Nothing much to fault, you need to get the cooler fixed for your draught drinks so as you can serve them again. Get your Chef to look up a poached egg 😂

Great location for me for a music venue I was attending but also handy for everywhere in Blackpool you'd like to see especially in the South Pier direction. The staff while I was there, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Nice that breakfast was included with juice, tea, coffee and cereals available and a full English made fresh to order.

Staff welcoming. Price i thought was too good to be true for my single room, as thats al was left on website. Then the gentleman upgraded me to a double room at no extra charge. So grateful. Great area. So clean and tidy and as a solo traveller I felt safe. I will be back. Oh the pictures in the room stunning. If I had to pick a fault id say the lace curtains let the room done but only if I was being pedantic.

No parking, you had to park out side a shop on The pavement and was charged £10 pounds, the breakfast was ok, the outside area needed some cleaning the ashtrays on the walls was overflowing, we was facing the backyard that was full of junk

Loved the location. Room was spotless everything we needed but the best thing was the breakfast.

The room was comfortable beds where ok found it very hot in the room. Not Far from the sea front about 2min walk .Also they made sure you got a parking space but the charge for parking was abit much for where u did park it .

The Breakfast was horrendous, the amount you paid and you hardly got any. It was supposed to be a fully English breakfast. The staff member didn't understand a word of English when you were trying to make your order when they finally got round to you. No one explained where things were. The jugs of orange and apple juice ran out on the first day, and the staff never attempted to fill them back up, and this morning the milk was curdled when we come to make a cup of tea. And they said it was fresh this morning but clearly it wasn't fresh. We asked for brown bread and the staff member, did it know what we was talking about? It was either white bread fore toast or nothing at all And for the mount I paid for this It wasn't worth a penny. They also wasn't any choice of cereal. It was only corn flakes, and again. They never told you where things wear. They didn't have spoons either to stir your tea coffee. Not a very good experience for breakfast. For me or my family.

Blackpool is challenging given the lack of re investment into property's. My hotel last year was dreadful so this hotel was looked after while being still old and needing some TLC.

As I came for the Rebellion Festival the walk was no so much fun.

The location was the best part about it. Good size room, nice biscuits and tea and coffee are decent brands.

Major issue was wi fi, couldn’t get it in room 12. You go outside the room you can get it, once you go inside, no chance. Even my mobile wi fi didn’t work great and my family were using my data as a personal hotspot so that was the big issue.

Staff are fabulous really accommodating to our needs. Great location short walk to everything. Free on street parking if you can get a space. Great breakfast for the value. We will be back.

Staff were really friendly! Everytime they saw us they asked how the stay was, checked that we were ok and happy. Breakfast was good- full English and help yourself to cereal, juice, tea and coffee. Room was comfortable enough, and a cute little touch of biscuits and a miniature shampoo, shower gel and soap bar per guest. Really good location for the main amenities in Blackpool. Everywhere seemed clean, bedding was clean, room was clean etc.

Area is a little iffy- I probably wouldn't want to be walking back to the hotel in the early hours on my own for example. But I was with my daughter so not a late night! The walls are very thin, you hear everything through walls. The staff were conscious to tell us know that any issues with noise to let them know and they'd sort it though! Twin room was an odd layout, we couldn't see each other, due to the L shaped room. Didn't really bother us but may bother others. No lift- again no issue for us, but at least 3 flights of stairs to the top floor so if you cannot do stairs maybe look for somewhere with an accessible room! We can't complain about anything for our stay but just a few ICYMI for people booking in future! Would definitely stay again!

Started off bad .. requested parking, was told the price and I agreed I would like to reserve. Got no response at all. Tried multiple times within a month to message via Booking.com, tried calling the mobile number on here, text, WhatsApp but literally no response. Got to the hotel, no one on reception or in the bar area despite ringing the bell a couple of times. Had to go back outside to use the Ring doorbell to get someone come from somewhere outside down the street to give us the keys. She said she wasn’t the manager. When I questioned the parking all she said was oh we are very busy ( for a month not to reply!!) We literally did not see one member of staff after that in the 2 nights we stayed. I personally would not recommend to stay here based on the lack of customer service and experience

We loved everything about the hotel. Everything was in place and it even exceeded my expectations. The photos were accurate. The staff were lovely, the rooms were spotless and spacious compare to my expectation, Plenty tea and coffee. And the environment was good. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. We also found free parking which was a big plus. We booked 2 double rooms and 1 twin room with separate beds. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I forgot to take pictures. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Lovely welcoming hosts, everyone of the staff we met were friendly :) lovely full English breakfast in the morning served with a smile. very comfy beds, clean & tidy.

Les coussins étaient pas agréables c'est le seul bémol de notre séjour.

Sanjay and binita were super friendly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and in a good location, right in the middle of blackpool tower and pleasure beach.

Sanjay and Binita are perfect hosts, kind, warm and welcoming. Extremely helpful and go above beyond to help. Close to all amenities but still far enough away from any noise, quiet clean and lovely property with nice little touches like the complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. We didn't have breakfast but it looked fantastic and would definitely book the breakfast on our next stay.

Needed a cheap last minute place to stay in Blackpool for the weekend. Denville is fairly rough and ready, but I got a friendly welcome, a free room upgrade and I can't argue with the price! Manager brought me a fan to help with the extreme heat. Very close to the sea. Breakfast was good

Feels like security could have been better. Room was small but reasonably comfortable. Fine for the money.

Very clean, and comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful and polite. I would recommend staying here and will use this hotel again when we return. The hotel was in the middle of both piers and a small walk to attractions.

A good, well maintained property. Very clean with excellent attentive hosts. Nice breakfast which was good value for money.

The property, although well maintained itself, is unfortunately surrounded by many properties that are not and are very rundown with lots of discarded rubbish. This now appears to be typical in Blackpool. Which is a shame when this couple try so hard to keep the outside of their property so lovely. Unfortunately I struggled with the steep stairs up to the rooms at the top of the property but that was more due to my mobility issues.

Booked last minute and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was perfect.

One of the main reasons we chose the hotel was because it offered parking. This isn't actually right because, if you don't find street parking, then the alternative is to pay £7 to park nearby. We had to go for this option as there was no street parking.

Breakfast was decent and the location was excellent.
