Hotel quite clean. Location was really positive.

Thought the check-in was a little unwelcoming.

We went down to breakfast late admittingly but was a little disappointed not really knowing how it all worked and nobody on the pass for hot food so we had to lean over to serve ourselves and I'm on the short side but no real big problems

The parking was plentiful. The location is excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good.

Really unfortunate, but the carpet in our room had been cleaned and when we arrived the dehumidifiers were still in the room. But the team responded really quickly and removed them. It did mean that the carpet was a little bit wet underfoot but it didn't affect us.

The room was comforatble and cosy and it was really clean, definately met our requirement.

It wasn't particularly a bad thing but I had a feeling that the price for the value of the breakfast wasn't good enough! no issue with the breakfast or the menu itself but I found it expensive.

As a delux room would have expected two comfortable chairs and although there was an air con unit, we couldn’t leave it on because of the noise and shudder to think what the room would have been like during the hot spell.

Hotel nicely situated for beach and was only a short walk away from the town centre. Lovely spacious clean room. All staff very friendly. Plenty of car parking spaces.

Perfect location on sea front by the marina. Comfortable family room with sea and marina views. Good range of restaurants around the marina and a supermarket which was useful. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

The exterior has looked the same for more than 3 decades, a little tired. No parking for our electric car. After driving 4 hours and needing to charge the car there are very limited options in Swansea and locally. Seems quite backward for Delta not to have at least one electric charging bay in their car park.

Great location right by the beach. Fantastic breakfast and great to go items.

The staff was so amazingly helpful, friendly and relaxed. And the location was perfect. The pillows were so fluffy and soft - a real highlight for me.

Bed was uncomfortable. Broken toilet roll holder and leak from shower screen in bathroom. Very cheap, poor quality toilet paper. No free water in room, free drinking fountain in reception but we did not have any bottles to fill

Could not open window (even a tiny bit)! We had water on the window sill 2 days in a row after rain. Toilet did not flush properly. Always took two attempts!

From the time we arrived we knew we would enjoy our stay.we where welcomed by a very nice gentleman on the front desk.Staff where all so pleasant nothing was to much trouble.

Initially given a room where you could not open a window - I was given 2 completely different reasons why the windows were locked and neither made any sense. We moved to a nearby room the next day and the stay in the room was very pleasant. It seems that only about 25% of the room have windows you can open the rest are locked off

Location as it is easy to find and close to Swansea Arena.

We love staying here, this was our 4th visit this year. The rooms are great, fab bath and shower, good views. Breakfast is always a treat, with Mrs. Jones on the breakfast you are always guaranteed a great welcome and a bit of a chat. She even remembered us from our last stay. We also wre allocated a room which was based on our request on booking.

Nothing which would stop me visiting the hotel again. But I really really dislike the artwork in the rooms - the art where people faces are covered with weird things like a 5 year olds collage gone wrong. We just used the laundry bag which was in the wardrobe to cover the offending section. There are some lovely pieces in the lobby of Swansea and the surrounding area - I always boggles my mind as to who paid for that art.

Perfect for our one night stay to see a show in the arena. Easy walk. Friendly staff

Location was great for the marina to have a walk around and a few drinks. The bars were close by to walk too aswell. Had a nice view from the room overlooking the sea. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Strange set up with the cooked breakfast but overall OK. Room was nice and clean and bed was comfy.

A lovely and informative welcome, room clean and facilities as expected, comfortable beds and well sized rooms (deluxe family room). Nice terrace to look over the ocean a short distance from the entrance, and access to the promenade off of the car park. Had breakfast via room service, was great. Staff from housekeeping to reception desk, to the dining room were pleasant, well presented and helpful, the building itself clean and smelled lovely. Situated in a great location, views from the rooms that overlook both the marina and the sea front an extra plus!

The only very minor thing, would be to not have been located directly opposite the housekeeping closets. ONLY because I was with small children who had enjoyed a later evening than they would usually, and subsequently decided to sleep in later, until the inevitable stock & equipment preparation for check out turnover. I only really mention this to put something in the box! Usually wouldn't have been relevant as they're typically up at the crack of dawn irrespective of excellent blackout curtains!

Very disappointed with the lack of room service during our stay. We repeatedly came back after long days out to a completely untouched room. Even after explicitly asking reception to fix it, the subsequent cleaning job was rushed and subpar

You get what you expect with this Delta / Marriot. Clean, spacious rooms. Room service food was great. Helpful staff. Had a room assigned that was too close to the lift for our liking and they sorted us a new room asap

The hotel is great, perfect position to everything.

There is only one thing I wasn’t to happy with, is that the water from the accessible shower runs to the door and out into the room and the shower curtains need to be longer. I can say the house keeper gave me extra mats so I could stop the water from going anywhere else. She was a lovely and friendly young lady.

Sehr freundliches und überaus aufmerksamer Personal! Schnelle Hilfe bei Probleme und kompetente Antworten auf alle Fragen. Die Größe der Zimmer ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Fenster ließen sich teilweise öffnen. Das Bad ist etwas abgenutzt aber noch vollkommen ok. Der Strand ist keine 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Der direkt verfügbare Parkplatz kostet 5 Pfund und kann bequem bei Anreise gebucht werden.

Das Fitnesscenter ist sehr klein, sodass zwei Personen zur gleichen Zeit Platzprobleme während des Trainings bekommen. Die Spülung der Toilette war defekt. Dies wurde nach Beanstandung behoben. Der angefallene Dreck während der Reparatur wurde leider nicht entfernt.

Rien sur l’établissement mais j’ai trouvé la ville de Swansea triste et sans vie. Nous sommes allés manger le soir et il y a très peu de resto dans la marina derrière et il y avait quasi personne dans les rues. Les chiens ne sont pas autorisés de partout j’ai trouvé la rue où il y a tous les resto dans le centre très salle et la place interdite au chien alors qu’il y a une tonne de déchet sans commentaire. C’était une nuit d’étape à refaire je ne dormirai pas dans cette ville malgré que l’hôtel était super

Absolutely loved the breakfast, huge variety of foods to choose from, even GF foods, staff were honestly incredible, friendly, understanding and a huge delight. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful within, welcoming lobby incrediblely easy navigation within with fantastic accessibility for all types of people's

The coffee from the machine was a little bit colder then I'd like but not the end of the world, room refresh was moved by us to the next day but unfortunately didn't happen, bathroom tap was a little loose but not too much of a problem tbh, nothing really else to complain about really

Breakfast underwhelming. Hot try foor cooked food was tall and too wide for 5ft people. If chef was around he had to help. Would not rate as 4 star.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Lynn was very helpful and ensured we were comfortable and remembering conversations with kids and accomadating halal food.

The People. The Marriott Staff were just sooo helpful and accomodating. I would recommend this venue to anyone visiting Swansea for business or pleasure.

Absolutely nothing. From the time we arrived until the moment we left, we were very well looked after. The breakfast was lovely with obviously local ingredients.

It was not the staffs fault we arrived on the day you had electricity surges which meant checking in took over an hour

We thought that the hotel was excellent and that is why we have stayed there before on numerous occasions when visiting family and friends in Swansea. The reception staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a prime position situated between the marina and the beach, and close to shops and restaurants.

If I have to find fault, it is climbing over the side of the bath to have a shower. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
