Perfect location for a night out the hotel was what you would expect for the money a bit rundown but basically clean
We booked this hotel knowing that it had parking but when we got there it had only 4 spaces for over 30 rooms we were lucky to have got there early and bagged a space but I would have been annoyed if I had got there later any not been able to park
Staff was very friendly and helpful would book again
It was near the beach and location was perfect
The single bed was a bit uncomfortable but it was OK for what you pay for
Reasonable price for what it is, basic but okay. Room was big enough and a good central location. Tram stop just across the road and family-friendly pubs/restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
Place is is need of an update. The carpets in the hallway smelt, entrance doorway needs replacing completely.
Breakfast was Amazing, Staff was very polite & very welcoming
It’s in a good place
The room was far to small
The first floor family room was spacious plenty of room for our family of 6 and even got a sea view. Brilliant location Good breakfast however only small and it's a set breakfast, we're picky eaters so didn't enjoy some items. Hubby ate all and said was nice and looked nicely presented.
Rooms were dated general hotel was dated in communal places. On closer inspection wasn't the cleanest but the beds were. Bar wasn't open well we didn't see it open. Strong smell of sewage Daughter cut her toe walking on the carpet in the room closer inspection felt like nails were poking through in places the floors were a little uneven.
The location
The New Promenade Hotel, Blackpool – Our Experience We recently stayed at The New Promenade Hotel in Blackpool after seeing what appeared to be fairly decent pictures online. We were also told that parking was available at a cost of £10. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the “car park” was not what we expected. It was simply parking at the side of the building, which we did not feel was particularly safe. There was a significant drop at the side, and the cars were sticking out onto the pavement. We were very uncomfortable leaving our car there. On entering the hotel, our first impression was that it looked quite run-down and in need of some attention. Sadly, the room was equally disappointing. It did not appear to have been cleaned to a good standard, with stains on the carpet and extremely dirty windows. There was also a noticeable stain on one of the pillows, which we found particularly unhygienic. The smell in the room was absolutely vile and made the whole experience even worse. The floor was also noticeably slanted, which made the room feel uncomfortable and, quite honestly, unsafe. The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable — they felt more like concrete than a bed. There was also no hot water during our stay. We also had the issue of there only being one partly used toilet roll provided for six people. When we needed more, there was nobody around to ask, as the owner was nowhere to be seen, so we had to go out and buy our own toilet roll. We certainly didn’t expect to have to do this during a hotel stay. Because of the condition and smell of the room, none of us felt comfortable getting under the covers. We actually slept in our clothes, despite it being cold, because we were so uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the bedding. Breakfast was also very disappointing. We were served one sausage, one piece of bacon, one hash brown, around a teaspoon of beans and a very hard fried egg.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was great. It was cheap n chearful and overall better than expected.
Although there is parking , there are only 4 spaces so we had to park elsewhere. Our shower was great but members of our party (in a different room) couldn't make theirs stay warm. The windows were twisting and the bathroom window only had one handle (the other wad completely missing).
Property was good
Staff was not very welcome
Went above and beyond very safe for children the host was excellent will be coming back. Xx
There was nothing we didn't like. Xx
Nothing
The room was tiny. It had a very bad smell. The window didnt shut properly. So could here all the noise coming from pub across the road till 4am. Breakfast was very basic.
The location was excellent, Middle of the Golden Mile Plenty of things to do Tram stop over the road 5/10 mins from train station -north Ralph the owner was friendlytypical blackpool
It definitely needs updating, though clean enough Rooms were on the small side (twin and triple) They need more sockets in rooms Bathroom basic Public area ok, grandaughters loved the pool table and the WiFi, shame it didn't reach the bedrooms Didn't have breakfast Lift didn't work which was unfortunate
Central location
Window had poor sound insulation. Noise from nearby pub went on until 4am at the weekend making sleep difficult.
Ideal for all I needed it for easy access to venue's and facilities.
I didn’t like anything about the property
I didn’t like how clean it was cracks in the ceiling and wall, mold in the bathroom, wardrobe wasn’t a wardrobe had a chair in it and no door
Perfect location Clean and comfortable bed
Little bit dated but doesn’t effect in any way
Great location, very central. Walkable distance to most attractions and a tram stop right outside.
It’s very dated, could do with some freshening up. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Being a central location and right on the front also has the drawback of being very noisy.
Breakfast was amazing
Noyhing
A great location and great help and from the hotel and staff.
Even though the room had the amenities it was a little too small for the 3 of us.
Great central location. Clean room comfy bed large clean en suite. Friendly owner. Definitely be back

I HAVE 3 TEENAGERS BETWEEN 13/16/17. WHO THOUGHT THE WORLD OF THE HOST NOTHING WAS TO MUCH FOR HIM HE PUT THE MUSIC ON FOR THEM AND HE MADE US ALL LAUGH EVEN DANCING WITH THEM .AND KEEPING THEM ETERTAINED. BREAKFAST WAS WELL PRESENTED AND OFFERED WHAT WE WANTED AND HOW OUR EGGS COOKED.
I honestly liked our stay as so did the kids and want to come back for other holiday.
Location fantastic parking available good value for what we paid
Nothing
Not a thing place was stinking very dirty bed sheets were dirty and smelly and place smelt full off damp made two bookings with u to stay one night on 18th and then two nights. 19 till 21. We went and booked into the george and hollies as I would not stay there lost lots off money even booked our car with them for three nights cost us 30 they would give us it back . I was very sad about the situation especially too as im disabled and booked cause it looked in a good x
The full place was horrible stinking and very damp feeling 😞
I like that it was on the front near the sea. The pool table, games lounge etc
Needs a good airing out. Good clean and a lick of paint. Also a bigger tv, it was titchy.
Just come back from a lovely stay. Owner was inviting happy and was ace with the kids. The location is perfect and room was lovely and spaced out amazing views was like a 360 view. Definitely will be returning.
Bathroom was tiny. Could of been bit bigger.
Great location
Owner was not welcoming at all. Rooms small and scruffy, bathroom door didn't close, uncomfortable beds and not very clean.
Never had the opportunity to try the breakfast. Location for us is great as we use a lot of venues close by
The property is slightly dated, however they are slowly doing upgrades
Great location
Nothing it's a good stay
Great central location, clean comfy beds, great shower in our room
We had 2 rooms booked, our friends room couldn’t get hot water in their shower, they were on the 3rd floor.

The balcony. And breakfast. And the Host. Will go back again.
The location is fab ,the breakfast was amazing
Nothing I didn't like
I came to this hotel after booking into a hotel that was below standards in facilities and cleanliness. Finding this gem of a hotel was a breath of fresh air. The Hotel has a panoramic view of the beach and piers and a beautiful seating area at the front. Photos of this property on booking.com correctly represent what you find when u book in. The reception is large, welcoming, and has fantastic facilities. The smell of a fabulous breakfast fills the hotel in the morning. This hotel is spotlessly clean. The manager who I met upon arrival was a down to earth gentleman who was professional in hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and after visiting Blackpool I can confirm that is is a higher end hotel compared to a lot of others in this area due to being so well ran and most of all clean.
We loved this property. Thank u to the manager who made our stay so welcoming.
Great location and clean, went beyond to move a car for parking.
A bit dated but didn't affect the stay
The host
Spacious room
No hot water
Not much
Where do l start location was awful the rooms are next to an all night bar so no sleep at all fire alarm went off at 1 in the morning owner said it was a fault but l suspect someone was smoking in their room as evidence of smoke damage in ours but the breakfast was good
Only looked into the room and walked out never stayed terribly smell of musty
The look of the place didn’t look clean on arriving the person wasn’t at all pleasant a musty smell so we looked at our room and then handed the keys back to the miserable man, never even asked for our money back just went and found others digs,no lift to rooms.overall I would give it 0 although in all fairness we didn’t experience their meals the look of the place was enough.its in a fabulous place near the central pier.
It's ideally located.
The bathroom wasn't very clean.
The location,easy for everything
A lot.curtains let too much light in. Had to run the shower and hot tap for hot water.cold room,no bedside lamps.I requested a quiet room but got the room next to a noisy road and pub.and much more
The beds was very comfy ,
The location was great, close to all activities. The breakfast was substantial.

Everything it’s a shithole

Hotel was in desperate need of refurb
The hotel was a bit dated and needed a bit tlc the staff very accommodating and the breakfast was nice
Loved the location. Was just where we like to be. Nice room. Excellent Breakfast. Staff were brilliant.
Everything was great. Nothing that I didn’t like.
Location
The pool table
Everything the host was a bit unfriendly I know it's cheap, but they could maintain the property are much better than how it is. I had to go out and buy cleaning products. Also, pillow cases aren't some covers.Just so we felt a little bit better.and thekids didn't get bits for old beds
nothing
everything. Staff was unfriendly, unhelpful. Building is run down and looks tatty. Room was not clean, smelt, looked like a five year old had decorated it. Stayed in better hotels for less money
I can not fault it in any way breakfast was spot on could do with a large version but excellent
Extractor fans in bathrooms
Friendly staff clean and tidy
Beds hard as lying on floor pillows flat
Great value hotel with a lovely warm host. Clean room and a great balcony in the bar for people watching! Positioned perfectly on the seafront close to the central pier. Lovely breakfast cooked well.
Comfortable pleasant friendly staff
Great location to the sea front. Management were welcoming and helpful. Decent breakfast.
Behaviour was very shit never going there again
hotel was very dirty full of dirty smell shower wasn't working and they provide only 1 towel and room was too hot and we ask for fan and said we don't have any fan ! The owner behaviour was really rude and he doesn't know how to treat customers we check in 10 at night and when we about to check out We get 10 minutes late and he start kicking us out he come more than 5 times and knocking you have to leave now i recommend everyone don't go there better spend 10 pounds extra and find another hotel there
Loction ok
Close to the bar we go to at night and not too far from the shops and attractions
Would be nice if there was an entrance without steps but won’t stop me returning
Comfortable and clean
Need more draft beers
Staff were great, patient and helpful
The staff were very welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay, Room was basic but had what you needed, a clean bed, a clean bathroom, clothes closet, TV and hospitality tray. Breakfast was freshly cooked and came out hot, I changed my egg type and this was carried out for me throughout our stay, we was also asked on a morning if we needed anything for our room. Location is ideal , just situated below the central pier on the Promenade
Everything was ok
Great location right on the front, friendly staff, comfy warm beds.Nice breakfast and served quickly. You get a key for front door so freedom to come and go as you please.
Decor is dated however that didn't really bother us as we're out straight after breakfast till late so only needed warm clean beds, shower, breakfast and cup of tea and we got all that so negative was more an observation rather then a problem.
Great hotel
Clean and the location
The breakfast is always very good.
Breakfast was lovley
The room was very dated dirty and not nice to stay in we left after 1 night and should have had 2
Very close to all the activities in the promenade
You could hear the activity going on in the other rooms not the hotels fault, just some noisy guests
Great location great sea front veiw .great value for money nice breakfast too.would definetely stay here again.
Great location within walking distance of the main attractions.
When we arrived we were put into a very very small room which only just fitted 2 single beds and was nothing like the pictures. The next morning I asked the owner who was more than happy to move us.
Close to everything
Property was fine, friendly staff, all good.
Room was very clean Staff very friendly
Everything was ok
Small OnePiece of bacon , one egg beans , ,hash brown. No choice for extras , but plenty of toast.
Quite a few things. After going there, we didn't get greeted by anyone At knock on the door and a guest had to let us in. Owner wasn't very chatty Told us we're in a downstairs room, but said that he had trouble with the hot water tap didn't fail to mention that the shower wasn't working. So we ended up moving rooms that meant we had to climb 3 flights of stairs bad idea when you are asthmatic, bad knees.my grandaughter 15 wasnt happy. Room was cold , so he had to give usa heater. This is unacceptable. Breakfast was at 9 till10, which consisted of bacon, beans, sausage and hashbrown..There wasnt any choice you got plenty of toast.though tea coffee cereal .. Average hotel , .very disappointing.
Nothing only the location
No heating or hot water. Very poor customer service. I did a group booking of 9 rooms. 4 rooms were vacated and they refused us a refund. Insects in the bed. Leaking toilet. Cracks all over the place. Tiny rooms The place should be shut down. I'm currently taking this to itv watch dog
