Staff are nice and the view

The breakfast cost is pricey, the pillows are hard, the shuttle is only available in the afternoon, one of the rooms I booked doesn't have smart TV and it is hard to connect in Netflix, Prime, etc.

Quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city. Large rooms and available water dispenser.

Could have operated a spa with steam bath, jacuzzi and sauna (being a five star) free for guests only! Also the shuttle bus could run every hour and not just 4pm 6pm 8pm It’s limited and not ideal for weekend vacation for us to maximise our time

It was a perfect birthday celebration for me I’ve always wanted a view of the Taal Lake But couldn’t find the right one til we saw the advertisement And the stuff are so kind and accommodating I just wish we were able to get some wines But we were told wine tasting and selling happens on May Maybe we’ll get lucky next year when we come back for probably my husband’s birthday September. it was a very memorable experience for us

More attendants by the lower level of the hotel by the wine seller would be nicer or at least someone to answer questions by the bar

The staff are very warm and accommodating. The location is very peaceful as well.

Some parts of the area are not properly maintained anymore. A little window cleaning and slight repainting of the floors will really give the place a huge face lift.

We loved our stay, the room was very comfortable, had a nice view and the room amenities were complete. The service and front desk staff were very acccommodating and gave really good service. We had a family emergency that we have to cut our trip short and they didn't hesitate to accommodate to our concerns. The food at the cafe was also very good, especially the pumpkin soup. The buffet breakfast was worth it as well as they had a wide range of offerings, the food is refilled almost immediately.

The pastas can be improved but the rest of the menu was great. The staff at the cafe were accommodating but there was only one waitress serving multiple tables and the others were busy, the manager seemed to be preoccupied and doesn't really notice us so a few requests (even billing out) took time. We loved that there was a pickleball court, we didn't get to use it but we hope to see it with better nets/fences next time. The carpets at the hallway also looked dirty though the staff was cleaning them when we arrived. It also smelled a bit "kulob" in the hallway.

We liked the pickleball court, the pool and the attendant, and most of all the security/welcoming staff. The view is also amazing. We appreciate all staff (except front desk)

Shower pressure wasn't very good -- hard to get the right warm water temp because there was no cold water mixing in (shower too hot). Room service was lacking. We had a simple request of banana split (that's just banana and ice cream) and that wasn't available. When we asked about the room service menu, we were told to look it up in the website. We were guests, not outsider inquirers. We hope the front desk staff would be trained better to welcome and be of service to guests.

Property’s is very great and nice just worker I ever meet

I liked how big the rooms were and the balcony was beautiful

However - The value for money was awful. They claim to have a mini bar but there was nothing in it? It was empty. You also have to pay for anything in the spa which I’ve never heard of with the price we paid (300€ for two nights) we should be allowed use the amenities.The shower was cold and the handle of the shower fell off. There was only one chair on the balcony. Dog barking in the property at 8am. We asked for ice from room service and we received it 1.30hr later. When we arrived we were never explained anything about the hotel- the restaurants the spa the pool we had to look ourselves. No complementary snacks and they gave wooden tea spoons for coffee. Very basic hotel for the price we paid I was extremely disappointed and I do not recommend to anyone.

The place looks beautiful. The rooms are really big and it is very clean.

We arrived at 11 was told the check-in was 3 o'clock. Which is acceptable of course. We arrived at 3 PM in our room was not ready. Around 4:30 PM, the room still was not ready. When I called to ask why the room was not ready, they told me "these things happen, sir." I was like "these things do not happen. It only happens here. You kick us out at exactly 11 PM when it is checkout time. So I expect you to have my room ready at 3 PM because I'm already paying for it." Service can definitely be improved

Breakfast looked really good, but there were so many people, we just decided to eat somewhere else

The toilet smells awful in our room. Maintenance went in and just sprayed perfume. I think it is already an existing issue but was not resolved so they just sprayed perfume all over the room. We noticed it in our 2nd night staying with the room.

Location - too far to walk outside the Hotel premises. Service at the restaurant is slow, staff not attentive. Waited for food for a long time. Too expensive. Property need refreshing.

Carelessly left a bag in the room upon checkout. Hotel staff called me within minutes informing me. Saved me so much trouble. Nothing was missing from my bag when I collected it from the front desk. Had a great time walking around and exploring the hotel's facilities with my toddler.

The service in the restaurant was very slow..the foods specially the calamari and the fish and chips wasn't appetising..No entertainment in the night The breakfast counter was almost empty at 9 am .. Bacon and egg counter was empty...most counter was empty although breakfast was until 10 am..

Stayed for one night during weekday so it was quiet and serene.

The floor of the room was a bit sticky. It was clean though.

Very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet tasted really good. The wife loved the bath tub.

Big spacious room, worth paying a bit extra for a lake view. Breakfast was ok, but 900 pesos for additional family members is a rip-off! Complimentary shuttle bus 3-9pm for shops up the road, Robinson nearby.

The Food is great, the location is very nice and relaxing we are planning to return soon i enjoy staying at the hotel, i feel relaxed and my son enjoy the pool.. in the future i know where to go and stay in longer time. thank you so much.

Im contented with the place maybe some street light at the gate going down and it perfect.. the best place to stay and bring friends and family i know we can have the best memories together..

They have a great Spa. Dining options is also good
