Excellent location near my Son's home. Very affordable and clean. The costumer services of Malik is great.

Convenient to the “Little City” of Falls Church. Not expensive.

Not clean or well maintained. There was a cigarette butt on the carpet when we arrived, and Doritos in the sofa bed. We booked this in part for the sofa bed, but the man at the reception said no bedding is offered for the sofa beds.

The room was very clean with kitchenette, which was a plus, microwave and Fridge. The security is top notch using access code every entrance including elevator vestibule. I will definitely book again. Close to several activities including State Theater. We went to Legwarmer's concert.

They could use some nice smelling room spray to keep room fresh. Clean but smell like has not been occupied for sometimes.

Everything was great, to include cleanlines, location, quiet. I would stay here again. Many kudos to the general manager of this hotel for his knowledge, professionalism and genuine care for the guest comfort and convenience.

The rates were good. Staff was friendly and let us know where everything was located. The kitchenette came in handy saving money on food.

Literally one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Lobby is old and dated. Suite shouldn't be called a suite. Windows don't open, one had a cracked pane. The couch is equal to sitting on the ground. Heat/AC did not work in bedroom, toilet ran all night, Coffee pot made brown water, the coffee bags are laughable. The tiny bedroom has a TV that takes up the whole space. Literally no where to put a suitcase. Overall, would not come back.

Hotel is in a good location with a full kitchen. The only reason I cannot give a 5 is because our room is closed to the entrance and we kept hearing the door banging when people went in or out.

Easy parking. Convenient location

The ability to cook and store food. Helped us make our won breakfast. Plentiful parking.

Conference room availability. A couple of times we were told not to use it. Lights inside the closet would be good. Laundry facilities in each building would be nice.

I love that the 2 bedroom suite is just that. So many hotel in the area charging for a 2 bedroom suite but it's just a room with 2 beds.i loved the full kitchen

Billing was confusing. Although I knew an additional charge of $100 was levied as an incidental charge for each room, It did not show up as a separate charge. Each room was billed at the room rate plus $100. Then each room was billed at the room rate only. So for a few days it appeared that I was billed twice for each room. Eventually, the first higher billing appears to have been removed (a few days). But I will still have to check my credit card transactions for a few days to make sure all is as it should be.

The "sofa bed" is just a regular small, stiff sofa. Disappointing for our guest staying on it for the night.

I extended my stay and was made to change rooms, this wasted many hours of my days.

The staff was outstanding. There was a problem with the AC in the room they assigned me and they were prompt and efficient in dealing with it. I was impressed with all the staff I met.

No me gustó que las habitaciones no más asean diariamente. Y cuando hice el checkin la persona que me atendió la sentí un poco pesada, pero sucedió todo lo contrario salir, una señora muy amable me despidió.

Wir waren schon mehrmals hier, und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Suites sind angenehm, insbesondere für Familien. Und der Fitness-Raum ist ein Extra-Bonus. In Fußentfernung gibt es Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Das Kochgeschirr (Töpfe, Pfannen) ist verbesserungsbedürftig (Töpfe und Pfannen mit flachem Boden nötig).

The front desk was helpful but I felt bad for them given the lack of an operable elevator. They had to help me with my heavy bags.

Staff was excellent. Room clean. However, Hotel clientele appeared to be an odd mix.

Lots of places nearby, like CVS, Escape Room, Aldi's (rooms have small kitchens, so we bought groceries), about a mile from Metro station. Room was great! Nice smell to the hotel, soft towels, provides hygiene items such as large bottles of lotions, shampoo, and etc. Kitchenettes come with silverware, cooking pans, plates, cups, etc Bed was comfy and pillows were plump. Super soft and AC unit worked. Limited channels on TV but not a huge issue. Internet was great for being a public WIFI. As a gamer, I had no lag when cloud gaming on my PC. *Cons* -Entrance is almost missable (We drove past it the first time), but in the same respect, it felt less like a hotel and more like townhouse entrance in a quaint area. -Exiting by vehicle was a bit hard due to cars along the street blocking views up and down the road but was manageable. *These would be knit-picking details -No snack or soda machines. The lobby had items although they were limited in selection. -People above us were loud foot-wise, stomping, loud thumps randomly. We loved staying there and are looking forward to staying again if we get the chance to see DC again.

Loved it here! The staff are excellent, location great for shopping and entertainment, not too far from DC. Comfy room, would stay again.

property was awesome. very clean. brand new. the furniture was top notch. neighbors were nice. no unwanted nuisances. the lighting was perfect. the comforter and bed were extremely comfortable. desk was spacious with a perfect layout and nice wood and color. sofa was nice facing the T.V and the T.V had a lot of channels plus streaming apps and internet. and the biggest perk was that it was pet-friendly. will definitely return. while the whole staff was helpful, cordial, kind and made you feel welcome; however, there was a staff member at the front desk that was the total opposite of all the things i mentioned about how great the staff are. she was cold, rude, stuck-up, always gave bad looks and didn't give you the time of day. she is a middle-aged, mixed African American woman with orange dyed hair and wears pantsuits. i wasn't sure if it was just towards me but one person or other people that's not the way you treat clients/guests at your job. that is the ONLY complaint. otherwise everything else was close to perfect. i want to give a special thanks to Amy from the front desk. to say she was hospitable and supportive is an understatement.
