L'hotel offre stanze molto confortevoli e spaziose. Ottima la pulizia. E' disponibile una piscina che si è rivelata molto comoda e piacevole al rientro nel tardo pomeriggio. Buona e varia la colazione.

Camera arredata con gusto e letto comodo. Pulizia ottima. Doccia ampia e ben funzionante. Colazione in un ambiente tranquillo e con ampia scelta. Professionalità dello staff: mi sono dimenticata una cosa, mi hanno subito avvertito e a loro spese si sono fatti carico della spedizione. Lo consiglio vivamente

This is a really nice hotel in Chiang Rai. The rooms are well appointed and clean, the restaurant is nice, the staff are nice, the location is good, the pool is really good and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves all the times we used it :)

Not so much of a complaint but they don’t serve alcohol.

L’endroit est plutôt bien suitée et le personnel est vraiment très agréable et gentil. Le buffet du matin est vraiment bien équilibré il manque rien.

Extremely well located, close to everything yet very quiet. A boutique hotel type, very comfortable, very clean, beautifully designed and equipped - a home away from home. It simply looked like the best hotel in Chiang Rai, for a very reasonable price. We cannot wait to go back!

Big hotel with larger rooms. Good value for money .

The breakfast was very very basic more fit for a 3 star. The breakfast room was too cold as well ( it was January ) Very transactional feel. Staff kind but nothing that would make them stand out.

Un buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerando che l'hotel è leggermente decentrato. Struttura nuova molto pulita. Camera De Luxe ampia e con affaccio sulla piscina interna. Buona colazione nell'area ristorante con possibilità di cenare. Letto comodo.

Avevamo prenotato una Suite Corner Room rivelatasi poi senza finestre, aveva uno spiraglio di aria ma in pratica quasi murati vivi e la cassaforte non era funzionante e nemmeno il personale è riuscito a farla funzionare. Abbiamo fatto anziché un upgrade un downgrade nella De Luxe, più economica ma con finestra, pagandola in ogni caso come Suite. Anziché la doccia che era presente in suite ci siamo dovuti accontentare di una vasca adattata a doccia.

Very comfortable beds, staff super friendly and helpfully, walking distance to the night market but quiet enough to relax.

Ładny hotel z bardzo miłą obsługą. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, cicho, a jednocześnie dwa kroki od centrum. Śniadanie smaczne. Łóżka wygodne, wystrój ładny.

Klimatyzacja w pokoju jest dość głośna i trudno ją ustawić tak, by nie wiało na łóżka. Na szczęście w nocy nie musieliśmy jej używać, bo nie było gorąco. W basenie zimna woda nie zachęca do kąpieli.

I had a great stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Nai Ya Hotel for four days and had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, with easy walking distance to markets, restaurants, and massage studios. Our room was very comfortable and consistently clean. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable throughout our entire stay and did not work properly in multiple rooms, not just ours, which was a major disappointment. Breakfast was acceptable but needs improvement, especially for vegetarian guests. The staff were the highlight of our stay—kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. They truly deserve high praise.

Very clean, pleasant, and spacious rooms. Beautiful greenery and a swimming pool. The breakfast is rich and of good quality. The service is of a high standard. We liked the colorful fishes that greet you at the entrance.

The shower in the bathroom was installed very low, so you practically have to sit in the bathtub to wash your hair. A poor design choice.

Le camere sono vecchie, non c’è la doccia ma una scomodissima vasca con pericolo scivolo visto che si trova sopraelevata. Per entrare in bagno gradino basso che se non te ne accorgi puoi farti male. Nel complesso un 6, ma non lo risceglierei. Pulizia non proprio ottimale, abbiamo trovato cuscini sporchi e una lucertola in bagno.

I liked the parking facilities, there was always ample space. Close proximity to shops (small C), and restaurants. I liked the breakfast in terms of it was not overwhelming, and had Thai food available. Feel free to ask staff here for local restaurant, suggestions.

This place could be better if you could update the rooms, e.g. new power sockets, floor tiling, swimming pool could also be given a facelift. Would I stay here again? 'Yes'.

The location was good. The room was decent and clean. The inclusion of a gym was good.

The pool and pool bar were very quiet and you had to ring for the attention of staff as nobody manned the bar.

About a 10 min walk to town. Not an issue for me, but something to note. The pool was cold which was shame as mid afternoon would have been a perfect time to swim.

Essen nur lauwarm oder kalt, Keine Wurst oder Käse, Kaffee nicht genießbar (Kaffee aus der Kanne auf Warmhalteplatte), offener Toiletteneimer der nicht täglich geleert wurde, Zimmerreinigung nur einmal bei drei Übernachtungen, WLAN vorhanden aber der Zugang zu den meisten Internetseiten funktioniert nicht (u.a. booking.com), überall Stolperfallen (z.B. geht es vom Zimmer ins Bad um 7 cm runter, ebenso zum Hotelflur, wenn man aus dem Zimmer kommt; eine barrierefreiheit ist trotzt anderslautender Beschreibung nicht gegeben!), nerviger Rauchmelder über dem Bett, der alle 15 Sekunden hell grün blinkt (auch Nachts)

Everything was fine except there is no hot water in the shower.

Expect just one minute of mild water in the shower. They have no hot water. I commented this with the manager and they are aware of this limitation. From my point of view it is not admisible in a four star hotel.

The room design was nice. The location was good. The bed was comfortable. There were some snacks in the room for us.

There was cigarette smoke /smell coming through the air conditioning. The pool was quite dirty so we didn't use it. The breakfast wasn't amazing.

The hotel had a modern design and a very welcoming atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept really well every night. I also loved the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing during the day. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the staff were professional and attentive.

The only downside was that the swimming pool water was a bit cold.

La struttura mostra in pieno le 4 stelle assegnate. Struttura molto accogliente, dotata di piscina e dal carattere molto elegante. Stanze ampissime, dotate di tutti i comfort e servizi. Posizione ottima per spostarsi in taxi o in autonomia. Colazione molto variegata ogni mattina.

Qualche difficoltà a comunicare con lo staff, che con molto sforzo riesce a comprendere le richieste presentate.
