Location was excellent and the staff very helpful Rooftop pool for mid-afternoon swims was awesome

Geweldig ontbijt buffet, elke dag wat anders behalve de vaste dingetjes (rijst, broodjes etc.) Heerlijke kamer met een goed werkende airco. Vriendelijkste personeel wat we gehad hebben in Vietnam!

super friendly staff who made us feel at home and were very professional and helpful. The pool was a great place to relax, especially in the evening. Location just north of the old town was really good too. Rooms were a nice size.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, super für unsere Familie. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll und Sue an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat uns gut beraten. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar und um die Ecke gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Shops.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Hoi An würde ich ein Hotel etwas außerhalb "im Grünen" wählen. Das Uptown liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße und man hört den Verkehr, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Hotel gut geeignet - und bei den heißen Temperaturen ist es eh besser, wenn man morgens früh loszieht. 😅

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und verbreitet eine familiäre Atmosphäre bei der man sich als Gast sehr wohl fühlt. Gleich bei der Ankunft hat uns Sue eine detaillierte und informative Einführung sowie viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Hoi An gegeben.

Posizione: appena fuori dal quartiere vecchio, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Pulizia, staff. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio lavanderia.

The staff are incredible, very friendly and helpful and always with a smile. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was also Easy access to the old town and attractions but far away enough not to be noisey.

12 min walking distance to Old Town

Dirty and Noisy. The room was dirty, the walls were dirty the towels grey color not white. Old furniture. The only day the room was supposedly clean they even didn’t open the blinds that were closed from the night. The room was very noisy, the cleaning staff was loud on the corridor , you could hear the room upstairs when they walk in the room. I could not rest.The view was just houses rooftops. Rude lady at the reception. In the morning of my check out at 9am she shouted to me from the reception while I was walking“What time you leave today”. When you reach there they fill you with trips and restaurants rather than worrying about client experience. I personally don’t recommend this place. Are many hotels near old town

We had a good experience on this accommodation. The location is good, very cleaning, good breakfast and the staff is helpful. If you stay in Hanoi I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Uptown Hoi An Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location, but what really made our stay special was the service. A special thank you to Lona and Sue for their exceptional hospitality. They were both so warm, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and genuine service made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole Uptown Hoi An team, especially Lona and Sue, for making our time in Hoi An even more memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️

ホイアン観光地まで10〜15分程度でいけるからアクセスは良い。部屋はきれいで清潔感がある。 スタッフもとても愛想が良い。お世話になりました。

特にない。強いていうなら、ホテルが大通りに面しているため、早朝に車やバイクの音が少し気になったくらい。観光地の近くにあるため、一長一短で仕方ない。

Not much to add here, as mentioned in previous reviews the free to use bikes could do with some minor maintenance, brakes for example, they work but you need a runway for stopping distance! Good fun though.😁

Nothing…and the people make this smallish boutique hotel what it is. Sue is ultra helpful in settling you in, and assisting with information and logistic needs. The whole staff group is friendly.

Our stay here was excellent, The staff are superfriendly and happy to help sort out any issues you may have. Our room was very good and the breakfasts excellent with a variety of local fruits as well as western food. Location was perfect for us, away from the noisy crowds but only 10min walk into the old town. Found some very nice restaurants and cafe's close by if you dont want to walk. We would choose this hotel again for sure.

The room was clean and spacious, with a private balcony that came in handy to dry clothes/shoes. The bathroom was big and well mantained. The staff was always extremely helpful and always available for anything. The rooftop pool was an incredible perk, we spent any free moment enjoying its refreshing water.

Ett mycket prisvärt hotell. Personalen helt fantastiska. Vi fick toppenbra hjälp med att boka privat bil till BanaHill(åk dit!). Vi valde att bo på kort gångavstånd från gamla stan,enkelt att ta sig hem sent på kvällen. Vi lånade cyklar till stranden,tar ca 10 min. Frukosten var klart godkänd

Pedí una cama grande con bañera y tuve dos camas normales que juntaron y bañera. Intente cambiar d e habitación a una cama grande de verdad pero no tenia bañera. Así que me quedé en mi habitación de bañera con dos camas normales.

Everything was good.

The pool on the roof is fabulous. The hotel is very clean. The family and staff who look after you couldn't be nicer. The bed was very comfy. No shortage of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good. Eggs cooked to order.

No option to make tea in our room, only coffe, the awful nescafe premix sachet with whitner and sugar. The room cups are very very small for the large sachet of powdered junk.

Lona and all the staff at Uptown Hotel are very helpful and very nice people that make you very welcome. I would certainly recommend this small friendly family run boutique hotel to anyone going to Hoi An and we will certainly return again one day.

There was nothing we didn't like at this hotel and I'd be surprised if anyone else would either.
