Everything was perfect, the rooms are wonderful, the location is great, you have nearby caffès, grocery stores and the beach is pretty close The pool is perfect and spacious The staff is wonderful, and is always there to help with anything you need, also the atmosphere of the whole property is amazing. I suggest it to anyone who plans on visiting Hoi An

This hotel is Perfect. Let's start with the wonderful devoted staff. They were ready to help in every minute, also tru WhatsApp, where the respond was very quick and efficient. I was chatting with them when my scooter broke down, and they sent a mechanic with a new scooter right away. Every day the cleaning staff would come and offer to clean the room, replace towels, etc. They kept the room spotlessly clean, and everything was done with a smile. The room was spacious, had a great air condition, beautiful huge bathroom and an amazing balcony. The hotel has a very beautiful structure, and has a garden full of greens and trees, beautiful reception, the vibe is relaxed, there is a very good swimming pool, they rent scooters, there are a lot of eateries around and it is located in a quite neighborhood, few min scooter drive from the hectic old town. It was a pleasure being a guest at this hotel and I want to thank Ella and all her friends at the staff for making it a beautiful 10 days stay.

beautiful resort with lovely staff who helped me plan my stay, offered tours and recommended good places to eat, helped me with my bags and transporting me to and from the airport for a much more affordable price than grab or other services. close enough to old town that you can walk there but they also offers bikes if you wanted!

Heerlijke locatie. De locatie ligt niet gelijk in het drukke stadscentrum, waardoor het lekker rustig gelegen is. De kamer was schoon. Het bed was heel comfortabel en de badkamer was super en ruim. Het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk en dienstverlenend. Ik raad het hotel ten zeerste aan als je een beetje rust wil.

部屋が広くて清潔でした。バルコニーで喫煙もできて、大きな浴槽もあり毎日入浴できました。ミニマートも歩いて行けるところに2ヶ所あり旧市街よりも物価が安かったです。ランドリーまでは歩いてすぐで、とても便利でした。自転車の無料貸し出しがありますが、暑すぎたので私たちは利用しませんでした。旧市街までは気候によりますが、自転車で行けると思います。

チェックインの時にホテルスタッフにさまざまななツアーを勧められて、明日の予定は？その次は？など、全部の予定を聞いてくるので、早くチェックインさせてほしかった。

Staff gentilissimo, disponibile e accogliente. Struttura tranquilla, posozione ottima in mezzo tra spiaggia e il centro. Bici gratuite a disposizione per spostarsi.. L'ultimo giprno ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli, utilizzare le bici e la doccia. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Consigliamo

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme dans la chambre, et le confort des lits. La piscine était super agréable. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons. Le personnel très sympa et accueillant. Le service pick up très pratique ainsi que de pouvoir laver son linge pour un pris raisonnable.

Nous avions des excursions à la journée qui nous obligeaient à partir tôt le petit déjeuner ne commençant qu'à 7h c'était parfois un peu court pour apprécier tranquillement le moment.

The staff were lovely and happy to help. The hotel has a welcoming and relaxed ambience and was clean and comfortable with a nice setting and pool.

Хороший отель, я бы ещё вернулся. Очень понравился бассейн, небольшой, но очень чистый. Полотенца к нему всегда рядом лежат, лежаки есть. Уборка в отеле каждый день, полотенца меняют каждый день, но если до 10 утра вы спите, то потом придется просить напомнить про уборку. Расположение: подойдёт тем кто работает или ищет уединения. Wi-Fi быстрый, проблем не было. Есть бильярд, прокат велосипедов бесплатный. Велосипеды "уставшие", к ним бы приложить руку не равнодушного мастера) Персонал вежливый, дружелюбный.

Не понравились завтраки. Один раз попробовали и больше не стали. Лучше найти другие места, коих огромное количество в 10-15 минутах ходьбы. Крысы бегают по территории и зданиям, только по ночам. Но их во Вьетнаме и так полно бегает, так что не сильно смущало. Очень не рекомендую пользоваться услугами прачечной в отеле. Никакие пятна не отстирали, видимо без порошка стирали совсем. Жили в семейном номере, двери в ванную нет, только шторка. Для такого помещения должна быть дверь!

The pool was clean. The room was big and spacious. The staff was nice kind.

The "queen bed" was actually 2 smaller beds put next to each other. You might think it's the same as one bigger bed, but in reality, the middle of the bed is raised up and is very hard.

Pool was clean. bike was free of cost can travel any time. motor bike can be arranged for 150,000 vnd for whole day. Rooms are quite big, clean and maintained.

At the beginning we had a bumpy start - we had to change the room, but the staff faced problem accordingly, and overall communication was great. Also, the preordered breakfast was great :)

At the beggining we've had to change room due to bad smell, but we've get another one with no problems.

Very old poorly kept. Our room smelt musky. Black hairs on pillow case. The electricity went off through the night (not their fault) so over heated. The location is a long way from anything. On booking it shows a buffet breakfast which is not correct. The person that checked us in was busy talking to friends and took her time to greet us. However the lady that checked us out was very professional and handled the situation extremely well.

Amazing hospitality, staff were so friendly. Rooms were so clean and beautiful. The location was fantastic - a quick grab to the old town and other sites. Highly recommend!

La chambre était grande et confortable, avec une très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner copieux. La piscine et vraiment appréciable et l’hôtel met de nombreux vélos à disposition des clients. La location de scooter est un plus que nous avons choisi pour nous rendre dans le centre ville. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Maybe better WiFi for the rooms

The rooms were large with a more traditional/unique design which was nice. Our rooms also had great views out to the farm at the rear. The staff were lovely and the pool was a good large size. Being out of town the hotel is quiet and a short (20 min) walk into town or a quick grab ride.

The doors/windows whilst beautiful were a bit misaligned so it was often hard to close them and they didn’t quite seal properly meaning we needed to run the AC constantly to keep the rooms cool.

Beautiful hotel! extremely nice staff, Helen recommend us great places to go and tailors. the pool was very nice and the rooms were spacious. it was very nice to be able to use the bikes to go to the city which was around 10 minutes by bike!

A beautiful property with gorgeous rooms! Huge rooms and the bathrooms are so spacious and nice. Very kind and helpful staff. The pool was lovely and the bikes were awesome to hop on to get into Old Town.

The only thing is the neighbor has very loud dogs that bark at odd hours including very early in the am. I was on the pool side which is where the neighbor lives, so maybe the other side would be better.

Pretty room and very spacious. Comfortable bed.

AC was terrible, didn’t work, just blew hot air around and it was 35 degrees. We had to ask for help with it twice and we had to ask for a second fan in the end.

It was a little far out of the old town to walk, although it is only a quick grab ride away.

Pros: - Staff and management are very helpful and friendly with all requests. - Nice, relaxing hotel, especially in the evening by the swimming pool. - About a 20 to 30 minute walk to Hoi An’s ancient town. - Delux room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable - Free bicycles available to ride around - Close to local markets, restaurants, coffee shops and boutique shops. - By bike the beach is about 40 min. ride. - Very good WiFi connection - Overall a very nice stay for 9 days.

Cons: The 2 days I used breakfast was somewhat disappointing. - breakfast - paid separately from room . Minimum selection available.. fruits appeared to be not fresh, breakfast portions was small. - Not recommended to have at home. Recommend to go outside of hotel where you’ll have fresher fruits variety of breakfast options. - Occasional power outages, however, management seem to make needed repairs.

Slecht geïsoleerde kamers, 4 stroompannes tijdens ons verblijf en heel onstabiele water druk in onze kamer waardoor de temperatuur van het water niet te regelen was. Werd gemeld aan de receptie. Er werd eens naar gekeken maar het probleem raakte niet opgelost.

Staff is very helpful and very friendly. Location is great only 15-20 min. bike ride. Free bikes available. Nice pool area. Deluxe room has been comfortable and is very large and spacious

More Bathroom lights needed especially at night. Wall outlet needed in the bathroom to use hairdryer Mirror would be welcomed near wall outlets when using hairdryer

ella was very accomodating! she was very hands on with our needs, and even helped us with the airport transfer. reception wasn’t 24/7 but she still made sure to check on us through chat!

rest room (bath tub) is old and look dirty. our room was on the 3rd floor and even if some staffs helped us with our luggages, it was still hard to go up and down the stairs after a long day. AC is hot, even after having it checked. breakfast was also limited (fried rice, bacon, sausage, eggs, tea, coffee, juice and that’s pretty much it)

Great stay

Our stay at Blooms Boutique Village from May 15–19 was absolutely wonderful, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing hostess, Ella ✨ Before we even arrived, Ella arranged a car to pick us up from the Da Nang airport and was able to accommodate an early check-in, which made our travel day so much easier. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. We loved the complimentary breakfast each morning, especially the variety of options ranging from Hoi An specialties to continental favorites. The hotel itself was beautiful from the lush greenery surrounding the property to the thoughtfully designed rooms and bathrooms, everything felt peaceful and relaxing. Ella also shared so many great local recommendations with us, from her favorite tailor shops to delicious eateries around Hoi An. She even helped us book an unforgettable tour to Marble Mountains and Sơn Trà, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We truly loved our time in Hoi An even more because of Ella’s wonderful hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable we hope to return again someday!

Magnifique hotel situé entre la plage de Bang An et le centre de Hoi An. Vélos à disposition gratuite du client ce qui permet de découvrir les alentours et de se rendre dans le centre. Accueil exeptionnel de Ella et Lina , les intendantes. Sourrires à profusion du personnel dévoué au petit déjeuner. Structure et apparence de l'hotel absolument impecable. Piscine suffisement longue, large et profonde pour se baigner. Chambre incroyablement belles et fonctionnelles, propres et avec de belles vues. Calme au sein de cette hotel.

The room was very spacious with a large bed, clean linen, 2 sofas either side of TV, large full length mirror, wardrobe with safe, mini bar fridge, kettle, tea/coffee sachets.You could keep air con on all the time even when out, which was great during this hot humid month. I loved the archway into the bathroom. Super standing bathtub. Shower didnt have a curtain or enclosure but the water drained away constantly n quickly so no issues with wet floors! A nice large private balcony with chairs and table ovwrlooking back gardens and views of field. I watched the many birds flying through trees in the mornings. Free breakfast is served outside behind pool area. Buffet choice 9f rice, noodles, bacon, sausage and buns. Can choose style of cooked eggs and slice of toast. Fresh fruit, fruit juices , tea n coffee. The pool area is great with 8 sun longers and few umbrellas. The pool is clean and water is very warm due to hot weather last few months. Sun does shine on pool area during day. There are free bikes to use at anytime during your stay. The location is perfect, away from busy old town but only 10 minutes away by bicycle. There are many cafes and rsstaurants xlose by to choose from. Take a bike ride across the paddy fielda, visit the vegetable village. The beaches are also a 10-15 minute bike ride away. Great place to relax and recharge too. Staff were all friendly. I shall come back.

The bathroom was great but a little tired n corners and aroynd bathtub. Could do with a freshen up. It was awkward to use the kettle as no plug near where it is stood. I had to use socket by bed and it just balanced on small table. Would be easier to have a plug by its location.

A lovely hotel , clean big room and we had a decoration for our honeymoon.Ella was a cheerful and helpful person. We loved our stay .
