L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, à proximité du night market et de la station de bus. La piscine est magnifique. La chambre est propre. Le rangement de la chambre et le changement des serviettes se fait quotidiennement. Le buffet du petit dejeuner est correct.

L'hôtel mériterait d'être rénové. Notre chambre était un peu petite pour 4 personnes.

Nous avons aimé: l'accueil, le personnel, la qualité de service, l'insonorisation des chambres, l'emplacement de l' hôtel le parking, le petit déjeuner.

le réglage de la climatisation de la chambre n'est pas très pratique et l'extracteur d'air de la salle de bain/wc ne fonctionnait pas.

Great hotel, amazing location few minutes walk from night bazaar and many massages and restaurants. Divers breakfast with local and western food like omletes and all. Room are big, hot shower, comfortable and big bed, have beds for babies as well! This hotel has the coolest pool I saw with different depth levels. We enjoyed it very much.

The wifi was a bit off, not always working

Suerte que tiene una ubicación privilegiada, justo a una calle del mercado nocturno y de la estación de autobuses.

Hotel excesivamente viejo y mal cuidado. La habitación deja mucho que desear, empezando porque nos pusieron en una habitación donde nos daba el foco directamente en la habitación, las cortinas estaban todas llenas de agujeros y rotas. El baño lo más parecido a un baño de un avión, pero hacía su función. Y las camas…las camas son imposibles, tienen tantos años que son como rocas como bultos…suerte que estuvimos únicamente 1 noche, de haber sido más seguramente hubiéramos cambiado de hotel. Y para acabar el buffet, enfocado demasiado al turista asiático, aunque tienen una pequeña sección donde te hacen huevos o omelet, se agradece.

カクテルがおいしかった。生演奏が良かった。スタッフのホスピタリティーは非常に良かった。建物も室内も老朽化しているが不快感はない。ソンクラン前のせいかお客さんが非常に少なかった。町の中心にあるため何かと便利。飛行場まで近い。英語が通じないスタッフも多いが、みな親切。

熱いお湯が出なかった。ぬるま湯のシャワーを使うことになった。

Das Wiang Inn Hotel liegt zentral in Chiang Rai. Alles im Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Abends gibt es Livemusik an der Bar. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zentral und sauber.

I liked the location and the large pool.

When you enter the hotel, you immediately notice a very strong musty smell. The lobby carpet or some other textile smells really bad. The rooms are very old and worn, the bed is hard, and the air conditioner is noisy. At breakfast, the coffee is wasent good, while coffee from the Jura machine costs 60 THB. There was no ham or cheese at all, and the breakfast was too Thai-style.

Nem túl barátságos személyzet ami Thaiföldön ritkaság, kényelmetlen, kifeküdt ágy, a reggeli csak ázsiai túristàknak való, más kontinensről érkezökre egyáltalán nem gondoltak. Fürdőszoba NAGYON felújításra szorul!

Good central location near to bus station. Attractive, modern hotel with spacious, very comfortable rooms. Lovely staff, helpful in providing us with a picnic breakfast for an early check-out. Lovely-looking pool, which we had no time to enjoy, alas.

Buffet breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to the numbers of guests.

Everything - including the best cheeseburger I've had for years, although the Thai food was lovely too. Staff so friendly and helpful, everything super clean and well looked after. Karaoke bar was awesome, location was handy for EVERYTHING 😁

I really wanted a gym but the location was so perfect we decided to go without.

Hotel fermo agli anni 80 con moquette nel corridoio, tipica struttura per viaggi di gruppo, ma in posizione ottimale per visitare la città e il night market. Camere ampie, pulite e confortevoli. Colazione varia.

Servirebbe una bella rinfrescata alla struttura, perché ha un buon potenziale.

Buona posizione staff molto accogliente

Anche se la colazione era abbondante, non c'era neanche una brioche niente x fare colazione mediterranea....

Great location near the Night Bazaar and Bus Terminal 1, within walking distance (200m). Also local & western restaurants, convenience stores (Boots, Watsons, Lotus & 7-11).

Hotel is marketed as 4-star, but feels more like 3-3.5 stars. Rooms & bedlinen were clean, but carpets & towels were bit worn & need replacing. Hotel breakfast was adequate, not a huge selection.

Na het lezen van de reviews waren we blij verrast. De kamer was lekker ruim. Goede douche. Prima ontbijt. En de locatie was prima, dichtbij alles, busstation, nightbazaar, foodcourt en straatjes met bars en restaurants en toch lekker rustig.

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e mi sono trovato molto male, la prima notte ho dormito pochissimo per un rumore assordante del frigo, il giorno seguente ho fatto presente la problematica, ma la sera, verificando, nulla era cambiato e ho dovuto tenere il frigorifero spento per dormire, non potendo tenere cibo e bibite al fresco. In aggiunta la colazione molto vasta sicuramente ma poca scelta per quanto riguarda il dolce, non ci sono brioche, torte, biscotti, ma principalmente pietanze asiatiche o classica colazione salata occidentale a base di carne, uova, toast rendendo difficile la scelta per chi non ama il salato la mattina. Per concludere in bellezza l’ultima mattina ci siamo svegliati non proprio serenamente con il continuo bussare per la consegna del lavaggio dei panni, alle 7 di mattina, avendo la sveglia alle 9 e non stando proprio bene di salute quei giorni non è stato carino svegliarsi in questo modo brusco e poco rispettoso verso un ospite che la mattina in hotel vuole riposare. Dispiace perché l'hotel è ben pulito, in una posizione ottimale, il personale molto cordiale ma l’esperienza in generale non è stata il massimo per le problematiche sopra elencate.

スタッフの対応が良好です。ドアマン、受付、清掃・サポートスタッフ皆さんよく働いています。 全体的に古い設備で、湯沸かし器の不調、トイレの水トラブル等が発生しましたが、素早い対応で解決しました。 朝食は美味しく、質・量ともに満足できます。

ホテルの敷地内は清潔なのですが、敷地外の路上は歩きにくく、少し汚れているかも？

Ubicación de hotel excelente..y de resto mejor no hablar ( instalaciones muy antiguas y en mal estado, enchufes en habitación que dan miedo, bañera sin manguera, cama vieja-colchon y personal parecía que no te querían en el hotel, no dan información ninguna..)

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, wenige Meter zur Walkingstreet bzw. zum Food Court. Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr bemüht die gemeldeten Probleme zu beseitigen.

Die Wasserspülung der Toilette über uns war so laut, das man glaubte gleich kommt die Decke runter. Für die zweite Nacht sorgte die Rezeption dafür das das Zimmer über uns frei blieb (ein dickes Danke schön dafür). Das Internet funktionierte im Zimmer nur eingeschränkt. Der Service erklärte dann, das der Router (vor der Tür an der Decke montiert) leider nicht das ganze Zimmer abdeckt!! Das Frühstück wurde als Buffet serviert. Es verwunderte allerdings, das für die ca 80% nicht-Asiaten nur die üblichen Toast, Marmelade, gewässerter Schinken und Eier angeboten wurden wärend für die restlichen Gäste ca 10 warme Gericht zur Verfügung standen.

Excellent meeting at the airport and ride to the hotel. Check-in was easy and efficient after a day's travelling. The location is most convenient and very close to the bus terminal one for our VIP bus connection to Chiang Mai. The staff were very helpful in providing thinner pillows. The room was very spacious, the beds comfortable and the shower room was a good size. The breakfast buffet was varied and catered for all tastes. The omelettes were particularly well made.

There were pastries on our first morning. However, after a tour bus of a certain North European tourists arrived they picked the place clean of all pastries and must have loaded the bus up for their journey. We never saw a pastry again. The pool looks good, but is constantly in the shade.

Colazione assolutamente scarsa e si bassa qualità. Da rivedere assolutamente. Hotel vecchio e datato, sembra uno di quegli hotel dell'Abruzzo rimasti agli anni 60! Piscina sempre in ombra e in una zona assolutamente non ottimale per passarci un pomeriggio.

The room was big and spacious. The bed was amazing.

There was no power plug near the bed and one of the night lamps was broken.

Wir hatten "Delux"-Zimmerv Zimmer schmutzig, Spinnweben in allen Ecken, total abgewohnt. Schimmel im Bad, die Badewanne hielt das Wasser nicht, kein Shampoo oder Duschgel, Die Badewanne war optisch 300 Jahre alt, total abgenutzt und abgeschlagen. Die Fotos im Internet sind absolut irreführend und offensichtlich aus vergangenen Zeiten. War das Geld nicht wert. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht zu wählen!
