We have been going to Home 2 suites in Hasbrouk Heights New Jersey for many years as Hilton Honors customers. We have always felt safe in this hotel. Safety is very important. The hotel is always clean, decor is beautiful, the breakfast is akways excellent. There are many amenities , ice machines, laundry, outside patio fire pit and a convince snack/ grocery shop. Elevators are always ckean and safe. Most of all the staff is excellent, rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff is friendly. Importantly, the reception are wonderful and staff always makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. All of the front desk staff are excellent. One of the front desk staff consistently stands out. This person is a young ladiy named Javi. She is akways friendly to everyone, patient answers questions and is extremely helpful. I truly appreciate her sincere kindness. My husband and I stayed at this location constantly during February through April due to a family medical emergency in NYC. Javi made this difficult time much easier, just by her kindness. Truly appreciated. Sabrina Moore

Breakfast was not very appetizing. I chose instead options in the surrounding areas.

Room need to be painted.

Breakfast was good, room was nice, and the curtain was a bonus in the room for some privacy.

Just wish the water was more filtered, the pullout bed was a bit more comfortable and the fitness center had more mirrors.

I really love the amount of space the queen suite had. Plenty of room for my family of 4. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

My kids did wish there was a pool, or something for them to do, game room maybe? The pillows weren't supportive.

Professional and dependable staff. The room was clean and cleaned every day

Breakfast was limited

I loved everything about the property

I don’t like that you can only use a little pot to cook. Hotel should see if they can get bigger frying pans to go with the portable stove.

موقع جيدجدا سهل الوصول له

تاخير بالطلب بسبب نقص الايآدي العامله

Ana yol üzerinde ve bağlantı yollarına yakındı.

Everything was actually just fine

I was there because I was relocating to Portugal and had my small dog with me. However, the room smelled horrible between the smell of urine and the powdery substance. Whatever is put on to try and disguise that was hard to bear. On the other hand, your staff was amazing!!🤩

Limpio y tranquilo.

La facilidad y la comodidad

Service was great

The suite was so clean so beautiful I wish I stayed another night ... The bed was so comfortable😊

I loved everything and the breakfast was good.

Excelent service, room very clean, facilities so confortable and location amazing.

Nothing bad to said.

everything was excellent.

The desk clerk was very professional & helpful.

There was nothing to complain about

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and the suite setup with the kitchen was a lot more organized than we anticipated.

The temperature was slightly colder than we anticipated (even with changing the thermostat) and the AC/heater unit was very close to the bed, which made it difficult to sleep and adjust because we were 2 people sharing a bed. However, despite the temperature, the room setup and cleanliness made us wanted to stay an extra day or two (but we couldn't).

Location, clean, good breakfast and great staff

Good

Me encantó

Quizás el desayuno puede ser más variado

Breakfast was great and had alot of variety. The room was spacious and very clean. Super comfortable and met all my expectations.

Very clean! 30 mins from the city ! And close to Met Life Stadium. Staff were amazing. Complimentary breakfast was great. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

I like how clean the property was and how efficient checking in and checking out went

I didn’t like how small the bathroom was and how I could hear a constant noise of running water

Breakfast was very good, nutritious and good variety, eggs, patties, coffee, juice, tea, yogurt, and you can make your own waffle. It also has cereal and porridge and fruits too. Very very yum. Also there were vegan patties available too, what a bonus for vegetarian, thanks heaps. Room was comfy, warm, and clean.

Nothing.

Location is great and I appreciate the room size. I’ve stayed here once per year since it’s opening. Staff professional and helpful.

I’ve stayed here at least once per year since its opening and the hotel is showing wear. Also, the continental breakfast shows less effort than earlier years.

Large room. Perfect place, reception recommended an Italian restaurant dew minutes walk from Hotel and it was fabulous. Breakfast was good way to stat day. Great location close to Teterboro airport

rooms facing the highway are noisy.

All staffs are super professional, our room is perfect providing everything we need. Will stay at this hotel again. Thanks!

Nothing.

It was very dog friendly and easy access to the airport we were flying out of which was Teterboro.

Nothing it was great

It is clean

None

Convenient on/off.

2nd floor room facing Route 17 was pretty loud.

It was fine. Nothing special, but it got the job done.

I liked that it was very clean and renovated. The beds were comfortable and it was peaceful.

Clean and breakfast wasn’t bad.

Location, convenience, room was very nice, very clean, comfortable.

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was kind and accommodating. Didn't try none of the on site facilities due to staying one night. But from the look of it, would've been nice.

I like that it is pet friendly. Also very clean.

Home2Suites is always my first choice. I have no complaints.

Location was good for what we needed. Room size was ideal for a family.

Mattress was obviously old & needs replacing. Pillows were flat. Living room carpet & chairs had obvious stains Location was fine for what we needed but trying to exit to the main roadway is a nightmare for people not familiar with traffic in the area. Did not see anything in the hotel showing local food choices

Stayed here one night for a relative's funeral. We've stayed in other Home2Suites properties, and we like the room layout and features. Our room was on the opposite side of the building from Highway 17, so there was no traffic noise. All was well till about 6;45 AM when I was awakened by a very loud noise that I was absolutely sure was a big truck parked directly under our window. Sounded kinda like a garbage truck. So I thought OK, it's just there to grab and empty a dumpster, and it will be gone in a minute. The sound continued. I got up and peeked out the window. There was no truck. Then the sound suddenly ended and I realized what it was, because right at the same moment, the heat stopped blowing. The HVAC was THAT LOUD! I feel bad leaving a middling review of an otherwise nice property but the HVAC in a hotel room just should not be loud enough to jolt a guest out of a sound sleep. I obviously have no idea whether all the rooms are like that

The hotel is very quiet, comfortable and clean

The facility was clean and quiet, everybody was welcoming, the bed felt amazing it was extremely comfortable.

There was nothing that I disliked about the property.

Clean and quiet. Lots of parking. Room was lovely. Kitchen area was clean and well appointed

This hotel is in a great location. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport, there are variety of food within 15 minutes drive, and clubs close by. Property is cleaned and friendly staffs.
