The staff are really friendly and helpful and did everything for me that i needed, especially the great breakfasts. The rooms are ok, maybe a little tired, but that is exactly what i expected for the price.

Die Laken und die Handtücher hatten Flecken, die Tassen waren nicht sauber. Es liegt in einer Gasse neben einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Der nahe Strand und der Weg dahin ist vermüllt. Das wiederum wird besser, wenn man weiter weg geht. Zu Fuß gehen ist keine gute Idee.

L’hôtel est très bien agencé, une chambre spacieuse et propre qui dispose d une petite cuisine aménagée. Personnel très sympathique et dévoué pour faciliter votre séjour. Effectivement l’hôtel est un peu éloigné de la plage comme du centre, mais navette gratuite matin et soir pour y accéder. Grab disponible à très bon prix! (Idem pour l’aéroport!) Petit déjeuner : choix et quantité très satisfaisants.

De gedateerdheid van het appartement. Het was goed schoon en functioneert allemaal prima, maar de badkamer was zeer oud en de voegen etc. zijn niet meer wit.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and honestly cannot recommend Bali Bubble enough. Everything about our stay was perfect. The place is incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff are so friendly, kind, and welcoming — they truly make you feel at home. One thing we really appreciated was the beds. They were firm, which was absolutely perfect for us as we both have back issues and usually struggle with beds that are too soft. We had a very comfortable sleep every night. The breakfast was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. We had just come from a five-star resort, and surprisingly, we enjoyed the breakfast at Bali Bubble so much more! Even though you choose one main plate with some fruits or juice, everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care. You can really taste the quality. The location is also great. Using Gojek or Grab, you can easily get around and reach most places within around 10–12 minutes, so it was never an issue. After staying at a luxury resort, Bali Bubble genuinely exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, amazing service, and a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Bali. Thank you for making our stay so special! ❤️

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was big and clean. Quiet area. About 20 minute walk to beach though.

Pool a little dirty but swimmable.

Helpful staff. Good and generous choice for breakfast. Swimming pool is almost always empty. Not far to travel by taxi to beach and other places. Hotel is pretty decent for its price. Spacious rooms.

Rooms and bathrooms did not feel clean, it need deep cleaning (walls with stickers etc); Old drinking water (though they replaced after we asked). Pretty noisy (our neighbours came in during the night and I heard every detail. Ok for 1 or 2 nights not longer.

This feels like a real Balinese place. I think there were local/Indonesian people staying here as well. Staff great and attentive. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a large room for 3 of us with basic kitchen and lounge. Room was private, quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were good. Great juices. Pool was perfect for cooling off as we start to acclimatise. We walked to beach 20mins via the river. Staff were lovely, even accomodating our 2am arrival.

Everything in this place is great beginning with the friendly and professional team to the all facilities, also the breakfast is valuable and very special. This place is very good for families and holidays. Absolutely I will consider this place for my next holiday in Bali

Super vriendelijk personeel. Het shuttle busje wil je naar Sanur brengen. Het zwembad is ook heel erg fijn.

Het ligt wat afgelegen. Gelukkig is er de shuttle bus en kosten grabs niet zoveel in Sanur. Het is het wel waard in onze ogen.

Gratis shuttle is echt super fijn. Meeste medewerkers zijn ook echt enorm vriendelijk!

The staff are amazing! The massages are the best we’ve had in Bali (and we’ve been to a lot while being here haha!). The unit was a great size and we had one right next to the pool which the kids loved. The breakfast was great sitting next to the pool each morning.

While the location is lovely and quiet, you do need a car to get down to the main part of Sanur (or can walk if you don’t have whinging kids). They offer a shuttle service every morning and evening which was perfect for getting about!

The brekkie was amazing a lot of options and my kids loved their morning fresh juices. I loved my stay and the staff was really friendly. Well maintained property.

Fijne accommodatie, wij hadden 2 slaapkamers, direct aan het zwembad, iedere slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer met 2 douches, 1 binnen en 1 buiten. Ook brengen ze je naar het strand of winkelcentrum, terug is prima zelf te regelen, ze rekenen hier geen geld voor, super relaxt. Groot en fijn zwembad met verschillende niveaus en lekker ontbijt.

Prachtige goed onderhouden kamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel die altijd klaarstonden. Een plek om zeker terug te komen

We liked the people and the facilities. Room was huge! Enough for a family of 4 , with ample room for kids to play. Staff are amazing with children and even provide pool toys for the kids. Breakfast was great, local food and tasted amazing, fresh and hot.

Wij schrijven normaal gesproken nooit recensies, maar in dit geval voelen we ons echt genoodzaakt om anderen te waarschuwen. Bij aankomst bij het hotel werden we al geconfronteerd met een vreemde en onprofessionele situatie: degene die ons binnenliet in het afgesloten hotel was zichtbaar boos op een collega omdat die niet bij de receptie aanwezig was. Hierdoor moesten wij wachten, terwijl we zagen dat personeel haastig met een luchtverfrisser door het appartement liep – geen goed teken. De weg naar het appartement was allesbehalve fris: een vieze vloer en een zwembad dat er nog viezer uitzag en waarvan de circulatie midden op een warme dag niet eens aan stond. Het appartement zelf was totaal niet geschikt voor 8 personen zoals online vermeld. Er waren slechts 2 tweepersoonsbedden en 2 matrassen op de grond met vies, vlekkerig beddengoed. De woonkamer/keuken had maar 3 stoelen. De keuken was ronduit smerig, met schimmel, een niet schoongemaakt aanrecht en een waterdispenser die je absoluut niet durfde te gebruiken. In de koelkast lag zelfs ontlasting van ongedierte. Daarnaast waren stoelen bevlekt, lichtknoppen bruin van vuil en het personeel liep rond in versleten, smerige werkkleding waarvan de hotelnaam nauwelijks nog leesbaar was. Onze zoon deed zijn schoenen uit en had binnen no-time zwarte sokken van de vieze vloer. Ook de locatie viel erg tegen. De afstand tot het centrum is aanzienlijk: met de auto ben je al snel een kwartier onderweg en te voet is het, zeker in het donker door slechte verlichting, eigenlijk niet te doen. We hebben direct geklaagd en aangegeven dat we hier absoluut niet wilden blijven, mede uit angst om ziek te worden. De manager werd via personeel gecontacteerd, maar we kregen te horen dat terugbetaling – zelfs gedeeltelijk – niet mogelijk was. Dit is werkelijk onacceptabel. Uiteindelijk zijn we vertrokken omdat we onze laatste dagen op Bali niet wilden laten verpesten door deze negatieve ervaring.

The Bali Bubble is a very pleasent and quiet hotel in a tucked away location that has easy access to every part of Sanur via the a free shuttle or a $4 uber driver, of which there are plenty and easy accessible. There is also a very pleasent 15 minute walk along a quiet river next to a temple that takes you to the bottom of the Sanur coastal path, walk as long as you like and enjoy!! Bali Bubbles rooms are really spacious with plenty of natural light, a great view of the pool and awesome airconditioning. We were a family of 5 and had more than enough room, there is even a cuboard for your cases, we hade 5 large ones inside. Very well thought out rooms. The best bit is there are only approx 8 rooms in total, so its always a nice peacefull enviroment. Breakfast was totally yummy, in the week we were there we tried everything, and the ambience of the eating area overlooking the pool was great. The value of this place is spot on, and with just a few additions to room comfort I am sure they could charge a decent amount more. Thanks again to the super firendly and attentive staff, and the amazing massages in the dedicated room overlooking the pool.

I hate to put a negative comment here because we enjoyed our stay so much. But the matteresses in both our rooms were really bad, it was more like sleeping in a hamock, even our 16 year old son mentioned it and he never mentions things like this. And although the outdoor seating in the living area is addequate for a few nights maybe an investment in some comfy indoor chairs could lift the room so much you could charge a little more. The last point is more of a suggestion than critique.

Breakfast was great! Staff were lovely to deal with, organised for laundry to be collected and cleaned.

Breakfast was plentiful, not a huge selection but enough to fill up on before heading out for the day. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was great for relaxing in with kitchen facilities and large fridge that worked well. Staff were so helpful, friendly and polite. Lovely clean pool. Only about a 20-25 minute easy walk to Sanur Beach.

Some upgrades to grouting and bathroom benches needed, same with kitchen area. Having an option to shower outside or next to indoor shower was a bonus. Hard to use the television system and everything needed passcodes or login/sign up - very minimum free channels except kids cartoons. Only 2 food options within a couple of minute walk.
