Service was professional and accurate!!! 😀 And the food was excellent service to very enjoyable place to go and relax and the view was a million dollar view !!!

They charged for the complementery bar and I think that should come with the payment of the room .maybe charge to fill it back up if your staying longer .

The water in the pool was cold and while I was sitting on the sun loungers, workers painting on the balconies. I on vacation to relax or I am watching the employees renovating the hotel?

The front desk was able to fulfill my request for a room with the spectacular view and spacious balcony--perfect for my meetings. The king size bed provided me with the best sleep I've had in years :-) Housekeeping was great and the staff at the restaurant was excellent.

During checkout, my assistant was charged for an extra room-key that she never requested or received. I was the only one who requested the extra room key for my room. I suspect that she got charged because her room was reserved under my booking #. Also, though I did not take advantage of the swimming pool, it looks like it needs to be resurfaced or remodeled because it looks dirty.

We booked the property for the view. But the fog and rain were bad, no view was seen at all

Very long check-in process. The staff always took s long time replying to messages prior to the visit. We weren’t informed that our room was not usable because of the rain. There were 5 of us, so we booked the cellar family premium with 4 beds, a table and bigger space. They gave us the executive premium, which they said was more expensive, but it was smaller than what we wanted. With only two big beds. We paid for an extra bed just like we planned, and it was vert comfortable. There was a table for meals, but it was in the balcony which was veru wet from the rain. The staff and food during breakfast were very good. Check-out again took a long time because theye needed to check the room.

Ambience, room quality, service.

Not much area outside the building to walk around. You are stuck in the room or in Bellisima. Bfast doesn't have much variety with respect to breads, cheese, cold cuts. Good for Filipino breakfast, though.

Easy to find it’s in the heart of the city. Great view and great place to stay at. Friendly and accommodating staffs and very good breakfast.

Facilities and decorations have deteriorated a bit, despite the pricier rates.

The rooms and the breakfast buffet were okay. Nothing special but okay. The view is what you pay for.

The check out process was a bit time consuming. I guess I got used to how it’s done in Australia. Reception could use a smile when dealing with guests. Also the traffic in the area was terrible.

The view of the of the Taal Lake and the staff's are very friendly and service is very good.

Room doors are difficult to open and close. Toilet flush and seat needs to be upgraded/remodeled, most of the time difficult to push the toilet flush button. Hotel floors in the lobby and restaurant is not well-maintained and looks dirty. The hotel needs an overall renovation.

Light ng room po, dim masyado. Swimming pool, madumi and yung time limit should be extended. TV no account sa netflix and disney plus need pa personal account pa para magamit.

The maintenance of cleanliness of the facilities, the.variety of cuisine offered at the buffet didn't meet our expectations considering the high cost of price.

Wildly overpriced. Not clean. Rooms showing many signs of maintenance neglect. Really not worth the price.

There was an event in the evening and the other guests were making noise in the corridor in the early morning for quite some time.

Breakfast was good. Good quality and mix. Restaurant has good food. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Best view of Tagaytay. Great massage at inhouse spa. Free cookies every day of stay and even a few to take home! Great location and near everywhere!

Bathroom facilities are quite old and not cleaned well. The faucets were really old. Towels also quite old. There were crawling ants in ceiling and walls. The balcony was not cleaned the entire duration of stay. Really bad sound proofing.the upstairs room occupants were noisy and stomping on the floors for 3 nights until 1-2 am making sleep challenging.

Room is clean and common areas are not too crowded. Overall, place is relaxing.

Ala carte food is too salty and oily. Breakfast is too dry as well. Pool is not heated and with Tagaytay’s usual weather, swimming in their pool was quite a challenge.

The location was nice just beside the skyranch. The room was clean though we hoped we could have an option to have 1 king size bed instead of 2 double beds. The food tastes great too, and the staff was very friendly.

Love the food at Belissima. View is good and relaxing. Love the acoustic during dinner. Spa was good.

Blow dryer in the room not working. Noise at the pool, noise coming from ceiling and you can hear every time someone is walking at the corridor. Door locks a bit jammed for both rooms we have occupied.

The bfast is good and lots of choices
