Location was a big plus.

The fact there is no other option other than Shula’s for meals and bar within the property.

Шатл бесплатный до пляжа ( 5 минут ехать), также забирает, дают полотенца, кресла для пляжа, воду . Все бесплатно. Молодцы! Через 2 недели планирую вернуться

Shuttle to the beach was small so had to be booked in advance. They give you chairs foe the beach but yoi have to carry them yourself. Umbrella is not included. The fotos at booking.com give the impression you have umbrella and lying chairs.

The atmosphere was fantastic . The pool waiter , Micheal was great . He made good drinks n had good conversation. We enjoyed meeting him . We stayed until the next day for a late check out at 5pm . Shulas was a great meal as well with the special steak n lobster 🦞. Was a great overnight staycation . We will be back !

Great experience. The rooms were nice and the hotel is in a beautiful location. The shuttle to the beach was an amazing service, and I was very pleasantly surprised at the complementary beach chairs, towels, and water. The staff was amazing, polite, and conversational, and we enjoyed. We will be back.

The location nearby the beach is great. The rooms felt clean and spacious. The hotel didn't feel outdated and was a very quiet place to stay.

Only issue I had was with the toilet, it was running and not filling up, had to manually fix it so I could use it. I did bring it up to the attention of the front staff. Also, I requested a crib through booking.com when I booked but it wasn't communicated to the front staff and I had to ask for it again once I arrived.

La atenciòn en la recepciòn. Cuando llegamos nos recibieron sin ganas, la chica nos diò horarios explicaciones como si estuviera leyendo, bajito y con la voca cerrada. No parecia q hablaba con personas, no escuchamos nada. Al irnos habia otra persona y mas de lo mismo, seria, no te mira a la cara, creo q la calidad del hotel no va acorde ccon el frontdesk. Lo demàs bien, el Vallet parking, el sr q lleva el shurtter a la playa, el restaurante, todos amables y profesinales menos la recepcuiòn.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hilton Naples! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special thank you to Teddy at reception, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and made check-in/check-out such a pleasant experience. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and was always happy to help. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary beach shuttle. Jim and Russ were absolutely fantastic! They were always punctual, friendly, and accommodating when we had some weather challenges. And thanks to Claudia, Cheyenne, Bithia, and Bradley who helped with shuttle bookings and offered support. The front lobby, on-site gym, pool and hot tub were easy to access and exceptional compared to other resort hotels. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. It was close to beautiful beaches, great shopping, and many restaurants, making it easy to explore Naples without spending lots of time driving. Their onsite restaurant, Shula, was also a great choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner with exceptional staff and very tasty offerings. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room and all the common areas were spotless every day, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. Thank you to the entire Hilton Naples team for making our stay so memorable. It’s the people who truly make this hotel special, and because of the wonderful staff, we happily recommend Hilton Naples.

Miły personel. Bardzo dobre steki w restauracji hotelowej. Uroczy busik dowożący gości na plażę. Uprzejmy kierowca daje krzesełka plażowe, ręczniki i wodę.

Woda w pokoju dodatkowo płatna 2$ co nie jest zbyt eleganckie.

The hotel is super clean the staff at front desk super kind. Housekeeping was amazing.

My sisters and I stayed here on a 'sister's vacation'. We had an amazing time! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Michael the pool attendant and server provided great service and suggested tips and advice for us about the area and Dave - the shuttle driver - was just as informative and helpful. The ladies at the front desk always greeted us with smiles. We had an amazing time. The only thing I would suggest is the resort needs a 'coffee' lounge or table offering coffee and tea for guests in the morning. We had to go into the restaurant to get coffee and they 'charged' us. We have never stayed in a property that did not provide complimentary coffee and tea for guests.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here as my son was playing in a football tournament nearby. The property is beautiful. The lobby is marble and comfortable, very high ceilings. You get the feeling that you are staying at a resort property the minute you arrive. Although not a resort, it feels like it with all of the amenities. The pool and hot tub are so clean and well maintained with servers. Plenty of towels. There is a beach shuttle that will provide chairs and take you to the beach close by. You just have to reserve it at the front desk. Parking is free and plentiful. We did not eat at Schula’s but it was open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Anything we needed, we called down to the front desk and it was acted upon immediately. Room was clean, comfortable beds, and made up promptly every day. Excellent stay.

When we arrived we were greeted by the the valet and concierge who promptly took care of our luggage and parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff and concierge was the best. The restaurant had a fantastic breakfast. The service and atmosphere made for a memorable stay.

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. (Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Safe) Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man auch ohne Auto erreichen kann. Es fährt ein Bus, zwar nur jede Stunde, aber für 2$ total ok. Der kostenlose Shuttle vom Hotel zum Strand ist super. Der Strand selbst auch. Man bekommt Stühle und Wasserflaschen kostenfrei vom Hotel gestellt. Falls man einen Sonnenschirm benötigt, muss man den aber am Strand mieten. Die Mietzeit beträgt mindestens 4 Stunden und kostet 30€. Der Hotelpool ist ebenfalls super. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es am Pool nicht voll, sodass man immer eine Liege bekommen hat.

Leider gibt es nicht viele Sonnenschirme am Pool.

I like to recognize these people who gave me excellent service Michael O was very attentive and provided great customer service. He was very polite. Took care of what I needed right away. I would also like to recognize Tonya for her kindness when when I came to breakfast about 10 of 10 and assured me, I would be fine to have my breakfast there instead of taking it to my room. I was very thankful that I could eat in the dining area look at the sunshine and the palm trees .at the front desk I would like to acknowledge Cheyenne, who has been helpful every time I came to the desk for whatever needed and An she went out of her way every single time to make me a satisfied guest thank you for having these three employees working for you at the Naples Hilton I will definitely be back.!!!

We visit Naples often and we always stay at Hilton Naples. It is a convenient location and. the rooms are great and we love the restaurant for our special occasions. Parking is convenient and the front desk personnel are always helpful.

There was only one person taking and delivering food and drinks to pool guests. Way too much for one person.

My problem is with Bookings.com I did not show up for my two nights reservation and yet I was billed for two nights instead of one night per cancellation policy.

Location was great.

I got the shock of a lifetime when I found a roach scared the bleep out of me. Additionally, the adjoining restaurant is far too high priced for the quality of food and we had no room tidying until after 3pm but by then far too late. I also paid extra for early check in and late check out which they haggled over but ultimately told me I didn’t even need to have paid for that. Pool area was small but nice and service was good. Beds were pretty comfortable. But for 850$ for two nights absolutely not worth it based on my experience and I almost always stay at Hilton’s.

Restoran personeli son derece zarif, ilgili, kibar ve çözüm odaklıydı. Kahvaltı salonu çok soğuktu. İklimlendirmeyi ayarlamaları iyi olur. Servis yapan personel mont ile duruyordu.. O derece.. bunun dısında Hilton standardında güzel keyifli bir otel.. ben sevdim. eksiklerini tamamlarlarsa tekrar kalırım..

I can’t believe this is rated 4 stars as I am shocked it isn’t closer to a 2-stars max. Very outdated, rooms smelled, my shower had patch work fixes that were not completed or done badly, shower water pressure was horrible and hot water took a good 5 minutes to turn on. This is not worth the sta unless you need a quick stay like a side of the road motel. Some staff were nice but most had an attitude and clearly do not like working in customer service.

Just stayed for a few days. Ample seating around the pool and excellent restaurant on the premises. Beds very comfortable. Was disappointed that despite the sign in the lobby there was no live music in the restaurant on Tuesday apparently it is from Wednesday through the weekend.

First time visitors to Naples. This hotel is located well north of the downtown area and not on the beach. We were met with very friendly faces at the hotel while checking in and all the staff were helpful throughout our 5 days at the hotel. The pool area was on the smaller side, but we were out there every day and had lunch delivered to us from the hotel restaurant. There is a pool attendant who takes your order and delivers. Michael was so friendly and informative. The hotel also has a beach shuttle, but we were not interested. The concierge, Shrepsa, organized a trip to the Everglades for us and was also very helpful and friendly. Cheyenne from the front desk texted me regularly to make sure all was ok. We stayed in a typical king bedroom. It was adequate and clean. The bathrooms could use some updating but was ok for our trip. The hotel is located across from a very nice shopping center. One night we ate a Don Shula's, the restaurant in the hotel. I didn't come to Naples to eat in the hotel, but we had an outstanding dinner at the bar. The bartender was terrific and the atmosphere was so much fun at the bar. Also, there is ample parking with no extra fee. Note this hotel is located well north of the downtown Naples area. Better to take an Uber if you are traveling to that area. It is very congested and difficult to park. This location was well suited for our purposes. We would definitely return to this hotel.

This is a great hotel in Naples. Beautiful pool, friendly people, and great parking as well. This hotel is central to restaurants and attractions, and within walking distance to the beach. If you don’t want to walk, there is a cute beach shuttle. The hotel also has lovely landscaping, and the rooms are a good size.

The Ac unit in the room didn't work properly or at least it was hard to feel the air circulation. Also the shower was flooding but the water felt great.

We stayed at Hilton Naples because we were visiting family for my Uncle's 90th Birthday. This hotel is clean, friendly staff that go out of their way. Close to Fifth Avenue in Naples which is a hot spot with great stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this Hilton.
