- El desayuno se mantiene ofreciendo lo mismo todos los años. - Varios enchufes de electricidad no funcionan por años en las habitaciones. - Personal de recepción no saluda ni cuando ingresas ni cuando sales. - Se puede mejorar las instalaciones del gimnasio y del comedor (sillas) - Sería excelente que puedan hacer limpieza profunda o tendido de camas todos los días.

Convenient location for getting around Northern Virginia and the D.C. area, with easy access to main roads and nearby amenities. Check-in was straightforward.

The actual condition of the room did not match the online photos or description. The space felt tired, outdated, and in need of maintenance and a thorough refresh.

Good location. A few restaurants and stores nearby for your convenience. Not a bad drive to D.C.

Staff lied to me when I booked an additional night. I was told we'd be able to stay in the same room. We were not and could not switch rooms until almost 11:00 a.m., therefore our morning was wasted waiting on housekeeping instead of enjoying D.C. like we had planned. Second room was nicer and cleaner than the first but still irritated that I was lied to.

This experience was extremely poor. The room had bugs and unclean bathrooms at the time of check in. The property charged my card on file prior to check in date and arrival. The management and desk representatives were rude, dismissive, and inappropriate. Several agencies have been called on this property unknowingly due to poor conduct.

My only complaint is that the tub looks like it needed a good scrubbing. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.

Place is a dump! Couldn't even stay there. Lobby was like entrance to a subway station, complete with smell. It's also not even close to Tyson's Corner. I lived in that area for over 30 years, so couldn't believe my GPS took me there. Its almost at the DC line and is on border of City of Arlington and Falls Church. I didn't even stay, just gave up my reservation, but would like my money refunded. Comfort Inn is a very good chain, so don't understand how this place has their name. Now I'm reluctant to book with Booking.com.

Everything. Correct geographic information, dirty facility. For many years the building was a place where soldiers from Ft. Myers down the street went for a night of sex.

The hotel was old, with stained rugs and worn, peeling leather chairs. The breakfast selections were very limited.

Aunque olía a limpio y todo la habitación estaba limpia , lo único que no me gustó de la habitación fue La bañera estaba sucia! En cuanto a el servicio de agua potable en la recepción tenía un sabor extraño, reo que al agua potable no están muy fresca . Deberían ser más higiénicos con el servicio de agua para beber.

Lobby and breakfast seating need updating...lots of wear and tear. Many TV channels were not working. Overall, it was okay. It was somewhere to sleep after traveling D.C all day.

Gratis Parkeerplaats bij het hotel en tegenover een winkelcentrum. Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar prima. Ook stond er gedurende de dag altijd warme koffie klaar bij de receptie.

Vloerbedekking in de gangen en stoelen in de ontbijtzaal waren echt wel versleten en aan vervanging toe.

Reserved a wheelchair accessible room. Upon arrival found out the hotel had extended another patrons stay in that room. So, they put is in what was supposed to be a wheelchair accessible room. The grab bars by the toilet were pulling out of the wall. There was a bathtub but no accessible seat in or available for the tub. My son is wheelchair bound, cannot walk at all. On top of that the property is in rough shape. Carpets are dirty, woodwork is banged up. The elevator is tiny and the certificate of operation for the elevator posted is almost 7 years old, not current. The breakfast was acceptable, though not opened long enough. I would not recommend this property at all, especially for those with special access needs.

The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The front desk staff were welcoming and always attentive and responsive to any questions or needs. The dining area staff were always maintaining the areas clean. Rooms were very clean; Though the furnishings were somewhat worn, I would highly recommend this hotel because of the excellent staff and their efforts to make the stay comfortable.

Breakfast was minimal. No bananas. Cold cereal. Eggs good but meat patties not too enticing. Bacon would have been better.

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great. Virginia makes excellent waffles.

These were probably some of the most comfortable beds either of us have ever slept in. The room was spacious with ample lighting and outlets to charge our devices.

The faucet was so far back that it was difficult to wash our hands. The toilets water would randomly start running at all hours of the day and night. The air conditioning seemed to stop working in the middle of the night and we would wake up to a very hot room. You couldn't unplug the alarm to turn off the light nor could you flip it upside down because of it's shape so you would have to cover it and end up taking up what limited night stand space you had.
