Breakfast was good. The room for 3 people was ok. The beach was superb, clean and beautiful! The service was very good and the staff was very nice and kind to us.

I would love if the breakfast includes more options of protein. There’s only cold boiled eggs, no omelet nor scrambled eggs or sausages. The donuts are good. The pancakes machine wasn’t working properly.

Great location and easy 2 min drive to Vanderbilt beach. Very spacious rooms and friendly welcoming staff. 100% Value for money.

First of all the staff is very friendly and helpful. From Deborah and Tony and all others at Reception Desk and also Kraner and Chris who drives the shuttle to the beach and provides chairs and umbrellas The hotel is very cozy and strategically located. It offers breakfast and also donuts and coffee and tea during the day. And we enjoyed the sunsets from our room. It is an authentic gem. Thanks Deborah!!

Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer (Zimmer 305) mit zwei Queen-Betten. Als wir (zwei Freunde) jeweils ins Bett gingen, kam die Überraschung: Mein Kollege lag in einem grossen, noch feuchten Urinfleck. Der Fleck war gelb, roch stark nach Urin und war noch immer feucht. Wir reklamierten umgehend bei den zwei freundlichen Damen und der Rezeption. Uns wurde sofort eine Lösung (neues Zimmer im 6. Stock: 602) angeboten und versichert, der Fall würde gemeldet und wir am nächsten Tag bei der Abreise vom Management kontaktiert werden. Beim Check-Out schien niemand darüber Bescheid zu wissen, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption holte jedoch sofort den General Manager dazu: Dieser entschuldigte sich erneut für die Umstände und versicherte uns, wir würden nichts für die Nacht bezahlen müssen („I will take care of your stay!“). Dennoch wurde meine Kreditkarte um USD 211.88 belastet und trotz schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel und telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme mit Booking der Betrag nicht zurückerstattet.

Jacob was great! He was so nice and courteous taking me to and from wherever I needed to go.

I almost didn’t book this hotel because the reviews seemed too good to be true. I kept thinking, “There’s no way it’s really that nice.” Well… every single review was right. This is such a beautiful boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was amazing. Parking is included, which was a huge plus, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. We stayed on the 6th floor with a lake-view balcony, and it was the perfect place to relax. The entire hotel is spotless and even smells amazing. The continental breakfast is simple (bagels, pastries, etc.), but it’s free and a nice bonus. Another thing we loved was the complimentary beach shuttle. The beach is only about 5 minutes away, but not having to drive or look for parking was so convenient. They also provide an umbrella and chairs, which made it even better. The location couldn’t be better. There’s a Publix just steps away, and within a couple of minutes there are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The only small downside is that the pool is on the smaller side, so if your main goal is spending the day lounging by the pool, this may not be the best option. But honestly, everything else more than made up for it. For the price, I don’t think you can beat it in this area. The hotel feels much more upscale than what you pay for. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% be back. Highly recommend!

The stay here was pretty amazing. The pool and hot tub were impeccably clean. They had bikes for use and a shuttle that can take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. So the beach and a ton of great restaurants were in the area and accessible without a car. Christian, the shuttle driver, was super helpful in picking out places to go. A free continental breakfast with an amazing assortment of huge doughnuts was in the lobby every morning. The rooms were clean and spacious and the a/c kept up with demand. The view from our room on the top floor was great. A really nice friend getaway.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn at Pelican Bay over 4th of July weekend. It was nearly perfect! The hotel and our suite (Room 300) were beautiful! The bed was comfortable, the shower and amenities were great. We had a nice view of the lake and could see multiple fireworks displays from our balcony. I must add that the towels were the SOFTEST towels I’ve ever felt in a hotel. The Continental breakfast was excellent and although the hotel was busy the staff kept everything well stocked! We met Deborah at the front desk and we spoke to her several times over the weekend. She may have been a recent hire but her hospitality skills were evident. Before booking the hotel I was slightly concerned with some of the reviews I read. In my opinion, ignore the negativity! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

They changed the breakfast and it is very sweet and I don’t like sweet for breakfast they removed the omelette station so it is not the same and they charge a daily resort fee that went up by a lot that included the wonderful breakfast but not the same disappointing

The breakfast is only includes sweets and some fruits. They should add proteins to it. I received an message right after I make the reservation saying that hot breakfast including omelet station and not to have it it was a disappointment .

Beautiful, elegant hotel a great view of a pond and with shuttle access to the beach with umbrellas and chairs included. Jacob took us again and again to the beach on the shuttle. The rooms are elegant and nicely finished. The bar is great. The pool area is amazing. The breakfast was awesome too. Thanks, Jacob!

The hotel was very well appointed and CLEAN, We were greeted enthusiastically and advised if we would need anything during our stay just to give the front desk a call. I probably had one of the best nights sleep - the bed dressed perfectly and comfortable, We are coming back in August.

I really can't think of one negative, A perfect place for our get-a-way.

This was my first time at this property. The location is ideal. The room were large and comfortable, with an "old Florida vibe" to it. They have complimentary bikes and van shuttle service. The breakfast was always sufficient but underwhelming. Had a roadside motel feel to it. I was happy to finally stay here. I do recommend it.

Just ended a girls trip with my 3 daughters. This hotel was so beautiful. The decor was fantastic and unique, the lobby is gorgeous and we were very impressed and comfortable with our rooms and views of the pool and lake from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious and such a nice selection especially for being included in the price of the stay. The musical entertainment during breakfast was beautiful. The pool area and grounds are very well maintained and clean. The staff is all very friendly and go the extra mile. Krenar was our FAVORITE and went above and beyond for our entire party on this trip. We loved our chats to and from the beach everyday and also seeing him around the lobby with that big smile. He’s the best employee you have on that property. Give him a raise! We will be back for sure. OH-IO

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is just beautiful, very welcoming feeling, classy and elegant. The room was just very nicely appointed, with everything one may need during a stay. Plenty of towels, bathrobes, wine and champagne glasses, ceramic coffee mugs, and a very comfortable bed. Very impressive.

Really nothing. Except for breakfast, I was surprised they didn’t have any scrambled eggs or something hot like that. Perhaps I should have asked but other than that, not one thing to say that I didn’t like.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a small lake view, pool and hot tub. The breakfast was excellent with live music and the option of indoor or covered patio dining. The hotel presents an elegant option to everyday hotels.

Was locked out of my room with the day left So I go downstairs and get my key reprogrammed front desk double check and state that I had one more day but yet no apology for the inconvenience 😔 but it was like normal thing

My husband and I were delighted with this hotel. The location is very convenient, the staff was very friendly, and the facilities are in excellent condition. Everything was super clean, and we absolutely loved our room with the pool and lake view. The breakfast with a guitarist was a very special touch. If we return to Naples, we will definitely stay at the same hotel again.

This was our second stay at the Inn at Pelican Bay, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. We visited last year and loved it, so it was great to come back and have the same positive experience again. The hotel has a very clean, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere, and all the guests seem to contribute to that relaxed environment. One thing that really stood out was that many of the staff members were the same as last year—it’s a great sign of consistency, and it was nice to recognize familiar faces. The breakfast is continental with made-to-order omelets, which were excellent and a great way to start the day. Our room was spacious, just like last time, with a fantastic shower and very comfortable beds and pillows—we slept really well throughout our stay. There was also plenty of space to store everything, with drawers, hangers, and a safe, which made it easy to settle in. The balcony overlooking the lake and pool was a lovely bonus. Another great perk is the complimentary shuttle to the beach. The hotel provides towels, chairs, and a parasol, and they run pickups on the hour until 5 p.m. which makes the whole experience really easy and convenient. We stayed for four days and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.

We have visited the Inn the past three years and the experience keeps getting better. In short the helpful staff do everything they can to make your stay perfect. We can’t wait to return next year.

The location was very accessible to the beach, shops and places to walk/bike ride. The shuttle bus made it easy to get to the beach and the drivers, especially Michael, were always accommodating. The beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus and it was nice to come back to the pool after the beach. There were plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the pool. The mattress and bed linens were comfortable. The bar was small, but cozy. Jeff the bartender was awesome and we enjoyed speaking with the other guests. There was a nostalgic feel to the hotel. Lots of older guests who return each year, many for weeks at a time. It was very interesting.

There was a strong mildew smell in our room, especially near the air conditioner. By the end of our stay, I developed a severe sinus infection. The upholstery on the couch and side chair was so stained, that we never sat on them. We read that some of the rooms have been renovated. Ours was not one of them. The breakfast was basic, not much better than most chain hotels. The silverware was cheap and didn't look clean. The hotel was not what we had expected for a 4-star inn.

We were concerned when the fire alarm went off very early one morning. It seemed no one from the hotel was there to direct people. For example some people took the elevator, which should not be allowed. Who was checking out if all guests were able to get out of their rooms. No directions in the lobby either. People just walked outside while others had coffee. Once fire truck came with no sirens we figured it wasn’t an emergency. Other than that incident every thing was wonderful.

Nicely groomed and beautifully decorated Property. Exceptional breakfast in the morning and lovely guests who were welcoming to a solo traveler.

The hotel is absolutely amazing in all aspects. Friendly staff, super clean, great amenities, wonderful breakfast buffet, fun bar run the evening, great outdoor pool and space, the entire experience is 10/10. We will be back! We had a first floor room with a walk out patio that then opened to the pool area. Very private while convenient.

There is nothing this property needs to do other than continue offering the experience they already do.

This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel but is not being maintained as it should be. Our room was outdated and shabby compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in this price range. The air-conditioner in our room was very loud and needs to be replaced/updated.
