Lovely layout - very relaxing & private villa. Room was very comfortable & little extras were greatly appreciated eg fruit plate & welcome drink. Staff very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Ate at the restaurant for dinner which was also great food & quite reasonable.

Location was a little out of the way - could walk about a km to the beach or catch free shuttle which was good.

Ein nettes kleines Hotel mit schönen Pools. Netter Service, großes Zimmer, super Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Die Lage war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels nicht so gut aber dafür war es auch billiger. Man kann trotzdem zu Fuß zum Strand.

Toller Pool, idyllischer Garten. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig am Fluß/den Mangroven, mit dem Rad ist man aber in wenigen Minuten an der belebten Strandpromenade von Sanur. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Große, schöne Zimmer und Bäder.

Aber die Pool-Suite hatte leider keinen Poolblick, sondern ein Fenster in den Garten und eines gegen eine schmucklose, graue Wand. Der unschöne Ausblick wurde von einem Vorhang verdeckt, was das Zimmer dunkel machte. Warum man die Wand nicht einfach begrünt, ist mir ein Rätsel...

We loved our stay, the staff were so friendly and the bungalows were very spacious with a lovely private pool. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order with a good selection on the menu to choose from. We would definitely recommend and also stay there ourselves again.

Really cosy and stylish spacious rooms, the territory is quite big with two pool facilities, lounge zones and cute restaurant terrace. The breakfast was delicious and the menu had a lot of choices 🙂 The staff was really friendly

Nothing! The road towards the beach was quite narrow with lots of scooters, but there was a festival on the beach so I don’t think this is typical. There is a pedestrian walkway which helps.

The location was beautiful and well maintained, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were always warm and friendly. Service was excellent and would definitely recommend this place for any family visiting Sanur! The food was absolutely delicious…and presented beautifully!

Firstly the staff were amazing. Friendly and looked after every need. My room was a delight and very private. Super comfortable bed and l loved the outdoor bathroom . Beautiful gardens and delightful layout of the property throughout . Loved the cats .

l was not able to use the pools because there were no handrails or ladders. l am an elderly lady and need some support on entering and exiting pools for stability. This is often a problem for me and l generally choose hotels on that basis. A little far away from shopping and restaurants but the shuttle service was appreciated .

Breakfast was excellent and staff made extra effort.

Peaceful location just a short trip from Sanur, great facilities, and a real sense of life around the property compared to more isolated villas I've stayed at before. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the resident cats wandering the grounds were such a cute touch. Entrance and security were solid, making us feel safe throughout the stay. The shuttle to Sanur was a nice convenience, though I'd love to see the timing extended into the late evening.

The villa is close to the beach, though access isn't very convenient and there are no amenities like sunbeds nearby. A few things could use improvement: thin pillows, dim pool lighting at night, hard-to-find light switches, and limited power outlets near the bed. Bathtub privacy was also a concern since the open-air space sits right next to a walking path, and the water pressure was weak with a valve that seemed due for maintenance. Lastly, "Do Not Disturb" signs would be a helpful addition, since we had to inform the front desk each time otherwise.

Lovely people, comfortable bed including nice sheets, clean private pool, bathtub was big enough for two tall adults to share. Villa was peaceful, grounds of entire property well kept. On-site restaurant had lots of options. Walking distance to beach pathway and restaurants and cafes.

Only a small issue - fridge in room wasn't working properly and our drinks went warm.

Situé sur la route entre l'aéroport et le port pour nusa Penida, joli hotel confortable avec piscine. Belle Salle de bain. Situé à 200 mt de la route principale, nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit ( mais reveil matinal avec la mosquée !) Personnel serviable et gentil Restauration plutot bonne.

Quelques petits détails comme l’électricité de la chambre extrêmement compliqué, la pompe de la piscine qui fait beaucoup de bruit ou la clim un peu feignante. Rien de méchant, mais des petits détails facile à régler qui nous aurait facilité la vie.

Jay and his staff were all very friendly and so helpful. We stayed in the one bedroom grand pool villa and really loved it. Gardens were beautiful too.

A little far from town, which we knew. However we were happy enough to walk and enjoy. There is a free shuttle bus though and bicycles available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Visakha, a perfect place to unwind. The grounds were beautifully maintained and Jay and his staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit!

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. We had breakfasts and a dinner. The pools and gardens are wonderfully maintained.

The lighting in the bathroom mirror could be better. The showers don't drain the water away as quickly as the shower delivers water. But these were very minor issues.

We stayed at Visakha Sanur for 3 nights and wow, it was an amazing experience! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the staff. It was my partner's 30th birthday and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is great if you want to avoid crowded streets but still be near Sanur center. The restaurant's service and food could use some finesse, but the amazing environment and staff more than make up for it! ✨

Loved the antique furniture, the outdoor living spaces, peaceful. Lovely staff.

Needs a little repair. Garden door could do with a paint. Bathroom new mirror and cupboard doors repainted and re-set.

Beautiful private villas, clean and spacious with air conditioner. Spa treatments were good and easy to book. The communal pool and restaurant area is nice and relaxing. Mostly the reception staff team were excellent so friendly and helpful.

The location. Just 5 min walk to 7klm if beach path with warungs,cafes massages aplenty. No busy roads to contend with. The villa was perfect, everything you need for a romantic getaway. The gardens were beautiful.

The pool pump is noisy & runs too long for such a small pool. The room was poorly lit with most of the abundant lights not working, On my last day they worked,so I think someone fixed them. Out of the villa's control,but extremely annoying, were the kites flying nearby from mid afternoon to after dark. The noise is like a helicopter hovering above you.

No comfortable seating. The daybed outside was hard and there are no mattresses on the sun lounges. The pool was cloudy and uninviting. Food and drinks are overpriced, double the price of local restaurants. No filtered water, only 2 small bottles There was an infestation of flys I ordered pancakes for breakfast which on the menu said a stack of 4 however there were only 2. When I mentioned it to reception they shrugged it off saying they must have been thicker than normal. Not good value for money considering other villas we stayed at for the same price. You will need a scooter as there are no shops nearby.

This was my first time in Bali and I am so pleased we were able to experience the hospitality of this hotel. Jay the Manager and any of the staff we came into contact with were super helpful. As we were travelling for 24 hours we decided to start our holiday with a Balinese massage and this I was able to arrange prior to our visit so that it was in place for our first morning. As we arrived late the hotel also suggested breakfast in our villa as room service which was a beautiful start to our first 5 days in Bali. If you are are wanting to see Sanur I would suggest getting grabs. They are so cheap it is worth it. Also if you are active the front at Sanur is lovely to walk run or cycle. Extra tip the ripcurl team on Sanur beach have Thai chi. Palates on every morning for a small charge . 💔 Icon mall area is worth a visit.

Wir haben uns hier, in dieser Oase der Ruhe sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere, schöne Zimmer mit viel Privatsphäre und eigen Gartenbereich. Super Pool, schöner Garten und so nette Leute. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit bei euch.

Sehr schöne geschmackvolle und gepflegte Anlage. Leider setzt sich dies in den Villen so nicht weiter fort. Die Häuser und die Bäder haben eine Renovierung dringend nötig. Auch die Sauberkeit war zu Beginn zu bemängeln. Nach eine Beschwerde wurden die Räume dann nochmal gereinigt. Wir hatten eine große Villa mit großem privaten Garten und Pool. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Pool und Garten gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Im Restaurant kann man zusätzlich noch lecker essen und trinken. Die Lage ist gut, mit wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand oder auch im Zentrum (30 Minuten zu Fuß).

Der eigentliche tolle Eindruck wird durch den Renovierungsstau doch gemindert.

This is a nice hotel, the staff are great and make for a welcome and comfortable stay. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast okay and tasty. Room service really nice touch. Only downside was the water pressure, but not enough to put me off saying this is a pleasant place. You will have to taxi everywhere but grab is so cheap and safe. I would recommend this for a short stay and a chill. Jay the manager so happy and helpful. The reception staff so friendly and I recommend the full body massage.

Such a gem in the far south of Sanur. Exactly what is needed to recharge after a busy tour of Bali and all its offerings. Perfect little private pool. Comfortable beds and spacious villa.

I really can’t think of one thing that I had a problem with.

Private villas were incredible, what a treat, food was fantastic and the spa was incredibly relaxing as a last little treat before our flight out of bali. Would recommend.

Nice and quiet away from a hustle bustle definitely recommend

Old school Bali charm from start to finish. The villas are set back a little from the beaches and main action of sanur and what you get is peaceful tranquil bliss. Don’t be put off by the location. The boutique resort runs shuttles every 2 hours into the main part of Sanur and grabs are super cheap and easy to get. The resort is small, boutique and relaxed. Set in tropical gardens it’s old style Bali, rustic and relaxing. There is a main pool or fab villas with private pools too. We stayed in the duplex with a pool. Totally private, and lovely to lounge by the pool. Breaky is included, not a buffet but cooked to order which is a nice way to start the day. So full we don’t need lunch!! Sanur itself is a great place. Plenty to see, do and eat! We loved it and would stay here again and again. The staff are fabulous and very helpful. On site includes resort pool, spa, restaurant, service desk, shuttle into town.

Had a great stay here the property is very well maintained and kept very tidy. We had a nice room with a pool very close by which was great for relax in the afternoon and generally spending time reading etc. They offer push bikes to rent which is really good to get around sanur as it’s only 3km to icon mall etc and saved paying taxi . The breakfast was good too !

We had a really nice evening meal delivered to our room which we enjoyed with great flavours. I feel the portion size could greatly improve this experience but this is probably a western world opinion. I would definitely stay here again .

The space and the garden

Very friendly and helpful staff. Initially, they messed up with the villa we booked (offered us a wrong one), but quickly they fixed it by upgrading our villa to the largest they have - very pleased.

Some breakfast choices were fairly ordinary.

Great location, short walk to beach along mangroves and river was lovely and a cultural immersion as locals use this southern end of Mertasari beach. Pool, Villa and gardens were beautiful and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helped with all requests.

We were a bit disappointed with the size of our private pool, the photos that were advertised of the private pools appeared much bigger than the one we had. We couldn’t get hot water in the shower and the shower pressure was terrible. We didn’t worry about asking because it was hot enough to have a cool shower. Minimal power points in our villa. We used the bathroom power point to charge our electronics. The garden in our villa (around the pool and the outdoor bath) were not maintained very well & could have done with some garden work. With a few minor garden changes it could look so much more tropical and much neater and tidier. The air conditioning leaked condensation onto the tiles inside, right at our front door which is a little bit dangerous regarding slipping and the paths around the gardens were a little uneven if you are unsteady on your feet. The gardens in the main resort were beautiful.

I loved their facilities and the friendly staff. The room service was the cherry on top. The place was very peaceful. It looked exactly like in the pictures. They also have free shuttle to the nearest complex, which is also close to the beach. I really appreciated that. You also get two bottles of water a day so it was very thoughtful

The bathroom door wouldn’t fully open, so it would make a screeching sound when you open. I highlighted it to one of the staff, not sure if they forgot to have a look at it. I only stayed 2 nights so hopefully they’ll check it out for the next guests. Also, the floor tiles didn’t look well cleaned, especially in the bathroom. Was not sure if they needed proper cleaning or what was happening

The Villa was very private & quiet, just like what we were hoping for. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food we ate at the pool side resturant provided a very tranquil setting and the food was good.

When we arrived at the hotel... They said welcome to our family hotel you are our family..., they escorted us to our room... And every was so lovely at the time.... Beautiful pool ... Clean rooms ... We where very happy... As the time progressed ( we where there for 7 nights) there attention to detail seem to diminish.... The rooms where not as clean .. towels weren't replaced... Water bottles got less and less.... But that was ok .. we where on holidays and .... We so loved the restaurant staff.... Upon leaving we went to pay our bill in cash they charged us an extra $60 for the mini bar... Which seemed a big excessive for we might have taken out for soft drinks during that period.... We paid the total bill in cash..... And headed off to the beehouse in Ubud which was 5 stars.... 2 days later in Ubud my friend realised that her credit card was charged $360 by visakha hotel Sanur....... We rang the hotel to inquired about this charge and they said it was an additional mini bar charge.,.. I was outraged... I wanted to jump in a taxi and confront them.... But my friend said let it go we are on holidays and let it spoil our trip.... seriously I considered this a criminal offence... By the hotel.... The mini bar had hardly anything and we hardly used anything.... I will never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel..... And that is why I give them a 0 rating..... If you are reading this be very very mindful of how these rogues will be charging your final bill and watch your credit card... . Have a great holiday in Bali...... Cheers

Gorgeous villa, bed was very comfy with large fluffy pillows. Own private pool with sun loungers and umbrella. Huge bath and shower. Resturant food was devine and a huge choice

Location was a bit too far away but there was a shuttle to drop you in sanur and Grab was very reasonable priced.

Old property, villa pools don’t get the sun so are freezing cold. Always had to chase down staff for drinks and other items. No bacon for breakfast. Noisy kites all day above you.

I had such a special week here, the staff were warm and lovely, even one of my drivers commented that there seemed like a nice family vibe. The staff set up a lovely surprise for me on my birthday, were always very caring, and the shuttle bus too is a great service. I had a pool villa, and it was such great value for money - I lived having somewhere private to relax.

Lovely place to stay. Felt more like a high-standard B&B with lovely facilities such as pool. Restaurant was really good serving delicious and clean breakfast in a beautiful setting. Room was clean overall but have to be aware some rooms have fully open bathrooms which involves hot and humid experience when going to the toilet. It also means some impromptu visitors might appear once in a while like geckos, worms, and even cockroaches surprisingly one night that scared our son...so just need to be aware of this as long as you are happy to connect with nature. They also provide mosquito repellent spray and beds nets (even for cribs) which is good. Beach can be reached within 10-15 mins walk, and centre of Sanur is easily accessible through shuttle or just a Grab, 5 mins drive.

Had to request to change room to a more enclosed bathroom one after our son got scared from a cockroach that made us a surprise visit in the middle of the night... the first room where we stayed also wasnt fully enclosed with some open latches in the doors so that doesnt fully prevent insects and other visitors to come in even if doors are closed. But second room was much better...although not sure if it was a higher category then...

My stay at Visakha Sanur By Puri Signatures was excellent from beginning to end. The villas are beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean, with a very tranquil atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind. The staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay — always warm, attentive, and professional. The property is quiet, well maintained, and feels like a peaceful escape while still being conveniently located in Sanur. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, the comfort of the rooms, and the calm garden and pool surroundings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing Bali experience with excellent hospitality. Would definitely stay again.

Poor cleaning, rat in our twice, the last time was on my husbands head while he was sleeping. Told staff, said they’d look into it! After the rat we were glad to leave. Also if the cleaners were as meticulous as the gardener this stay would have been 9/10. Often we had to ask for towels, hand towels. Kettle needs replacing. Some of the power points looked old and need replacing. Also these black dots from either the roof or insects constantly dropped on the floor or bed pillows. No storage as such, tiny hanging space. Food was over priced for the quality, first night dining exceptional, next night disappointing. Also no afternoon shade outside by the pool till after 4pm. Sliding door to pool was difficult to lock.

Klimatyzacja w domku działa bardzo słabo, chodzi cały dzień i noc i nie jest w stanie schłodzić domku, w pokoju jest gorąco cały czas. W każdym innym miejscu, w którym się zatrzymywaliśmy, pokoje były bardziej szczelne niż ten i klimatyzacja działała lepiej, a były to też pokoje za niższą cenę.
