My room was clean and nice. The hall/corridor was a little warm but it is OK.

Location is very convenient for my travel purposes (visiting family). Accommodating for my pet traveling with me. Easy check in/check out.

We got a room ,after we got settled down we found out the front would not lock and they could fix it. We had to pack everything and move to another room. On the second day while we was in the room in bed with the do not disturb sign on the door a maid on the door went in , when she saw us she turned around a left. That had never happened to us before, it was not a good experience.

Take my son into a swimming pool and one of the ladies said that my son need a bathing suit he had a short on and she not allow us to swim I feel she was racist as hell

During my four nights stay only one elevator was working used for both guests and for services There was strong cigarette smoking odor which make feel uncomfortable specially at night although I have booked non smoking room .

While waiting for our laundry, a woman came in for hers. She proceeded to steal our laundry detergents near our things. After ignoring us trying to talk to her, she walked away. I Asked the front desk if they had cameras, was told no, then explained the situation. The front desk agent, who spoke very little English, proceeded to not care, at all, only kept repeating , it’s okay it’s okay.. I wasn’t expecting an FBI investigation, but it would have been nice for them to care a little. Laundry room was horrible and gross. One washer and one dryer. For the price I guess I was expecting more. My mistake.

We only stayed one night, the hotel was decent the first room we was assigned had not been cleaned so the front desk moved us to another room which was fine. The room was decent and basic. I did notice the hallways are extremely warm which makes the hallways smell weird and the elevators are very loud. The free breakfast was ok and also basic but very crowded. Overall it is a decent hotel.

Location was perfect. Clean, tidy, great service It has become a family tradition evey time we are in area.

I was with a bus tour and we stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites By Hilton Falls Church on April 14, 2026. My golden retriever service dog Cindy, had a medical emergency with extremely high pressure in her eye (glaucoma). I looked up a local emergency vet clinic, but didn’t know who to call for transportation there. I called the front desk (at 1:30 am). Aisha answered the phone right away. I told her what was going on and that I needed a ride asap. Instead of giving me a phone number to call, she said she’ll get me a ride and call me when it gets there. I was so relieved! I went down to the front desk to wait anyway. Aisha, God bless her heart, booked a ride for me and to have the driver wait once they dropped me off if needed for a return trip. Aisha was so pleasant and accommodating, I can’t thank her enough! The taxi came within minutes and took me to the pet ER. I was there for about 5.5 hours, so sent the driver on his way. But everything turned out as good as could be expected and I returned to the hotel about 7am. I am so grateful to Aisha for her thoughtfulness and professionalism. My son stayed at this hotel with his school. I wanted to send a thank you gift to some chaperones and I contacted the hotel. I spoke to Roxanna and she walked me through how I could send something to the chaperones and then went out of her way to reach out to me to let me know that my delivery had been put in their rooms without me asking. It was very nice of her and she was friendly and pleasant to work with.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room and hotel clean and pleasant. Breakfast was super busy but offered good options, having the expected scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles, but also having some mini scones with the bread. The helpful front desk staff member was great about offering information that all the restaurants we could walk to from the hotel were good choices for dinner. We didn't want to get back in the car after the long drive, and the building next door had two restaurants. We ended up at The Casual Pint which had good sandwiches and a bunch of different craft beers. The hotel also later sent me a text to ask how the stay was going. This was super. I asked for some advice on the best way for us to get to the National Mall to see the sights, and I was told "a team member will be with you shortly." Hotel staff member Rosana was fantastic about answering my questions. She advised the closest metro station was East Falls Church and that we could take the metro to the Smithsonian stop. She helped make our stay in the DC area a really good one. Thank you!!

All was great except the beds were too soft for us and caused some back pain. Additionally the bed linens were too warm to allow us a good night's sleep. We turned down the AC to make the room cooler, but we were either roasting under the blanket or chilly using just the sheet, so none of us slept well. We use natural fiber light cotton or wool or light-fill down blankets at home, and we missed them during this trip.

The pool was not open again . On the web page it said it was open. Talked to staff they told me it has been closed since Oct 2025.

We stayed there a couple times but this time is not as good as usual. We booked a double queen size beds room hoping will bigger space than our previous single bed room but no, the bathroom is half the size of the single room. Also, bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, I saw some “disgusting dark/brown spots/ residues on the wall next to the toilet. The shower was kinda older than the room we had last time, with shower curtain instead of glass door. The TV wasn’t working, the fridge was on but not cold… This was our first time we took our baby on vacation and was planning for her to experience the pool for the 1st time but the pool was out. The whole experience was very disappointed.

I like the room. It’s clean. But I don’t like their food. I asked once for a new waffle because it’s so hard but the lady told me No. I have to get the one was already serve and warm it. Even I warm it still hard. So I just go.

We were very upset about the pool being advertised as open, yet it was closed for our entire stay. I expressed my frustration via the chat on Booking and to the facility. Nothing was offered.

Deposit requirement and Charging for parking seemed like that of a cheap hotel. A simple policy that customers will be notified and charged for damages with the credit card on file should be enough. If they continue to charge for parking they will be responsible for related damages/theft.

Location to everything we had planned for our trip. We have stayed at this location many times. And enjoy it.

When we arrived we were told they were having issues with the hot water and that it would be fixed in a couple hours. When we awoke the next day to get showers to start our day there was still no hot water. Also there was a sign that the pool was closed from October thru January which we were not aware of.

The room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the television was large and easy to watch. I also appreciated that the staff accommodated us with another room, as there was an event with a large number of college students.

Our stay had a few challenges. Unfortunately, we were without hot water for two days during 50–60 degree weather, which made it too cold to shower comfortably. The breakfast was average — the potatoes were served cold, and the eggs contained cheese. When I asked if there were any without cheese, I was told there weren’t any available.

If you're looking for a swimming pool, it's "out of order." When we arrived at 6:00 pm on 10/29/2025 there wasn't anyone to check us in, after an extended wait, I picked up their phone and dialed for assistance, no answer. Because nobody was around, I decided to check out the pool that was right around the corner from the front desk and found a sign that said "We're sorry for the inconvenience. Temporarily out of order October 28, 2025--January 31, 2026." NOT HAPPY! We had driven from Wisconsin with our 12-year-old grandson to find out that we won't have a pool. There are 3 things I always look for in a hotel, and they are good guest ratings, safe location & a pool. When the front desk person finally got to the desk, I inquired about this and he said "sorry, but it's out of order." I asked what was wrong with it (it looked perfectly fine) and he said that he didn't know. He told me that if I didn't prepay, I could cancel or they could give me a discount. I spoke with my husband, and we decided that we'd take the refund because all we wanted to do was unload, unpack & relax. I went back and told the clerk that we'd take the discount, and their idea of a discount was free parking ($10/day @ 5 days) & $20.00 off our first night. I was too tired to argue, and I responded with "whatever" in an unpleasant tone. I never would've chosen this hotel had I know we wouldn't have a pool. PERIOD! The room? small for 4 people, but oh well. The bathroom and closed share a sliding door, and there's no lock. The bathroom has a vent in the ceiling, but nothing to turn it on with. If you own slippers, bring them, as the carpet could use a good cleaning. Pros: The breakfast was hot, and decent (the waffles were EXCELLENT)! They keep the lobby, dining area and hallways nice & neat. The area definitely felt safe, and it's within close proximity to almost everything you could imagine. I believe the Metro was 1 mile from there. In conclusion, our overall experience wasn't about the hotel, but about the memories made with our grandson, and our youngest who is stationed nearby, but we wouldn't choose this place again, pool or not. LAST MINUTE ADD-IN: I just realized that we weren't given our discount. I wasn't able to view our invoice on my phone (all the words were one on top of another) and decided that maybe I should look it over while I'm on my laptop, and I'm so glad I did. My total stay amount when I booked was $944.50. The amount charged to our card was $931.41.

I left my watch in my room after I checked out. I didn't realize until an hour later and called the front desk, and they said my watch was not in the room. I know for a fact it was.

Had 2 rooms,one rooms key card didn’t work for the back door when I unloaded my car.front desk staff fixed that,went to room to unpack and couldn’t open door, battery on door lock was dead.maintenance fixed that promptly,so all and all not bad stay.everthing else was ok

Above average Hampton Inn in regards to room upkeep etc. Decent laundry facilities although plenty of room for more than 1 washer/1 dryer. Still issues with AC. Why is this so hard? Checked in about 3:45. AC set on 66 but temp reading was 74. Laid down for a nap and got up at 5. Temp reading at 75. FFS. Not much around in regards to restaurants etc. Seems like a pretty safe neighborhood all things considered

We booked two rooms in August at this hotel and were pleased with the customer service, cleanliness, staff availability, and breakfast options. The hotel is conveniently located near the East Falls Metro Station and major highways. The kiddos enjoyed the pool and the fitness room was well-equipped. I recommend for a fun family DC trip.
