staff was amazing Sonia is a very sweet lady and she made us feel special for a date night, cozy ambiance and quick reliable service

Stayed at this facility in March 26. The had the high school staying at this facility. I was in room 124. The staff we very nice, they served breakfast for all the school groops. I liked the room was clean, the Crabtree and Evelyn full products in the shower and by the bathroom sink was excellent, loved that I was on the 11th floor and the bed was VERY comfortable.

The front desk staff checking in and checking out. They barely looked up from the computer, I am used to a friendly greeting at a hotel from the front desk staff and I surely did not get a friendly "welcome to the Hasbrouck Heights Hilton" upon check in, nor did I get a "how was your stay" when checking out. My rating would have been higher if it wasn't for the front desk. Also, parking in front was not enough for guests.

From check in to dinner to check out this hotel is great. I am a Hilton Whore so I always stay at Hilton properties unless I have to stay elsewhere because of a work. From check in with Kim to dinner at bar with Abdul was great. Kim was a delight after driving a lot all day. She was pleasant and really knew how to greet a guest. She is an absolute pleasure to see after a long day! Abdul is one of the best I have seen at a Hilton. He is easy to talk to, knows what he is talking about, and simply makes the night as a guest of the hotel a reason to return. He gets it! As a former DOS at a hotel Abdul is the employee I would want representing me I highly recommend the Hilton in Hackensack and will be back!

The room and the bathroom were big and clean like the pictures.

We had some trouble with the room key card at first, and they forgot to mention that we had to pull the hand door upwards, not downwards… There was only one electrical outlet in the bathroom, which wasn't very convenient for a woman. There was no microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby. The parking lot fills up very quickly, and the spaces are tight.

Staff was very hospitable & supportive . Restaurant has a decent food variety to offer.

They don’t provide drinking water to the guests, not even two water bottles to make coffee in the room. Breakfast buffet doesn’t have any variety, we stayed for three nights & every day the same routine,boring ,dull menu was offered, not even a slight change!! Second,the property is situated on the main road & there is a lot of vehicular activity that causes a lot of noise and disturbance during the night.

There was a wedding blasting from 6pm - 2 AM preventing me from sleeping. It was horrible our Fridge didn’t work no microwave,There was a buzzing in our room all night, Couldn’t sleep.

Payed for a skyline view room, which was fine if the windows werent filthy.Had to be reallocated due to how bad my room was on 10th floor.It was like looking into fog!!

Rooms and bathrooms could have been cleaner, I switched rooms due to uncleaned areas only to be put into another completely cleaned room!

I kept having issues with my key cards (4 times). They kept giving me the same room cards that I told them did not work. My mother stayed in a different room and the same issue. The hotel was okay but the shower head in my room was beyond need of repair

Our front door lock to our room, never worked properly and only one card worked after getting help with the door. The food snack items in the little lobby store were ridiculously overpriced so all guests were forced to walk to the 7-Eleven next-door to get snack snacks The television quality was awful. The image was extremely fuzzy, and there was no proper guide or information when going through the channels. I travel for work frequently and always stay at Hilton properties, but I will try a different Hilton property the next time I am in that area.

I should have used Booking.com from the get go. I went and booked through the hotel, huge mistake. Booking.com has much better rates over the hotel proper.

Very nice and clean hotel. What really stood out to me is that during my stay I felt as though they were a bit busy with weddings and servicing pilots for nearby airport but that never affected the cleanliness or the standards that they have in place. I stayed in a junior suite and was pleasantly pleased by the size and comfort of the room.

Rooms are super small the rugs smell like they’ve had every type of horrible spit, spill body fluids on them absolutely nasty. The walls have dings scratches dents all over them. The shower leaks out the bathroom floor into the hallway. This place should be condemned. It definitely needs a major remodel. Looks like it hasn’t been done in 50 years. Don’t stay here I would find a motel 6 that’s probably better than this. The couches are also nasty dirty filthy need a bedsheet to cover it up before you sit down on one. It seems like every person I’ve dealt with at the front desk is rude. Nasty don’t really care to seem to be here. Just going up to buy a snack and it’s like they mad that you’re wasting their time. The windows are filthy. You can hear every noise in the hallway all night Long walls are super thin. There’s too many other nice hotels around go stay somewhere else!

I like the lobby of the hotel, very comfortable, the elevators work very good, some people were very nice. The door of the room was a little difficult to open, the faucet of the bathroom was loosed, besides this everything was ok
