We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every year. The team is so warm and thoughtful with their attention to detail. The rooms are cool, stylish, and refined, decorated with lovely artwork. Staying here is pure comfort. Above all, we adore Erna and the rest of the crew, who always welcome us with big smiles!

Die Gastgeberin Erna war super lieb, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend! Am Nachmittag bekamen wir unaufgefordert als kleine Aufmerksamkeit Zitronenwasser und Wassermelonen. Das Zimmer war toll und das Frühstück (bis auf den Kaffee) großartig! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!

Loved the property. All the rooms are decorated differently yet beautifully. The staff puts a lot of effort into keeping the Villa maintained. Although it is not a new or highly polished property it is clean, cozy, chic, and great value for the money. I used the bikes and it made my visits the promenade so easy. The staff is what really blows similar properties out of the water. It’s more of a three star villa with five star service. Lovely, charming, and full of life.

The Villa is older and not as polished so it could use some updating especially the bathrooms, flooring in the pink room and the walls. Please consider adding heavier blankets to the beds as well.

Very cool Theme and the pool remains open 24 hrs to use is such a plus point.

It’s boutique 🌺 cute with all its artworks. Tranquil. I adored staying there.

Lovely vibe and a good place for solo travelers

De regendouche was heel fijn. De beschikbaarheid van fietsen om naar de boulevard te kunnen Het personeel wilde echt alles voor je doen/regelen. Dikke 10 Lekker zwembad met fijne balinese bedden rondom De beschikbaarheid van fruit, koekjes en koffie-/theefaciliteiten

We hadden veel last van muggen in onze kamers. Er waren weliswaar sprays beschikbaar maar het zou slim zijn te investeren in klamboes. De fietsen beschikten niet over geschikte verlichting. Hoewel iedereen op Bali zonder fietst is het slim om dit op orde te hebben omdat de wegen slecht zijn en je beter kunt zien waar je fietst. We misten ook kastruimte. Omdat het kleinschalig complex is moest je qua ontbijt iets kiezen van een lijstje (of yoghurt bowl of nasi of toast met hummus). Wij reisten met 4 pubers en die hebben honger in de ochtend. Voor hen was er niet genoeg beschikbaar en te weinig keus. We vergeleken de prijs van deze B&B met die van hotels aan de kust en dan vonden we toch dat we voor deze locatie echt teveel hebben betaald.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel: truly a gem! It was an oasis of quiet comfort and relaxation, with superb, attentive staff. Ernie and Erna consistently went above & beyond to make my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I had an unexpectedly late arrival, and they also were able to accommodate this via another member of their staff, Made, who enabled this to be stress free. The pool was delightful, and depending on when you visit it during the day, you can have a choice of sun, shade, or both. I would highly recommend opting in for the morning breakfasts: these were delivered by Ernie or Erna, at the time of your choosing. The fruit was amazing, and both Ernie & Erna were very kind as to recall which of the available fruits I liked best, each day. I was in room 6, which was amongst the most secluded of the rooms, where there was an outdoor lounge area that is at the end of a short corridor that was not adjacent to any hotel guest foot traffic (see attached photo). An oasis for outdoor naps & reading :) It's the thoughtful touches, amenities, and actions of the staff that made PinkPrivate Sanur a such a delight to both find and stay at.

I cannot find any faults, and this is coming from someone who has travelled extensively, both for work and leisure around the world.

My room was a little dark as it was in the middle during the day but I could pick a room with more windows or on the corner next time.

What's not to like?! The staff were fantastic on entry and helped out with plenty of suggestions for activities during our stay. The little gifts were the quirkiest thing we've ever received on a trip and it made us so happy! Thank you so much :)

Not a complaint but a small suggestion for the bikes to get a quick service. They were a bit squeaky - but also they're free and we absolutely appreciate it!! Thank you again :)

I would stay again at PinkPrivate Sanur. If you have to find anything, then maybe that the location is not as central as other accommodations. However, everything is a short scooter ride away.

Staying at The Pink Private Sanur – The Pink House felt like being welcomed into a place built entirely on love. From the security guard who stayed up late to warmly welcome us when we arrived late at night, to the moment we checked out, we felt genuinely cared for. We will definitely be back. The Pink House is a magical pink oasis. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a lovely little kitchenette. Every day we were delighted by thoughtful little pink surprises and delicious bananas waiting for us in the shared dining area. We especially loved the shower, which felt like showering in nature with the soothing sound of flowing water. Without a doubt, it was the most enjoyable shower we experienced during our time in Bali. The swimming pool was crystal clear and beautiful, the towels were always fresh and wonderfully fragrant, and every moment we spent in this peaceful pink home was pure joy. Thank you for creating such a warm, beautiful, and unforgettable place. We can’t wait to return.

This was my favourite stay in Indonesia. Each villa is unique and decorated beautifully with statues and Indonesian ornaments. The staff were the friendliest during my entire 2 week stay in Bali. I would 100% come back.

L'emplacement . C'est un établissement situé à l'abri des bruits de la ville tout en étant à côté de tous les points d'intérêts. Nous sommes dans un écrin de verdure . La piscine est super! L'établissement prête des vélos. Chambre spacieuse , sans oublier les petites présents offerts quasiment tous les jours

Tout était chouette mais je mettrais un bémol pour le petit déjeuner, copieux mais pas assez varié à mon goût. ( mais c'est vraiment peu de chose)

I love staying here. Almost everything is pink, my favorite color. The pajamas are adorable, the amenities are so cute, the atmosphere is peaceful, and all of the staff are incredibly friendly. I will definitely come back again.

Kind and helpful staff who really tries to make your stay comfortable. The place is very quiet and they provide bikes to get around, which I used during my stay. I liked the shower and the room is spacious, although not particularly private if you keep the curtains open to let the light in. I was in room 2. The pool area and dining areas are both very nice! They provide fruit and have some snacks too to enjoy during the day. Erna seems to be available on what’s up at any time and recommended me a great place to have a massage.

For me, it felt more isolated than expected - not much within walking distance and not the easiest to find. Mosquitoes were also quite annoying. They provide with a repellent, but I didn’t want to rely on it all the time. I later moved to Ubud and stayed in a villa in the rice fields, where there were almost no mosquitos. The staff lit coils in the late afternoon, which I think helped too.

This place is perfect for couples it's really romantic and they definitely thought about the layout of the room and the sexy theme, we booked 13 nights and had a really romantic stay, I was worried it was going to end up an annoying Instagram stay were everywhere you turn people are taking selfies but it was not like that at all, it was so chilled, and the little extra touches like fruit and gifts left on the bed really were Amazing we loved the couples face mask, we loved the bikes, the pool was so cute and the bed in the room was the most comfortable bed we've slept in, so if your a guy looking to suprise your partner trust me this is the place it's adult only and quiet, it is a little out of the way but we liked that and the bikes took only 10mins to the beach, a taxi into sunur near all the restaurants is 1.50 on the grab app or pay cash and we have to mention a restaurant called medi'n I promise you won't go just once! We ended up there most days and sometimes twice because the quality of the food and the price is top notch, also to mention curry traders which is closely, really gorgeous restaurant.

Établissement original, tout est rose, du t-shirt du personnel aux tasses du petit déjeuner, logement très spacieux, résidence au calme, pas loin de la grande plage et piste cyclable. Merci pour le prêt des vélos et pour les petits cadeaux.

C’est le premier établissement de mon séjour où le personnel ne parlait pas anglais ? Mis à part un jeune homme et la responsable Donc ça n’a pas été facile de se faire comprendre par la personne qui nous a accueilli

I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful location. By coincidence, I arrived during Balinese New Year (Nyepi), when guests must remain in the hotel. What could have felt limiting turned into something truly special. As the only guest, I was treated like royalty. The staff provided three fresh meals a day, snacks, and thoughtful surprises in my room. Their kindness and attention were exceptional. I did feel a bit guilty knowing they were working on such an important day, but their warmth made this a unique and memorable experience. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend this place.

De enorm grote douche met waterval was erg fijn. Kamers zijn fijn en groot, tv met Netflix, het water wat je kan pakken. Vriendelijke mensen; de kleine attenties die je elke dag krijgt zijn echt heel leuk! Omdat het iets afgelegen is, kan je fietsen meenemen en fiets je zo naar het strand of drukkere gedeelte, top geregeld . Ontbijt wordt vers voor je gemaakt en is erg lekker.

Het enige wat ik miste was een kast om jurken even op te hangen, maar dat heb ik opgelost door de roze pyjama’s even weg te doen en dat haakje te gebruiken.

Prachtige schone accommodatie. Een oase van rust en je wordt in de watten gelegd. Hele mooie tuin. Super mooie en schone kamer. Heel gastvrij en kregen regelmatig een cadeautje op bed. Er was altijd koffie, thee, koekjes chocola en fruit. Super lief en vriendelijk personeel. Erna regelde alles voor ons zoals vervoer naar de vlieghaven als taxi voor een dagje uit.

Het resort ligt alleen wat verder overal vanaf. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen om naar het strand te gaan.Dit ging perfect.

Отель превзошел мои ожидания! Оно очень уютное, чистое, удобное по расположению, с красивым дизайном, дружелюбным персоналом. Хочу отметить удобную кровать, душ как водопад, уютную зону для завтрака, бесплатные велосипеды, на которых удобно добираться до моря и кататься по городу. Уютная зона бассейна. Я путешествовала одна и чувствовала себя там очень безопасно! А приятные сюрпризы каждый день поднимали настроение:) Отель расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы от начала променада, иногда я заказывала Godjek, иногда ехала туда на велосипеде и гуляла вдоль моря. От отеля удобно добраться до Icon Bali - крупного торгового центра, который стоит на берегу моря, удобно добраться до аэропорта. Но при этом сам отель расположен на тихой улочке, так что я смогла хорошое выспаться) Однозначно, рекомендую это место!

Мне понравилось все, но если уж писать о том, чтобы я улучшила: ваши классные розовые пижамы сделаны из достаточно плотного материала, и кажется, не натурального. Было бы здорово сделать более легких вариант из хлопка или льна.

The staff were so nice and accommodating. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I thought it may be a bit far from the main areas but was an easy walk, cycle (free from hotel) or gojek. As it was quite season they didn't really care when I checked in or out, also bought out treats randomly which was nice of them. I had a very relaxing stay and pool area was very nice

Beautiful place to stay. Luxurious and clean. Loved the waterfall shower. Pool was quiet and offered sun or shade. Barbarossa restaurant up the road was a great place to eat.

Because of its location if you’re not a keen walker you need to either ride a bicycle, hire a scooter or get a grab bike to reach the main strip of shops. All easy options.

A lovely room with lots of space. I was right next to the pool, great for night time swims. The staff were really helpful and I loved that they popped round with little treats even you are lazing by the pool

Some people might find the location more of a challenge, the centre is a reasonable walk... but there are bikes and taxis are easy. This could also be considered a bonus as it us a residential, rather than commercial neighbourhood.

I appreciate the quietness of the place, totally what I needed. The staff are very friendly and tried their best to accommodate my needs.

When I first entered into my room, the room smelled a bit moldy. I kept the aircon on for two days and burned incense and the smell was gone. Once the smell was gone it felt so much more pleasant. I wish there are more gluten free breakfast options. And I kept telling the staff that I don’t need a full portion breakfast but the message was not quite conveyed… that was slightly frustrating.

This is a chic little gem of a place in Sanur. It's tucked away from the busier main strip and for adults only, which makes it the perfect place to enjoy quiet relaxation. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Erna allowed us to check in much earlier than we were expecting, and had given us a bigger room, too. All the little touches like the pink slippers, his and hers pyjamas, hair scrunchies, bracelets, and even a pink umbrella to use when it was raining, went a long way to make our stay that much better and more memorable. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom inviting and clean. There's even a cozy sheltered nook outside each room where you can relax.

It's a little bit farther away from the beach than we'd originally thought, but we had no issues calling for gojek or grab cars.
