La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel.

En 1960 debió ser un hotel muy top pero en la actualidad se mantiene igual. Todo muy viejo y prácticamente abandonado y con el encanto de esa época. Pasillos enormes completamente vacíos que dan un poco de yuyu. La bañera completamente oxidada y con los grifos medio arrancados. Mucho ruido del exterior, difícil dormir si eres sensible. El desayuno fue bastante malo, no había prácticamente de nada y el café fue el peor que bebimos en Tailandia.

Best Location for being in City Centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and large. Helpful security and always watching out for you.

As there were not many visitors the buffet breakfast was not on some days. I ordered bacon and eggs however the bacon was one tiny slice.

It lived up to all the reviews that I had read. Very large room and facilities. Also a good breakfast.

Piscine, chambre, emplacement

Ménage mal fait en chambre et en hall d etage, jamais on ne voit passer du personnel de ménage, jamais d aspirateur dans les halls d etages avec moquettes. Aucune animation. Le restaurant ferme très tôt le soir donc impossible de manger. Seul le responsable à l accueil est sympa et serviable, ainsi que les portiers.

チェンライ観光する際、ナイトバザールも徒歩圏内だし、ロケーションは最高ですね。朝食も付いて良かったと思います。

The hotel is very well located. It is close to everything: night market, clock tower, massage and various restaurants.

The shower head is not handheld. It takes some time to get used to the taps.

The breakfast buffet was just a couple choices off a menu. In our case we stayed 11 days, and got tired of eating the same items every morning. Being from the US all four of us would wake up with soar places from the very hard mattresses. On the upside it was a great location, the staff was great and got us anything we needed. It was clean, rooms and lobby. I have stayed there several times in the past, and would stay again.

The breakfast buffet no doubt could be better, and should have a choice for a more comfortable bed.

Petit dej sous forme de buffet restreint. Hôtel bien entretenu mais qui a pris de l’âge.

Good, cooked to order. When more heavily booked, it is a buffet.

The cleaning staff were really friendly and always polite when walking past them working .

Había un olor raro en los pasillos, también había varios saquitos de larvas de polilla en la estancia.

Hotel is central to the city, 5 minute walk to bus station, close to food outlets etc

The hotel is getting dated, the rooms are adequate but the bathing side is very dated and for my mind dangerous as they have shower over bath only, whilst they supply a non slip mat for the round bottomed bath, I (63 yr old) still slipped on the mat in the bath and injured my shoulder catching myself before falling completely out the bath (no grab rails) which would have resulted in more serious injury no doubt. At the very least I would suggest Wangcome update the baths to flat bottomed baths which are more safe to use...

Location was outstanding, staff were very helpful and nice, great A/C, massive rooms

Old.hotel, uncomfortable bed, swimming pool very chlorinated.

各フロアーに監視人がいて、あまり感じが良くなかった。20年ほど前の台湾やベトナムのホテルのような感じを受けた。

Old and it seems like no cleaning of the furniture in the room. Water came out from the shower head was black colour when on it. Our room is facing the west sun, so it was so hot in the room when we entered it. Only 1 door card was given.

Location - walking distance from main attractions; very safe location surrounded with great restaurants. Breakfast was amazing and full of flavors and choices. Laundry, tours, night markets are all nearby.

There were some ants in my room - perhaps the previous guest/s or lack of deep cleaning. Was not a big deal for me though.

Excellent friendly and happy staff. Great breakfast, good location, short walk to bus station and night market, deserted pool. Safety deposit box located in reception was the safest I've ever seen

ホテルからナイトマーケット・バスターミナル・時計台も近く、市街地だけではなく遠方にもアクセスしやすかったです。

お部屋の謎のドアを開くと板があり封鎖されていた。これは何のドア？改装したホテルとかであるとは聞いた事ありましたが微妙に怖かったです。

La clim dans la chambre est très bruyante même à l arret (impression d être dans un bateau) et donc difficile de dormir. La chasse d eau fonctionne vraient tres mal. Literie et oreillers durs. La piscine est à l ombre, entourée des tours de l hôtel par conséquent l eau est froide et on ne peut pas rester s y reposer sur les transats. C est un tres grand hôtel plus destiné au business qu au tourisme.

The bed was a bit hard

Very well located a short walk from the daily night market. Many restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is built as a quadrangle (sort of). Rooms on the inside have no real view.

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut zentral. Kurze Wege zum Nachtmarkt und Busbahnhof. Das Hotel stammt zwar wahrscheinlich schon aus 80 iger / frühen 90. Igeln. Hatte aber Charme!! Etwas Vintage!

Location Clean Helpful staff

The hotel is located right in the downtown central area of Chiang Rai. Very easy to walk to Night Bazaar, Saturday Walking Street, Clock Tower, restaurants, bars, etc. Plenty of parking right outside the door in two hotel parking lots, with security guard. Very good breakfast buffet was included with room. Try the Thai coffee or tea at breakfast (separate station next to egg station), better than the regular filtered coffee. I would stay here again. Local laundry shop just down the street.

De locatie in het centrum is prima, een goed volledig ontbijt.

Slechts 2 stopcontacten, ver van het bed. Op het verdiep boven onze kamer 547 zaten duiven ??? We betaalden voor Deluxe executive maar het leek alsof we terug in de jaren 70 waren aanbeland. Een donkere sombere kamer. Het personeel aan de receptie was niet geïnteresseerd in onze aanwezigheid.

The staff here were fantastic, I fell ill while here, and the staff went way beyond what is expected, to the point of accompanying me to the hospital, making sure I was ok, and offering to come back and pick me up when I was released. The room was a nice size, and wqs clean and comfortable.

View over the road wasn't the best, but it was ok, it had a door for an adjoining room and a bit of noise from there, but again nothing troublesome. Its just finding something to write in the negative side.

Close to night market and bus station. Lovely old style hotel with bath.

I was still in the room when the maids try to open the door without knocking before checkout. On their 3rd try, I opened the door! I was trying to rest before my long drive - didn't happen. Checkin - 3 clerks on duty, but only one working while I stood and waited for the working clerk to finish with the guest in front of me while the other 2 just stood around. The hotel sells parking spaces to non-guests, but tried to charge my wife 40 baht. She straightened him out!!!

The location is ideal for Chiang Rai being close to the night bazaar. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good, and having a freshly made omelette was great.

Wifi could have been better. A bit unstable.
