This hotel provided such great value for money. The best part was the breakfast. They offer a huge buffet each morning with many options, tons of fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice, mango smoothies, pastries and flan for some reason. But the best part is they make pancakes and eggs to order. The area is nice and quiet, with plenty of restaurants and other stores nearby. You can walk to the old town in 15 minutes or take a grab there for $2. But I would recommend exploring the less touristy neighborhoods, too. The staff were super helpful and attentive. They were happy to answer questions about the area. The laundry service just took a day. We paid about 30 USD a night for a spacious room with a balcony and two beds. I didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöner Pool-Bereich. Frühstück lecker mit guter Auswahl. Man ist fußläufig schnell in der Altstadt. Zusätzlich kann man sehr unkompliziert Fahrräder ausleihen.

Excellent accueil, personnel aux petits soins, petit déjeuner incroyable et chambre spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits avec notre enfant tout était parfait. Nous avons apprécié le prêt de vélos gratuits, l'emplacement était super. Vraiment un excellent rapport qualité prix.

La chambre était spacieuse, la literie très comfortable. La piscine était très agréable avec de bons horaires. Le personnel est très attentif et réactif à nos demandes.

La habitación era espaciosa, el desayuno muy muy bueno, con opciones que te hacen al momento. La piscina se agradece muchisimo después de un día explorando. El servicio espectacular, pregunté varias cosas y nos ayudaron mucho. Además cogí el servicio de recogida al aeropuerto (más barato que en Grab) e hicimos el trayecto a Hue con un conductor haciendo paradas (se llama Hai, increible, te va explicando que te vas a encontrar en las paradas y habla muy bien inglés). La ubicación está a 15-20 min del centro, pero se agradece porque estas en zona tranquila donde te aseguras un buen descanso.

Goed hotel ! Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het bevindt zich op een prima locatie, lopend naar old town is te doen maar mocht je dat te ver vinden biedt de accommodatie gratis fietsen aan. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en divers. Mijn partner was jarig tijdens ons verblijf en ze hadden zelfs een taartje en versiering geregeld. Al met al een aanrader !!

Staff was very welcoming and amazing. Helped us plan tours. Book events. Breakfast was good, amenities including gym was satisfactory (dumbbells and 1 combo lift machine). Also offer bicycle but it’s hard to ride in this city due to heavy traffic and Vietnamese driving culture.

La habitación era amplia, bonita, luminosa y limpia, con un pequeño balcón con vistas a la piscina. La piscina estaba fenomenal, y el desayuno de buffet buenísimo. Las bicicletas gratuitas estan muy bien, aunque hay bastante tráfico puedes ir a la playa con ellas. El gimnasio no esta nada mal. El personal fue muy amable y resolutivo todo el tiempo. Nos ofrecieron un transporte al aeropuerto por el mismo precio que un grab que nos resultó muy cómodo. Calidad-precio inmejorable.

Quizás algo alejado del centro, pero se puede ir dando un paseo perfectamente.

Это лучший отель за все время пребывания во Вьетнаме. Безупречная чистота, наивкуснейшие завтраки, бесплатные велосипеды, отличный бассейн, персонал 10+. Нам очень хочется вернуться в данный отель снова ;) Тем кто ищет пляж, спокойно можно доехать на такси при чем в разные локации. Старый город не далеко.

We loved absolutely everything about this lovely hotel and it’s beautiful staff. The hotel itself is a lovely old style close to walk to old town and lots of shops and cafes. The huge bed was so comfortable! Breakfast delicious. And the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was lovely. It was a short walk to the old town and also only 3km to the beach. They supplied bikes for free, which was very useful. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they had a beautiful display of petals and swans making a love heart on our bed for our arrival.

The only thing was that the power doesn't stay on in the room while you're not in there, so it takes a while for the room to cool down and you can't charge any cameras/phones etc.

Staff were great. Mid way between Beach & Old City so great if you are happy to Grab. Probably a bit ‘no-man’s land’ if you want to walk.

I thought it was closer to the center than it actually was. But using Grab solved the problem.

The Golden Holliday hotel in Hoi An we stayed during our holliday was awesome, clean room, big soace good for family. Beutiful interior and nice atmosphere at the lobby. Food is delicious and lots of varities and choices of foods. The staff are very helpfull, courteous, respectull and smile all the time. Highly recomend

Phenomenal location, incredible and kind staff that went above and beyond for our comfort. They took care of everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast was delicious and they made sure everything was cooked fresh to order like eggs and pancakes. The food itself was so cheap but so good! This hotel says it’s 4 stars but genuinely the service from staff make it 5. We had a room with a bad aircon and they changed our room to keep us comfortable. They booked our tours with the best companies for us, and all our transportation was done through them. We just let them know anything we wanted to do/go and they handled it all for us - it was so smooth and easy. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms were very spacious with a good working air con that is much appreciated after walking around in the heat. The beds were super comfy with nice fluffy pillows. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. My favourite thing was the great selection of fresh fruit. The coffee was also very good, and they provided condensed milk and ice so you could make your own Vietnamese-style coffee. The service was superb—they arranged a car to pick us up when we arrived in Da Nang at 5:45 a.m. and also helped us with early check-in. The location is within walking distance of the Old Town, although it’s difficult to walk during the day because of the heat. There’s also a lovely, clean swimming pool, which is 800 m², so you can actually swim if you like. We also took a tour to My Son Sanctuary recommended by the hotel and really enjoyed it. The local guide was very knowledgeable, and it was a small group of just 13 people.

If I’m being nitpicky, the hair dryer was a little old-fashioned and took ages to dry my hair—but that’s just a minor detail.

We LOVED this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, the breakfast plentiful and the swimming pool was the perfect place to relax in. The hotel has bikes that you can borrow for free and we cycled through the rice fields to An Bang beach. It is a 20 minute walk to the Old Town or you can easily jump in a Grab taxi. We booked a taxi via the hotel for our trip back to the airport and it was a really reasonable price. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Les chambres sont très petites, tout comme les salles de bain, dans lesquelles il est impossible de tenir à deux. Cela pose problème le matin, car nous avons besoin de pouvoir nous préparer à plusieurs simultanément. La douche n’est pas correctement équipée : il n’y a pas de joint, ce qui fait que l’eau s’écoule dans toute la salle de bain et dans les toilettes lorsque nous nous douchons. La climatisation est également difficile à régler : lorsqu’elle fonctionne, il fait trop froid dans la chambre, mais dès qu’on l’éteint, la température devient rapidement étouffante. De manière générale, les chambres de l’hôtel sont assez vétustes et auraient besoin d’être rénovées. Le petit-déjeuner est assez simple, avec peu de choix. Enfin, nous prenons régulièrement des cocktails au bar de la piscine, mais le personnel venait systématiquement nous demander de signer le papier immédiatement, comme s’il craignait que nous ne réglions pas notre consommation. À la longue, cela donne une impression assez désagréable et peu accueillante.

We had just been to Da Nang for four nights, in a large 5 star hotel which was like a cattle market. Coming to Hoi An Holiday Elite following this was like coming home, cute little boutique hotel. Very personal, rooms beautiful, nice big bath if needed and an excellent shower. Cute little pool outside if needed. Dzung on arrival was super lovely, took the time to sit down and advised us where to go, things to do etc. very appreciative of her time to show us this. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of food all quality. Dzung was aware we were vegan and ensured we had alternative milk, offered vegan pancakes if needed. We had tofu on the second staff which was a nice addition to breakfast. The hotel was that lovely and a perfect location in between the old town and the beach. Free bike hire which was the best bit of our trip, just riding the streets of Hoi A was so fun and we definitely saw much more by doing this. We definitely recommend doing this. All staff lovely and can’t do enough for you. We extended our stay one more night because of how happy we were with it all. Thanks to all staff
