Very handy location to attractions in the town centre such as the tower.

Shower was a bit small, but adequate for a couple of nights.

I requested an early booking. And I was not disappointed, I got in early and got parking.

A fairly basic, small Hotel but it was well kept. Situated in a decent location about half way between the arcades and Pleasure beach, so pretty quiet. I was there for a Country Music Festival at the Winter Gardens and that was about a 30 min walk. Room I had was small (seems to be a thing with Booking.com?) but very clean and had everything you need (single traveller) bed, bathroom, TV, tea/coffee.

Only there 3 nights and was out most of the time but didn't see the bar open, not sure if it was, also not sure if there's a breakfast but cant complain for the very reasonable price! Plenty of pubs nearby, including a Spoons for breakfast. Nothing really to complain about, did the job.

Super clean room loads of little extras that make the stay better. Fan, heater, coffee machine, kettle. Great breakfast suoer comfy bed owners super nice and the dog was amazing. Made it feel like home. Best stay we have had in a few years.

The Hotel was lovely and clean and the bedrooms were spotless and excellent quality beds. Great Location between Central and South Piers.

Shame the Bar lounge was not open our entire stay as we do like to relax in there after a hectic day and play cards etc with the Children rather than having to find alternative venues in the evening. Also having to boil kettles for shaving etc due to no hot water is not the best, The showers were lovely and hot but obviously not for shaving purposes. I realise boiler issues can arise but 5 days without becomes a pain sadly.

It was very clean and perfect for my kids. The hosts were so kind and friendly. I've booked again!

The host were a lovely couple and very accommodating,food was extremely good,host was very chatty and we loved it. My wife and kids loved it.

The hotel is in a perfect location close to everything. It was clean and comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome. We would recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

NO HOT WATER whilst we where there apparently the boiler broke I did ask when it was going to be fixed but all I got was hopefully soon and no compensation for this inconvenience,also we had a tower fan in the room which was on a 2 hour timer hence in bed at night had to keep switching back on, during this very hot spell it was vital has the room was like an oven

Absolutely fantastic hotel the room was spotless and very nice Evan and Tina were brilliant hosts and nothing was to much trouble The breakfast was outstanding and I should know as I am a chef The bed was also the best bed ever so comfortable and large tv in the room was great there was nothing we didn't like so a big thumbs up for this brilliant hotel so much so we are going back soon 👍

The room is absolutely spotless. Breakfast utterly delicious. The location couldn't be better. We had a room with a sea view and our hosts made us feel very welcome. We based ourselves here and used local public transport to travel along the coast.

Stayed here a few times now and I always enjoy my stay, great location, like home from home, the rooms are lovely with comfortable beds and we love the added touch of the toiletries and the coffee machine with the pods. Will look forward to out next stay. Thank you for having us.

Friendly owners who were kind & considerate They even let us have a late checkout without paying which was a nice gesture.

Parking was a small problem but at the end of the day hotel was on the seafront/promenade so having to pay was expected.

It was clean and the rooms were modern and bright. The bed was comfortable and it was a nice touch to have the coffee machine.

There’s nothing I disliked about the property but we rarely seen the owners or didn’t know what to do or how to get them if we needed anything. We ran out of toilet roll and had to purchase our own as it was too late at night to go looking for the owners. When we were leaving they were nowhere to be seen so we had to leave the room key on a sideboard. It would be better for the hotel if they made their presence felt. We didn’t do breakfast because again we didn’t know if it was available or how to go about getting some. Also, there’s no bar as stated in the description so this was disappointing as I like to head back to the hotel for a drink but this wasn’t possible so this should be removed from the description because if I had known this before I would not have booked.

We loved the rooms, they were cosy, clean and the rooms had lovely seaside decorations. There were plenty of towels. There was a fan, we loved it all, tha bathroom was great. The shower was really good. There was a lot of storage for clothes. The beds were comfy. The Staff were was friendly. Kid friendly.

The Only complaint was from my teenagers who would have liked, a smart tv in their room.

Perfect location. Great view from the king sea view room. Room is a good size with a huge tv. Plenty of hanging space for clothes although some clippy hangars for skirts etc would be good. . Nice decor and the room and bathroom were clean.Two comfy chairs to sit and watch the sea. Free parking. I arrived an hour early and they kindly let me check into the room.

I regularly review Blackpool hotels and I really wanted to like this place more. unfortunately first impressions let this place down badly. I was greeted by the owner who although was fine with checking me in early, didn't seem happy that I had booked the king size room just for myself. He gave me my key as I stepped into the front door and pointed me in the general direction of my room. No offer of help with my bags. No showing me where my room was. He didn't bother to show me how the stuff worked in the room. I had no idea about any details of the hotel like if the bar was open or even where it was. There were plenty of signs saying to vacate by 10am but nothing to say where to leave the key. There wasn't a kettle, just a water boiler thing that I had to figure out how to use. Almost impossible to put water in it as it barely fit under the tap and no jug was provided. It was also very noisy. It was also covered inside and out with lime scale. I couldn't tell you the owners name because he never told me and I never spoke or saw him again. There was a smell like the sewer whenever you ran the taps and the shower outlet gurgled when you ran the sink water. The toilet needed to be flushed twice everytime. A little niggle was no plug sockets by the bed.The worst thing was the lack of sleep on the second night. The weather was blowing a gale and the noise from the wind howling through the windows was awful. The noise wasn't even coming through the badly fitting small opener windows, it was coming through the sides of the main piece of glass. It's such a shame because this hotel could be so good. If the windows and Plumbing were fixed and the owners were better at customer service, it would have been a great stay. Would I stay again or recommend it to people??? I'm sorry to say no I wouldn't.

My husband stayed at this fabulous hotel whilst away working. He said that it was the most welcoming and comfortable hotel he could have stayed in. The hosts were so lovely and he had everything he needed. Even the sea opposite!! Bed was comfy especially to sit and watch England match on!! 😀

Lovely cooked breakfast. The owners were always polite and welcoming. The property had a secure access with a key needed at all times. Could come and go at anytime 24 hours a day. A nice small bar which also served simple bar meals.

It would have been nice to have the bar open during the week but I think this may happen when it's summer holidays.

Evan and Tina are fantastic hosts and the hotel is a credit to there hard work

Location was great and it was good value for money. The breakfast was very nice.

At breakfast some of the cutlery was dirty. The host always seemed to be hanging round the entrance watching what we were bringing into the B+B and this made us fee quite uncomfortable. We asked if they could put the England football game on in the bar room (it was on ITV 1) and was told no, they don't do football.

The owners were awesome! The room with the sea view could not have been any better! The view was perfect. The bed and bedding were so comfortable.

Easy check in, parking was an added bonus. Breakfast was really lovely, it came with a choice of cereals, orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners were really lovely too including their gorgeous staffy bella. We were in room 4 which was really lovely. Towels and toiletries were supplied too which was a nice touch.

Excellent value for money right on the seafront, but away from the noisier part. Right between the Tower and the Pleasure Beach. Room was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you 😊

Was hoping for a window with a sea view but overall everything was fine.

The couple are so friendly and helpful the hotel is right next to a tram stop and half way between central pier and the Pleasure Beach and McDonald's is a 2min walk away.

The room was a bit small for us over the week and the bed could have been softer.

Lovely hotel on the promenade right between 2 tram stops good access to beach pubs and convenience stores, lovely room big bay window facing the sea get very warm though with sun shining on it had a quick water heater and a coffee machine plenty of tea and coffees and milk

Only down side was the shower the pressure was so low it made getting a shower a chore everything else was spot on

A very good weekend stay with clean, warm and comfortable rooms. Friendly polite staff. Quick check in and out made it a breeze.

The room was beautiful, well thought out, and had every amenity. The view was beautiful, and two lovely swing chairs to sit in. The bed and pillows were very comfy and you felt all smug and warm

Everything about the Fame was above expectations. Stayed in several hotels around Blackpool and The Fame is by far the best we have stayed in. Roon was very nice, well presented and fantastic view of the beach. Couldn't fault anything with the hotel just a shame we had to leave. Will be definitely booking again for longer.
