Holiday Inn Express Washington DC SW - Springfield by IHG

The breakfast was very good. The pool is a nice size. The workers are very kind.

I did not like how you had to wait a cpl of minutes to flush the toilet. I find that ridiculous. I also did not find the rooms that clean. I saw gait in the bathroom and the room smelled. I will not go back to this hotel.

the breakfast was great

the smell of the hallways were weird

Excellent thread I love it

Not complaint everything is exactly what I wanted

Very clean & friendly staff.

Everything was excellent! The location of the property was great & the rooms were very clean!

Breakfast

Bathrooms have black build up in corners of tub

Tutto perfetto!

Breakfast was fine and the location was good.

Laundry room was in a horrible condition, the pantry (area where you can purchase convenience items) was not kept up. The little drinks they did have were frozen solid, they had a few food items, and did not have any selection of anything else. No free water at this hotel. Also, no pamphlets of the actual area we were in to find things to do, the staff did not know the area at all, and we had problems asking for fresh towels.

Das Frühstück ist vergleisweise besser als sonst in dieser Kategorie.

Clean, good location, good breakfast and good service

Las sabanas y la habitacion muy pequeña

Personal malhumorado poco atento

Su ubicación y lugares cercanos

Instalaciones viejas e incómodas

The checking in process was fast and the associates was very kind and helpful.

Close proximity to DC and plenty of things to do around the city

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel after my last stay in Springfield at a Wyndham property. It was located in a perfect spot for traveling by car to DC or to take the metrorail; daily breakfast was a great start to our day; my nephew enjoyed the pool when we were not out and about; restaurants and stores were all close by as well as the Springfield Mall; staff was very friendly and informative and room was spacious and comfortable. For the money spent I felt that I got exactly what I needed and my stay was enjoyable as a result.

I didn't like the coffee at all. It was too strong for me personally and there wasn't enough options. A coffee station with Keurig cups perhaps.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT

ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, BATHROOM WAS VERY SMALL, DATED, AND NOT CLEAN! BATHROOM HAD A MOLDY TUB MAT OVER THE EDGE TO BE USED. FLOOR WAS DIRTY. DIRT IN THE SHOWER AND OTHER PEOPLES HAIR. BEDS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE AND ROOM WAS OVERALL SMALL. THINGS WERE VERY DATED. ROOM COULD USE A GOOD CLEANING.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Washington, DC area while avoiding downtown traffic. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and the food quality was very good

The breakfast area became quite crowded, and some guests left their trays and garbage on the tables or floor, making it harder for the staff to keep up. Also, with only two elevators serving the hotel, there could be long waits during peak hours, especially in the morning and at check-in/check-out times.

Excellent breakfast

A party was held there on 2 separate nights & we had a horrible time finding a parking place due to all the party attendees taking up parking spaces

Clean, friendly, helpful

Great place, no complaints

The lobby

The customer service

Perfect location. They will drop you at the Franconian Station, however, you have to find your way back after 8 PM.

Room was very clean and comfortable.

There were many parties that were held here so the lobby remained full constantly. It was hard to get parking. Staff said we could request a microwave, we requested one and never got it.

the location

my room was not ready upon arrival, very busy hotel, pool was closed, televisions outdated.

Location

Although they say they are dog friendly, they really aren’t.

Location, great breakfast.

One of the elevators was out of service. Longer wait to get downstairs. Forced to use the stairs.

Colocar agua de cortesía en las habitaciones

It was a very clean hotel, employees was nice the breakfast was pretty decent I had a good time

Friendly staff , comfortable bed

Bathtub didn’t drain well, there is no safe in the room, overall just didn’t look very clean a little bit rundown Holiday inns used to be really nice now they seem to be much more more rundown than they used to be

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, plenty of selections for breakfast! Overall we had a great stay here I would definitely stay here again.

Nice pool, lots of breakfast choices.

The room was very crisp, clean and seemed newly remodeled. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of options (plus great coffee!) It’s also a super convenient location, with easy parking and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, plus close to local attractions. 10/10 would stay here again.

No Complaints!

Location,cleaning

The cleaning ladies were very annoying, they came early to talk very loudly and we didn’t rest. Le

Quick check in, everything was clean, good variety of things for breakfast

The staff and location were wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel was very clean.

We had a corner king room. The room itself and bathroom were far too small for two people. The room was down a very short narrow hall, almost as though it had been squeezed into a former utility closet. When entering the bathroom you could hear machinery. The AC unit in the tiny bedroom was so loud it made for disruptive sleep. I'm sure other rooms were much more spacious and comfortable but the corner king was just too small to be comfortable.

great friendly and efficient staff clean as a whistle exceedingly comfortable room very easy access and parking

no issues

The Breakfast was Awesome. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to every request.

Room was great until no hot water on Saturday 7am when we were told water would be shut off at 11am

Everything full my expectations

No complaint

The location and enjoyed the breakfast

Location

Room not very clean , I asked for bed sheets to be changed No safety box

Staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast is amazing - even includes gluten free bagels to my great surprise!

My door got stuck but it was immediately handled by an engineer. Really great staff there

Clean and close to restaurants and other stores.

Nothing

Friendly and helpful, they guided us and assisted us with everything

The staff was prompt and courteous, the room and facilities were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The WiFi. It hardly ever worked on my iPad. But the Mac WiFi was good. Make sure to instruct your guests that they need to go to the IHG website to activate the WiFi. And fix your iPad WiFi problem.

Ontbijt was ok.

Cleanliness, facility, breakfast, staff

Breakfast was excellent. So many choices everything was hot and prepared perfect perfectly. The breakfast area was immaculate

Exceptionally nice staff, it was spotlessly clean, with a nice complimentary breakfast

Rashid had great customer service and accommodated my request.

The hot water temp could’ve been a lil warmer to enjoy heated shower.

Everything from the visit to the facility to the great customer service!

The staff was great

When we got our 1st room it smelled like smoke from a cigarette. They moved us which was very nice that room smelled clean an fresh thank you

Clean and close to major highway

Nothing

Simply amazing! From the staff to the room to the views all with an amazing breakfast, will definitely stay again!

The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a exceptional breakfast. Exceptional breakfast. I forgot my toothpaste and they had a small tube for me at the desk. A wide range of restaurants in the area. Free shuttle to the local mall and metro station connecting with downtown DC and the airport.
