No parking u must park on the pavement outside the gate of which I did ask about parking they said yes there's parking bt when we arrive we ask where can we park the car they told us outside the gate i was shocked to here that coz its not safe to park yo car outside we end up paying the staff at the garage to look after the car nd we decided to sleep 1 nite instead of 2 nites so we were not happy at all we had to leave before time nd the place was so small everything in one place no space to move it was just a mess

Door did not close well/easily (swollen wood). Microwave not properly cleaned. Not able to cast to TV using Google Home. Dusty shelf. Floor of bathroom not properly cleaned (marks). Front gate did not close (only second security door).

Reviewed May 31, 2026We had booked 3 rooms and they were all nice; the apartments have everything you need. We only stayed one night, but it is definitely a good place to stay for a while. The smallest one was actually quite small, as in there was enough space for two people to move around, but barely space to move around. We were also grateful that we could have a late check-in.
It was quite humid in the rooms, so when we arrived the towels and the bedsheets felt quite damp.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Thw photos are very misleading and the room is incredibly small. They call in an apartment but it's just a room with a bathroom. With the bed and the cupboards filling 90% of the room with no space to leave the bags. We had to leave our bags in the shower which made things very uncomfortable. There was hardly space to just move between the bed and the cupboards. We didn't see the staff at any point during our stay. When we first arrived there was only one fork as well. The sink in the bathroom was leaking and soaked the floor and even a piece of the wall above the sink fell off in the middle of the night. The wifi was horrendous en almost always connected without internet even though they had multiple networks to connect to. The TV was incredibly slow to do anything and when we tried watching youtube it just kicked us out constantly so we weren't able to use the TV. Overall a very unpleasant stay.

The TV is placed in an awkward position in room 109 so you have to tilt your neck when you laying on the bed and I had difficulty opening and closing the shower door
