This was the most incredible experience and we had the absolute best vacation. My sister, her baby and I went for a getaway and we had the warmest most splendid vibes! Big shout out to cat and Colton who made this vacation feel like we were with family. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will go again!

This is an amazing hidden gem. The level of service was amazing as was the food. From Aiden at the front desk who handled every request as if we were VIPs to the Koulton with valet staff who knew the hotel like an owner the experience was top notch.

We stayed here for 2 nights and really didn’t want to leave This is our 14 time staying here the kids were 2-4 when we first came and now 16/18. We did come and stay at the hotel when you had the storm damage to support it, but it’s so lovely to see it back to its best. We had the 15 th floor kids on the 9th and also had friends staying here for the first time with us who absolutely loved it. You will never get a better view when you arrive in your room and look out into the ocean The beach is amazing still my favourite beach in the world Just loved every part it’s a very special hotel for us and next year we will do at least 7 nights here Keep up the good work nice to see it back to its best

The food was delicious. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. A wonderful experience and beautiful beach and view. Our family had a wonderful time.

One of the best locations in Naples being right on the beach. Good size room with a little terrace overlooking the beach.

Parking - there is a parking garage across the street, so it would be very easy to self park (at a price of $44 per day!!) but they force you to valet. Means that you may have to wait a while and of course expected to tip every time. Room amenities - for $500+ per night it would have been nice to at least have complimentary water in the room. Restaurant - we had a dinner reservation on the terrace explaining that we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary; not only was the table not ready when we got there but they also tried to squeeze us in at the end of the terrace; manager Greg handled it well but it was very disappointing nonetheless

Memories made! LaPlaya on the beach. Beautiful sunsets, peaceful morning walks on the beach.Loved the pools, hot tub, Tiki Bar, fire pits, beach loungers and umbrellas. Our room was spacious, clean and well attended. Chris Pasalodos met us without hesitation to fix a minor issue in our room and Claude (the bellman) was so friendly and helpful. Staff was great. Valet attendants prompt. Close drive to restaurants, shopping. LaPlaya has a restaurant and bar in house and a shopping boutique in the lobby. Thank you LaPlaya, our family of 11 had an amazing time.

Nice place, but we were massively put off by the nickel and diming. Upon signing out, we were handed a bill for approximately $300 for a "Resort Fee" These fees happen to be illegal in Florida, unless the customer was informed up front. We paid for the hotel in full before arriving. The desk clerk told us the fees cover towels (she couldn't think of anything else) I'm going to dispute the charges, and I will definitely not go back.

We had an excellent stay at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort in Naples. The location is hard to beat—the hotel is right on a beautiful stretch of beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the Gulf without ever needing to leave the property. The amenities were outstanding. We loved relaxing by the pool, the beach service was excellent, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, helping make our stay feel truly relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a beachfront resort with great amenities and a wonderful atmosphere, La Playa is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again.

Place is good for a family stay. dont expect best quality food or timeliness of orders - but it is good enough and worth visting if time and with family.

Highly recommend based upon the location, atmosphere,& cleanliness. The valet service was extraordinary & and set a high standard for the entire resort service. These men were professional courteous and hardworking in extreme Florida heat & humidity.

Amenities were nice but they said we drank two of the waters that the hotel had set out. We brought our own waters. We were there on business and did not want any charges going on the business account accept for the room and parking. This is very disappointing.

Great beach. Good size room - very comfortable. The service needs improvement, the team seemed bothered to be asked for things. The food was not impressive, but not terrible. FYI the hotel is not on a golf course, it seemed so to me from their website so that was a point of confusion. I don’t consider this a resort, more of a hotel. Overall it is not a bad stay, and the manager was very nice and responsive (we had a small issue), so perhaps it was just an off season thing.

We learned about the Resort from Costco. We were offered and did an upgrade and it was so worth it. The team, everyone at the Hotel greeted us and treated us so kindly and made sure we felt valued. We celebrated our 34 yr wedding anniversary. What a beautiful experience. Beach was second to none. The sunsets were more than breathtaking. We will go back for sure.

Customer service from all areas was exceptional! Location and rooms were great! Golf course was being prepped, however open and we still enjoyed playing. The spa service was wonderful!

This resort was INCREDIBLE! Great for both an adult getaway or a family vacation. Wenderson at the front desk was so welcoming and answered all my questions. My friends and I got a Cabana at the pool and had Brooklyn, Jesse and Barron serve us. They were all super attentive and checked on us so often that our drinks were never empty. They also had someone making cotton candy by the pool which was a nice surprise! Our bartenders Vinny and Omar Definitely dont skimp out when making drinks. You will definitely get your moneys worth at this resort! Highly recommend!

We came for the day to celebrate a birthday and it was one of the best pool/ beach days we’ve had. We reserved a cabana by the pool and it was fully stocked when we arrived with drinks, towels, sunscreen, and more goodies! The staff were all wonderful as well. From getting checked in at the front desk by Wenderson, who was welcoming and informative, to our pool staff, Jesse and Barron, who made sure everything was set up and would stop by with extras like frozen grapes and cold towels, our server Brooklyn who kept the drinks and food coming and was an absolute pleasure to be around, and the bartenders Vinny and Omar who made the best mango daiquiris and piña coladas. It was a whole team effort that really made the day special. We already have plans to come back later this year! Thank you for a wonderful day!

We travel from the UK to visit La Playa every year. The views (especially from the Gulf Tower) are amazing, but what makes us come back year on year is the service, in particular from the pool and beach/tiki bar staff. Rob and his team always remember us and greet us with genuine warmth. They are super helpful and always provide a personal service, for example Vinny remembering our drinks order and that my husband doesn't have fruit in it! These things go a long way. This level of service from our experience also extends to the indoor bar. We love this place and would highly recommend La Playa, to us it is the most beautiful place in Naples.

Location location location, the place to be, you can’t get any more perfect if you want to be on a beach, and looking for views whether of the bay or gulf. Convenient to 5th Ave and fabulous shopping and restaurants. Rooms are beautiful, larger than a typical guest room that I have been in at other hotels. Very clean and the service whether valet, front desk, or the restaurant you will feel special and pampered.

Everything was absolutely amazing! We'll be back for sure as soon as we can. La Playa Team should be highlighted for attention to details and kindness. Experience was 10/10!

Gave us a free upgrade and let us check in about an hour early when first arriving. The room was not the cleanest, with stains on the curtain, chairs, and pillows.

We were very dissatisfied with this stay at LaPlaya. We booked a room with a lanai and fire pit that we were not able to use, which was the sole purpose of booking that room. None of the furniture matched and it was put together like a two star hotel, I took a few pictures when we were checking out, I should have taken more. The restaurant and bar closed down early and we couldn’t order any food or room service past 9 PM. The tiki bar outside closed mid day everyday. The staff were all very friendly but that is really the only good thing I have to report from this stay. I have stayed at La Playa before in the past and it was a great experience, this was far from that. I would not recommend staying at this hotel during this time of year.

The trip was wonderful from beginning to end! Fabulous staff!!!! From valet, room service, maid staff, Tiki Bar staff, beach staff… Everyone seemed to anticipate what we needed…with a smile and friendly conversation!

The room wasn't clean. The curtains had a black stain. We purchased an unobstructed king beachfront with a balcony, room 302. You have to sit in a high tub chair to see the ocean. Besides the smell of food in the halls, every time you walk outside, it's horrible.

My reservation was done for my wife and my name was on it, however when I try to check in I was informed by the person in the front desk that was a reservation on the the name Mejia but no my first name doesn’t coincide. I have to wait for my wife to show up the document , in order to proceed with the check in. In the second day of our visit, the rooms was not done by house keeping when we ask for the service at the front deck, they informed us that: house keeping service are provided every other day unless you ask for it???

This could be the best hotel in Naples, and frankly has all the makings of greatness. The beach is unmatched, superior to the Ritz-Carlton to the south and more private. The size is perfect and the beach service and food throughout the hotel are spectacular. But there are some key flaws, particularly given the price point. First, while the housekeeping staff was courteous, we were told that rooms are cleaned only every other day except upon request. There is no turndown service. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Second, the service at the main restaurant was extremely delayed. While it was a busy holiday weekend, at the very least there should be an acknowledgment by the hotel. Other than these two points, it is a great place for families as well as couples. Service and food at the beach are, even when crowded, stellar.

My husband and I spent a weekend at LaPlaya in Naples and honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else from now on in Naples. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special. The hotel knew we were celebrating an occasion and surprised us with champagne and macarons waiting in our room. Such a thoughtful touch, and both were incredible. Our room was spacious with a stunning view that made it so hard to leave. We live in Boston and this was such a delight We stayed for two nights and every part of the stay felt relaxing, warm, and effortless. The restaurant, Baleen, was outstanding. The food, the service, all of it. My husband loved the short rib dish so much he seriously considered ordering it again the next day. I actually DID order the avocado toast twice because it was that good. The food across was just consistently excellent. The beach experience was another highlight. Chairs and umbrellas were set up for us, and having food and drinks delivered beachside made the whole day feel luxurious without being overly pretentious. Even the valet team stood out. Every gentleman we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming. And a special shoutout to the bartender who made one of the best lemon drop martinis I’ve ever had, which says a lot because it’s my favorite drink. All in all, LaPlaya delivered the kind of stay that reminds you what hospitality is supposed to feel like. We’ll absolutely be back. A very special thank you as well to General Manager Gregg Harper and the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. It’s clear there’s real care and attention behind every detail of the guest experience.

I cannot write highly enough about the dinner we had here… my fiance and I eat out a lot and love trying new places around the country, and this place was one of our favorites of all time. The food was absolutely incredible: oysters, filet, carrot cake, squid ink pasta, shallots… and more. Also, I am a glutton for amazing service and this place takes the cake. Adriano was the perfect mix of giving us space and being fun and attentive. He celebrated our engagement with us and made us feel very welcomed. We deeply appreciate his service this evening - request to be seated in his area!!!

This was an incredible dinner. They sat us on the beach overlooking the sunset, and we had one of the best dinners we’ve ever had. We truly enjoyed every bit… the food, the view, the drinks, and the service. Adriano was the best server we had all weekend, and we stayed at the Ritz, ha! (They were great too - he was just extra awesome).

My husband and I loved our time at LaPlaya. We did couples massage (de-stress) with Raul and Esther. They were professional and had gentle yet firm strokes. Our favorite parts fore hot stones on the soles of the feet. We will be coming back to the spa for facials.

If you want a place that pretends to be a 5 star hotel than this place is for you. After hosting my wedding here last year and not having the best experience I was willing to try to celebrate my anniversary here. Service was awful and little to no acknowledgement of my anniversary was mentioned. Stained silverware on the table was noticeable when we first sat down even after there was a thirty minute delay to be seated. My wife was afraid there would be no acknowledgement of our anniversary where she mentioned to the waiter that it was our anniversary and that we were married at this location last year where the waiter responded with " I know , I was going to bring you something for dessert". Great I suppose, no follow up or anything. Forgetting to mark for entrees while the food sat on the table is not great and when the busser went to clear our entrees he didn't even ask if I wanted to take any of the left overs with us. When this was addressed with the busser he said oh awesome while he took our dirty plates to another table while he went to speak to other guests. No check in from management, nothing. After spending tens of thousands of dollars here you would expect some acknowledgement, anything. A five star hotel is supposed to be about personalization and after repeated opportunities to provide such services I would advise anyone that could would be go to the Ritz Carlton up the street We wanted to make this a yearly tradition but this property felt short of making us feel like valued guests . And p.s., if you wanted to make this right you could since you have all our contact information from last year but your more interested in giving empty platitudes and a trite response

I cannot say enough good things about Teresa. I let her know that my neck had been bothering me and she was able to work out my discomfort and I feel leaving so refreshed. She was professional, and I felt every touch was intentional and soothing.

Fabio, Igor and Vincennes are so kind and welcoming at the beautiful La Olay hotel! What a special weekend before my husband was a guest speaker at an HR conference that began on Monday at the hotel. Autumn at the front desk made us feel so welcome upon our 2am arrival in due to delayed flight. Nick had a beautiful platter of charcuterie and a lovely bottle of wine in our gorgeous beachfront 12th floor suite room! What an absolute treat and surprise when we arrived at 2am!! Gary helped us find the fitness room when we looked lost the next morning. Tay at the front desk also helped us with a late checkout on our departure day so we could maximize all the wonderful amenities on the property before our 3 pm flight.. What a beautiful hotel! A paradise Beachfront treasure!

Nice location, but everything is way overpriced for what you get. The hotel restaurant needs to improve its attention to detail. We were very clear about a dairy allergy and the waitstaff delivered a meal with dairy to my wife, who later had an allergic reaction. A major problem.

We got married here two years ago, and every time we return, we're reminded that choosing LaPlaya was one of the best decisions we've ever made. What truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff doesn't just provide great service--they create lasting relationships. Nikolaus at the front desk remembers us every time we visit, including details about our lives and story. He goes out of his way to make us feel welcomed and valued, like we're coming home rather than checking into a hotel. And Larissa, who supported our wedding, is simply a beautiful human being--kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making every moment special. Her warmth and care played such a big role in making our wedding day feel effortless and magical. We're in Naples often, and LaPlaya is always a highlight of our trips. This was our second time staying at LaPlaya and fourth time staying in Naples during the same time of the year. This was the first time not only in Naples but in all of our beach vacations when a resort would not allow beach umbrellas due to minor ocean breeze, I can't even call it wind. While other places along the beach had their umbrellas up on a sunny day like April 8th, LaPlaya chose not to have them when there was no strong wind, and it only started raining after 5 pm that day. After multiple complaints from other guests of no umbrellas for two days, they finally placed umbrellas on April 10th, but only for half of their beach area saying that the wind was there on the left side of the beach but not on the right side of the beach, can't even type this nonsense without laughing (attached is a photo of how ridiculous this was). I get the idea of safety and all, and that would be fine if there was actual wind. If they feel the umbrellas are not secure enough to withstand the regular ocean breeze, then they must come up with a better system of installing umbrellas into the sand. But I can't come for a week on the beach and not have a shade, that's not a vacation, sorry. In the room, one glass was dirty, another glass was missing. Cleaning lady did not come all day until we inquired and were told she was busy and will come later in the afternoon, which was too late for us as we would be back from the beach by then, so we went without cleaning that day. The breakfast food is good but, on some days, service is really slow, it took 40 minutes to order and get our food one day, for instance. Given that this is the only hotel in the area right on the beach, they will always have guests staying there, which is why we stayed here a second time, but we will have to seriously consider other options if this resort cannot figure out their umbrella situation. The staff is very friendly and nice and the view is great.

From the point I walked in to Spa Terre the service was friendly and top notch. 80 minute deep tissue with Teresa was the best I have ever had! I told her the spots that needed work and when I left my pain points were all loosened up! I would highly recommend Spa Terre.

I would like to recognize the following people without whom our events would not have been nearly the success that they were. Julie Hart & Marcy Diaz: • Flexibility & Promptness – we had several changes to our program, early on & not-so-early on. While I was panicking, Julie handled everything professionally and promptly. I think she might have a magic wand. . . . • Warm & sincere greetings & meetings – Interactions with Julie & Marcy were top notch professional, yet warmly personal. They were so attentive and through. • Personally invested in every aspect of our event, whether or not it fell in the scope of “their responsibility”. They each went above and beyond to deliver personalized services to our group. We had quite a few special requests, from room assignments, to delivery of the Wall Street Journal, to coordinating a special turkey sandwich delivery, only to name a few. All of which were met with a “no problem, our pleasure” approach. They made everything seem effortless on their end. • Attention to details. Julie & Marcy’s attention to detail started long before our arrival on property. I was continually impressed with Marcy’s great foresight, asking all the right questions even before our arrival, which was absolutely the key to the success of our event. During our stay, this continued, not only asking the right questions, but always being available to answer ours. • Availability – While the Resort was always busy, as it was mid-February, we could always reach them at a moment’s notice; they made us feel like we were the only priority. Front Desk - Wenderson • OMG – I don’t think I have ever worked with someone with such a positive energy – please bottle that. • Wenderson’s willingness to help is unsurpassed – I honestly don’t know that I have ever experienced someone better at guest service in my entire life. • Follow-through – While some guest service team members try to resolve an issue, they often lack follow-through, leading to disappointment all around. NOT the case with Wenderson. He personally walked thru several of our last-minute room change requests to ensure that they were up to expectations, hand delivered keys & mail items, just to name a couple of examples. I am not sure how, but he seemed to be everywhere, all of the time, and always with a smile! Banquet Team & AV Team – LT, Diego, Yessica & Ruben • We were fortunate enough to have the BEST banquet & AV team while at LaPlaya Resort, right from the beginning. • I met with Ruben early on in the process, while in town for a separate event. After that meeting and subsequent email communications, I never had a worry that things would go off without issue. I appreciated his suggestions & flexibility while on property as well. • Once on property, I had the pleasure of meeting LT, Yessica & Diego. All-star team! LT was very thorough & professional, covering all of the bases for our events. o Our dinner was beautiful! Yessica and her team were extremely professional & so attentive to our guests. She took great care of us, helping with some unexpected individual requests, as well as making sure we were set up, every little detail, just perfectly. When we had some last-minute table setting changes, it was like I blinked & they happened, just like that! And all of it again, with smiles & no problems. Yessica also hopped right into action when we had a medical emergency that evening. I am not sure what I would’ve done without her. Above and beyond that, her genuine concern for the woman who went to the hospital, even later into the week – just speaks volumes about her personal character and integrity; that is the stuff you just cannot teach. Just a wonderful person, professionally & personally. o Diego made things happen in a flash – he handled our breakfast & lunch on Saturday with ease. Although the group was smaller than our dinner, we still had a lot going on. Including resetting a room from a round for 10 to a hollow square for 14. There was another gentleman and of course our server for the day (Of course, I cannot remember their names, darn it!) but as seems to be the norm at LaPlaya, top notch. Golf Resort • Alan was so welcoming! He took us on a tour of the course, told us stories & just made us feel so at home. • Joanna is fantastic to work with! She was very attentive. Everything was professional, yet personalized. I so appreciated her calming presence! • Ben & team were outstanding on the course. We had a few changes in golfers & carts & rentals, which they handled with ease! We had a ton of fun! Overall, I could not be more pleased with our events at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort. 5-star reviews to all! We look forward to working with LaPlaya in the future!

What a disappointment. What I expected was a high-end experience and resort what I got was much different. The good was the view and direct access to the beach but this never made up for the room and board experience See the pictures for what I consider a design fail with four poster beds placed in a room that makes no sense and blocks the view? A Coffee maker in the room with no coffee pods Noise was a major problem all night, with apparently no insulation between rooms or areas, meaning I might as well have been joining every conversation and activity all night long around me The hot water system appears to be out of the dark ages, taking minutes to run even warm. Last time I experienced that was in a hotel that had no circulator pump or system, and I was drawing from a hot tank some distance away. This was true in the evening and in the morning As for the internet, you can get 9/3 service or you have to pay to get any real connection.

My girlfriends and I planned a mini vacation at LaPlaya and we will definitely be back. We had a great experience all the way from the valet to the beach attendants. The view from our room was unbeatable. Very clean rooms too!

Wow, we had an incredible beach getaway to Naples with LayaPlaya Resort. We stayed in the high rise building and our room was beautiful and spacious with a balcony and ocean view. There are lots of options from relaxing between the multiple pool areas and the white sand beach. The beachfront staff are great and there are flag poles at each chair which you can raise to request food or drinks. We loved lounging at the beach and pools, watching sports at the tiki bar, and enjoying the sunsets each night from our room balcony or down at the beach! The hotel restaurant, Baleen, is great and they have breakfast lunch and dinner. For breakfast, don't skip the short rib and eggs, we had it three times!!

The rooms were booked months in advance, yet I had to return four times before my room key was provided. After a 4 hour drive, I wasn't happy. The place is pricey and there's a daily resort fee. I never used any part of the resort since meetings ran from 8 AM - 4 PM. And, we ate dinner at other restaurants. So, by the time we returned to the hotel around 9-10 PM, it was dark and not a smart idea to even try to walk on the beach. The bar/restaurant was very pricey! I had a watermelon salad with shrimp on top for $55! Buffets during our meetings were excellent. The valets were absolutely outstanding --- perky even at 6 AM! I especially liked the valet who spoke French fluently. The room was adequate on the lower floor facing the ocean. But, the noise interfered with my ability to sleep.

My friends and I visited the resort for massages at the Spa. The massages were wonderful. My massage therapist was Tatyana and she did an extraordinary job. My friends were also extremely pleased with their therapists. The Spa has limited facilities, however, but again, the massages were well worth the visit. After the massages we decided to go to the pool bar, which is right next to the Spa, to get some lunch. We were unpleasantly surprised to be told that only guests of the hotel or people with some type of membership were allowed to eat there. Perhaps it’s common practice at some resorts but I’ve never personally experienced it and was quite disappointed.

Had lunch and breakfast both were okay.

After changing our room to a beachfront location we were pleased with the room. The only thing is the bathroom iwas extremely outdated. It had a step over bathtub that appeared grungy. That area needs to be ripped out and redone. A large walk-in shower would be sufficient.

The hotel has a lot to offer: uncomplicated and friendly welcome upon arrival, valet parking staff helpful and efficient, three great swimming pools and a nice whirlpool, a beautiful beach with great sand. The chairs are quite confortable, and the staff will provide you with enough towels and umbrellas. They are helpful and efficient. The rooms (we had a sea view) are quite spacious and confortable: nothing fancy, but the beds are confortable, the bathroom just large enough. The balcony is large enough to sit comfortably. The wifi works well. Housekeeping was always on time and efficient. The fitness studio is not huge but had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the experience at the restaurant spoiled our stay…After being told the first evening that there was no seat on the terrasse, i booked for every meal for the following days. The problem is that the next day, the staff at the entrance of the restaurant told me (they were talking to me like to a child…)that my reservations would only allow me to get in line to get a table on the terrasse….So the principle is basically that you pay thousands of dollars for your room, you book your tables and you have the right to stay in line to hope for a table. 45 minutes the second evening, and 20-40 minutes the following days. With a baby…. Now the tone always comes from the top: as I complained with the restaurant manager, he listened to me and just disappeared without helping in any way…pathetic! But the restaurant should not worry: they are apparently full booked every night and that will probably not change. This being said, the terrasse can be a bit chilly, and is very noisy. The food is ok but not more. The service is below average (had to ask at least 2 or 3 times for a baby chair each time), and except for Adriano in the evening waiting time was long .

Drew was amazing! What a view too. The room is incredible. The vibe is bar none, not stuffy or pushy at all. An incredible experience!

We just spent an amazing 4 days at La Playa. From the accommodations, to the food to the service, everything was fantastic (including the perfect weather and the dolphins swimming past us in the ocean). Will definitely go back!

Amazing place! We would come back in an instant! Great for family, friends, and couples. December was the perfect time of year. Drew was a great help.

We have stayed at LaPlaya many times. We have found it a great place to have a "staycation". We were looking forward to a stay in a Lanai room, just steps from the beach. We were looking forward to see the room, since the entire building was rebuilt after the hurricane. Our view was disappointing. There were stack of chairs and dead trees for us to look at. The young chaise lounges on the beach were worn and did not look like they belongs at a luxury resort. The towels we were given for the beach were the thinest i have ever seen.

The hotel is situated on Vanderbilt Beach roughly 40 minutes south of the RSW airport and 20 minutes north of the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. It is in a quiet residential area (just up the street from the Ritz Carleton) and definitely requires a car to get around. The beach is beautiful and the beach attendants are excellent - shout out to Nick who was particularly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The beach set up includes lounge chairs, towels and umbrella and attendants will also deliver food and drinks from the on site Tiki Bar. Food choices are decent but grow tired if you’re there for a longer stay. Golf is not on site and there are no tennis or pickle ball courts. The pool is nice but has no ocean view. The sunsets are spectacular … and a constant draw for weddings and engagements which tend to impact the daily beach set up. The main restaurant attracts visitors from all over so reservations are recommended- particularly for the sunset timeframe. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but dated and in need of some maintenance to remedy mold spots, peeling paint, worn carpets, sagging mattresses and lumpy poly-fibre pillows. The sheets must be a polyester blend and are slippery and hot. Outdoor balcony furniture is plentiful but not comfortable and cushions are dirty and moldy. The bathroom has a single sink and a bathtub/shower combo. The bathtub is not very inviting. The staff are excellent throughout the resort - always friendly and attentive. Valet parking works seamlessly and is the only option. Check in and out was fast but note that they will strangely put a hold on your credit card for the full cost of the stay even if you already prepaid! All things considered, it can be a good value if the pricing is right. It has the potential to be a truly amazing resort and is a great option if you can overlook the issues.

LaPlaya is one of those places that just gets everything right. The rooms are gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and genuinely luxurious—with views that stretch across the golf course and out toward the Gulf. It’s the kind of space you instantly relax into. BALEEN is the standout. Brunch on the terrace feels like a Naples postcard: sunshine, great food, and those open views of the fairway and water. And if you can catch a sunset dinner here, do it. The sky puts on a show and the whole experience feels special without trying too hard. Whether you’re staying the weekend or just popping in for a meal, LaPlaya delivers the kind of quality and atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and those unmistakable Naples views.

We stayed with our family and little kids (2,3 and 5 year old) at Le Playa Beach & Golf Resort for ten days in late September. The hotel is great if you want to stay on the beach and avoid the crowds (the territory and the hotel itself are not that big). We booked a beach house, which is the closest to the beach and a great option for families. There is also a Gulf Tower with great views of the gulf and direct access to the beach. The beach is amazing - very clean and if you love walking on the beach, there is an endless beachline. We would definitely recommend the hotel. The property is recently renovated, and the rooms are spacious and nice. The bathrooms are not big (they look more spacious in the pictures) but they are updated, and the bathroom amenities are great. The body lotion, shower gel, and shampoo – the scent and quality are very good. For those who like them and want to take home, you can also buy them in the hotel store. If you are staying in a beach house and are very sensitive to noise/sounds, I would recommend skipping the top floor, as there is a faint noise from the roof where some conditioning systems or other equipment is located. You would only hear it if you are very noise-sensitive, which I am. Many people praise the hotel staff in their reviews. This is 100% true. They make such a big difference! Starting with the reservations department and the very cheerful and helpful agent, Tanya – she was always friendly, professional, and ready to assist! The front desk team is the best – Nikolaus, Michael, Samantha - they are always there for you, very helpful, always smiling, and make you feel welcomed and want to come back! The Baleen restaurant is open all day and is very popular both among guests and locals; the food is always great! You can always find other restaurants in the area – a 10/15-minute walk away – or take a 30-minute ride to the city center with its great choice of restaurants. If you are travelling with kids – they do not have any kids' entertainment, but they do have a kids' pool and sell beach toys in the hotel store. There is also a very nice zoo about a 20-minute ride from the hotel. The next time we are back in Naples, we will definitely come back to stay here!
